- the state detection unit 51 is composed of a rotation number detection unit 151 and an abnormality detection unit 152, and m sushi plates D-1 to D (m is an arbitrary integer equal to or greater than 1) conveyed by the closed conveyor V. -m and the states of sushi S-1 to Sn (n is an arbitrary integer equal to or greater than 1) placed on sushi plates D-1 to Dm, respectively.
- the sushi plates D-1 to Dm are collectively referred to as "sushi plate D" when there is no particular need to distinguish them individually. Further, when there is no particular need to distinguish each of sushi S-1 to Sn, they are collectively referred to as "sushi S".
- the following description will be made on the assumption that sushi S is placed on the sushi plate D unless otherwise specified.
- the rotation number detection unit 151 detects the number of times the sushi plate D has circulated on the conveyor V (hereinafter referred to as "the number of rotations") from the captured image of the sushi plate D obtained as a result of being imaged by a camera, which is an example of the detection sensor 20. to detect Specifically, for example, the rotation number detection unit 151 uses a predetermined image recognition technique to detect that the sushi plate D-1 has circulated on the conveyor V twice, and the sushi plate D-2 has circulated on the conveyor V five times. , etc.

Abstract
Description
記憶部18は、ハードディスクやDRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory)等で構成され、各種データを記憶する。
