- 제2항에 있어서,상기 캡은, 상기 주변 영역과 비교하여 더 얇은 두께를 갖는 벤팅부를 구비하며,상기 유동 방지부는, 상기 벤팅부를 덮지 않도록 상기 벤팅부보다 더 내측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 연결부는,상기 배터리의 높이 방향을 따라 상기 하우징 접촉부와 중첩되지 않도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배터리는,상기 제1 무지부와 결합되는 제2 집전체; 및상기 하우징의 상단에 형성된 폐쇄부와 상기 제2 집전체 사이에 개재되는 인슐레이터;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 인슐레이터는,상기 제2 집전체와 상기 폐쇄부 사이의 거리와 대응되는 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서,양극과 음극 사이에서 측정된 저항이 4miliohm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배터리의 직경을 높이로 나눈 폼 팩터의 비가 0.4보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제1항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리를 복수 개 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제26항에 있어서,복수의 상기 배터리는 소정 수의 열로 배열되고,각각의 상기 배터리의 상기 단자와 하우징 폐쇄부의 외부면은 상부를 향하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제26항에 있어서,상기 배터리 팩은, 복수의 상기 배터리를 직렬 및 병렬로 연결하는 복수의 버스바를 포함하고,상기 복수의 버스바는, 상기 복수의 배터리들의 상부에 배치되고,각각의 상기 버스바는,인접하는 배터리들의 단자들 사이에서 연장되는 바디부;상기 바디부의 일측 방향으로 연장되어 상기 일측 방향에 위치한 배터리의 단자에 전기적으로 결합하는 복수의 제1 버스바 단자; 및상기 바디부의 타측 방향으로 연장되어 상기 타측 방향에 위치한 배터리의 하우징의 폐쇄부의 외부면에 전기적으로 결합하는 복수의 제2 버스바 단자;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제26항에 따른 배터리 팩을 포함하는 자동차.
- 제1 무지부 및 제2 무지부를 구비하는 전극 조립체;하단에 형성된 개방부를 통해 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 하우징;상기 하우징 내에서 상기 제1 무지부와 결합되는 제1 집전체; 및상기 제1 집전체의 바닥을 지지하는 중앙부와 상기 하우징과 접촉하는 주변부를 구비하는 스페이서;를 포함하는 배터리.
- 제30항에 있어서,상기 제2 무지부와 전기적으로 연결되는 단자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제30항에 있어서,상기 중앙부의 상면은 상기 주변부의 상면보다 더 높게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제30항에 있어서,상기 중앙부는,상기 전극 조립체의 권취 중심 홀에 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 스페이서 홀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제30항에 있어서,상기 주변부는,상기 하우징의 내측면을 향해 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제34항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는,상기 주변부의 외측 가장자리로부터 하방으로 연장되는 플랜지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제30항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 하단에 형성된 개방부를 커버하는 캡을 더 포함하며,상기 중앙부의 상면은 상기 제1 집전체의 하면과 접촉하고, 상기 중앙부의 하면은 상기 캡의 내측면과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 하우징 내에 전극 조립체를 삽입하는 단계;상기 전극 조립체의 바닥면 상에 집전체를 위치시키는 단계;스페이서를 상기 집전체와 접촉하도록 배치시키는 단계;상기 스페이서의 가장자리로 상기 하우징을 실링하는 단계; 및캡을 상기 하우징에 연결하는 단계;를 포함하는 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제37항에 있어서,상기 스페이서가 상기 캡으로부터 상기 집전체를 향해 연장되도록 상기 캡을 상기 스페이서의 가장자리에 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제37항에 있어서,상기 하우징을 실링하는 상기 스페이서의 가장자리는 원주 방향을 따라 연장된 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 제조 방법.
