L'invention concerne une machine-outil portative comprenant un logement d'outil (140) qui comporte un porte-outil tubulaire (210) dans lequel un outil d'insertion (190) peut être verrouillé par un dispositif de verrouillage associé (200) par le biais d'au moins un élément de verrouillage (250), en particulier une bille de verrouillage : le dispositif de verrouillage (200) comprenant un manchon de pression (230), qui est sollicité par ressort au moyen d'un élément à ressort associé (280), et un manchon d'arrêt (242) ; le manchon d'arrêt (242) présentant une surface de contact (244) sur sa périphérie interne (249) ; dans une position de verrouillage, le manchon de pression à ressort (230) pressant ledit élément de verrouillage (250) contre la surface de contact (244) ; et un manchon de verrouillage (220) étant prévu, qui peut être déplacé dans la direction longitudinale (203) du porte-outil tubulaire (210) hors d'une position de fonctionnement dans une position de déverrouillage pour déplacer le manchon de pression à ressort (230) hors de la position de verrouillage dans une position de déverrouillage. Selon l'invention, le dispositif de verrouillage (200) est conçu pour compenser l'usure générée par ledit élément de verrouillage (250) sur le manchon de pression à ressort (230) et/ou sur la surface de contact (244) du manchon d'arrêt (242) au moins dans des tolérances prédéfinies.
