本发明涉及电子领域,更具体地,涉及一种电子产品。
随着电子技术的发展,电子产品成为了人们生活中必不可少的一部分。电子产品的功能多样,其内部往往包含有多种不同部件,同时,电子产品的整体体积又需要限制在合适的大小的使用范围内,因此,其内部多种部件往往需要设计的结构紧凑,装配便捷,以同时实现实用和美观的目的。
目前,许多电子产品由于设置了拍照功能,需要配备前置灯如补光灯或后置灯如闪光灯等,以满足用户的拍照等需求。当设置前置灯时,由于前侧有屏幕等部件,不便于设置灯光结构,因此,急需提供一种结构紧凑、便于安装的灯光装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种优化电子产品结构的新技术方案。
本发明提供了一种电子产品,包括:
壳体组件和主电路板,所述壳体组件包括主体结构,所述主体结构上形成有装配口,所述主体结构在所述装配口内形成有支撑部,所述主电路板固定设置在所述壳体组件上;
灯组件,所述灯组件设置在所述支撑部上,所述灯组件包括发光体,所述发光体与所述主电路板形成电连接;
导光罩,所述导光罩卡接固定在所述装配口处,所述导光罩盖在所述灯组件上;
显示组件,所述显示组件盖设在所述主体结构上并覆盖至少一部分所述导光罩,所述显示组件的边缘形成有透光缝隙,所述导光罩的未被所述显示组件覆盖的部分与所述透光缝隙位置对应;
透光板,所述透光板盖设在所述显示组件上,所述透光板覆盖所述透光缝隙。
本发明公开的技术方案采用的导光罩具有卡钩部和卡合部,该导光罩能够便捷的与支架装配。导光柱与支架配合对灯组件的位置形成限定,优化了电子产品的部件的装配连接关系。

目前,电子产品由于拍照等功能的完善,都会设置灯组件,比如补光灯、闪光灯等,而这些灯组件一般根据使用需求会被设置在电子产品的边缘,但电子产品的边缘部分的壳体常常又有设计强度的要求,因此灯组件的设置与边缘壳体强度需要取舍或取中,以满足设计要求。另外,电子产品的零部件较多,装配比较复杂,灯组件的零件也较多,在装配过程中,利用螺丝等占用空间比较大的固定方式,既不方便安装,也加大了装配难度。
本发明提供了一种电子产品,参考图1和图2,其包括:壳体组件1和主电路板2,所述壳体组件1包括主体结构11,所述主体结构11上形成有装配口13,所述主体结构11在所述装配口13内形成有支撑部111,所述主电路板2固定设置在所述壳体组件1上;灯组件3,所述灯组件3 设置在所述支撑部111上,所述灯组件3包括发光体31,所述发光体31与所述主电路板2形成电连接;导光罩4,所述导光罩4卡接固定在所述装配口13处,所述导光罩4盖在所述灯组件3上;显示组件5,所述显示组件5盖设在所述主体结构11上并覆盖至少一部分所述导光罩4,所述显示组件5的边缘形成有透光缝隙51,所述导光罩4的未被所述显示组件5覆盖的部分与所述透光缝隙51位置对应;透光板6,所述透光板6盖设在所述显示组件5上,所述透光板6覆盖所述透光缝隙51。
在本方案中,所述导光罩4直接固定在主体结构11的装配口13处,通过所述导光罩4与所述主体结构11的配合,限定所述灯组件3的位置,导光罩4与灯组件3装配完成后,再将所述显示组件5盖设在所述导光罩4上,最后将透光板6压在所述显示组件5上,整个装配过程更加简单、方便,并且留置的透光缝隙51可以使所述灯组件3的发光体31发出的光束直接传输至所述电子产品的外部,实现高强度、均匀打光。所述透光板6作为电子产品的屏幕使用,一般可采用透光性好的玻璃板、树脂透光板6等材料制成,不会影响光束从所述透光缝隙51向电子产品外部传输的光强度。
可选的,如图2所示,所述装配口13的边缘的一端形成有第一卡接部112,所述装配口13的边缘的另一端形成有第二卡接部113,所述导光罩4的两端分别与所述第一卡接部112和第二卡接部113卡接固定。本实施方案是在上述实施方案的基础上,通过装配口13两端形成的第一卡接部112和第二卡接部113与导光罩4的两端固定安装。这种装配结构使用时,只需固定所述导光罩4的两端即可,简化了装配步骤,省去了装配时间。
可选的,如图2所示,所述导光罩4的一端为卡钩部41,所述导光罩4的另一端为卡合部42,所述卡钩部41卡接于所述第一卡接部112,所述卡合部42与所述第二卡接部113嵌合。这样,在安装灯组件3时,可以先将灯组件3放置在所述主体结构11的支撑部111上,然后从正面 (即所述发光体31光束的传输方向)将所述导光罩4的卡钩部41与所述主体结构11的第一卡接部112勾合,最后将所述导光罩4的卡合部42按入所述主体结构11的第二卡接部113,使两者嵌合安装。这样的安装方式使得导光罩4更加紧固地将灯组件3限制在导光罩4中,防止导光罩4因为外力因素晃动或者脱落。
上述导光罩4可以采用有一定弯曲弹性的导光材料制造,比如透明聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polymethyl Methacrylate,PMMA),俗称亚克力,这样,在安装导光罩4,将所述卡合部42按入第二卡接部113时,导光罩4材料的弹性特征,会使得所述卡合部42更容易被压入第二卡接部113,便于省力装配。另一方面,利用导光材料制造的导光罩4,其导光性能也会大大增强,使导光效果更加均匀,进一步提升灯组件3的打光效果。可选地,所述导光罩4与所述灯组件3通过粘性材料35粘接。所述粘性材料35为双面胶等。利用粘性材料35将导光罩4与灯组件3粘结在一起,使得两者的压合性能更强,不容易受外力松脱。
结合图5所示,现有技术中设置前置补光灯时,所述发光体31一般会直接设置在主电路板2上,这样会导致主电路板2的面积增加,进而使得结构空间浪费,增加成本,同时降低主体结构11的结构强度;另外,由于主电路板2过于靠近电子产品的边缘,使得其附近的主体结构11与中框12的防水宽度不够,影响其密封性能。
可选的,如图2所示,所述主电路板2设置在所述主体结构11的远离所述透光板6的一侧;在所述主体结构11的远离所述透光板6的一侧,所述主电路板2不沿伸至与所述透光缝隙51对应的位置。
本实施方案中,将所述主电路板2设置在所述主体结构11远离所述透光板6的一侧,此处参考图2,即所述透光板6盖设在所述主体结构11以及导光罩4上侧,所述主电路板2则设置在所述主体结构11下侧。将所述导光罩4与所述透光缝隙51的位置对应,并且此时所述主电路板2 不沿伸至与所述透光缝隙51对应的位置,其中描述的对应位置即所述导光罩4与所述透光孔在发光体31光束的传输方向上有叠合部分,以使所述发光体31发出的光线经所述导光罩4和透光缝隙51照射至透光板6的外部,而主电路板2在所述发光体31发出的光束传输方向的轴向上不叠合。这样布置,一方面可以使得发光体31的光束能够沿着所述电子产品边缘部分传输,符合电子产品用户的打光需求,另一方面可以缩短主电路板2的长度,给所述主电路板2附近的主体结构11以及其他壳体组件1留出厚度空间,以增强所述主体结构11的强度,同时还可以降低主电路板2的材料成本。
另外,在所述导光罩4上可以设置与透光缝隙51位置对应的导光柱43,所述导光柱43可以引导所述发光体31发出的光束透过透光缝隙51传输至电子产品外部,使得发光体31发出的光束聚集通过透光缝隙51,增强打光强度。
可选的,如图2所示,所述壳体组件1包括中框12,所述主体结构11设置在所述中框12上,所述显示组件5位于所述主体结构11的远离所述中框12的一侧;所述支撑部111的远离所述显示组件5的一侧形成有支撑结构1112,所述支撑结构1112与所述中框12抵接。本方案中,所述支撑结构1112会通过防水泡棉7与中框12密封配合。在上述一些实施方式中,主电路板2的缩短,给所述壳体组件1留出了更多空间,所述支撑结构1112便可设计的更宽一些,这样便增强了这部分的壳体强度,另外支撑结构1112更宽的话,也可以设置更宽的防水泡棉7,保证了支撑部111的防水宽度,使得电子产品整体的防水性能提升。
可选的,如图2所示,所述支撑部111上设置有放置槽1111;所述灯组件3还包括钢片33和导电泡棉34,所述导电泡棉34放置在所述放置槽1111中,所述钢片33盖设在所述放置槽1111上并与所述导电泡棉34压合。电子产品一般都有通讯需求,而天线往往也会设置在所述电子产品的边缘部分,与所述主电路板2导通的灯组件3容易对通讯天线造成 影响。本实施方案中,所述钢片33一方面对柔性电路板32起到支撑作用,使其平展地固定在所述主体结构11的支撑部111上,另一方面将所述灯组件3通过压合在放置槽1111内的导电泡棉34导通,进而使灯组件3与所述主体结构11完成接地连接,避免灯组件3对附近通讯天线的影响,提高电子产品的通讯性能。
可选的,如图2所示,所述灯组件3包括柔性电路板32,所述发光体31与所述柔性电路板32电连接,所述柔性电路板32与所述主电路板2电连接。采用柔性电路板32将所述发光体31与所述主电路板2电连接,利用柔性电路板32易于弯折的特点,将位于不同平面的发光体31和主电路板2导通,使得发光体31的位置可以随意布置,不必被限制在主电路板2上,降低了灯组件3在电子产品中的布置难度,柔性电路板32可以随意弯折,同时可以节省空间。
可选的,如图2所示,所述柔性电路板32弯折延伸形成弯折部321,所述弯折部321延伸至所述支撑部111的远离所述显示组件5的一侧,所述弯折部321与所述主电路板2导通。所述主电路板2与所述柔性电路板32设置在不同平面时,所述弯折部321绕过所述支撑部111固定限制柔性电路板32的位置,防止所述电子产品在振动或者晃动时产生的外力,使得所述柔性电路板32与所述主电路板2的电连接断开。尤其是所述弯折部321与主电路的导通采用比如焊接等固定方式导通时,可防止其断裂。
在上述实施方式中,优选地,所述弯折部321与主电路板2还可以通过弹性导体322导通,所述弹性导体322将所述弯折部321抵压在所述支撑部111的背面。利用弹性导体322导通,可以使得整个灯组件3装配方便,无需焊接等,只需要配合压力压合接触即可。所述弹性导体322可以是导通弹片或者弹性针等。所述弹性导体322可以缓冲所述柔性电路板32与所述主电路板2之间的外力作用,保证其导通良好。所述外力作用为所述弯折部321趋于平展的回复力,或者是整个主体结构11受到所述导光罩4压合时,传导给柔性电路板32的力,也可以是整个电子产品受 到振动、晃动或者跌落时,柔性电路板32受到的外力。
可选的,所述第一卡接部112为阶梯状,所述卡钩部41为L型,所述卡钩部41倒勾在阶梯状的第一卡接部112上。结合图2,安装时只需要将L型的卡钩部41卡入阶梯状的第一卡接部112可以实现互相倒勾,此时,当导光罩4在垂直方向上受外力作用,如果所受外力向上,所述第一卡接部112的阶梯面便可以限制所述L型的卡钩部41向上松脱;如果所受外力向下,外力会使得所述导光罩4更加紧固地压合所述灯组件3。除了此实施例例举的此种勾合方式外,所述卡钩部41与所述第一卡接部112也可以通过其他勾合的方式配合,比如在阶梯状的第一卡接部112的勾合平面还可以设置勾槽,以便所述卡钩部41在水平方向上的勾合的更加稳固,不易脱落等。
可选的,所述第二卡接部113为凹槽,所述卡合部42至少有一部分嵌合在所述凹槽内。结合图2,嵌合式的装配方式只需将所述卡合部42塞入所述第二卡接部113的凹槽内,这样,所述导光罩4在垂直方向上受到外力作用,如果所受外力向上,所述第二卡接部113的凹槽面便可以限制所述卡合部42向外松脱;如果所受外力向下,会使得所述导光罩4更加紧固地压合所述灯组件3。所述卡合部42与所述第二卡接部113的配合也可以选择其他嵌合方式,比如榫卯式的嵌合等,本发明对此不作限制。
上述两个实施方式还可以结合应用,参考图2所示,阶梯状的第一卡接部112与L型的卡钩部41倒勾,卡合部42至少一部分嵌合在所述凹槽内,两端均对所述导光罩4的垂直位移起到约束作用,使其不容易松脱,能更好地将灯组件3压合在支撑部111上,并且在水平方向上,也可限制所述导光罩4的移动。两端不同的限定方式,使得装配更加简便,先将L型的卡钩部41水平卡入第一卡接部112,再稍微用力将所述卡合部42按压入所述第二卡接部113即可完成装配,省去了利用螺钉等紧固件通过开孔固定的步骤。
可选的,如图3和图4所示,所述壳体组件1上形成有两个所述装配 口13,所述显示组件5对应形成有两个透光缝隙51,所述主体结构11上形成有两个所述装配口13和两个所述支撑部111;所述电子产品包括两组所述灯组件3、两个所述导光罩4,两组所述灯组件3分别设置在两个所述支撑部111上,两个所述导光罩4分别卡接固定在两个所述装配口13处。所述电子产品在用户在进行自拍或者视频通话的过程中,遇到所处的环境光线阴暗,拍出来的照片或视频并不理想时,便可以设置两个装配口13,用于设置两组对称的灯组件3,便可实现更高强度均匀补光的效果,提高用户的自拍体验感。
上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。
Claims (10)
- 一种电子产品,其中,包括:壳体组件和主电路板,所述壳体组件包括主体结构,所述主体结构上形成有装配口,所述主体结构在所述装配口内形成有支撑部,所述主电路板固定设置在所述壳体组件上;灯组件,所述灯组件设置在所述支撑部上,所述灯组件包括发光体,所述发光体与所述主电路板形成电连接;导光罩,所述导光罩卡接固定在所述装配口处,所述导光罩盖在所述灯组件上;显示组件,所述显示组件盖设在所述主体结构上并覆盖至少一部分所述导光罩,所述显示组件的边缘形成有透光缝隙,所述导光罩的未被所述显示组件覆盖的部分与所述透光缝隙位置对应;透光板,所述透光板盖设在所述显示组件上,所述透光板覆盖所述透光缝隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子产品,其中,所述装配口的边缘的一端形成有第一卡接部,所述装配口的边缘的另一端形成有第二卡接部,所述导光罩的两端分别与所述第一卡接部和第二卡接部卡接固定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子产品,其中,所述导光罩的一端为卡钩部,所述导光罩的另一端为卡合部,所述卡钩部卡接于所述第一卡接部,所述卡合部与所述第二卡接部嵌合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子产品,其中,所述主电路板设置在所述主体结构的远离所述透光板的一侧;在所述主体结构的远离所述透光板的一侧,所述主电路板不沿伸至与所述透光缝隙对应的位置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子产品,其中,所述壳体组件包括中框,所述主体结构设置在所述中框上,所述显示组件位于所述主体结构的远离所述中框的一侧;所述支撑部的远离所述显示组件的一侧形成有支撑结构,所述支撑结构与所述中框抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子产品,其中,所述支撑部上设置有放置槽;所述灯组件还包括钢片和导电泡棉,所述导电泡棉放置在所述放置槽中,所述钢片盖设在所述放置槽上并与所述导电泡棉压合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子产品,其中,所述灯组件包括柔性电路板,所述发光体与所述柔性电路板电连接,所述柔性电路板与所述主电路板电连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子产品,其中,所述柔性电路板弯折延伸形成弯折部,所述弯折部延伸至所述支撑部的远离所述显示组件的一侧,所述弯折部与所述主电路板导通。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子产品,其中,所述第二卡接部为凹槽,所述卡合部至少有一部分嵌合在所述凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子产品,其中,所述壳体组件上形成有两个所述装配口,所述显示组件对应形成有两个透光缝隙,所述主体结构上形成有两个所述装配口和两个所述支撑部;所述电子产品包括两组所述灯组件、两个所述导光罩,两组所述灯组件分别设置在两个所述支撑部上,两个所述导光罩分别卡接固定在两个所述装配口处。
