然而,在现有的电子烟中,其气路结构普遍设计为直通式,故使得烟弹上油仓导至雾化芯上的烟油极易经气路从上向下泄漏出来并流至机身内,从而造成机身内咪头开关及其它电子元件(比如电池)的损坏,影响电子烟的使用寿命。
技术解决方案
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种具有弓形气路的电子烟。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种具有弓形气路的电子烟,该电子烟包括机身和与所述机身可拆卸连接的烟弹,所述烟弹包括烟弹外罩和位于所述烟弹外罩内的出烟管、雾化芯和烟弹底盖,所述出烟管和所述烟弹底盖上下布置,所述雾化芯设于所述出烟管上,所述烟弹烟弹底盖上设有与所述出烟管的下端管口错位连通的进气孔;所述机身包括机身外罩和位于所述机身外罩内的咪头开关以及安装支架,所述安装支架上用于与所述烟弹底盖对接的一端设有与所述进气孔连通的通气孔。

有益效果
在本电子烟中,烟弹内出烟管、烟弹底盖上的进气孔和机身内安装支架上的通气孔依次连通形成气路,其中,雾化芯设于出烟管上,因烟弹底盖上的进气孔与出烟管的下端管口错位连通,从而使得烟弹中的局部气路为弓形气路,雾化芯从出烟管中下漏的少量烟油将不会直接从烟弹底盖上的进气孔流出,可防止烟弹内的烟油泄漏,避免烟油流至机身内以造成咪头开关及其它电子元件(比如电池)的损坏,从而延长电子烟的使用寿命。

在一较佳实施例中,参照图1和图2,出烟管220的管壁上设有两相对布置且与油仓连通的导油孔221,雾化芯230包括穿设于两导油孔221之间的导油棉231和套设在导油棉231上的发热丝232。本实施例中,雾化芯230为导油棉231和加热丝232的结构组成,具体地,导油棉231从油仓中导出烟油,发热丝232通电加热导油棉231上的烟油以在出烟管220中生成烟雾,雾化性能较优。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图1和图2,烟弹外罩210上设有位于上封油座260上方并与其气道2相连通的吸烟口211,上封油座260的上端设有位于其气道2出口处的烟嘴吸油棉20。具体地,用户在吸烟口211处吸食烟雾,所设烟嘴吸油棉20的作用在于吸收烟油和冷凝液,可防止用户在长时间使用过程中出烟管220内烟油和冷凝液逆流至吸烟口处而影响吸食体验,并保护内部主板硬件。其中,吸油棉20卡装于烟弹外罩210与上封油座260之间,并对应上封油座260的气道2和吸烟口211开设有避让口;此外,作为优设,吸烟口211处可配置封口胶塞,在不使用时,可防漏油和防灰尘。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图1和图2,烟弹底盖240外套设有与烟弹外罩210的内壁相抵持的烟弹密封圈30。作为优设,该烟弹密封圈30采用硅胶材质制成,具体地,烟弹底盖240的外侧壁设有环形安装槽,烟弹密封圈30设于该环形安装槽内,在烟弹底盖240与烟弹外罩210装配时,烟弹密封圈30与烟弹外罩210的内壁相抵持。该烟弹密封圈30可进一步加强烟弹200的密封性,避免出现烟油从烟弹底盖240外围泄漏的情况,提高防漏油效果;并且,通过所设烟弹密封圈30,还可实现烟弹底盖240与烟弹外罩210的胀紧装配,提高烟弹的装配稳固性。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图1和图2,机身100还包括设置在安装支架130上的PCB板140和与PCB板140电性连接的电池150,咪头开关120与PCB板140电性连接,PCB板140与雾化芯230之间设有形成电性连接的接触电极40。
安装支架130上构造有隔板50,电池150位于隔板50的上方,咪头开关120位于隔板50的下方,隔板50上对应咪头开关120的位置处设有通孔51。
本实施例中,电池150用于向PCB板140供电,咪头开关120触发启动时向PCB板140发送信号,PCB板140通过接触电极40向雾化芯230通电,雾化芯230工作以加热烟油。其中,电池150为充电电池150,PCB板140上设有充电接口,机身外罩110上对应设有开口以供充电接口显露,充电接口可为micro USB接口或Type-C接口,通过充电接口外接电源可对电池150充电。此外,隔板50与安装支架130一体成型,所设隔板50将机身外罩110内部分隔成上下两部分空间,隔板50的上方空间即为电池仓,电池150安装在内,咪头开关120安装在隔板50的下方,隔板50上设有通孔51,该通孔51与咪头开关120的安装位置对应,隔板50上的通孔51、电池仓和安装支架130上的通气孔131从下至上依次连通形成一条局部气路。其中,通过隔板50的阻隔,可避免烟油直接泄露至咪头开关120上而对其造成损坏。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图1,通孔51下方设有用于防渗油的咪头开关密封垫60。本实施例中,在隔板50的通孔51与咪头开关120之间设有咪头开关密封垫60,该咪头开关密封垫60具有透气堵油的作用,通过所设咪头开关密封垫60的封堵,可防止通孔51处有烟油流至咪头开关120上,加强对咪头开关120的防护作用。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图1,隔板50在其通孔51位置处构造有向上的凸起部52。其中,所设凸起部52主要起阻挡烟油的作用,电池仓内的烟油不易流至通孔51中,从而进一步加强对咪头开关120的防护作用。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图1和图2,安装支架130外套设有与机身外罩110的内壁相抵持的电池盒密封圈70。作为优设,该电池盒密封圈70采用硅胶材质制成,且可设置多个,具体地,安装支架130的外侧壁设有环形安装槽,电池盒密封圈70设于该环形安装槽内,在安装支架130与机身外罩110装配时,电池盒密封圈70与机身外罩110的内壁相抵持。通过所设该电池盒密封圈70的密封,用户吸食烟雾时,气体全部从通孔51处上抽,咪头开关120更易触发启动,从而提高灵敏性;此外,该电池盒密封圈70可实现防漏油密封和提高安装支架130与机身外罩110的装配稳固性。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有弓形气路的电子烟,其特征在于,包括机身和与所述机身可拆卸连接的烟弹,所述烟弹包括烟弹外罩和位于所述烟弹外罩内的出烟管、雾化芯和烟弹底盖,所述出烟管和所述烟弹底盖上下布置,所述雾化芯设于所述出烟管上,所述烟弹烟弹底盖上设有与所述出烟管的下端管口错位连通的进气孔;所述机身包括机身外罩和位于所述机身外罩内的咪头开关以及安装支架,所述安装支架上用于与所述烟弹底盖对接的一端设有与所述进气孔连通的通气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹底盖上设有位于所述出烟管正下方的蓄油槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹还包括设于所述烟弹外罩内的油杯外罩、上封油座和下封油座,所述上封油座和下封油座分别位于所述油杯外罩的上下两端并与其围合形成油仓,所述油仓内设有储油棉;
    所述出烟管位于所述油仓中,所述上封油座和下封油座上分别对应设有插装至所述出烟管上下两端管口中的定位部,所述定位部上贯穿设置有与所述出烟管连通的气道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述出烟管的管壁上设有两相对布置且与所述油仓连通的导油孔,所述雾化芯包括穿设于两所述导油孔之间的导油棉和套设在所述导油棉上的发热丝。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹外罩上设有位于所述上封油座上方并与其气道相连通的吸烟口,所述上封油座的上端设有位于其气道出口处的烟嘴吸油棉。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹底盖外套设有与所述烟弹外罩的内壁相抵持的烟弹密封圈。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述机身还包括设置在所述安装支架上的PCB板和与所述PCB板电性连接的电池,所述咪头开关与所述PCB板电性连接,所述PCB板与所述雾化芯之间设有形成电性连接的接触电极;
    所述安装支架上构造有隔板,所述电池位于所述隔板的上方,所述咪头开关位于所述隔板的下方,所述隔板上对应所述咪头开关的位置处设有通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通孔下方设有用于防渗油的咪头开关密封垫。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述隔板在其所述通孔位置处构造有向上的凸起部。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装支架外套设有与所述机身外罩的内壁相抵持的电池盒密封圈。
