本形態によるマスク1の使用を開始する際、使用者は、マスク1の装着前に、環状耳掛け部20a、20aをそれぞれ横方向D2側方へ開く。上述のように一対の環状耳掛け部20a、20a同士が分離可能に結合されている場合には、展開前に、結合を解除して環状耳掛け部20a、20aを互いに分離させる。

本発明の別の形態は、マスクの製造方法であってよい。図10に、例として第1実施形態によるマスク1の製造における工程の一部を模式的に示す。図10においては、マスク1の詳細な構造(マスク本体のプリーツ等)の図示は省略する。図10に示すように、後にマスク本体1となる長尺のマスク本体帯10Aが、ロール等から繰り出されて、搬送方向Dtで搬送される。さらに、後に一対のシート状の環状耳掛け部20a、20a(若しくは耳掛け部シート20)となる長尺の環状耳掛け部帯20Aも、マスク本体帯10Aの外面に重ねられ、搬送方向Dtで搬送される。
付記1に係る態様は、マスク本体と、一対のシート状の環状耳掛け部とを備えたマスクであって、前記環状耳掛け部がそれぞれ、前記マスク本体の横方向の端部に固定され且つ縦方向に延在する固定部を有し、前記固定部が、前記マスク本体の外面に、前記縦方向に延在する接合領域で接合されており、前記固定部の内周縁の少なくとも一部が、前記接合領域に含まれる。
付記2に係る態様では、前記固定部の内周縁が前記接合領域に含まれている範囲が、前記固定部の前記縦方向の長さの60%以上である。
付記3に係る態様では、前記接合領域の最大幅が3~15mmである。
付記4に係る態様では、前記接合領域が、融着処理が施された融着処理領域に含まれ、前記固定部の前記横方向の最小幅が、前記融着処理領域の前記横方向の幅の50~100%である。
付記5に係る態様では、前記環状耳掛け部が、上側で前記固定部から前記横方向に延びる上側延在部と、下側で前記固定部から前記横方向に延びる下側延在部とを有し、前記上側延在部の延在方向と前記縦方向とが下側でなす角度が90°未満であり、前記下側延在部の延在方向と前記縦方向とが上側でなす角度が90°超である。
付記6に係る態様は、マスク本体と、一対のシート状の環状耳掛け部とを備えたマスクの製造方法であって、前記マスク本体となる長尺のマスク本体帯と、前記一対のシート状の環状耳掛け部となる長尺の環状耳掛け部帯とを準備し、前記環状耳掛け部帯が、一の環状耳掛け部の固定部と、当該固定部に前記マスク本体の横方向で隣接する環状耳掛け部の固定部とが前記横方向に連続する連続部分を含み、前記環状耳掛け部帯を、前記マスク本体帯の外面に重ね、前記環状耳掛け部帯の前記連続部分を、前記マスク本体帯に連続接合領域で、前記固定部の内周縁の少なくとも一部が前記連続接合領域内に含まれるように接合して、接合体を得て、前記接合体を、前記一の環状耳掛け部の固定部と前記隣接する環状耳掛け部の固定部とが分離するように切断して、マスクを得る。

Claims (6)
- マスク本体と、一対のシート状の環状耳掛け部とを備えたマスクであって、
前記環状耳掛け部がそれぞれ、前記マスク本体の横方向の端部に固定され且つ縦方向に延在する固定部を有し、前記固定部が、前記マスク本体の外面に、前記縦方向に延在する接合領域で接合されており、
前記固定部の内周縁の少なくとも一部が、前記接合領域に含まれる、マスク。 - 前記固定部の.内周縁が前記接合領域に含まれている範囲が、前記固定部の前記縦方向の長さの60%以上である、請求項1に記載のマスク。
- 前記接合領域の最大幅が3~15mmである、請求項1又は2に記載のマスク。
- 前記接合領域が、融着処理が施された融着処理領域に含まれ、
前記固定部の前記横方向の最小幅が、前記融着処理領域の前記横方向の幅の50~100%である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。 - 前記環状耳掛け部が、上側で前記固定部から前記横方向に延びる上側延在部と、下側で前記固定部から前記横方向に延びる下側延在部とを有し、
前記上側延在部の延在方向と前記縦方向とが下側でなす角度が90°未満であり、
前記下側延在部の延在方向と前記縦方向とが上側でなす角度が90°超である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。 - マスク本体と、一対のシート状の環状耳掛け部とを備えたマスクの製造方法であって、
前記マスク本体となる長尺のマスク本体帯と、前記一対のシート状の環状耳掛け部となる長尺の環状耳掛け部帯とを準備し、前記環状耳掛け部帯が、一の環状耳掛け部の固定部と、当該固定部に前記マスク本体の横方向で隣接する環状耳掛け部の固定部とが前記横方向に連続する連続部分を含み、
前記環状耳掛け部帯を、前記マスク本体帯の外面に重ね、
前記環状耳掛け部帯の前記連続部分を、前記マスク本体帯に連続接合領域で、前記固定部の内周縁の少なくとも一部が前記連続接合領域内に含まれるように接合して、接合体を得て、
前記接合体を、前記一の環状耳掛け部の固定部と前記隣接する環状耳掛け部の固定部とが分離するように切断して、マスクを得る、製造方法。
