进一步地,所述控制终端在碰触到所述近场通信卡后,云端服务器和/或洗衣机的服务器端将所述洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端。
进一步地,所述控制终端在向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令前,先向用户发送是否更换该衣物处理程序的请求确认信息;
若在设定的时间内未接收到用户要更改该衣物处理程序的信号,则正常向洗衣机发送执行所述近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序的指令。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、本发明控制终端在触碰到所述近场通信卡后,触发第一指令,云端服务器和/或洗衣机的服务器端将所述洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端。控制终端根据获取到的洗衣机当前的状态,来控制是否向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的第二指令,有效地避免了因洗衣机当前的状态不支持执行所述衣物处理程序,或者因误操作洗衣机,而引发相关安全事故,降低安全隐患与风险,提高洗衣机运行的安全性。
2、本发明近场通信卡中存储有两个指令:将洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端的第一指令、和控制终端向洗衣机发送执行预设的衣物处理程序的第二指令。控制 终端只需触碰一次近场通信卡,即可同时获得所述洗衣机当前的状态和所述第二指令中的衣物处理程序的信息,无需手动获取洗衣机的状态或手动选择所述衣物处理程序,更无需多次触碰,操控方法更加简单快捷,且智能化程度更高,用户的使用体验更好。
3、本发明在判断到洗衣机为关机状态时,先控制所述洗衣机开机,再向洗衣机下发执行所述衣物处理程序的第二指令,提高了洗衣机的工作效率,避免出现洗衣机处于关机状态无法执行所述衣物处理程序的现象,不仅会影响洗衣机的进程,还会给用户带来一定的困扰。
4、本发明在判断到洗衣机处于运行状态时,则暂停向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令,避免出现控制指令执行混乱的现象发生。并且在判断洗衣机处于运行状态时,获取该洗衣机当前的运行信息,并将所述运行信息发送至控制终端上进行同步显示,使得用户能够直观地了解到当前所述执行的衣物处理程序的类型及进程等,便于用户安排后续工作,为用户提供了一定的便利。

如图1所示,本发明实施例中提供了一种洗衣机的控制系统,包括分别与洗衣机绑定的控制终端和近场通信卡,所述近场通信卡内存储有第一指令和第二指令,其中:
第一指令为将洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端;第二指令为控制终端向洗衣机发送执行预设的衣物处理程序的指令;
所述控制终端包括:
触发模块,用于近距离触发近场通信卡;
获取模块,获取洗衣机当前的状态和所述衣物处理程序信息;
控制模块,判断洗衣机当前的状态是否支持执行所述衣物处理程序,并根据判断结果控制是否向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
本实施例中提供的洗衣机控制系统,近场通信卡中存储有两个指令:将洗衣机 当前的状态发送至控制终端的第一指令、和控制终端向洗衣机发送执行预设的衣物处理程序的第二指令。控制终端只需触碰一次近场通信卡,即可同时获得洗衣机当前的状态和所述第二指令中的衣物处理程序的信息,无需手动获取洗衣机的状态或手动选择所述衣物处理程序,更无需多次触碰,操控方法更加简单快捷,且智能化程度更高,用户的使用体验更好。
如图2所示,本实施例还提供了上述洗衣机控制系统的控制方法,所述控制方法包括如下步骤:
S10、控制终端碰触所述近场通信卡;
S20、控制终端通过第一指令获取洗衣机当前的状态、同时获取第二指令中衣物处理程序的信息;
S30、控制终端根据获取到的所述洗衣机当前的状态和所述衣物处理程序的信息,控制是否向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
本实施例中控制终端根据获取到的洗衣机当前的状态,来控制是否向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的第二指令,有效地避免了因洗衣机当前的状态不支持执行所述衣物处理程序,或者因误操作洗衣机,而引发相关安全事故,降低安全隐患与风险,提高洗衣机运行的安全性。
如图3所示,在另一种实施方式中,所述控制方法包括如下步骤:
S301、所述控制终端的控制模块判断洗衣机当前的状态是否支持执行所述衣物处理程序:
S3011、若是,则控制控制终端正常向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令;
S3012、若否,则暂停向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
在上述实施方式中,若判断所述洗衣机当前的状态不支持执行所述的衣物处理程序,则控制暂停向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。通过采用上述方案,有效地避免了因洗衣机当前的状态不支持执行所述衣物处理程序,而误操作洗衣机,引发相关安全事故,降低安全隐患与风险,提高了洗衣机运行的安全性。
如图4所示,在另一种实施方式中,所述洗衣机当前的状态包括开关机状态;所述控制方法包括如下步骤:
S10、控制终端碰触近场通信卡;
S40、判断所述洗衣机是否处于关机状态;
S4011、若判断到所述控制终端获取到所述洗衣机当前处于关机状态,则先控制所述洗衣机开机;
S4012、在所述洗衣机开机后,再向所述洗衣机下方执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
本实施方式中在判断到洗衣机为关机状态时,先控制所述洗衣机开机,再向洗衣机下发执行所述衣物处理程序的第二指令,提高了洗衣机的工作效率,避免出现洗衣机处于关机状态无法执行所述衣物处理程序的现象,不仅会影响洗衣机的进程,还会给用户带来一定的困扰。
进一步地,在另一种实施方式中,如图5所示,所述控制方法还包括如下步骤:
S4021、若所述控制终端获取到所述洗衣机当前处于开机状态,则进一步判断是否处于运行状态;
S4022、若是,则暂停向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令;若否,则直接向所述洗衣机下发执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
本实施方式中在判断到洗衣机处于运行状态时,则暂停向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令,避免出现控制指令执行混乱的现象发生。
进一步地,若判断到该洗衣机正处于运行状态中,则进一步执行如下步骤:
S4023、获取该洗衣机的运行信息,所述运行信息包括当前执行的程序类型和/或当前程序已执行的时长和/或当前程序剩余的执行时间,将所述运行信息在控制终端上进行同步显示。
在上述方案中,判断洗衣机是否处于运行状态,获取该洗衣机当前的运行信息,并将所述运行信息发送至控制终端上进行同步显示,使得用户能够直观地了解到当前所述执行的衣物处理程序的类型及进程等,便于用户安排后续工作,为用户提供了一定的便利。
进一步地,如图6所示,在另一种实施方式中,所述洗衣机当前的状态还包括门锁状态,所述控制方法还包括如下步骤:
S501:判断所述门锁是否处于锁定状态;
S5011:若获取到所述门锁处于开启状态,则暂停向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令;
S5012:若获取到所述门锁处于锁定状态,则直接向所述洗衣机下发执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
本实施方式中,通过判断门锁的状态,来控制是否向所述洗衣机下发执行所述衣物处理程序的指令,有效地避免因门锁处于打开的状态,若直接向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令,易引发安全事故。
进一步地,在另一种实施方式中,所述控制终端若获取到所述门锁处于开启状态,则先控制所述门锁锁定,在所述门锁锁定后,再向所述洗衣机下发执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
进一步地,在所述洗衣机上设置有用于检测门锁是否锁定的位置检测机构,所述位置检测机构检测门锁是否锁定。在判断到所述门锁处于开启状态,先控制所述门锁锁定,再下发指令,能够及时控制门锁锁定,达到提高洗衣机的使用安全性的效果。
进一步地,所述控制终端在碰触到所述近场通信卡后,云端服务器和/或洗衣机的服务器端将所述洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端。在一种实施方式中,云端服务器可将所述洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端或者洗衣机的服务器端也可以将自身的状态发送至控制终端。
本实施方式中控制终端在触碰到所述近场通信卡后,触发第一指令,云端服务器和/或洗衣机的服务器端将所述洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端。控制终端根据获取到的洗衣机当前的状态,来控制是否向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的第二指令,有效地避免了因洗衣机当前的状态不支持执行所述衣物处理程序,或者因误操作洗衣机,而引发相关安全事故,降低安全隐患与风险,提高洗衣机运行的安全性。
进一步地,在另一种实施方式中,所述控制终端在向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令前,先向用户发送是否更换该衣物处理程序的请求确认信息;
若在设定的时间内未接收到用户要更改该衣物处理程序的信号,则正常向洗衣机发送执行所述近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序的指令。
通过采用上述方案,控制终端在向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令前,先向用户发送是否更换该衣物处理程序的请求确认信息,避免出现因用户记混,而导致实际下发的衣物处理程序指令与用户想要的程序不一致的现象,使得整个控制方法更加人性合理化。
并且,若在设定的时间内未接收到用户要更改该衣物处理程序的信号,则正常向洗衣机发送执行所述近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序的指令。该设定时间较短,大概在3-5s,在不影响洗衣机工作效率的同时,给用户足够更改的时间。
在一种实施方式中,如图7所示,所述洗衣机当前的状态还包括洗衣机的内桶内的衣物信息,所述衣物信息包括内桶内有无衣物,具体地,包括如下步骤:
S601:通过衣物识别模块检测内桶内是否已放入衣物;
S6021:若检测到内桶内已放入衣物,则控制终端向洗衣机正常发送近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序指令;
S6022:若检测到内桶内未放入衣物,控制终端则暂停向洗衣机发送近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序指令。
所述衣物识别模块可以为重量传感模块或者红外传感模块或者图像识别模块等,通过所述重量传感模块或者红外传感模块或者图像识别模块来检测内桶是否有放入衣物,若检测到内桶内未放入衣物则暂停向洗衣机发送所述指令。
本实施例中控制终端在触碰到近场通信卡后,在向洗衣机发送执行衣物处理程序的指令之前,需先检测洗衣机的内桶内是否放入了衣物,若检测到内桶内未放入衣物,控制终端则暂停向洗衣机发送近场通信卡中的指令,有效地避免了因用户误触碰近场通信卡,造成洗衣机空载运行的隐患现象发生,防止安全事故发生,消除了安全隐患。
进一步地,如图8所示,所述控制方法还包括如下步骤:
S703:在检测到内桶内未放入衣物时,控制终端则向用户发送是否继续发送近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序指令的请求确认信息;
S7031:所述控制终端若在设定时间内接收到用户确认操作的信号,则正常向洗衣机发送所述衣物处理程序指令;
S7032:若在设定时间内始终未接收到用户确认信号,则控制终端向用户发出该 指令无效的提示信息。
通过采用上述方案,在检测到内桶内未放入衣物时,向控制终端发送是否继续发送近场通信卡中的指令的请求确认信息,一方面起到提醒用户的作用,另一方面也保证了洗衣机运行的安全性,给用户增加了一次选择更改的机会,避免因衣物识别模块故障等原因误判,而直接暂停了向洗衣机发送指令,导致洗衣机无法正常执行衣物处理程序的现象,使得整个控制方法更加人性合理化。
或者在另一种实施方式中,如图9所示,所述衣物信息还包括衣物的材质信息,若检测到内桶内有衣物,则继续执行如下步骤:
S8041:若检测到内桶内已放入衣物,则进一步通过衣物材质检测模块检测衣物的材质信息;
S8042:判断内桶内衣物的材质与控制终端获取到的近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序是否相适配;
S8043:若适配,控制终端则向洗衣机正常发送近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序指令;
S8044:若不适配,控制终端则暂停向洗衣机发送近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序指令。
优选地,当判断所述衣物的材质与控制终端获取到的NFC标签中的衣物处理程序是不适配时,向用户发出提示信息。
例如,当检测到放入的衣物的材质为丝绸类,而所述控制终端获取到近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序为强力洗程序或者羊毛洗,则推断出内桶内当前的衣物与所述衣物处理程序不适配,控制控制终端则暂停向洗衣机发送近场通信卡中的指令。
通过采用上述方案,能够有效地解决当前投放的衣物与所述近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序不匹配,对衣物或者洗衣机造成损伤。
如图10所示,在另一种实施方式中,所述衣物信息还包括衣物的湿度信息,若检测到内桶内有衣物,则继续执行如下步骤:
S8051:若检测到内桶内已放入衣物,则进一步通过湿度检测模块检测衣物的湿度信息;
S8052:判断所述衣物的湿度与控制终端获取到的近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序 是否相适配;
S8053:若适配,控制终端则向洗衣机正常发送近场通信卡中的指令;
S8054:若不适配,控制终端则暂停向洗衣机发送近场通信卡中的指令。
优选地,当判断所述衣物的湿度与控制终端获取到的近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序是不适配时,向用户发出提示信息。
例如,当检测到放入的衣物为湿衣物,而所述控制终端获取到近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序为洗涤程序,则推断出内桶内当前的衣物与所述衣物处理程序不适配,控制控制终端则暂停向洗衣机发送近场通信卡中的指令。
或者,当检测到放入的衣物为干衣物,而所述控制终端获取到近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序为烘干程序,则推断出内桶内当前的衣物与所述衣物处理程序不适配,控制控制终端则暂停向洗衣机发送近场通信卡中的指令。
通过采用上述方案,能够有效地解决当前投放的衣物与所述近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序不匹配,出现误操作的现象。
本实施例中,所述近场通信卡为设置在洗衣机上或者独立设置的NFC标签,所述控制终端为具备NFC功能的移动终端,更优地,所述控制终端为具有NFC功能的手机,所述手机内具有与指定的洗衣机相绑定控制的应用程序,用户可通过手机远程控制与其绑定的洗衣机,更加便利。所述NFC标签内预先写入有所述第一指令和第二指令,第一指令为将洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端;第二指令为控制终端向洗衣机发送执行预设的衣物处理程序的指令,控制终端在碰触到所述NFC标签后即可获得洗衣机当前的状态和所述衣物处理程序信息,并根据洗衣机当前的状态控制是否向洗衣机发送第二指令。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的控制系统,包括分别与洗衣机绑定的控制终端和近场通信卡,其特征在于:
    所述近场通信卡内存储有第一指令和第二指令,其中:
    第一指令为将洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端;第二指令为控制终端向洗衣机发送执行预设的衣物处理程序的指令;
    所述控制终端包括:
    触发模块,用于近距离触发近场通信卡;
    获取模块,获取洗衣机当前的状态和所述衣物处理程序信息;
    控制模块,判断洗衣机当前的状态是否支持执行所述衣物处理程序,并根据判断结果控制是否向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
  2. 一种具有权利要求1所述的洗衣机控制系统的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括:
    控制终端碰触所述近场通信卡;
    控制终端通过第一指令获取洗衣机当前的状态、同时获取第二指令中衣物处理程序的信息;
    控制终端根据获取到的所述洗衣机当前的状态,控制是否向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制终端的控制模块判断洗衣机当前的状态是否支持执行所述衣物处理程序:
    若是,则控制控制终端正常向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令;若否,则暂停向所述洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣机当前的状态包括开关机状态;
    若所述控制终端获取到所述洗衣机当前处于关机状态,则先控制所述洗衣机开机,再向所述洗衣机下方执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制方法,其特征在于,若所述控制终端获取到所述洗衣机当前处于开机状态,则进一步判断是否处于运行状态;
    若是,则暂停向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令;若否,则直接向所述洗衣机下发执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其特征在于,若判断到该洗衣机正处于运行状态中,则进一步执行如下步骤:
    获取该洗衣机的运行信息,所述运行信息包括当前执行的程序类型和/或当前程序已执行的时长和/或当前程序剩余的执行时间,将所述运行信息在控制终端上进行同步显示。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣机当前的状态还包括门锁状态;
    若获取到所述门锁处于开启状态,则暂停向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令;若获取到所述门锁处于锁定状态,则直接向所述洗衣机下发执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制终端若获取到所述门锁处于开启状态,则先控制所述门锁锁定,在所述门锁锁定后,再向所述洗衣机下发执行所述衣物处理程序的指令。
  9. 根据权利要求2-8任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制终端在碰触到所述近场通信卡后,云端服务器和/或洗衣机的服务器端将所述洗衣机当前的状态发送至控制终端。
  10. 根据权利要求2-9任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制终端在向洗衣机发送执行所述衣物处理程序的指令前,先向用户发送是否更换该衣物处理程序的请求确认信息;
    若在设定的时间内未接收到用户要更改该衣物处理程序的信号,则正常向洗衣机发送执行所述近场通信卡中的衣物处理程序的指令。
