- 用途の変更が可能な複数の収納庫の状況を管理する管理装置であって、
前記複数の収納庫の用途と、前記複数の収納庫の使用状況に関する情報と、を含む収納庫情報を収集して記憶部に格納する管理部と、
収納される荷物に関する情報を取得する取得部と、
前記収納庫の用途を変更させる収納庫管理部と、
前記荷物に関する情報と、前記収納庫情報とに基づき、前記荷物の用途に対応した収納庫の空き状況を示す情報を出力する出力部と、
を有する、管理装置。 - 前記収納庫情報は、前記収納庫のそれぞれの設置場所を示す位置情報を含み、
前記収納庫管理部は、
前記荷物に関する情報と、前記位置情報とに基づき、前記収納庫の用途を変更する、請求項1記載の管理装置。 - 前記収納庫管理部は、
前記荷物の収納が可能な収納庫が特定されない場合に、用途を変更する収納庫を特定し、特定された収納庫の用途を、前記荷物の用途と対応する用途に変更させる、請求項1又は2記載の管理装置。 - 前記収納庫管理部は、
冷蔵制御部又は冷凍制御部を有する前記収納庫に対し、前記収納庫内の環境目標値を指示することで、前記収納庫の用途を変更する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の管理装置。 - 前記収納庫は、設置場所の変更が可能である、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の管理装置。
- 前記荷物に関する情報は、前記荷物の大きさ、前記荷物の個数、前記荷物と対応する環境設定を含み、
前記出力部は、
前記荷物の環境設定と対応した用途の収納庫であって、且つ、前記荷物の大きさ及び前記荷物の個数と対応した空き容量を有する収納庫を示す情報を、前記空き状況を示す情報として出力する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の管理装置。 - 前記荷物に関する情報は、前記荷物の発送地、前記荷物の発送予定日、前記荷物と対応する環境設定を含み、
前記出力部は、
前記荷物の環境設定と対応した用途の収納庫であって、且つ、前記荷物の発送地の最寄りに設置された収納庫を示す情報と、該収納庫の利用が可能な時間帯を示す情報と、を前記空き状況を示す情報として出力する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の管理装置。 - 前記荷物に関する情報は、前記荷物の大きさ、前記荷物の個数、前記荷物の発送地、前記荷物の発送予定日、前記荷物と対応する環境設定を含み、
前記出力部は、
前記荷物の環境設定と対応した用途の収納庫であって、且つ、前記荷物の大きさ及び前記荷物の個数と対応した空き容量を有する収納庫を搭載した車両を示す車両情報と、前記車両の前記荷物の発送地の到着日時を示す情報とを、前記空き状況を示す情報として出力する、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の管理装置。 - 前記取得部は、
ユーザが外部装置に対して入力した、前記収納される荷物に関する情報を、前記外部装置から取得し、
前記出力部は、
前記ユーザが入力した前記荷物の用途に対応した収納庫の空き状況を示す情報を前記外部装置へ出力する、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の管理装置。 - 前記外部装置において収納庫が選択されると、選択された前記収納庫の使用状況に関する情報を更新する更新部を有する、請求項9記載の管理装置。
- 用途の変更が可能な複数の収納庫と、前記複数の収納庫の状況を管理する管理装置と、を含む管理システムであって、
前記管理装置は、
前記複数の収納庫の用途と、前記複数の収納庫の使用状況に関する情報と、を含む収納庫情報を収集して記憶部に格納する管理部と、
収納される荷物に関する情報を取得する取得部と、
前記収納庫の用途を変更させる収納庫管理部と、
前記荷物に関する情報と、前記収納庫情報とに基づき、前記荷物の用途に対応した収納庫の空き状況を示す情報を出力する出力部と、
を有する、管理システム。 - 用途の変更が可能な複数の収納庫の状況を管理する管理装置による収納庫の管理方法であって、前記管理装置が、
前記複数の収納庫の用途と、前記複数の収納庫の使用状況に関する情報と、を含む収納庫情報を収集して記憶部に格納し、
収納される荷物に関する情報を取得し、
前記収納庫の用途を変更させ、
前記荷物に関する情報と、前記収納庫情報とに基づき、前記荷物の用途に対応した収納庫の空き状況を示す情報を出力する、管理方法。 - 用途の変更が可能な複数の収納庫の状況を管理する管理装置に、
前記複数の収納庫の用途と、前記複数の収納庫の使用状況に関する情報と、を含む収納庫情報を収集して記憶部に格納し、
収納される荷物に関する情報を取得し、
前記収納庫の用途を変更させ、
前記荷物に関する情報と、前記収納庫情報とに基づき、前記荷物の用途に対応した収納庫の空き状況を示す情報を出力する、処理を実行させる、管理プログラム。
