技术领域
本公开涉及冷风扇技术领域,尤其涉及一种机头及冷风扇。
背景技术
冷风扇利用水的蒸发吸热吹出冷风,湿帘是冷风扇中的重要组成部件,可以增加水与空气的接触面积和时间,使水吸热蒸发,有效降温。通常情况下,一般湿帘设置在湿帘支架上,湿帘支架固定在风扇后壳或格栅处,湿帘则随风扇摇头而转动。
随着冷风扇的广泛应用,循环风扇应运而生,循环风扇除了左右摇头之外,还可实现上下摇头。湿帘若处于竖直状态,上下摇头的风扇的出风方向不能垂直于湿帘,大减少了水与空气的接触面积和时间,降温效果大大降低。在冬天的寒冷季节中,空气干燥,若开启冷风扇加湿,在风吹下会感到寒冷。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中提及的冷风扇上下摇头时,湿帘竖直固定在机头内,出现降温效果差的技术问题。本公开提供了一种机头及冷风扇,湿帘组件相对风道的轴心线倾斜设置,使机头上下摇头过程中,保证水流能够流经湿帘,达到送风降温的目的,用户体验佳。
为实现上述目的,本公开的一种机头及冷风扇的具体技术方案如下:
一种机头,包括具有风道的壳体,风道的进风口和出风口分别设置在壳体相对的侧壁上,沿空气流通方向,风道内设有湿帘组件和风机组件,湿帘组件固定在壳体的内壁上,湿帘组件相对风道的轴心线倾斜设置。
在一些实施方式中,湿帘组件的轴心线与机头的轴心线之间的夹角在120°-150°的范围内取值。
在一些实施方式中,湿帘组件与机头的轴心线之间的夹角为135°。
在一些实施方式中,壳体包括卡接固定的前壳和后壳,前壳呈圆筒状,前壳的端部设置出风栅,出风栅为风道的进风口,前壳的轴心线呈水平方向分布,后壳呈朝向前壳开口的半球面状,后壳上设有风道的进风口。

为了更好地了解本公开的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本公开的一种机头及冷风扇做进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示,本公开的机头,包括具有风道的壳体,风道的进风口和出风口分别设置在壳体相对的侧壁上,沿空气流通方向,风道内设有湿帘组件和风机组件5,湿帘组件固定在壳体的内壁上,湿帘组件相对风道的轴心线倾斜设置,以确保壳体上下摇头时,湿帘组件在任意角度均被浸湿,并与空气接触,实现送风降温的目的。
壳体包括卡接固定的前壳2和后壳1,前壳2呈圆筒状,前壳2的端部设置出风栅21,出风栅21为风道的进风口,前壳2的轴心线呈水平方向分布,后壳1呈朝向前壳2开口的半球面状,后壳1上设有风道的进风口。
湿帘组件作为冷风扇的关键部件,通常的,湿帘组件包括湿帘本体4和湿帘支架3,湿帘本体4固定在湿帘支架3内,为了使湿帘组件固定在壳体内,湿帘支架3本体上设有卡扣,后壳1的内壁上设有固定架,固定架上设置与卡扣配合的卡槽,卡扣卡接在卡槽内,从而使湿帘组件可拆卸的固定在壳体内,使放置空间最大利用化。

如图4所示,湿帘支架3为长方体框架,湿帘支架3的端面上分别设置固定湿帘本体4的第一限位块32和第二限位块33,湿帘支架3顶面设有进水口31,湿帘支架3底部设有用于支撑湿帘本体4的支撑台34,支撑台34下方设有回流通道35,水槽内的水经进水口31滴落至湿帘本体4上,浸湿湿帘本体4后,流至回流通道35内,回流通道35的底面为朝向湿帘本体4下游方向倾斜的导流斜面。为了保证湿帘本体4在机头转至竖直向上吹风时,水能顺畅排出回流通道35,湿帘本体4上游方向的回流通道35端部设有回流口36,湿帘支架3可双向排水,当在干燥寒冷的天气需要单独加湿时,机头可竖直向上送风且开启加湿功能,达到加湿的功能又不使人降温,达到仅加湿而不降温的集成效果。
风机组件5设置在湿帘组件和风道出风口之间,风机组件5包括电机51,电机51固定在电机支架53上,电机支架53固定在后壳1的开口处,电机51的轴心线与前壳2的轴心线重合,电机51的驱动轴上设有风叶52。

该机头的湿帘组件相对风道的轴心线倾斜设置,使机头摇头过程中,保证机头在任意角度时,水流均可流经湿帘,并与空气接触,达到送风降温的目的,用户体验佳;同时,湿帘支架3采用双向排水,无论机头处于何种角度,湿帘本体4的排水顺畅,在干燥、寒冷的季节,机头竖直向上送风,加湿空气,不会造成用户周围空气降温,达到仅加湿而不降温的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种机头,包括具有风道的壳体,风道的进风口和出风口分别设置在壳体相对的侧壁上,沿空气流通方向,风道内设有湿帘组件和风机组件(5),湿帘组件固定在壳体的内壁上,湿帘组件相对风道的轴心线倾斜设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机头,其中,湿帘组件的轴心线与机头的轴心线之间的夹角在120°-150°的范围内取值。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的机头,其中,湿帘组件与机头的轴心线之间的夹角为135°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的机头,其中,壳体包括卡接固定的前壳(2)和后壳(1),前壳(2)呈圆筒状,前壳(2)的端部设置出风栅(21),出风栅(21)为风道的进风口,前壳(2)的轴心线呈水平方向分布,后壳(1)呈朝向前壳(2)开口的半球面状,后壳(1)上设有风道的进风口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的机头,其中,湿帘组件包括湿帘本体(4)和湿帘支架(3),湿帘本体(4)固定在湿帘支架(3)内,湿帘支架(3)可拆卸的固定在后壳(1)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的机头,其中,湿帘支架(3)本体上设有卡扣,后壳(1)的内壁上设有固定架,固定架上设置与卡扣配合的卡槽,卡扣卡接在卡槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的机头,其中,湿帘支架(3)为长方体框架,湿帘支架(3)顶面设有进水口(31),湿帘支架(3)底部设有用于支撑湿帘本体(4)的支撑台(34),支撑台(34)下方设有回流通道(35),回流通道(35)的底面为朝向湿帘本体(4)下游方向倾斜的导流斜面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的机头,其中,湿帘本体(4)上游方向的回流通道(35)端部设有回流口(36)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的机头,其中,风机组件(5)设置在湿帘组件和风道出风口之间,风机组件(5)包括电机(51),电机(51)固定在电机支架(53)上,电机支架(53)固定在后壳(1)的开口处,电机(51)的轴心线与前壳(2)的轴心线重合,电机(51)的驱动轴上设有风叶(52)。
  10. 一种冷风扇,包括机座(6)和如权利要求1-9任一项所述的机头,机座(6)上设有摇头组件,机头固定在摇头组件上。
