Description

一种便插式电池充电线 技术领域
本发明涉及充电线领域,尤其涉及一种便插式电池充电线。
背景技术
电子或电动设备,作为高科技的产物,给我们的生活提供了极大的便利,它集多种功能于一体,深受广大人们的喜爱。随着技术的进步,电子或电动设备的发展已经逐渐改变了人们的生活。
我们常见的电子设备包括手机,随之衍生出的充电线包括手机充电线和车载充电线等,目前的手机充电线具有电线和连接充电线两端的接头,在充电时,其中一接头连接供电电源,另一接头连接待充电设备,但目前的充电线的充电接头容易刮损或损坏,且通电效果欠佳。
除了电子设备外,电动设备使用也较为广泛,比如汽车。随着我国汽车工业的不断发展和人民物质生活水平的日益提高,人均汽车的拥有量不断增涨,据专家预计,到2020年之前中国人均汽车拥有量将从目前的千人70辆(人均0.07辆)达到全球的平均水平(即每65人拥有11辆车,人均0.17辆)。汽车的电瓶是汽车点火启动和行驶时维持仪表工作正常的重要部件,其使用寿命一般为2-3年,容易发生电压不足现象,而且在使用时由于驾驶者的疏忽,比如停车后一直开空调休息,或离车时忘记关掉车灯等,都会造成电瓶电耗尽,车子无法启动。发生这种情况时,一般需要调另一部车过来作为救援车,利用救援车的电瓶对无电的电瓶进行连接充电,恢复电瓶功能。目前采用的电瓶充电方 式一般是要打开汽车引擎盖,采用鳄鱼夹头夹住充电端子进行充电,其夹头夹住与松开端子的过程较费时、费事,且因这些充电线夹头与端子接触形式为齿接触(即点接触),通电效果不佳。
综上,虽然目前的充电线接头已经标准化,但仍然存在充电线接头与电池充电端子接触不良、通电效果不好、接头容易受到损伤和使用复杂等缺陷,因此,研发一种新型充电线,以克服上述问题,显得格外重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的充电线存在的接触不良、通电效果不好、接头容易受到损伤和使用复杂等缺陷。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种便插式电池充电线,包括充电线本体、绝缘连接头和充电线接头,所述绝缘连接头的一端与所述充电线本体连接,另一端与所述充电线接头连接;所述充电线接头包括第一接触部和第二接触部,所述第一接触部和所述第二接触部一体成型后形成一端部形状为鸭嘴形的所述充电线接头,所述第一接触部的内表面上和所述第二接触部的内表面上均设置有多个接触片。
进一步地,所述第一接触部的大小等于所述第二接触部的大小,所述第一接触部的形状与所述第二接触部的形状相同。
进一步地,多个接触片平行且等间距地设置在所述第一接触部的内表面以及所述第二接触部的内表面上。
进一步地,所述充电线接头插接在一电池充电端子上,所述电池充电端子上设置有插孔,所述插孔的形状与所述充电线接头的形状相匹配。
进一步地,所述充电线本体的两端均设置有所述绝缘连接头和所述充电线接头。
进一步地,所述第一接触部的外表面上和所述第二接触部的外表面上均设置有弹性凸出筋条。
本发明的便插式电池充电线,具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的充电线接头包括第一接触部和第二接触部,第一接触部和所述第二接触部一体成型后形成一端部形状为鸭嘴形的充电线接头,该形状的接触部能够与电池充电端子牢牢卡住,增加与电池充电端子的接触面积,通电效果较好,且接头不容易损伤。
2、本发明的充电线通过充电线接头直接插接在电池充电端子上进行充电,使用简单便捷。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种便插式电池充电线,包括充电线本体1、绝缘连接头2和充电线接头3,所述绝缘连接头2的一端与所述充电线本体1连接,另一端与所述充电线接头3连接,所述充电线本体1的两端均设置有所述绝缘连接头2和所述充电线接头3。
如图2-图3所示,所述充电线接头3包括第一接触部31和第二接触部32,所述第一接触部31的大小等于所述第二接触部32的大小,所述第一接触部31的形状与所述第二接触部32的形状相同。
继续如图2-图3所示,所述第一接触部31和所述第二接触部32一体成型后形成一端部形状为鸭嘴形的所述充电线接头3,所述第一接触部31的内表面上和所述第二接触部32的内表面上均设置有多个用于与电池充电端子电连接的接触片4,多个接触片4平行且等间距地设置在所述第一接触部的内表面以及所述第二接触部的内表面上。
所述充电线接头3插接在一电池充电端子上,所述电池充电端子上设置有插孔,所述插孔的形状与所述充电线接头3的形状相匹配,所述第一接触部31的外表面上和所述第二接触部32的外表面上均设置有弹性凸出筋条(未图示), 在与插孔接触过程中,所述弹性凸出筋条用于供外力插入或拔出所述充电线接头3。
本发明的便插式电池充电线,具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的充电线接头包括第一接触部和第二接触部,第一接触部和所述第二接触部一体成型后形成一端部形状为鸭嘴形的充电线接头,该形状的接触部能够与电池充电端子牢牢卡住,增加与电池充电端子的接触面积,通电效果较好,且接头不容易损伤。
2、本发明的充电线通过充电线接头直接插接在电池充电端子上进行充电,使用简单便捷。

  1. 一种便插式电池充电线,其特征在于,包括充电线本体(1)、绝缘连接头(2)和充电线接头(3),所述绝缘连接头(2)的一端与所述充电线本体(1)连接,另一端与所述充电线接头(3)连接;
    所述充电线接头(3)包括第一接触部(31)和第二接触部(32),所述第一接触部(31)和所述第二接触部(32)一体成型后形成一端部形状为鸭嘴形的所述充电线接头(3),所述第一接触部(31)的内表面上和所述第二接触部(32)的内表面上均设置有多个接触片(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便插式电池充电线,其特征在于,所述第一接触部(31)的大小等于所述第二接触部(32)的大小,所述第一接触部(31)的形状与所述第二接触部(32)的形状相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便插式电池充电线,其特征在于,多个接触片(4)平行且等间距地设置在所述第一接触部的内表面以及所述第二接触部的内表面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项权利要求所述的便插式电池充电线,其特征在于,所述充电线接头(3)插接在一电池充电端子上,所述电池充电端子上设置有插孔,所述插孔的形状与所述充电线接头(3)的形状相匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便插式电池充电线,其特征在于,所述第一接触部(31)的外表面上和所述第二接触部(32)的外表面上均设置有弹性凸出筋条。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的便插式电池充电线,其特征在于,所述充电线本体(1)的两端均设置有所述绝缘连接头(2)和所述充电线接头(3)。
