Claims (13)
- 一种水路集成装置,安装于制冷器具的箱体内,所述水路集成装置包括连通的过滤器、水阀及水壶,所述过滤器上设有进水管,所述水壶上设有水壶出水管,所述水阀上设有制冰供水管;所述箱体后壁设有连通冰箱外部的通孔及水管安装结构,所述水管安装结构包括设于所述通孔内的预埋管及设于所述预埋管内的护管;其特征在于,所述护管设置至少三个对应所述进水管、水壶出水管及制冰供水管的水管孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述预埋管与所述护管过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述护管包括相互连接的入口部及配合部,所述水管孔设于所述配合部;所述入口部的外径大于所述配合部的外径,所述预埋管与所述配合部过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述配合部的外壁沿周向设有凸环,所述护管与凸环在径向上的尺寸之和大于所述预埋管的内径。
- 根据权利要求4所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述配合部的外壁上沿长度方向设置多个所述凸环。
- 根据权利要求4所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述凸环为弹性材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述水路集 成装置还包括容纳所述水壶及水阀的固定壳体,所述固定壳体设于所述过滤器下方;所述固定壳体包括上侧板,所述过滤器设有过滤器出水管,所述进水管及过滤器出水管沿所述上侧板延伸设置;所述上侧板设有向上延伸的固定部,所述固定壳体通过所述固定部连接于所述箱体的后壁;所述上侧板对应所述固定部的位置设有向下凹陷的避让槽及与所述上侧板平行的挡板,所述避让槽及挡板之间形成有间隙,所述进水管及过滤器出水管穿过所述间隙。
- 根据权利要求7所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述固定壳体上设置多个卡扣件,所述水壶出水管及制冰供水管分别与所述卡扣件卡扣连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述水阀与所述水壶之间通过水壶进水组件可选择地连通;所述水壶进水组件包括:进水套筒及可旋转插入所述进水套筒的进水插接件,所述进水插接件及进水套筒的内部设有可相互连通的进水流道;所述进水套筒设于所述水壶或水阀的二者之一上,所述进水插接件设于所述水壶或水阀的二者之另一上;所述进水插接件上设有进水限位突起,所述进水套筒包括进水筒体,开设于所述进水筒体上的进水插接口及在所述进水筒体圆周方向上设置的进水限位孔;所述进水套筒上还设有匹配所述进水限位突起的进水引导槽,所述进水引导槽由所述进水插接口沿所述进水套筒的轴向延伸,并与所述进水限位孔的端部连通;在所述进水筒体的圆周方向上,所述进水限位孔的尺寸大于所述进水引导槽的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述进水套筒由所述水壶的进水口向外延伸并与所述水壶一体成型;所述进水插接件由所述水阀的出水口向外延伸并与所述水阀一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述进水插接件包括第一插接部及设于所述第一插接部前端的第二插接部,所述第二插接部的外径小于所述第一插接部的外径。
- 根据权利要求11所述的水路集成装置,其特征在于,所述进水插接件还包括与所述第一插接部连接的止挡部,所述止挡部的端面抵接所述进水套筒的端面。
- 一种制冷器具,包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体内设有如权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的水路集成装置。
