工作时,首先将黄鳝或泥鳅倒入进料箱3中,黄鳝或泥鳅从连通管19进入到托板13内。当黄鳝或泥鳅进入输送齿盘10的工作区间时,相向转动的输送齿盘10将其夹持住并向前推送,这一过程中,通过转动的宰杀刀11,将黄鳝或泥鳅的背部剖开,从而完成黄鳝或泥鳅的宰杀。
宰杀过程中,通过连通管19内壁及延伸口15前端托板13内壁上的限位筋21,可使黄鳝、泥鳅喂入过程中腹部朝下和顺直喂入,防止黄鳝或泥鳅未划切的部位扭曲(划切点的后端),避免了现有机台无法将腹部或背部剖开的问题,通过托板13内壁上的弹簧片,在黄鳝、泥鳅的宰杀过程起到一个夹持限位和导向的作用,避免了现有因入刀的激力作用使鳝鱼、泥鳅拼命扭摆身体,极易使切刀切偏,导致腹部或背部没有完全打开的情况,通过输送电机9之间设置的拉簧12,以及宰杀机构与装配座5之间的顶簧14相互配合,可使输送齿盘10之间的夹持力保持均衡,从而避免了现有因一侧输送齿盘10挤压力过大将黄鳝、泥鳅推偏,从而导致杀偏的情况,由此提高了宰杀质量,进一步提高了工作效率,降低人工劳动强度和作业成本,对企业发展和提高企业效益具有积极的意义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,包括机架(1)、宰杀电机(7)、进料箱(3)和宰杀机构,机架(1)上一端固装有进料箱(3),进料箱(3)前端的机架(1)上通过安装架(4)和装配座(5)对称设置由滑杆(6),滑杆(6)与进料箱(3)之间的机架(1)上固装有宰杀电机(7);滑杆(6)上活动安装有宰杀机构,宰杀机构通过传动带与宰杀电机(7)连接;宰杀机构下方通过安装架(4)装有托板(13),托板(13)一端通过连通管(19)与进料箱(3)连通;其特征在于:所述的宰杀机构与装配座(5)之间的滑杆(6)上设置有顶簧(14),顶簧(14)的一端与宰杀机构接触连接,顶簧(14)的另一端与装配座(5)接触连接,所述的托板(13)为截面呈U型的长条状,托板(13)的中间部位的两侧对称设置有延伸口(15),托板(13)顶部两侧设置有翼缘(16),托板(13)通过翼缘(16)与宰杀机构滑动连接,托板(13)一端通过连通管(19)与进料箱(3)连通;托板(13)另一端与安装架(4)上的出料管(20)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,其特征在于:所述的延伸口(15)后端的托板(13)内壁上设置有定位件(17);所述的定位件(17)为通过弹簧座(18)对称设置在托板(13)内壁上的弹簧片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,其特征在于:所述的弹簧片长度为5—8cm,弹簧片的一端端头呈弯弧状,弯弧状的弹簧片端头与延伸口(15)边缘接触连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,其特征在于:所述的弯弧状的弹簧片端头与延伸口(15)边缘固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,其特征在于:所述的连通管(20)内壁上对称设置有限位筋(21),所述的限位筋(21)呈八字状设置,所述的限位筋(21)顶部为坡面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,其特征在于:所述的限位筋(21)顺势延伸至延伸口(15)前端的托板(13)内壁上;所述的限位筋(21)的整体长度不低于30cm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,其特征在于:所述的宰杀机构由安装板(8)、输送电机(9)、输送齿盘(10)和宰杀刀(11)构成,安装板(8)对称状活动安装在滑杆(6)上,安装板(8)上表面固装有输送电机 (9);安装板(8)下方的输送电机传动轴上装有输送齿盘(10);输送齿盘(10)之间设置有预留间隙,预留间隙上方通过机架(1)和轴承座装有刀轴,刀轴通过传动带与宰杀电机(7)连接;刀轴上装有宰杀刀(11),宰杀刀(11)的底部延伸至预留间隙内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,其特征在于:所述的输送齿盘(10)边缘通过延伸口(15)延伸至托板(13)内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,其特征在于:所述的输送电机(9)之间设置有拉簧(12)。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种黄鳝、泥鳅初加工机台,其特征在于:所述的安装板(8)之间的滑杆(6)上设置有限位块,以保证输送齿盘(10)之间保留有间隙,防止输送齿盘(10)之间相互接触。
