本发明的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块通过旋转位于固定盘和轨道盘之间的变径盘来带动抱爪在贯穿滑槽内进行相对运动,通过控制变径盘的旋转角度可控制抱爪相对变径盘的转动轴的距离,使得抱爪沿着贯穿滑槽朝向或离向变径盘的转动轴运动,进而改变抱爪间的相对距离,以实现变径的目的,使得本发明的容纳模块能够满足不同尺寸气溶胶生成基质的固定功能,实现适配性内容腔的要求。

此外,还需要说明的是,为了避免不必要的细节而模糊了本发明,在附图中仅仅示出了与根据本发明的方案密切相关的结构和/或处理步骤,而省略了与本发明关系不大的其它细节。
此外,还需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,在没有特殊说明的情况下,术语“连接”可以是直线连接,也可以是中间有附加连接件的间接连接。此外,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”仅仅是基于附图所示位置而言,为了更清楚地描述附图中各部件的连接关系,并不构成对本发明的限定。

实施例1
本发明实施例1提供一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,结构如图1、图2、图3所示。一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,包括固定盘1、轨道盘2、变径盘3和三个抱爪4。轨道盘2上设有三个贯穿滑槽201;变径盘3夹设于固定盘1和轨道盘2之间;变径盘3与轨道盘2相接触的侧面上设有与贯穿滑槽201位置相匹配的三个变径滑槽301;抱爪4下侧设有一凸出部401,凸出部401穿过贯穿滑槽201并延伸至变径滑槽301内;固定盘1和轨道盘2间固定连接,固定盘1和轨道盘2之间保持相对位置不变,变径盘3可相对固定盘1和轨道盘2转动;三个贯穿滑槽201关于变径盘3的转动轴呈中心对称设置,且三个变径滑槽301关于变径盘3的转动轴呈中心对称设置,相应地,三个抱爪4也关于变径盘3的转动轴呈中心对称设置;变径滑槽301向远离变径盘3的转动轴方向延伸设置。如图2、图3所示,变径滑槽301呈螺旋线形,且变径滑槽301的一端到另一端距离变径盘3的转动轴的距离呈逐渐变大或逐渐变小的趋势。
本发明实施例的气溶胶生成基质容纳模块通过其上设置的抱爪4来对圆柱状的气溶胶生成基质进行夹持固定,为了牢固地固定住气溶胶生成基质且保证各固定点对气溶胶生成基质施加大小均一的固定力,抱爪4及其相应的贯穿滑槽201、变径滑槽301的数量设置应保持一致且各自数量至少设置为两个,且抱爪4、贯穿滑槽201、变径滑槽301都应关于变径盘3的转动轴呈中心对称设置。在本实施例示意图中,抱爪4、贯穿滑槽201、变径滑槽301的数量都设置为三个,可以在精简设计结构的同时保证抱爪4能对其中心固定的气溶胶生成基质各固定点施加大小均一的作用力。
本发明实施例的气溶胶生成基质容纳模块可通过变径来夹持固定不同直径尺寸的气溶胶生成基质。具体通过以下过程实现变径操作:手动旋转位于固定盘1和轨道盘2之间的变径盘3,随着变径盘3的顺向或逆向旋转,抱爪4的凸出部401在变径滑槽301内沿着变径滑槽301的设置方向运动,即相对变径盘3的转动轴方向做靠近或远离运动;同时,抱爪4在径向设置的贯穿滑槽201内相对变径盘3的转动轴靠近或远离,进而改变抱爪间的相对距离,以实现变径的目的。由于本发明实施例中的三个贯穿滑槽201、三个变径滑槽301和三个抱爪4都是关于变径盘3的转动轴呈中心对称设置,所以,当手动旋转变径盘3时,三个抱爪4可在贯穿滑槽201和变径滑槽301中发生同步的径向自由移动,进而实现变径调节的目的。
由于气溶胶生成基质的的直径一般在5~10mm之间,因此,优选地,本发明的气溶胶生成基质容纳模块的变径范围设计在5~10mm之间。
本发明的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块通过旋转位于固定盘1和轨道盘2之间的变径盘3来带动抱爪4在贯穿滑槽201内进行相对运动,通过控制变径盘3的旋转角度可控制抱爪4相对变径盘3的转动轴的距离,使得抱爪4沿着贯穿滑槽201朝向或离向变径盘3的转动轴运动,进而改变抱爪4间的相对距离,以实现变径的目的,使得本发明的容纳模块能够满足不同尺寸气溶胶生成基质的固定功能,实现适配性内容腔的要求。
优选地,本发明实施例的变径滑槽301为阿基米德螺旋槽,即变径滑槽301的螺旋线为阿基米德螺旋线,阿基米德螺旋槽具有更高的变径调节精度。
本发明的固定盘1、轨道盘2和变径盘3的形状不受特别限制,只要变径盘3相对固定盘1和轨道盘2相对旋转运动时,固定盘1、轨道盘2和变径盘3具有同一几何旋转中心即可。固定盘1、轨道盘2和变径盘3各自的形状可以为圆形、方形或其他可以实现本发明功能的形状。优选地,本发明实施例中的固定盘1、轨道盘2和变径盘3均为圆形盘,如图1、图2、图3所示。
优选地,固定盘1和轨道盘2通过其圆周周边上设置的紧固件固定连接,固定盘1和轨道盘2将变径盘3紧密地夹固在中间。具体地,可在固定盘1的边缘设有一弧形凸出包边101,弧形凸出包边101上设有销孔1011,轨道盘2周边上设有与销孔1011配合连接的销钉202,销孔1011、销钉202构成所述紧固件。此外,还可在固定盘1的边缘设有一弧形凸出包边101,弧形凸出包边101上设有螺纹孔,轨道盘2周边上设有与螺纹孔配合连接的螺钉,螺纹孔、螺钉构成所述紧固件。这样,可将紧固件隐藏在弧形凸出包边101内,使气溶胶生成基质容纳模块整体结构更精简美观。
进一步地,抱爪4的内侧面为弧形面402,弧形面402可更好地与圆柱状的气溶胶生成基质的外侧面紧密贴合。
进一步地,变径盘3的外露周边上设有凸起部(凸点)或网格纹或拨杆,图中未示出。这样,手动旋转变径盘3时,变径盘3的外露周边上设置的凸起部(凸点)或网格纹或拨杆可以增大变径盘3与手指之间的摩擦力,更利于进行手动旋转操作。
更进一步地,固定盘1或轨道盘2的外露周边上设有标尺,图中未示出。可通过标尺标示出变径盘3的旋转角度或者气溶胶生成基质容纳模块所达到的直径值。
实施例2
本发明实施例2提供一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,结构如图4、图图5所示。一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,包括固定盘1、轨道盘2、变径盘3和三个抱爪4。轨道盘2上设有三个贯穿滑槽201;变径盘3夹设于固定盘1和轨道盘2之间;变径盘3与轨道盘2相接触的侧面上设有与贯穿滑槽201位置相匹配的三个螺旋形变径滑槽301;抱爪4下侧设有一凸出部401,凸出部401穿过贯穿滑槽201并延伸至变径滑槽301内;固定盘1和轨道盘2间固定连接,固定盘1和轨道盘2之间保持相对位置不变,变径盘3可相对固定盘1和轨道盘2转动;三个贯穿滑槽201关于变径盘3的转动轴呈中心对称设置,且三个变径滑槽301关于变径盘3的转动轴呈中心对称设置,相应地,三个抱爪4也关于变径盘3的转动轴呈中心对称设置。本发明实施例的固定盘1和变径盘3仍为圆形盘,但轨道盘2呈三叶草状,相比于圆形盘设计,这种结构设计可节省耗材,降低材料成本。
此外,固定盘1、轨道盘2和变径盘3间通过中心轴5连接。轨道盘2的下部连接有中心轴5,固定盘1和轨道盘2间通过中心轴5固定连接,变径盘3穿设在中心轴5上且可绕中心轴5旋转。中心轴5也可设置在固定盘1的上部。
本发明的气溶胶生成基质容纳模块的制备材料可包括任何合适的材料或材料的组合。合适的材料包括金属、合金、塑料或多个这些材料的复合材料,或是用于食品或药品应用的热塑性塑料,例如,聚丙烯、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和聚乙烯。优选地,这些制备材料质轻且非脆性。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施方式所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,包括:
    固定盘;
    轨道盘,其上设有至少两个贯穿滑槽;
    变径盘,其夹设于所述固定盘和所述轨道盘之间;所述变径盘与所述轨道盘相接触的侧面上设有与所述贯穿滑槽位置相匹配的至少两个变径滑槽;及
    至少两个抱爪,所述抱爪下侧设有一凸出部,所述凸出部穿过所述贯穿滑槽并延伸至所述变径滑槽内;
    所述固定盘和所述轨道盘间固定连接,所述变径盘可相对所述固定盘和所述轨道盘转动;所述贯穿滑槽关于所述变径盘的转动轴呈中心对称设置,且所述变径滑槽关于所述变径盘的转动轴呈中心对称设置,所述变径滑槽向远离所述变径盘的转动轴方向延伸设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,所述变径滑槽为阿基米德螺旋槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,所述固定盘、所述轨道盘和所述变径盘为圆形盘。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,所述固定盘和所述轨道盘通过其圆周周边上设置的紧固件固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,所述固定盘边缘设有一弧形凸出包边,所述弧形凸出包边上设有销孔,所述轨道盘周边上设有与所述销孔配合连接的销钉,所述销孔、所述销钉构成所述紧固件。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,所述固定盘边缘设有一弧形凸出包边,所述弧形凸出包边上设有螺纹孔,所述轨道盘周边上设有与所述螺纹孔配合连接的螺钉,所述螺纹孔、所述螺钉构成所述紧固件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,所述固定盘或所述轨道盘上设有中心轴,所述固定盘和所述轨道盘间通过所述中心轴固定连接,所述变径盘穿设在所述中心轴上且可绕所述中心轴旋转。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,所述抱爪的内侧面为弧形面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,所述变径盘的外露周边上设有凸起部或网格纹或拨杆。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种适配性气溶胶生成基质容纳模块,其特征在于,所述固定盘或所述轨道盘的外露周边上设有标尺。
