Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る水素製造装置1の構成を模式的に示す図である。第1実施形態に係る水素製造装置1は、容器11と、工業炉12と、伝熱部材13と、水蒸気供給部14と、回収機構15とを有する。工業炉12は、加熱部の一例である。
つづいて、第1実施形態に係る水素製造装置1の各種変形例について、図2~図4を参照しながら説明する。なお、以下に示す各種変形例では、第1実施形態と同一の部位には同一の符号を付することにより重複する説明を省略することがある。
図5は、第2実施形態に係る水素製造装置1の構成を模式的に示す図である。第2実施形態に係る水素製造装置1は、容器11と、工業炉12と、伝熱部材13と、水蒸気供給部14と、回収機構15と、別の伝熱部材16とを有する。工業炉12は加熱部の一例であり、別の伝熱部材16は冷却部の一例である。
つづいて、第2実施形態に係る水素製造装置1の各種変形例について、図6~図8を参照しながら説明する。なお、以下に示す各種変形例では、第2実施形態と同一の部位には同一の符号を付することにより重複する説明を省略することがある。
図9及び図10は、第3実施形態に係る水素製造装置1の構成及び動作を模式的に示す図である。第3実施形態に係る水素製造装置1は、容器11と、工業炉12と、輸送管13Aと、水蒸気供給部14と、回収機構15と、ゲートバルブ18と、移動機構19とを有する。工業炉12は、加熱部の一例であり、移動機構19は、冷却部の一例である。
つづいて、第3実施形態に係る水素製造装置1の各種変形例について、図11~図17を参照しながら説明する。なお、以下に示す各種変形例では、第3実施形態と同一の部位には同一の符号を付することにより重複する説明を省略することがある。
