Description

一种基于电子辐照的鸡蛋蔬菜杀菌消毒系统及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及食品杀菌技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于电子辐照的鸡蛋蔬菜杀菌消毒系统及其使用方法。
背景技术
食品杀菌就是以食品原料、加工品为对象,通过对引起食品变质的主要因素是微生物的杀菌及除菌,达到食品品质的稳定化,有效延长食品的保质期,并因此降低食品中有害细菌在存活数量,避免活菌的摄入引起人体(通常是肠道)感染或预先在食品中产生的细菌毒素导致人类中毒。
在对食品消毒处理时,现在业界常用的方法是使用紫外线灭菌或消毒水灭菌的方式,具有工序时间长,成本高,不容易实现自动化的问题。
发明内容
基于现有的食品杀菌方式具有工序时间长,成本高,不容易实现自动化的技术问题,本发明提出了一种基于电子辐照的鸡蛋蔬菜杀菌消毒系统及其使用方法。
本发明提出的一种基于电子辐照的鸡蛋蔬菜杀菌消毒系统,包括电子束源照射模块、物料输送模块、物料翻滚模块和支撑模块,所述电子束源照射模块包括电子束源和多个加速器装置,所述加速器装置包括阴极结构、阳极结构、灯丝和阳极窗口,所述电子束源包括灯丝和安装结构,所述灯丝通过安装结构安装于阴极结构上,所述灯丝发 射有电子束,所述物料翻滚模块包括第一翻转辊、第二翻转辊和第三翻转辊。
优选地,所述第一翻转辊的圆周外套接有第一保护套,所述第二翻转辊的圆周外套接有第二保护套,所述第三翻转辊的圆周外套接有第三保护套。
优选地,所述第一保护套的圆周外壁均匀设置有凸块,所述第二保护套的圆周外壁均匀设置有凹槽,所述第一保护套和第二保护套的两侧均固定设置有拨料板。
优选地,所述第三翻转辊为双螺杆结构。
优选地,所述物料输送模块包括电动物料输送带。
优选地,所述支撑模块包括支撑架和电子束源安装支架,且电子束源安装支架固定设置在支撑架上方。
一种基于电子辐照的鸡蛋蔬菜杀菌消毒系统的工作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:首先,在传送带的进料端上放置输送料,该输送料可以是鸡蛋或者蔬菜,由传送带对输送料进行输送处理;
S2:接着设置多个电子束源,将电子束源安装在电子束源安装支架上,并使多个电子束源照射在物料翻滚模块上方,并且照射角度各不相同;
S3:接着由第一翻转辊、第二翻转辊和第三翻转辊对输送料进行多次翻转;
S4:在翻转的同时,第一翻转辊、第二翻转辊和第三翻转辊对输 送料对物料进行同步输送,最后排下输送料。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种基于电子辐照的鸡蛋蔬菜杀菌消毒系统及其使用方法,具备以下有益效果:可以在无任何二次污染的情况下对鸡蛋和蔬菜等进行杀菌消毒;对鸡蛋和蔬菜消毒的速度快;本发明技术非常简单可靠,可以灵活的布置在产线上,占用空间小很多。

参照图1-6,一种基于电子辐照的鸡蛋蔬菜杀菌消毒系统,包括电子束源照射模块、物料输送模块、物料翻滚模块和支撑模块,电子束源照射模块包括电子束源1和多个加速器装置,加速器装置包括阴极结构、阳极结构、灯丝和阳极窗口,电子束源1包括灯丝和安装结构,灯丝通过安装结构安装于阴极结构上,灯丝发射有电子束,物料翻滚模块包括第一翻转辊3、第二翻转辊4和第三翻转辊5。
本发明中,第一翻转辊3的圆周外套接有第一保护套8,第二翻转辊4的圆周外套接有第二保护套11,第三翻转辊5的圆周外套接有第三保护套,在物料输送过程中,由第一保护套8、第二保护套11和第三保护套对输送料进行保护,避免输送料与第一翻转辊3、第二翻转辊4和第三翻转辊5碰撞而损坏。
第一保护套8的圆周外壁均匀设置有凸块9,第二保护套11的 圆周外壁均匀设置有凹槽12,第一保护套8和第二保护套11的两侧均固定设置有拨料板10,由凸块9和凹槽12提高物料翻滚的效果。
第三翻转辊5为双螺杆结构,可以方便输送料6进行翻转,配合电子束源1的照射范围进行翻转角度的调整,同时样品也会进行移动,达到自动传输的目的。
物料输送模块包括电动物料输送带。
支撑模块包括支撑架7和电子束源安装支架,且电子束源安装支架固定设置在支撑架7上方。
一种基于电子辐照的鸡蛋蔬菜杀菌消毒系统的工作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
第一步:首先,在传送带的进料端上放置输送料6,该输送料6可以是鸡蛋或者蔬菜,由传送带对输送料6进行输送处理;
第二步:接着设置多个电子束源1,将电子束源1安装在电子束源安装支架上,并使多个电子束源1照射在物料翻滚模块上方,并且照射角度各不相同;
第三步:接着由第一翻转辊3、第二翻转辊4和第三翻转辊5对输送料6进行多次翻转;
第四步:在翻转的同时,第一翻转辊3、第二翻转辊4和第三翻转辊5对输送料6对物料进行同步输送,最后排下输送料6。
工作原理:使用时,在使用电子束源1灭菌消毒过程中,鸡蛋或者蔬菜逐个传输通过电子束2辐照的范围,并且在辐照范围过程中进行自动机械翻转对样品全部表面进行灭菌消毒。
本发明的控制方式是通过控制器来自动控制,控制器的控制电路通过本领域的技术人员简单编程即可实现,电源的提供也属于本领域的公知常识,并且本发明主要用来保护机械装置,所以本发明不再详细解释控制方式和电路连接。
