背景技术
铸造各种砂芯时常常用的射芯机,其利用压缩空气作为动力将芯砂均匀的射入芯盒中并紧实成型。而将芯砂射出的装置称为射砂板,射砂板上设置有多个射砂嘴,芯砂受空气的压缩产生的压力,从射砂嘴内喷出。而当射砂板不工作时,射砂嘴内芯砂的水分容易流失,导致芯砂结壳硬化,堵塞射砂嘴。
目前针对芯砂结壳硬化主要有两种处理方式,一种是针对芯砂硬化后堵塞的射嘴,在射嘴正对位置,布置顶针,硬戳射嘴孔,破坏其硬化层,使射嘴通畅;另一种是利用超声发生器和水,产生水雾,并利用管道把水汽输送至射嘴下方,增加湿度、降低温度,使其不硬化。
第一种方法无法预防固化,在芯砂固化后,强行破坏固化层,造成材料浪费,且每套模具的射嘴位置不一致,每套模具都需要一套顶针机构,模具造价高、装拆便利性差。第二种方法需要专用的外置超声发生设备,及专用的水汽输送管道,制作成本及使用成本高、能耗大。
发明内容
本申请提出一种保湿装置及保湿方法,能够预防芯砂固化且成本低廉。

箱体,所述箱体的一侧开设有第一开口;
保湿组件,所述保湿组件包括至少两个转轴及保湿带,所述保湿带环绕所述箱体设置,且能够被所述至少两个转轴张紧并环绕所述箱体运动,所述保湿带上开设有避让孔,所述避让孔包括第一避让孔,所述避让孔设置为:在所述第一避让孔随着所述保湿带运动到所述第一开口处时,使待保湿件能够通过所述避让孔伸入所述箱体内。
一实施例提供一种保湿方法,利用所述保湿装置对所述待保湿件进行保湿,所述保湿方法包括:

如图2所示,可选地,箱体1的一侧板上设置有与第一开口11连通的第三开口13,保湿带22能够覆盖此侧板。第三开口13使射砂板100可以平移进入箱体1,并通过保湿带22的运动使侧板也被保湿带22遮挡,既不会使该保湿装置的保湿性遭到破坏,还便于操作人员操作。由于射砂板100不需要从上方进入箱体1,使得该保湿装置在安装时不需要为预留过多空间,减少了保湿装置的占用空间。
射砂板100随着使用时间的增多,需要定期进行维护检修,第二开口12设置为对射砂板100进行维护检修,可选地,保湿带22上开设的避让孔221还包括第二避让孔。随着保湿带22的运动,当第二避让孔移动到第二开口12处时,维护人员能够通过第二避让孔和第二开口12对射砂板100进行维护检修。优选地,第一避让孔沿保湿带22运动方向上的尺寸较大,使得第二避让孔随保湿带22的转动而移动到第二开口12处时,第一避让孔依然能够避让开第一开口11,使得射砂板100不会碰到第一避让孔的边缘使得保湿带22无法转动,从而保证射砂板100仍然能够通过第一避让孔和第一开口11进入箱体1,同时,维护人员能够通过第二避让孔和第二开口12对射砂板100进行维护检修。
如图3所示,可选地,第一避让孔的边缘延伸至第二避让孔并与第二避让孔连成一个避让孔221。为了便于制造,将保湿带22上的第一避让孔及第二避让孔连成一个避让孔221,避让孔221在保湿带22转动方向上的尺寸能够同时避让开第一开口11及第二开口12。当需要对射砂板100进行保湿时,将射砂板100通过避让孔221及第一开口11移至箱体1内,保证此时保湿带22能够遮挡第二开口12和第三开口13,即可完成保湿的步骤。如图3所示,当需要对射砂板100进行维护检修时,不需要移动射砂板100,只需要转动保湿带22,使避让孔221同时避让开第一开口11及第二开口12,此时维护人员即可通过第二开口12对射砂板100进行维护检修。
为了提高该保湿装置的自动化程度,保湿装置还包括驱动机构3,驱动机构3能够驱动多个转轴21中的一个转动。
可选地,驱动机构3包括驱动电机及减速组件。减速组件的输出轴与多个转轴21中的一个固定连接,驱动电机能够驱动减速组件转动以带动多个转轴21中的一个转动。驱动电机为旋转电机,由于旋转电机转速较快,需要将转速降 低到一个合适的速度才能够用来驱动转轴21转动,故需要设置一个减速组件。其中,减速组件为行星齿轮组。行星齿轮组结构简单,传递扭矩平稳均匀,能够使该保湿装置平稳运行。其中,旋转电机能够正转及反转,当旋转电机正转时,驱动保湿带22带动避让孔221移动到第一开口11及第三开口13处,待射砂板100进入箱体1,旋转电机继续正转直到保湿带22将第二开口12及第三开口13遮挡为止。当射砂板100需要开始工作时,旋转电机反转,带动保湿带22转动使保湿带22让开第三开口13,射砂板100即可平移离开箱体1。当需要对射砂板100的射砂嘴101进行检修时,旋转电机反转,驱动保湿带22转动使避让孔221避让开第二开口12,操作人员即可对射砂嘴101进行检修。
可选地,该保湿装置还包括水槽4,至少一个转轴21转动设置于水槽4内。水槽4内的转轴21使得保湿带22被该转轴21张紧的部分处于水槽4内,在转动的过程中,保湿带22被水槽4内的水浸湿,保证了保湿带22在遮挡第二开口12时的湿润状态,能够提高箱体1内的湿度并降低箱体1内的温度,使射砂嘴101中的芯砂不会结壳硬化。
由于浸润材料制成的保湿带22经过水槽4时会吸收大量的水,既造成了浪费,又会使水滴到保湿装置下面,需要经常打扫清理。为解决这个问题,该保湿装置还包括挤水组件5,挤水组件5分别设置于水槽4内的转轴21的两侧,挤水组件5设置为挤出水槽4内转轴21两侧的保湿带22的水分。
为节约空间,挤水组件5包括两个转动设置于水槽4内的滚筒51,保湿带22穿过两个滚筒51之间的间隙,两个滚筒51之间的间隙小于保湿带22的厚度。当保湿带22通过两个滚筒51之间时,会被两个滚筒51挤压,使得保湿带22上的一部分水分被挤出,通过改变两个滚筒51之间的距离能够对挤出的水量进行调节,既要保证保湿带22上的水分足够保持箱体1内的湿润与温度,又不能使过多的水流出。
该保湿装置在使用过程中,保湿带22因磨损等原因导致厚度减薄,或因更换其他型号的保湿带22导致两个滚筒51之间的间隙大于保湿带22的厚度,无法挤出足够的水分,导致保湿带22携带的水分过多。为解决这个问题,挤水组件5还包括弹性件及压紧件,一个滚筒51滚动设置于压紧件上,弹性件能够驱动压紧件靠近另一个滚筒51使两个滚筒被压紧在一起,当保湿带22经过两个滚筒时,保湿带上的水分被挤出。可选地,弹性件对滚筒51施加的压紧力可调,弹性件为弹簧。
可选地,该保湿装置还包括风扇,风扇设置于箱体1的底板的一侧,能够将保湿带22上的水分吹向射砂板100。通过风扇的风力将保湿带22上的水分吹向射砂板100,能够提高箱体1内的湿度,降低箱体1内的温度,有利于防止射砂嘴101内的芯砂结壳硬化。
根据道尔顿蒸发定律,水面的蒸发速率,与水面上空气的饱和水汽压同实际水汽压的差值成正比,与水面上的气压成反比,与水面的风速成正比。风扇提高了保湿带22周围的风速,使保湿带22上的水分快速蒸发生水蒸气被吹向射砂板100,保持射砂板100湿润。
其中,该保湿装置还包括水位检测组件及电磁阀,水位检测组件能够检测水槽4内的水位高低,电磁阀设置于补水管的端部并与水位检测组件电连接,电磁阀能够打开或关闭补水管。可选地,水位检测组件包括两个水位检测件,两个水位检测件一高一低设置于水槽4内,且均与电磁阀电连接,当水槽4内的水位低于低处的水位检测件时,电磁阀打开,补水管开始向水槽4内补水,当水槽4内的水位高于高处的水位检测件时,电磁阀关闭,完成自动补水。水位检测件可以是传感器,能在接触到水时发出电信号。
该实施例还提供了一种保湿方法,利用上述的保湿装置对射砂板100进行保湿,包括如下步骤:
S1:将保湿带22浸湿;
S2:转动转轴21使第一避让孔移动到与第一开口11正对;
S3:将射砂板100穿过第一避让孔及第一开口11后放入箱体1;
利用被浸湿的保湿带22遮挡箱体1的第二开口12和第三开口13,射砂板100与箱体1及保湿带22围成一个较为密闭的空间,保湿带22的水分能够快速降低箱体1内的温度,提高箱体1内的湿度,有利于射砂板100上射砂嘴101内的芯砂的湿度,防止芯砂结壳硬化。
可选地,还包括:
S4:打开风扇,使保湿带22上的水分吹向射砂板100。
加速保湿带22中的水分向射砂板100方向转移,增加射砂板100附近的湿度,降低温度,阻止射砂嘴101中的芯砂结壳硬化。
可选地,还包括:
S5:继续转动转轴21使第二避让孔移动到第二开口12处,需保证射砂板100还能够通过第一避让孔和第一开口11进入箱体1,便于维护人员对射砂板 100进行维护检修。
S6:维护检修完毕后,转动转轴21使保湿带22回到如图2所示的位置,继续对射砂板100进行保湿。
射砂板100随着使用时间的增多,需要定期进行维护检修,此时需要保湿带22避让开第二开口12,维护人员能够通过第二避让孔和第二开口12对射砂板100进行维护检修。维护结束后,转动转轴21使保湿带22遮挡第二开口12,保持箱体1内的水分不会溢出箱体1,对射砂板100进行保湿。
其中,该保湿装置可以有效防止混制后的芯砂的结壳、硬化,所以避免了因射砂嘴101内的砂芯结壳、硬化带来的停机问题。而且该保湿装置同样可应用于其他的需要加湿的环境,如解决射砂桶、混砂筒内的砂芯结壳、硬化问题等。
本申请提供了一种保湿装置及保湿方法。该保湿装置包括箱体1及保湿组件2。箱体1包括相对设置的顶板及底板,顶板上开设有第一开口11,底板上开设有第二开口12。保湿组件2包括保湿带22及多个转轴21,保湿带22被多个转轴21张紧且环绕箱体1设置,保湿带22上设置有第一避让孔,当第一避让孔随着保湿带22的转动而移动到第一开口11处时,待保湿件100能够通过第一避让孔及第一开口11进入箱体,此时箱体1的第二开口12处被保湿带22遮挡。由于保湿带22湿润,此时第二开口12处的保湿带22上的水分会蒸发,使箱体1内温度降低,湿度上升,保证了待保湿件100在箱体1内处于湿润状态。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种保湿装置,包括:
    箱体(1),所述箱体(1)的一侧开设有第一开口(11);
    保湿组件(2),所述保湿组件(2)包括至少两个转轴(21)及保湿带(22),所述保湿带(22)环绕所述箱体(1)设置,且能够被所述至少两个转轴(21)张紧并环绕所述箱体(1)运动,所述保湿带(22)上开设有避让孔(221),所述避让孔(221)包括第一避让孔,所述避让孔(221)设置为:在所述第一避让孔随着所述保湿带(22)运动到所述第一开口(11)处时,使待保湿件(100)能够通过所述避让孔(221)伸入所述箱体(1)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保湿装置,其中,所述箱体(1)上还开设有第二开口(12),所述避让孔(221)还包括第二避让孔,避让孔(221)还设置为:当所述第一避让孔的一部分位于所述第一开口(11)处时,所述第二避让孔位于所述第二开口(12)处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的保湿装置,还包括风扇,所述风扇设置于所述箱体(1)的所述第二开口(12)一侧,且所述风扇能够将所述保湿带(22)上的水分吹向所述待保湿件(100)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的保湿装置,还包括驱动机构(3),所述驱动机构(3)能够驱动所述转轴(21)转动。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的保湿装置,还包括水槽(4),所述至少两个转轴(21)中的至少一个转轴(21)转动设置于所述水槽(4)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的保湿装置,还包括:
    水位检测组件,所述水位检测组件设置为检测所述水槽(4)内的水位高低;
    补水管;
    电磁阀,所述电磁阀设置于补水管的端部并与所述水位检测组件电连接,所述电磁阀能够打开或关闭所述补水管。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的保湿装置,还包括挤水组件(5),所述挤水组件(5)分别设置于所述水槽(4)内的所述转轴(21)的两侧,所述挤水组件(5)设置为挤出所述水槽(4)内的所述转轴(21)两侧的所述保湿带(22)的水分。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的保湿装置,其中,所述挤水组件(5)包括转动设置于所述水槽(4)内的两个滚筒(51),所述保湿带(22)穿过所述两个滚筒(51)之间的间隙,所述两个滚筒(51)之间的间隙小于所述保湿带(22)的厚度。
  9. 一种保湿方法,利用如权利要求1-8中任一项所述保湿装置对所述待保湿件(100)进行保湿,所述保湿方法包括:
    将所述保湿带(22)浸湿;
    转动转轴(21)使所述第一避让孔移动到与所述第一开口(11)正对;
    将所述待保湿件(100)穿过所述第一避让孔及所述第一开口(11)后放入所述箱体(1)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的保湿方法,还包括:
    打开风扇,使所述保湿带(22)上的水分吹向所述待保湿件(100)。
