请参阅图2和图4,本发明实施例一提供的雾化装置,所述雾化装置100包括雾化主体110、吸液管160和瓶体120,以及与所述雾化主体110一体成型结构的进气导管件130和输出导管件140;所述雾化主体110从底部向上开设有空腔150,所述进气导管件130位于所述雾化主体110的侧壁,所述输出导管件140位于所述雾化主体底部的空腔150处,所述雾化主体110的底部与所述瓶体120连接以及通过与所述输出导管件的导管141连接的吸液管160插入与所述瓶体120内;所述气泵4通过所述导气连接件5与所述进气导管件的导管131连接。因此,将进气导管件和输出导管件跟雾化主体一体注塑成型结构,由气泵向进气导管件的导管提供气体,气体从进气导管件的喷嘴孔喷出,经过输出导管件的锥形导管外壁和管口,带走输出导管件管口处的空气,形成负压,从而使瓶子里的液体上升至管口流出,流出的液体被喷出的气体雾化成微细颗粒。在雾化主体内部的气体压力下,雾状香气由封盖壳的出雾孔流出。
请参阅图5,在本发明实施例二中,所述雾化装置100包括雾化主体110、吸液管160和瓶体120,以及与所述雾化主体110一体成型结构的进气导管件130和输出导管件140;所述输出导管件的喷嘴142外壁设有飞流槽143;所述雾化主体110从底部向上开设有空腔150,所述进气导管件130位于所述雾化主体110的侧壁,所述输出导管件140位于所述雾化主体底部的空腔150处,所述雾化主体110的底部与所述瓶体120连接以及通过与所述输出导管件的导管141连接的吸液管160插入与所述瓶体120内;所述气泵4通过所述导气连接件5与所述进气导管件的导管131连接。因此,将进气导管件和输出导管件跟雾化主体一体注塑成型结构,由气泵向进气导管件的导管提供气体,气体从进气导管件的喷嘴孔喷出,经过输出导管件的锥形导管外壁和管口,带走输出导管件管口处的空气,形成负压,从而使瓶子里的液体上升至管口流出,利用输出导管件的喷嘴的飞流槽使喷出的气体更好地雾化为颗粒,在气体压力下,雾状香气由封盖壳的出雾孔流出。
请参阅图6,在本发明实施例三中,所述雾化装置100包括雾化主体110、吸液管160和瓶体120,以及与所述雾化主体110一体成型结构的进气导管件130和输出导管件140;所述输出导管件的喷嘴142外壁向上设有两块对称的挡板170;所述雾化主体110从底部向上开设有空腔150,所述进气导管件130位于所述雾化主体110的侧壁,所述输出导管件140位于所述雾化主体底部的空腔150处,所述雾化主体110的底部与所述瓶体120连接以及通过与所述输出导管件的导管141连接的吸液管160插入与所述瓶体120内;所述气泵4通过所述导气连接件5与所述进气导管件的导管131连接。因此,将进气导管件和输出导管件跟雾化主体一体注塑成型结构,输出导管件的喷嘴外壁对称设置有挡板,挡板一侧和进气导管件的喷嘴外壁连接形成一条气体输出通道,由进气导管件的喷嘴孔喷出的气体通过气体输出通道更集中在锥形导管外壁和管口,带走输出导管件管口处的空气,形成负压,从而使瓶子里的液体上升至管口流出,流出的液体被喷出的气体雾化成微细颗粒。在雾化主体内部的气体压力下,雾状香气由封盖壳的出雾孔流出。
在本发明实施例中,所述进气导管件的喷嘴孔133直径范围为0.1mm-1mm;所述输出导管件的喷嘴142呈锥形,且所述输出导管件的喷嘴孔144直径范围为0.1mm-1mm;所述进气导管件的喷嘴孔133与所述输出导管件的喷嘴孔144之间的间距为0.2mm-2mm。
请参阅图6,在本发明实施例中,所述两块对称的挡板170的底部位于所述输出导管件的喷嘴142外壁两侧,每块挡板170的侧边均与所述进气导管件的喷嘴132外壁连接;使由进气导管件的喷嘴喷出的气体更好地经过锥形导管外壁和管口;所述雾化主体110的底部设有与所述瓶体120的外螺纹匹配的内螺纹180;所述雾化主体110的顶部设有封盖壳190,所述封盖壳190上设有出雾孔191。
请参阅图1至图3和图7,本发明实施例四还提供了一种扩香仪,所述扩香仪包括如实施例一至三中所述雾化装置100;所述扩香仪还包括壳体1、支架座2、PCB控制面板3、气泵4、导气连接件5和电池6,所述PCB控制面板3位于所述壳体1的端面;所述支架座设有容纳腔7,所述气泵4、导气连接件5和电池6位于所述容纳腔6内;所述壳体1的侧面设有通孔8,所述导气连接件5的一端穿过所述通孔8与所述雾化装置100连接。
在本发明实施例中,本发明提供的扩香仪实现了所喷出的香气雾化均匀,雾气的颗粒较小,达到理想的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化装置包括雾化主体、吸液管和瓶体,以及与所述雾化主体一体成型结构的进气导管件和输出导管件;所述雾化主体从底部向上开设有空腔,所述进气导管件位于所述雾化主体的侧壁,所述输出导管件位于所述雾化主体底部的空腔处,所述雾化主体的底部与所述瓶体连接以及通过与所述输出导管件的导管连接的吸液管插入与所述瓶体内;所述气泵通过所述导气连接件与所述进气导管件的导管连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述进气导管件的喷嘴孔直径范围为0.1mm-1mm;所述输出导管件的喷嘴呈锥形,且所述输出导管件的喷嘴孔直径范围为0.1mm-1mm;所述进气导管件的喷嘴孔与所述输出导管件的喷嘴孔之间的间距为0.2mm-2mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化主体的底部设有与所述瓶体的外螺纹匹配的内螺纹;所述雾化主体的顶部设有封盖壳,所述封盖壳上设有出雾孔。
  4. 一种雾化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化装置包括雾化主体、吸液管和瓶体,以及与所述雾化主体一体成型结构的进气导管件和输出导管件;所述输出导管件的喷嘴外壁设有飞流槽;所述雾化主体从底部向上开设有空腔,所述进气导管件位于所述雾化主体的侧壁,所述输出导管件位于所述雾化主体底部的空腔处,所述雾化主体的底部与所述瓶体连接以及通过与所述输出导管件的导管连接的吸液管插入与所述瓶体内;所述气泵通过所述导气连接件与所述进气导管件的导管连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述进气导管件的喷嘴孔直径范围为0.1mm-1mm;所述输出导管件的喷嘴呈锥形,且所述输出导管件的喷嘴孔直径范围为0.1mm-1mm;所述进气导管件的喷嘴孔与所述输出导管件的喷嘴孔之间的间距为0.2mm-2mm。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化主体的底部设有与所述瓶体的外螺纹匹配的内螺纹;所述雾化主体的顶部设有封盖壳,所述封盖壳上设有出雾孔。
  7. 一种雾化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化装置包括雾化主体、吸液管和瓶体,以及与所述雾化主体一体成型结构的进气导管件和输出导管件;所述输出导管件的喷嘴外壁向上设有两块对称的挡板;所述雾化主体从底部向上开设有空腔,所述进气导管件位于所述雾化主体的侧壁,所述输出导管件位于所述雾化主体底部的空腔处,所述雾化主体的底部与所述瓶体连接以及通过与所述输出导管件的导管连接的吸液管插入与所述瓶体内;所述气泵通过所述导气连接件与所述进气导管件的导管连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述进气导管件的喷嘴孔直径范围为0.1mm-1mm;所述输出导管件的喷嘴呈锥形,且所述输出导管件的喷嘴孔直径范围为0.1mm-1mm;所述进气导管件的喷嘴孔与所述输出导管件的喷嘴孔之间的间距为0.2mm-2mm。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述两块对称的挡板的底部位于所述输出导管件的喷嘴外壁两侧,每块挡板的侧边均与所述进气导管件的喷嘴外壁连接;所述雾化主体的底部设有与所述瓶体的外螺纹匹配的内螺纹;所述雾化主体的顶部设有封盖壳,所述封盖壳上设有出雾孔。
  10. 一种扩香仪,其特征在于:所述扩香仪包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述雾化装置;所述扩香仪还包括壳体、支架座、PCB控制面板、气泵、导气连接件和电池,所述PCB控制面板位于所述壳体的端面;所述支架座设有容纳腔,所述气泵、导气连接件和电池位于所述容纳腔内;所述壳体的侧面设有通孔,所述导气连接件的一端穿过所述通孔与所述雾化装置连接。
