背景技术
分拣车包括线束结构和多个依次相连接的车体,车体包括底盘和链条结构,链条结构的一端与其对应的底盘枢接,链条结构的另一端与相邻的底盘枢接。线束结构与底盘连接且沿多个车体的排布方向延伸,线束结构与分拣车的驱动器相连接,线束结构能够为驱动器提供信号以及电力。当分拣车在转弯的位置,相邻的车体不在一条直线上,而是会呈一定夹角排布,会导致线束结构发生反复的弯折,导致线束结构容易折损、寿命短,导致应用上述结构的分拣车以及分拣机的运行稳定性差。
基于此,亟待申请一种分拣车以及分拣机,以解决线束结构容易折损、寿命短的问题,以及分拣车和分拣机运行稳定性差的问题。
发明内容
本申请提出一种分拣车,能够防止线束结构的折损,提高线束结构的寿命,提高分拣车运行的稳定性。
本申请还提出一种分拣机,通过应用如上的分拣车,能够提高分拣机的运行稳定性。
本申请采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请提供一种分拣车,包括:
至少两个车体,依次枢接;

为了解决上述问题,如图2和图3所示,本实施例的线束结构2分别与相邻的两个车体1相连接,线束结构2包括弹性变形部,弹性变形部位于相邻的两个车体1的衔接位置,分拣车100处于转弯位置时,转弯位置的弹性变形部发生弹性变形,从而实现将线束结构2上的弯折力分散到弹性变形部,避免出现硬折线束结构2的情况,保证线束结构2的寿命,提高分拣车100和分拣机1000的运行稳定性。
示例性的,如图2所示,弹性变形部为螺旋结构,当相邻的车体1呈一定夹角,螺旋结构能够发生较大程度的弯折变形,实现分拣车100发生角度变化较大的弯折。
可选的,线束结构2包括线芯和弹性护套,弹性护套包覆在线芯的外周,弹性护套能够提高螺旋结构的弹性变形能力,螺旋结构能够适应更大程度的弹性变形。示例性的,弹性护套可以由聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯等制成,其中,弹性护套采用聚丙烯材料,无毒、无味、密度小、强度高、硬度较高,有效的保证了信号电缆具有高伸缩性的螺旋式结构,由聚丙烯制成的弹性护套相比由聚氯乙烯制成的弹性护套的弹性变形能力高4~5倍。
现结合图2对线束结构2的结构进行说明,如图2所示,车体1包括驱动器13,线束结构2包括通讯线束21,通讯线束21的两个第一连接部212分别与相邻的两个车体1上的驱动器13相连接,实现车体1与车体1之间信号的传输,通讯线束21能够实现对车体1信号的传输。
如果将线束结构2整体加工成螺纹形状,将会导致线束结构2与车体1的固定不稳固,导致线束结构2容易从车体1上脱落。为了解决上述问题,如图2所示,通讯线束21包括第一弹性变形部211和设置在第一弹性变形部211两端的第一连接部212,第一弹性变形部211位于相邻的两个车体1的衔接位置,第 一连接部212包括第一直线段,两个第一直线段分别固定在相邻的两个车体1上,由于第一直线段的结构相较于螺纹形状平整,方便实现与车体1的固定,能够保证线束结构2与车体1较好的固定。
如图2所示,线束结构2还包括导电线束22,导电线束22包括第二弹性变形部221和设置在第二弹性变形部221两端的第二连接部222,第二弹性变形部221位于相邻的两个车体1的衔接位置,两个第二连接部222分别固定在相邻的两个车体1上,可选的,第二连接部222包括第二直线段,两个第二直线段分别固定在相邻的两个车体1上,由于第二直线段的结构相较于螺纹形状平整,方便实现与车体1的固定,能够保证导电线束22与车体1较好的固定。
如图2所示,车体至少为三个,分拣车还包括分线器4、分线5以及电源,每个车体1上设置有分线器4,分线器4与对应的驱动器13通过分线5相连接;位于中间的车体1的分线器4与相邻的两个导电线束22的第二连接部222相连接;位于端部的车体1的分线器4分别与电源和相邻的导电线束22的第二连接部222相连接,从而实现电源对不同驱动器13的供电。
分拣车100还包括固定结构3,为了方便了解固定结构3的结构,如图4所示,固定结构3包括安装板31、压线件32以及固定件33,安装板31设置在车体1上,压线件32与安装板31共同夹持第一直线段和第二直线段,固定件33将安装板31和压线件32相固定,从而固定结构3实现将线束结构2固定在车体1的作用。当分拣车100在运行的过程中,避免线束结构2从车体1上掉落,保证分拣车100的正常运行。为了实现线束结构2与车体1的稳固连接,本实施例中,压线件32呈块状,块状压线件32的强度和硬度更大,从而实现与安装板31共同对第一直线段和第二直线段的稳固夹持作用。示例性的,固定件33可以是螺钉或者销钉等。
作为可选方案,如图5所示,压线件32上开设有容置槽,第一直线段和第二直线段容纳在容置槽中,能够实现第一直线段和第二直线段分别与压线件32的快速安装定位作用,提高线束结构2、固定结构3以及车体1的安装效率。示 例性的,压线块32上分别开设有各自独立的第一容置槽321和第二容置槽324,其中,第一容置槽321的形状与尺寸分别与第一直线段相匹配,第二容置槽324的形状与尺寸分别与第二直线段相匹配,能够实现通讯线束21与导电线束22的物理隔离,防止通讯线束21与导电线束22之间信号的干扰,保障通讯线束21与导电线束22都能正常运行。
作为可选方案,压线件32的下端面开设有容置槽,压线件32的侧面开设有与容置槽相连通的纵向槽,容置槽的底面与纵向槽的底面通过圆弧过渡面相连接。示例性的,如图5所示,压线件32的下端面开设有第一容置槽321和第二容置槽324,压线件32的侧面开设有第一纵向槽322和第二纵向槽325,第一纵向槽322与第一容置槽321相连通,第二纵向槽325与第二容置槽324相连通。第一容置槽321的底面与第一纵向槽322的底面通过第一圆弧过渡面323相连接,第二容置槽324的底面与第二纵向槽325的底面通过第二圆弧过渡面326相连接,第一圆弧过渡面323与第二圆弧过渡面326能够减少第一直线段和第二直线段上的应力集中,避免第一直线段和第二直线段发生损坏,提高通讯线束21与导电线束22的使用寿命。
作为可选方案,由于第一直线段和第二直线段能发生一定的弹性变形,第一容置槽321的深度小于第一直线段的直径1mm~2mm,第二容置槽326的深度小于第二直线段的直径1mm~2mm,当固定结构3将第一直线段和第二直线段与车体1相固定时,压线件32能够实现与安装板31共同对通讯线束21与导电线束22的紧密夹持作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分拣车,包括:
    至少两个车体(1),依次枢接;
    线束结构(2),所述线束结构(2)分别与相邻的两个所述车体(1)相连接,所述线束结构(2)包括弹性变形部,所述弹性变形部位于相邻的两个所述车体(1)的衔接位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分拣车,其中,所述弹性变形部为螺旋结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的分拣车,其中,所述线束结构(2)包括通讯线束(21),所述通讯线束(21)包括第一弹性变形部(211)和分别设置在所述第一弹性变形部(211)两端的两个第一连接部(212),所述第一弹性变形部(211)位于相邻的两个所述车体(1)的衔接位置,每个所述第一连接部(212)包括第一直线段,两个所述第一直线段分别固定在相邻的两个所述车体(1)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的分拣车,其中,所述车体(1)包括驱动器(13),所述通讯线束(21)的两个所述第一连接部(212)分别与相邻的两个所述车体(1)上的所述驱动器(13)相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的分拣车,其中,所述线束结构(2)还包括导电线束(22),所述导电线束(22)包括第二弹性变形部(221)和分别设置在所述第二弹性变形部(221)两端的两个第二连接部(222),所述第二弹性变形部(221)位于相邻的两个所述车体(1)的衔接位置,每个所述第二连接部(222)包括第二直线段,两个所述第二直线段分别固定在相邻的两个所述车体(1)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的分拣车,其中,所述车体(1)至少为三个,所述分拣车还包括分线器(4)、分线(5)以及电源,每个所述车体(1)上设置有分线器(4),所述分线器(4)与对应的所述驱动器(13)通过所述分线(5)相连接;位于中间的所述车体(1)的所述分线器(4)与相邻的两个所述导电线束(22)的所述第二连接部(222)相连接;位于端部的所述车体(1)的所述分线器(4)分别与所述电源和相邻的所述导电线束(22)的所述第二连接部(222)相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的分拣车,还包括固定结构(3),所述固定结构(3)将所述线束结构(2)与所述车体(1)相固定,所述固定结构(3)包括:
    安装板(31),设置在所述车体(1)上;
    压线件(32),与所述安装板(31)共同夹持所述第一直线段和所述第二直线段;以及
    固定件(33),将所述安装板(31)和所述压线件(32)相固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的分拣车,其中,所述压线件(32)上开设有容置槽,所述第一直线段和所述第二直线段容纳在所述容置槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的分拣车,其中,所述压线件(32)的下端面开设有所述容置槽,所述压线件(32)的侧面开设有与所述容置槽相连通的纵向槽,所述容置槽的底面与所述纵向槽的底面通过圆弧过渡面相连接。
  10. 一种分拣机,包括如权利要求1~9任一项所述的分拣车。
