本発明の硬化性組成物は、更に(D)成分として有機溶剤を含んでもよい。前記有機溶剤とは、硬化性組成物に含まれる(A)成分および(B)成分を溶解または均一に分散させることができるようなものを意味する。
本発明に係る硬化性組成物は、その特性を毀損しない範囲で、任意の添加成分をさらに含んでいてもよい。たとえば、老化防止剤、防錆剤、防カビ剤、着色剤、界面活性剤、レオロジー調整剤、紫外線吸収剤、蛍光剤、研磨剤、香料、充填剤等の成分を選択することができる。
本発明の硬化性組成物は、従来公知の方法により製造することができる。例えば、(A)成分および(B)成分、ならびにその他の任意成分の所定量を秤量して、ミキサー等の混合手段を使用して混合することにより、本発明に係る硬化性組成物を得ることができる。このとき、混合条件は特に制限されないが、混合温度は好ましくは10~70℃、より好ましくは20~50℃、特に好ましくは常温(25℃)であり、混合時間は好ましくは0.1~5時間、より好ましくは30分~3時間、特に好ましくは60分前後である。

B6:25℃における動粘度が130mm2/sであり、式(10)中のR4~R9はそれぞれメチル基であり、X1およびX2のいずれか一方は、式(11)で表されるカルビノール基であり、X1およびX2のうち、残りはメチル基である(ここで、式(11)中のR10は、-CH2CH2CH2OCH2-であり、R11およびR12は、ともにCH2であり、R13は、-CH2CH3で表される)、シリコーン化合物(信越化学工業株式会社製、X-22-176DX)
B7:25℃における動粘度が8mm2/sであり、式(10)中のR4~R9はそれぞれメチル基であり、X1およびX2は、それぞれ水酸基であるシリコーン化合物(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ社製、XC96-C7123)
B’1:25℃における動粘度が55mm2/sであり、式(10)中のR4~R9はそれぞれメチル基であり、X1およびX2は、それぞれアミノ基である、シリコーン化合物(信越化学工業株式会社製、X-22-161B)
<(C)成分>
C1:有機チタン系化合物(信越化学工業株式会社製、D-25)
C2:アルミニウムキレート化合物(信越化学工業株式会社製、DX-9740)
<(D)成分>
D1:イソドデカンを含むイソパラフィン系溶剤(丸善石油化学株式会社製、マルカゾールR)
D2:イソパラフィン系溶剤(出光興産株式会社製、IPソルベント1620)。
各硬化性組成物を、不織布に十分染み込ませ、黒色塗装板(材質:SPCC-SD、寸法:0.8mm×70mm×150mm、アサヒビーテクノ株式会社製品)の表面に手で薄く塗り拡げた。次に、乾いたマイクロファイバークロスを用いて硬化性組成物の余剰分の拭き取りを行い、これを25℃・55%RH環境下で、それぞれ30分間、24時間、または168時間静置して、養生することで3種類の試験片を作製した。
前記<試験片の作製>にて作製した24時間静置して養生した試験片のそれぞれの表面に、イオン交換水をスポイトで1滴(0.005mL)滴下した。そのときの基材(試験片)表面に対する水の接触角を、接触角計(DM-500、協和界面科学株式会社製)を用いて測定し、水接触角を評価した。結果を表1に示す。本発明の硬化性組成物の水接触角は、97度以上の値であると好ましく、より好適には99度以上の値である。一方、その上限は特に制限されないが、150度以下である。
前記<試験片の作製>にて作製した30分間または24時間静置して養生した試験片のそれぞれの表面に、イオン交換水をスポイトで1滴(0.005mL)滴下した。そのときの基材(試験片)表面に対する水の接触角を、接触角計(DM-500、協和界面科学社製)を用いて測定し、水接触角を評価した。そして、次の式により、施工初期の被膜安定性を算出した結果を表1に示す。施工初期の被膜安定性(%)は、初期硬化の安定性の観点から97%以上であることが好ましい。一方、その上限は特に制限されないが、120%以下である。
前記<試験片の作製>にて作製した168時間静置して養生した試験片のそれぞれの表面に、イオン交換水をスポイトで1滴(約0.05mL)滴下した。この状態から試験片に対して徐々に傾斜をつけて行き、水滴が流れ始めた角度(滑落角)を測定し、当該滑落角の値を滑落性(水滑落性)の指標として評価した。結果を表1に示す。本発明の硬化性組成物における滑落性として望ましい滑落角は20度以下、より好適には18度以下である。一方、その下限は特に制限されないが、5度以上である。
Claims (15)
- 前記(A)成分のmが0である、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記(A)成分のR1が炭素数4~8の非置換の1価アルキル基である、請求項1または2に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記(B)成分は、25℃における動粘度が1~500mm2/sである、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記(B)成分は、ジアルコキシシリル基、トリアルコキシシリル基、シラノール基およびカルビノール基からなる群から選択される1以上の官能基を末端に有するシリコーン化合物を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記(A)成分100質量部に対して、(B)成分を0.1~500質量部含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 更に(C)成分として触媒を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記(C)成分が、有機スズ化合物、有機チタン化合物、有機アルミニウム化合物、アルミニウム塩化合物、有機亜鉛化合物、有機ジルコニウム化合物、無機酸化合物、有機酸化合物、無機塩基化合物、および有機塩基化合物からなる群から選択される化合物を一種以上含む、請求項7に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 更に(D)成分として有機溶剤を含む、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記(D)成分が、芳香族炭化水素系溶剤または脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤である、請求項9に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記(A)成分100質量部に対して、前記(D)成分を200~15,000質量部含む、請求項9または10に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 金属、ガラス、セラミックス、プラスチック、繊維、鋼板、および外装鋼板からなる群から選択される基材の表面上の被膜形成に用いられる、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物を硬化してなる、硬化被膜。
- 請求項13に記載の硬化被膜を有する物品であって、
前記物品は、自動車、二輪自動車、自転車、鉄道車両、ソーラーパネル、自動販売機、および建築物からなる群から選択される、物品。 - 請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物を基材表面に塗布し、前記基材表面上で硬化させることを含む、被膜形成方法。
