Definitions
- the present invention relates to so-called bulk containers used for storing and transporting granular cargo such as wood pellets and grains.
- Bulk containers receive and store powdery cargo such as wood pellets from the loading port on the top (ceiling), or after they are loaded on trucks and transported in that state, they are installed on a part of the side wall, etc. It is a container that is used for such purposes as taking out from a Wood pellets and the like are charged into the inside of a bulk container (inside a container) from a hopper provided in a port, for example, through a loading port, and then taken out by opening a discharge port and tilting the container.
- the discharge port is provided with a door that can be freely opened and closed, and the upper charging port is also provided with a cover to prevent rainwater from entering.
- a hinged (rotary) door such as a hatch is usually provided. The hinged door type facilitates the placement of a packing or the like to prevent rainwater from entering.
- Patent Document 1 shows a container in which a sliding door type (slide open/close type) cover is provided at the upper charging port.
- Patent Document 2 discloses providing a sliding door-type cover for opening and closing the upper opening of a container for holding liquid. The patent document 2 explains that a sliding door type cover is more advantageous than a hinged door type cover when space cannot be secured between the upper hopper and the hopper.
- Bulk containers are generally loaded with powdered cargo from above using a hopper.
- the height of the loading port of the bulk container transported to the bottom of the hopper by truck or the like is close to the height of the lower end of the hopper in order to prevent the cargo from scattering. Therefore, in carrying a bulk container loaded on a truck or the like to directly below the hopper and opening the loading port there to receive the loading of cargo, it is preferable to use the hinged door type in which the door rotates upward. , it is advantageous if the lid of the loading port is of the horizontally sliding sliding door type.
- the loading port is equipped with a hinged door, stop the truck in front of the hopper, open the door of the bulk container, and advance the truck to position the loading port directly below the hopper and unload the cargo. After receiving the loading, it is necessary to advance the truck a little again, shift the position of the loading port from directly under the hopper, and close the door. On the other hand, if a sliding door type lid is attached to the loading port, it is not necessary to stop the truck in front of the hopper and just past the hopper.
- Patent Documents 1 and 2 do not show an example in which the charging port is sufficiently long in the longitudinal direction of the container.
- Granular cargo charged from hoppers, etc. accumulates in a container container forming a cone-shaped mountain with an inclination equal to the angle of repose of the granular cargo. In that case, a large portion of the upper internal space corresponding to the front and back in the longitudinal direction of the container container remains unfilled with cargo.
- This problem can also be solved by providing multiple loading ports along the length of the container, but the increased number of loading ports increases the burden on workers who climb to the top of the container to open and close the cover. Become.
- the present invention is designed so that a worker can open and close the cover of the loading port without having to climb to the top of the container, and furthermore, a space that cannot be filled with powdery cargo is provided. To provide a preferable bulk container that can be reduced.
- the invention of the present application is a bulk container that receives powdered cargo from a loading port provided at the top into a container (referring to a box-shaped portion as a container), ⁇
- the charging port is covered with a sliding door type (sliding type) lid that reciprocates horizontally (including when it is generally horizontal) to open and close the charging port, -
- the lid is characterized in that it reciprocates as described above in conjunction with the movement of the operating member provided on the side of the container.
- this bulk container has a horizontally moving sliding door type lid at the upper charging port, as described above, the bulk container is conveyed to just below the feeding device such as the hopper, and the particles are discharged from the charging port. It is possible to open and close the lid directly below the hopper, close to its lower end opening, when receiving a load of cargo. Moreover, since the lid reciprocates in tandem with the movement of the operating member provided on the side of the container, the operator can operate the operating member on the side of the container without having to climb to the top of the container.
- the charging port can be opened and closed by moving. From these points, according to the bulk container of the invention, it is possible to efficiently and safely receive cargo from a hopper or the like.
- the bulk container of the above invention is ⁇
- the above charging port has a rectangular opening that is long in the length direction of the container (the direction along the long side of the horizontal dimension of the container) (that is, the opening is wide in the container container).
- the dimension in the length direction of the container is longer than the dimension
- the lid body reciprocates horizontally in the width direction of the container container (including cases where it is generally horizontal) to open and close the charging port, -
- the lid is composed of a single plate capable of covering the entire charging port, or can cover the entire charging port by abutting the opposing edges of the plate close to each other. It is preferably constituted by two plates (and opening the charging port by separating the edges of each other).
- the charging port is long in the longitudinal direction of the container as described above, so-called vertically long, the powder particles from the hopper etc. Can receive cargo input. Therefore, the cargo that forms a slope of the repose angle and piles up inside the container can be received until it reaches the top at each of the front and rear parts in the longitudinal direction of the container, and the space inside the container can be effectively used. It is possible to charge a large amount of cargo.
- the lid covering the charging port preferably reciprocates in the width direction of the container container to open and close the charging port as described above.
- the lid that covers the charging port reciprocates in the longitudinal direction of the container, the lid will move back and forth from the container when the charging port is opened (either in the longitudinal direction of the container) because the charging port is vertically long. or ). If the lid protrudes significantly from the container, the lid may come into contact with part of the truck loaded with it or with nearby facilities and machinery, which may hinder the smooth loading of cargo. If the lid body is constructed so as to reciprocate in the width direction of the container, the above problems are less likely to occur even if the loading port is vertically long. Also, if the lid is composed of one or two plates as described above, the lid can cover the charging port to prevent rainwater from entering the container.
- the lid body is movable along guide tracks provided near both ends in the longitudinal direction of the charging port, ⁇
- the lid is connected to the operating member via a transmission mechanism including a rope (wire rope, rope, string, etc.) passed through the side and top of the container and a pulley on which the rope is hooked. It is preferable that the lid body is reciprocally moved as described above in conjunction with the operation member.
- FIGS. An example of such a bulk container is shown in FIGS.
- a cover 6 movable along a guide track 14 is connected to an operating member 20 via a transmission mechanism 10 including a wire rope 11 and pulleys 12 and 12a.
- the lid body Since the lid body is movable along the guide track, the lid body can open and close the charging port by reciprocating the above-mentioned reciprocating movement within a certain range that can cover the charging port in the upper part of the container container. can. Further, since the cover is connected to the operation member by the transmission mechanism including the cable and the pulley, the lid is interlocked with the operation member provided at a distant position on the side of the container when the operation member is moved. to move back and forth.
- the use of a transmission mechanism including a cable and a pulley reduces restrictions on the moving direction of the lid and the position and moving direction of the operating member interlocked therewith, thus making it possible to construct a bulk container that is easy to use.
- the operation member is provided only on one side wall surface of the container vessel,
- the force when moving the operation member is transmitted to two locations on the lid body separated in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the lid body via the cord as a force for reciprocating the lid body.
- the arrangement of the pulleys and cable members of the transmission mechanism is defined as follows. This configuration is also employed in the bulk container 1 illustrated in FIG. When tension is applied to one of the wire ropes 11 by the operating member 20, the moving pulleys 12a at two separate positions are simultaneously pulled downward in the drawing to move the lid 6. As shown in FIG.
- the operation members provided on the sides of the container are provided on the two side walls that are opposite to each other, it is advantageous for reliably reciprocating the lid (that is, opening and closing the charging port). is. Even if the lid body is long or the lid body does not move smoothly along the guide track, the lid body can be easily moved by operating and moving the operation members on the two side walls at the same time. is. However, if the operating members are separated on two side wall surfaces, two workers are required to operate them simultaneously. In this regard, in the bulk container described above, since the operating member is provided only on one side wall of the container, even a single worker can reciprocate the lid.
- the lid body can be reliably secured in the same manner as when the operation member is provided on two side walls that are opposite to each other. can be moved to
- the tip edge of the lid (the edge on the side to which the charging port is moved when closing the charging port) and the opening edge of the charging port are abutted, or the lid
- the two plates of the body are in a state where the opposing tip edges are butted against each other, between the leading edge of the lid and the opening edge of the charging port, or between the opposing leading edges of the two plates of the lid, elastically attached to one edge; It is further advantageous if the other edge to which the packing is attached is provided with a metal member that is pressed horizontally against the end face of the elastic packing. .
- Reference numeral 31a denotes an elastic packing
- reference numeral 31b denotes a metal member pressed against the elastic packing 31a.
- the cover can effectively prevent rainwater from entering when the charging port is closed.
- the reason is as follows. 1) In the above-mentioned bulk container, in which the transmission mechanism is configured so that the force that moves the operating member is transmitted to two locations on the lid via the cable, when the operating member is moved, the two locations on the lid The force is applied to move the lid so that the leading edge of the lid and the opening edge of the loading port are brought into contact with each other, or the leading edges of the two plates that are the lids are brought into contact with each other. be. 2) Since the force acts on the two points, the cover moves reliably, and the force with which the edge portions are butted against each other acts evenly and strongly over the entire length of each edge portion.
- the operation member is provided only on one side wall surface of the container vessel, ⁇ Linear guide members are arranged parallel to each other near both ends in the length direction of the charging port, and a moving block with a built-in rolling element is attached to each guide member (i.e., a linear bush or linear guide etc. are provided parallel to the corresponding position on the top of the container vessel), ⁇
- the lid is movable by being attached to the moving block, and a part of the lid (one end in the length direction) is provided with the operation member (up to the side of the container container).
- the lid is linked to the operating member so that the lid moves back and forth as described above.
- An example of such a bulk container is shown in FIGS. 6, 8 and the like.
- a moving block 42 containing rolling elements is attached to a linear guide member 41 , and a cover 6 is attached to the moving block 42 .
- An operation member 50 provided only on one side wall surface is fixed and connected to a part of the lid 6 (frame 6f).
- two linear guide members arranged near both ends in the longitudinal direction of the charging port and a moving block with a built-in rolling element mounted thereon provide a low-friction movement guide action to move the lid. can move smoothly back and forth.
- the lid moves back and forth together with the operation member. Since the operation member is provided only on one side wall of the container, even a single operator can reciprocate the lid. During the movement, the lid body receives force only from a part of the side where the operation member is connected. It is also assumed that the movement will not necessarily be smooth due to the uneven force acting on it.
- the above bulk container uses two sets of low-friction linear guides, including moving blocks with rolling elements, so that the lid always stays in place even though it receives force from only one side. It is possible to move smoothly.
- the lid is fixedly attached to a moving block attached to one of the guide members arranged near both ends of the charging port, and is attached to the other guide member. It is preferably attached so that it can move with respect to the block.
- This configuration is also employed in the bulk container illustrated in FIG.
- the lid 6 (frame 6f) is fixed with bolts to one moving block 42 (left in the drawing), and a bolt-shaped connecting pin 44 is attached to the other moving block 42 (right in the drawing). , and the lid body 6 is connected to the pin 44 with a gap for free movement around and up and down.
- a water sealing cover 61 has an elastic packing 62 on its lower surface, which is pressed against the upper end of a metal member 63 from above.
- each edge is provided with an upward metal member, and the water seal cover is attached to the metal member. Since the elastic packing is pressed from above, rainwater is reliably prevented from entering between the abutted edges. 4)
- the operation of pressing the elastic packing of the water seal cover against the metal member can be easily performed from the side of the container by means of the operating tool. By stopping (locking) the movement of the lid body and the water seal cover while the elastic packing is pressed against the metal member, it is possible to continuously prevent rainwater from entering and keep water out of the container. can.
- a support rail is attached across the charging port to enable reciprocation of the lid and to support the weight of the lid, and a wheel that rolls on the support rail is attached to the bottom of the lid. is attached and - It is particularly preferable that the support rail has a shape in which the central portion protrudes upward.
- the support rails are mounted across the loading opening, i.e. between the two guide tracks or linear guide members mentioned above.
- the support rails are provided in parallel with the above-described guide tracks or guide members. Examples of support rails and the like are shown in FIG. 4 or FIG.
- Reference numerals 16 and 46 are support rails, and reference numerals 6a or 6g are wheels rolling on them.
- the charging port is a long, continuous opening, such as a vertical one, simply arranging the guide track or linear guide member near both ends of the charging port as described above will not be enough to cover the center of the lid. The vicinity tends to bend or deform downward.
- a support rail is attached across the charging port as described above, and the wheel at the bottom of the lid is arranged along the support rail, the lid can be supported as a whole and its deformation can be prevented. It is advantageous for prevention. Since the support rails are provided across the loading port, it is inevitable that the powdery cargo charged into the container from the hopper or the like will land on the support rails. However, since the support rail is attached so that the central portion protrudes upward, there is no fear that the movement of the lid body will be hindered due to accumulation or adhesion of powdery particles on the rail.
- the bulk container of the invention is - It is preferable that an inclined plate or an impeller capable of changing the falling direction of the charged cargo in the form of powder or grain is provided at a position directly below the charging port in the container.
- FIG. 11 shows an example in which such inclined plates and impellers are attached.
- the charging port is covered with a sliding door type lid, and the lid moves back and forth in conjunction with the operation member on the side
- the above operation member is provided not on the side of the container but on the ceiling of the container and close to one of the sides.
- An example of such a bulk container is shown in FIGS. 12, 14 and the like.
- An operating member 80 is provided at a position close to a side portion corresponding to one end portion in the length direction of the ceiling portion of the container container 3 . When the operation member 80 is moved in the width direction of the container 3, the lid 6 is also moved in the same direction, thereby opening and closing the charging port 5.
- the operation member for reciprocating the lid is provided on the side of the container (on the side of the end in the length direction of the container or on another side) as described above, so that the operation can be easily performed. .
- the operation can be easily performed. If a simple working platform accessible to the side is prepared, the operating member provided near the side can be operated by the operator using the platform, and the ceiling portion of the container container can be operated. This is because there is no need for workers to climb up to
- this bulk container can also be used to transport cargo from hoppers, etc. Receiving can be done efficiently and safely.
- the operation member is provided on the side of the container above the discharge port for discharging the cargo, or on the ceiling of the container near the side having the discharge port. It's good to be 12 and 14, etc., the operation member 80 is also provided at the ceiling portion of the container container 3, which is close to the side portion having the discharge port 8. As shown in FIG.
- the operation member for reciprocating the lid is preferably provided either on the side portion (side wall surface) of the container or on the ceiling portion near the side portion.
- the discharge port for discharging the cargo is located close to the part. This is because, by doing so, it is possible to centrally arrange the locations of the container that require manipulation on one side or in the vicinity thereof.
- a so-called bulk container that handles powdery cargo is a box-shaped container with a loading port at the ceiling and a discharge port at the bottom of one side (side wall). There are no moving parts that require manipulation. The opening and closing of the discharge port is performed using a control lever attached to the hatch of the discharge port.
- the location for operating the operating portion should be located on one side. can be collected in the vicinity of the This central location of all operating points simplifies and streamlines the handling of bulk containers.
- the bulk container of the invention is ⁇ Partition plates with surfaces intersecting with the length direction of the container and supported at the upper end are provided at multiple locations above the container, excluding the central portion in the length direction of the container. , ⁇ The partition plate is swingable and can only be displaced between a position in which the lower part faces vertically downward and a position in which the lower part faces away from the center. It is even more preferable to have FIG. 17 illustrates a bulk container 4 having such partition plates 90 at two locations within the container container 3 . Each partition plate 90 freely swings only between a vertically downward posture and a posture in which the lower portion swings to the side opposite to the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the container as indicated by the phantom line. be able to.
- the partition plate that can swing only to one side does not hinder the movement of cargo toward the side away from the center of the container (that is, the side where it is easy for powdery and granular cargo to accumulate and space is created).
- this is because the movement of cargo from the end side toward the central portion is hindered. That is, the provision of the partition plate facilitates the movement of the particulate cargo from the central portion of the container toward the end portions. As a result, it is possible to quickly eliminate the uneven accumulation state of the cargo and increase the capacity of the cargo to be accommodated in the container.
- the lid can be opened and closed efficiently and safely, and cargo can be smoothly received from the hopper or the like. If the lid is reciprocatingly moved by interlocking with the operation member via a transmission mechanism including a rope and pulley, it is provided at a position on the side of the container where operation is easy. The operation member can appropriately move the lid to open and close the loading port.
- the lid When the force for moving the operating member is transmitted to two locations on the lid through the cable, the lid can be moved smoothly and reliably only by moving the operating member from one location by an operator. . Even if low-friction linear guide devices called linear bushes or linear guides are arranged near both ends of the charging port and are configured to move the lid by their action, one operation member can be operated. Only by operating it, the lid body can always smoothly reciprocate to open and close the loading port.
- the operation member for opening and closing the lid that covers the upper loading port is provided at a position close to either side of the container on the ceiling of the container, even if it is provided on the side of the container. Even in this case, it is advantageous for efficiently and safely opening and closing the lid. In either case, it is not necessary for the operator to climb to the top of the container to open and close the lid.
- the operation member is provided above the side where the discharge port is provided or in the ceiling portion near the side, the parts that require operation in the container container are gathered nearby, so that the bulk can be easily handled.
- a container is configured.
- a partition plate that can swing only to one side, that is, to the side farther from the center portion at an upper position in the container container makes it easy to eliminate uneven accumulation of powdery and granular cargo, thereby increasing the container capacity. It is possible to increase the cargo capacity of the container.

- Two movable pulleys 12a are used for one wire rope 11, and the two are separated from each other in the length direction of the lid 6 (that is, the direction perpendicular to the moving direction). Attach to the plate (on the frame above). When the one wire rope 11 is pulled, a force in the direction of opening or closing the cover 6 acts on the two movable pulleys 12a at a separate position, and the plate moves. Due to the two movable pulleys 12a, each plate of the lid body 6 is evenly subjected to force in the movement direction at two locations separated in the length direction.
- the lid body 6 can accurately move in parallel to open and close the charging port 5 without being oblique or being caught on the guide track 14.
- ⁇ A stopper 18 whose tip position can be adjusted is attached to the upper portion of the container container 3 , thereby determining the movement range of each plate of the lid body 6 . - the cover 6 is a set of two plates, and both plates are butted against each other at the center of the container 3 to cover the entire loading port 5, and extend horizontally outward from the center in the width direction. It is the same as the bulk container 1 in that the loading port 5 is opened by sliding the plates to move and separate from each other.
- the bulk container 2 does not employ a transmission mechanism including wire ropes and pulleys as means for moving the lid 6 .
- Each plate of the lid body 6 can be moved back and forth.
- the vertically long lid body 6 covering the vertically long charging port 5 is moved in the width direction by applying force only to one end (the left end in FIG. 6).

- Two guide members 41 are attached in parallel to each other near both longitudinal ends of the charging port 5 with an interval of about 4.5 m. If each plate of the lid 6 is completely fixed to the moving block 42 on each guide member 41, the movement of the lid 6 will not be smooth if the parallelism between the two guide members 41 is reduced. There is fear. Moreover, since the two guide members 41 are several meters away from each other, the degree of parallelism between them tends to decrease. However, in this bulk container 2, it is necessary to move the lid 6 by means of the operating member 50 connected only on one side, so that the movement must be maintained particularly smoothly.
- the frame 6f of the lid 6 is fixed with bolts 43 to the moving block 42 attached to one of the two guide members 41 (left side in FIG. 9).
- the frame 6f of the lid body 6 is attached to the moving block 42 attached to the guide member 41 on the other side (the right side in FIG. 9) so as to be movable. That is, a bolt-shaped connecting pin 44 is attached to the moving block 42 shown on the right side of FIG. is provided.

It is the same as the bulk container 2 in that side covers 45 are provided on both sides of the linear bushing device 40 and the longitudinal ends of the lid 6 to prevent rainwater from entering. Since there are many parts in common with the bulk container 2 in terms of configuration, the bulk container 4 is denoted by the same reference numerals in FIGS. , omitting or simplifying the redundant description of the part).
- the operating member 80 which is a means for operating each plate of the lid 6, is provided not on the side of the container 3 but on the top, that is, the ceiling as shown in FIG. .

- the manner of connecting the lid 6 to the moving block 42 of the linear bushing device 40 is the same as in the case of the bulk container 2 . That is, the moving block 42 attached to one of the two guide members 41 (for example, the left side in FIG. 15) is attached to the frame 6f of the lid 6 so that the lid 6 can always move smoothly. , and a frame 6f is attached to the moving block 42 attached to the other guide member 41 so that it can move horizontally and vertically by several millimeters (for the bulk container 2, See Figure 9).
- Support rails 46 extend in the width direction at two locations across the charging port 5 in the middle of the length direction, and wheels 6g that move on the rails 46 are attached to the lower portion of the lid body 6. - ⁇ By using a support rail 46 having a shape in which the central portion protrudes upward, it is possible to prevent powdery cargo from adhering and accumulating.
- FIGS. 16(a) to 16(c) show a sealing mechanism 60 for preventing rainwater from entering when the charging port 5 is closed by the lid 6.
- FIG. The sealing mechanism 60 has substantially the same structure as that provided in the bulk container 2 (see FIG. 10). That is, a water seal cover 61 is placed over the tip edges of the two plates of the lid 6 with the charging port 5 closed, and the elastic packing 62 on the lower surface is brought into close contact, thereby closing the gap. To prevent rainwater from entering between the tip edges of two plates, which tends to cause cracks.

- the structure shown in the bottom drawer of FIG. including elastic packing 67.
- the left and right pull-out views of FIG. A structure (including a water immersion prevention piece 69) is also adopted.
- FIG. 17 exemplifies a configuration capable of improving the accumulation state of powdery and granular cargo in the container 3 in relation to the present invention. It is shown that when the powder is charged only from the vicinity of the central portion of the vertically elongated charging port 5, the powder accumulates in a conical shape, and as a result, a large space in which no powder exists can be created in the front and rear portions of the container vessel 3. It is taken into consideration. Although the figure shows an example of the bulk container 4, this configuration can be applied to any bulk container into which powdery or granular cargo is loaded.

- the partition plate 90 is provided in the upper part of the container 3 as described above, the vehicle on which the container 3 is placed is driven forward and backward slightly and then stopped suddenly, thereby moving the container 3 near the center. It is possible to smoothly move part of the concentratedly accumulated powdery and granular cargo to the front and rear parts of the container 3 . This is because the action of the two partition plates 90, which can be pivotally displaced only away from the central portion, moves the particulate cargo from the central portion only toward the front and rear ends on the basis of the inertial force generated when the vehicle suddenly stops. be. If the uneven piled state of the powdery and granular cargo can be improved in this way, more powdery and granular cargo can be loaded into the container vessel 3, so that the capacity of the cargo in the bulk container 4 can be increased.

Abstract
