优选的,所述过滤扇叶板的外表面与固定过滤框的内表面一端固定连接,所述棉层导入块的后端与固定过滤框的内部前端靠近过滤扇叶板的一侧区域固定连接,所述过滤棉层通过棉层导入块固定安装在固定过滤框的内部靠近过滤扇叶板的一侧,所述活动锁块、固定锁块和棉层导入块均设置有两组,所述第二过滤水道的另一端与净化箱的一端固定接通连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下。
使用时,首先将污水流入蓄水池的内部,之后从蓄水池的内部一端流入第一过滤水道的内部,启动电机,通过电机的启动带动转轴进行转动,从而带动齿轮进行转动,使得内齿槽活动皮带围绕齿轮的表面进行转动,当内齿槽活动皮带转动以后,垃圾清理杆会随着内齿槽活动皮带的转动向水面向上移动,从而将水面的垃圾袋等大型飘浮物件拾起,随着内齿槽活动皮带的转动,垃圾清理杆进一步将拾起的垃圾转动到收集箱的内部,之后垃圾清理杆从收集箱一端的凹槽移处,垃圾被收集到收集箱的内部,当整体设备使用结束后将收集箱和插销凸块从插销槽块的内部提出,将收集箱内部垃圾清理即可,此装置可以有效将污水水面大型垃圾集中收集清理。
当污水通过漂浮垃圾过滤机构进入到第二过滤水道的内部以后,受水流影响,污水底层的冲击力较大的泥沙会进入到沉淀箱的内部,之后受过滤扇叶板的扇叶隔挡落入沉淀箱的下端淤泥收集斗的内部,而细小的泥沙则会继续穿过过滤扇叶板,受过滤棉层的过滤影响与水分离吸附在过滤棉层的一端表面,而分离后的水源则会继续通过固定过滤框,从第二过滤水道的另一端进入到净化箱的内部,进行净化处理并排出使用,当整体设备过滤结束以后,将活动锁块与固定锁块分离,提取出淤泥收集斗、提升杆、提升手柄和固定支撑杆,即可将淤泥收集斗内部的淤泥一次性清理,同时,将过滤棉层从固定过滤框的内部抽出清洁更换即可,此装置结构简单,可以有效快速清理设备内的淤泥。

请参阅图1-9,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种便于清理淤泥的建筑施工用污水处理装置,包括蓄水池1,蓄水池1的一端设置有漂浮垃圾过滤机构2,漂浮垃圾过滤机构2包括第一过滤水道2a、内齿槽活动皮带2b、齿轮2c、转轴2d、电机2e、垃圾清理杆2f、收集箱2g、插销凸块2h和插销槽块2i,蓄水池1的一端设置有第一过滤水道2a,第一过滤水道2a的内部设置有内齿槽活动皮带2b,内齿槽活动皮带2b的内部上端设置有齿轮2c,齿轮2c的前端设置有转轴2d,转轴2d的前端设置有电机2e,内齿槽活动皮带2b的外部一端设置有垃圾清理杆2f,第一过滤水道2a的内部靠近内齿槽活动皮带2b的另一侧设置有收集箱2g,收集箱2g的前端设置有插销凸块2h,插销凸块2h的外表面第一过滤水道2a的内部前端设置有插销槽块2i。
第一过滤水道2a的一端与蓄水池1的一端固定接通连接,内齿槽活动皮带2b安装在第一过滤水道2a的内部中间区域,齿轮2c的外表面与内齿槽活动皮带2b的内表面啮齿连接。
转轴2d的后端贯穿第一过滤水道2a的前端上侧区域与齿轮2c的前端固定连接,转轴2d与第一过滤水道2a的贯穿面之间通过轴承活动连接,齿轮2c的前后端与第一过滤水道2a的内壁前后端之间通过轴承活动连接。
转轴2d的前端与电机2e的后端活动连接,电机2e固定安装在第一过滤水道2a的前端上侧,垃圾清理杆2f的一端与内齿槽活动皮带2b的外表面一端固定连接,收集箱2g固定安装在第一过滤水道2a的内部靠近内齿槽活动皮带2b的另一侧,插销凸块2h的后端与收集箱2g的前端靠近上端固定连接。
插销槽块2i固定安装在第一过滤水道2a的内壁前端插销凸块2h的外表面,插销凸块2h的外表面与插销槽块2i的内表面之间活动连接,收集箱2g通过插销凸块2h、插销槽块2i与第一过滤水道2a之间固定连接,齿轮2c设置有两组,垃圾清理杆2f、插销凸块2h和插销槽块2i均设置有四组;使用时,首先将污水流入蓄水池1的内部,之后从蓄水池1的内部一端流入第一过滤水道2a的内部,启动电机2e,通过电机2e的启动带动转轴2d进行转动,从而带动齿轮2c进行转动,使得内齿槽活动皮带2b围绕齿轮2c的表面进行转动,当内齿槽活动皮带2b转动以后,垃圾清理杆2f会随着内齿槽活动皮带2b的转动向水面向上移动,从而将水面的垃圾袋等大型飘浮物件拾起,随着内齿槽活动皮带2b的转动,垃圾清理杆2f进一步将拾起的垃圾转动到收集箱2g的内部,之后垃圾清理杆2f从收集箱2g一端的凹槽移处,垃圾被收集到收集箱2g的内部,当整体设备使用结束后将收集箱2g和插销凸块2h从插销槽块2i的内部提出,将收集箱2g内部垃圾清理即可,此装置可以有效将污水水面大型垃圾集中收集清理。
第一过滤水道2a的另一端设置有淤泥沉淀过滤机构3,淤泥沉淀过滤机构3包括第二过滤水道3a、沉淀箱3b、淤泥收集斗3c、提升杆3d、提升手柄3e、固定支撑杆3f、活动锁块3g、固定锁块3h、固定过滤框3i、过滤扇叶板3j、过滤棉层3k和棉层导入块3m,第一过滤水道2a的一端设置有第二过滤水道3a,第二过滤水道3a的内部设置有沉淀箱3b,沉淀箱3b的内部下端设置有淤泥收集斗3c,淤泥收集斗3c的上端设置有提升杆3d,提升杆3d的上端设置有提升手柄3e,提升杆3d的外表面提升手柄3e的下侧第二过滤水道3a的上端设置有固定支撑杆3f,固定支撑杆3f的前端设置有活动锁块3g,活动锁块3g的内表面及后端第二过滤水道3a的前端设置有固定锁块3h,第二过滤水道3a的内部沉淀箱3b的一端设置有固定过滤框3i,固定过滤框3i的内部一端设置有过滤扇叶板3j,固定过滤框3i的内部过滤扇叶板3j的一端设置有过滤棉层3k,过滤棉层3k的前端内表面与固定过滤框3i的内部前端之间设置有棉层导入块3m,第二过滤水道3a的一端设置有净化箱4。
第二过滤水道3a的一端与第一过滤水道2a的另一端固定接通连接,沉淀箱3b固定安装在第二过滤水道3a的内部中间区域,淤泥收集斗3c安装在沉淀箱3b的内表面下端,提升杆3d的下端与淤泥收集斗3c的内部下端固定连接。
提升手柄3e的下端与提升杆3d的上端固定连接,提升杆3d的外表面贯穿固定支撑杆3f的上下端且贯穿面之间固定连接,活动锁块3g的后端与固定支撑杆3f的前端固定连接,固定锁块3h固定安装在第二过滤水道3a的前端,活动锁块3g与固定锁块3h之间锁扣连接,固定过滤框3i固定安装在第二过滤水道3a的内部沉淀箱3b的一端。

工作原理:使用时,首先将污水流入蓄水池1的内部,之后从蓄水池1的内部一端流入第一过滤水道2a的内部,启动电机(型号:SC150)2e,通过电机2e的启动带动转轴2d进行转动,从而带动齿轮2c进行转动,使得内齿槽活动皮带2b围绕齿轮2c的表面进行转动,当内齿槽活动皮带2b转动以后,垃圾清理杆2f会随着内齿槽活动皮带2b的转动向水面向上移动,从而将水面的垃圾袋等大型飘浮物件拾起,随着内齿槽活动皮带2b的转动,垃圾清理杆2f进一步将拾起的垃圾转动到收集箱2g的内部,之后垃圾清理杆2f从收集箱2g一端的凹槽移处,垃圾被收集到收集箱2g的内部,当整体设备使用结束后将收集箱2g和插销凸块2h从插销槽块2i的内部提出,将收集箱2g内部垃圾清理即可,此装置可以有效将污水水面大型垃圾集中收集清理;当污水通过漂浮垃圾过滤机构2进入到第二过滤水道3a的内部以后,受水流影响,污水底层的冲击力较大的泥沙会进入到沉淀箱3b的内部,之后受过滤扇叶板3j的扇叶隔挡落入沉淀箱3b的下端淤泥收集斗3c的内部,而细小的泥沙则会继续穿过过滤扇叶板3j,受过滤棉层3k的过滤影响与水分离吸附在过滤棉层3k的一端表面,而分离后的水源则会继续通过固定过滤框3i,从第二过滤水道3a的另一端进入到净化箱(型号:HS-JS)4的内部,进行净化处理并排出使用,当整体设备过滤结束以后,将活动锁块3g与固定锁块3h分离,提取出淤泥收集斗3c、提升杆3d、提升手柄3e和固定支撑杆3f,即可将淤泥收集斗3c内部的淤泥一次性清理,同时,将过滤棉层3k从固定过滤框3i的内部抽出清洁更换即可,此装置结构简单,可以有效快速清理设备内的淤泥。

- 一种便于清理淤泥的建筑施工用污水处理装置,包括蓄水池(1),其特征在于:所述蓄水池(1)的一端设置有漂浮垃圾过滤机构(2),所述漂浮垃圾过滤机构(2)包括第一过滤水道(2a)、内齿槽活动皮带(2b)、齿轮(2c)、转轴(2d)、电机(2e)、垃圾清理杆(2f)、收集箱(2g)、插销凸块(2h)和插销槽块(2i),所述蓄水池(1)的一端设置有第一过滤水道(2a),所述第一过滤水道(2a)的内部设置有内齿槽活动皮带(2b),所述内齿槽活动皮带(2b)的内部上端设置有齿轮(2c),所述齿轮(2c)的前端设置有转轴(2d),所述转轴(2d)的前端设置有电机(2e),所述内齿槽活动皮带(2b)的外部一端设置有垃圾清理杆(2f),所述第一过滤水道(2a)的内部靠近内齿槽活动皮带(2b)的另一侧设置有收集箱(2g),所述收集箱(2g)的前端设置有插销凸块(2h),所述插销凸块(2h)的外表面第一过滤水道(2a)的内部前端设置有插销槽块(2i)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清理淤泥的建筑施工用污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述第一过滤水道(2a)的一端与蓄水池(1)的一端固定接通连接,所述内齿槽活动皮带(2b)安装在第一过滤水道(2a)的内部中间区域,所述齿轮(2c)的外表面与内齿槽活动皮带(2b)的内表面啮齿连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清理淤泥的建筑施工用污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述转轴(2d)的后端贯穿第一过滤水道(2a)的前端上侧区域与齿轮(2c)的前端固定连接,所述转轴(2d)与第一过滤水道(2a)的贯穿面之间通过轴承活动连接,所述齿轮(2c)的前后端与第一过滤水道(2a)的内壁前后端之间通过轴承活动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清理淤泥的建筑施工用污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述转轴(2d)的前端与电机(2e)的后端活动连接,所述电机(2e)固定安装在第一过滤水道(2a)的前端上侧,所述垃圾清理杆(2f)的一端与内齿槽活动皮带(2b)的外表面一端固定连接,所述收集箱(2g)固定安装在第一过滤水道(2a)的内部靠近内齿槽活动皮带(2b)的另一侧,所述插销凸块(2h)的后端与收集箱(2g)的前端靠近上端固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清理淤泥的建筑施工用污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述插销槽块(2i)固定安装在第一过滤水道(2a)的内壁前端插销凸块(2h)的外表面,所述插销凸块(2h)的外表面与插销槽块(2i)的内表面之间活动连接,所述收集箱(2g)通过插销凸块(2h)、插销槽块(2i)与第一过滤水道(2a)之间固定连接,所述齿轮(2c)设置有两组,所述垃圾清理杆(2f)、插销凸块(2h)和插销槽块(2i)均设置有四组。

- 根据权利要求6所述的一种便于清理淤泥的建筑施工用污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述提升手柄(3e)的下端与提升杆(3d)的上端固定连接,所述提升杆(3d)的外表面贯穿固定支撑杆(3f)的上下端且贯穿面之间固定连接,所述活动锁块(3g)的后端与固定支撑杆(3f)的前端固定连接,所述固定锁块(3h)固定安装在第二过滤水道(3a)的前端,所述活动锁块(3g)与固定锁块(3h)之间锁扣连接,所述固定过滤框(3i)固定安装在第二过滤水道(3a)的内部沉淀箱(3b)的一端。
