Abstract

Un procédé pour fournir des données de conseil d'apprentissage à un conseiller à partir d'un serveur de conseil d'apprentissage comprend les étapes suivantes : la fourniture d'une carte de conseil à un terminal de conseiller ; et la réalisation d'une interrogation d'informations de conseil et l'enregistrement de conseils sur un écran unique, dans lequel la carte de conseil est divisée en gauche et en droite, et a une zone d'informations de conseil disposée sur le côté gauche et une zone d'enregistrement de conseil disposée sur le côté droit de la carte de conseil, chacune de la zone d'informations de conseil et de la zone d'enregistrement de conseil comprenant une pluralité d'onglets.
