Abstract
Description
特許文献1には、関連する技術として、カメラにより検出された車両に課金処理を行うシステムに関する技術が開示されている。
そのため、GNSS衛星による車両の測位情報を用いた有料道路の課金において、誤課金を低減することのできる技術が求められている。
以下、図面を参照しながら実施形態について詳しく説明する。
本開示の一実施形態による情報処理システムについて説明する。
(情報処理システムの構成)
図1は、本開示の一実施形態による情報処理システム1の構成を示す図である。情報処理システム1は、図1に示すように、GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)衛星10、車両30、センターシステム40(情報処理装置の一例)を備える。情報処理システム1は、車両30に対して行われた課金処理を見直すべき事情がある場合に、車両30が課金ポイントの特定情報と周辺環境情報とをセンターシステム40へ送信するシステムである。課金ポイントの特定情報は、課金を実行させる位置を特定するために使用される情報である。例えば、課金ポイントは、所定領域の何れかであり、特定情報は、その所定領域を示す固有の識別子である。周辺環境情報は、課金された車両30周辺の課金タイミング付近の1つのタイミングにおける環境を示す情報を少なくとも含む車両30周辺の環境を示す情報である。つまり、周辺環境情報は、課金された車両30周辺の課金タイミング、その課金タイミングから所定時間前、その課金タイミングから所定時間後、特定情報から特定される車両30が課金された課金ポイント、その課金ポイントから所定距離後方、およびその課金ポイントから所定距離前方の少なくとも1つにおける環境を示す情報である。例えば、周辺環境情報は、課金された車両30周辺の課金タイミングに相当する時刻、その時刻の前、およびその時刻の後の時刻に車両30から撮影した画像を含む情報である。また、例えば、周辺環境情報は、特定情報から特定される車両30が課金された課金ポイント、その課金ポイントから所定距離後方、およびその課金ポイントから所定距離前方の位置で車両30から撮影した画像を含む情報である。
なお、取得部201が車両30周辺の画像を撮影する場合、取得装置20は、一般的な(例えば、市販されている)ドライブレコーダであってもよい。なお、セキュリティの観点から、取得装置20がドライブレコーダである場合、情報処理システム1は、ドライブレコーダを認証する機能を有する、または、ドライブレコーダが情報処理システム1を提供する企業から公認の機器であると認められていることが望ましい。公認の機器であるか否かの認証方法の例としては、車載器30a側と、ドライブレコーダ側のそれぞれに暗号化鍵を持たせ、乱数の暗号化や複合化を行った情報をやり取りすることによって相互認証を行う暗号鍵を用いる方法などが挙げられる。
指示部304は、GNSS衛星10による車両30の位置を示す位置情報に基づいて、情報処理装置40に課金処理を実行させる。具体的には、指示部304は、通信部301を介して、課金処理を実行させる指示信号をセンターシステム40へ送信する。例えば、指示部304は、車両30が所定領域を走行している確信度が所定値(しきい値の一例)以上である場合に車両30が所定領域に存在すると判定し、センターシステム40へ指示信号を送信する。指示信号には、予め車両30に関連付けられた識別子を示す情報と、所定領域を示す識別子とが含まれている。
次に、情報処理システム1が行う課金とその課金を取り消す処理について、図5を参照して説明する。なお、取得装置20は、車両30が走行中に車両30から撮影した画像を常に取得し、取得した画像を取得した時刻に関連付けて記憶部202に記録しているものとする。
以上、本開示の一実施形態による情報処理システム1について説明した。情報処理システム1において、車載器30aは、GNSS衛星10による車両30の位置を示す位置情報に基づいて課金処理を実行させる指示部304と、前記課金処理において課金を行う課金タイミング付近少なくとも1つのタイミングにおける周辺環境情報を記録する取得部201(記録部の一例)と、前記課金処理を見直すべき事情の有無を判定する取り消し部306(判定部の一例)と、前記事情があると前記取り消し部306が判定した場合に、前記課金を行う課金ポイントの特定情報と、前記周辺環境情報とを、外部に送信する取り消し部306(送信部の一例)と、を備える。
こうすることで、別の実施形態による情報処理システム1では、無駄な取り消し信号の受信を低減することができる。その結果、情報処理システム1は、取り消し処理を早急に行うことができる。
