Abstract
Description
本実施形態は、POS(Point Of Sales)端末で決済された商取引の内容を表す取引レシート以外に、商取引以外の内容を表す非取引レシートとしてチャージレシートと予約レシートを電子化する電子レシートシステムを例示する。
図1は、本実施形態に係る電子レシートシステム10の概略構成図である。電子レシートシステム10は、各加盟店Sにそれぞれ設けられるPOS端末20と、電子レシートセンタCに設けられるセンタサーバ30と、通信ネットワーク40と、を含む。加盟店Sは、電子レシートシステム10を利用するために加盟店登録をした店舗である。電子レシートセンタCは、電子レシートシステム10を運営する運営体によって管理されるコンピュータセンタである。通信ネットワーク40は、例えばインターネットである。各加盟店SのPOS端末20と電子レシートセンタCのセンタサーバ30とは、それぞれルータ等の通信機器を介して通信ネットワーク40に接続されている。
図2は、POS端末20の要部回路構成を示すブロック図である。POS端末20は、プロセッサ201、メインメモリ202、補助記憶デバイス203、時計204、通信インターフェース205、キーボード206、ディスプレイ207、スキャナ208、プリンタ209、リーダ・ライタ210及びシステムバス211を備える。そしてPOS端末20は、システムバス211に、プロセッサ201、メインメモリ202、補助記憶デバイス203、時計204、通信インターフェース205、キーボード206、ディスプレイ207、スキャナ208、プリンタ209及びリーダ・ライタ210を直接または信号入出力回路を介して接続する。かくしてPOS端末20は、プロセッサ201、メインメモリ202及び補助記憶デバイス203と、これらを接続するシステムバス211とによってコンピュータを構成する。
図4は、センタサーバ30の要部回路構成を示すブロック図である。センタサーバ30は、プロセッサ301、メインメモリ302、補助記憶デバイス303、時計304、通信インターフェース305及びシステムバス306を備える。そしてセンタサーバ30は、システムバス306に、プロセッサ301、メインメモリ302、補助記憶デバイス303、時計304及び通信インターフェース305を直接または信号入出力回路を介して接続する。かくしてセンタサーバ30は、プロセッサ301、メインメモリ302及び補助記憶デバイス303と、これらを接続するシステムバス306とによってコンピュータを構成する。
センタサーバ30は、プロセッサ301が、受信部321、取得部322、処理部323、収集部324、編集部325及び提供部326として機能するように構成されている。これらの機能は、プロセッサ301が、メインメモリ302及び補助記憶デバイス303にインストールされた制御プログラムに従い情報処理を行うことで実現される。
図7は、POS端末20のプロセッサ201が制御プログラムに従い実行する主要な情報処理の手順を示す流れ図である。プロセッサ201は、ACT1としてPOS業務処理部220の機能によりPOS業務を実行する。そしてプロセッサ201は、ACT2としてレシートの発行タイミングになるのを待ち受ける。例えば商取引の決済業務221を実行している場合、プロセッサ201は、取引レシートの発行タイミングを待ち受ける。例えば電子マネーのチャージ業務222を実行している場合、プロセッサ201は、チャージレシートの発行タイミングを待ち受ける。例えば商品の購入予約業務223を実行している場合、プロセッサ201は、予約レシートの発行タイミングを待ち受ける。
図8は、センタサーバ30のプロセッサ301が制御プログラムに従い実行する主要な情報処理の手順を示す流れ図である。プロセッサ301は、ACT21として受信部321の機能によりレシートデータの受信を待ち受けている。通信インターフェース305を介していずれかの加盟店SのPOS端末20から送信されたレシートデータを受信すると、プロセッサ301は、ACT21においてYESと判定し、ACT22へと進む。プロセッサ301は、ACT22として取得部322の機能によりレシートデータに付加されているレシート区分を取得する。そしてプロセッサ301は、ACT23乃至ACT30として処理部323の機能を実行する。
図9は、センタサーバ30のプロセッサ301が制御プログラムに従い実行する主要な情報処理の手順を示す流れ図である。プロセッサ301は、ACT41として電子レシートの要求コマンドを待ち受けている。電子レシートの要求コマンドは、利用者が情報端末50にインストールされた専用のアプリケーションプログラムを起動し、そのホーム画面から電子レシートの要求操作を行うと、情報端末50からセンタサーバ30に充てて無線送信される。
レシート一覧画像のデータを送信したセンタサーバ30のプロセッサ301は、ACT47として閲覧コマンドを受信したか否かを確認する。閲覧コマンドを受信していない場合、プロセッサ301は、ACT47においてNOと判定し、ACT48へと進む。プロセッサ301は、ACT48として終了コマンドを受信したか否かを確認する。終了コマンドを受信していない場合、プロセッサ301は、ACT48においてNOと判定し、ACT47へと戻る。このようにプロセッサ301は、ACT47及びACT48として閲覧コマンドを受信するか終了コマンドを受信するのを待ち受ける。
POS端末20が有する機能は、POS業務処理部220、レシート生成部230及びレシート処理部240としての機能に限定されるものではない。また、レシート生成部230は、POS業務処理部220としての機能に含まれていてもよい。あるいはレシート生成部230は、レシート処理部240としての機能に含まれていてもよい。
Claims (7)
- レシート生成部で生成されたレシートデータが、商取引の内容を表す取引レシートのレシートデータであるのか、商取引以外の内容を表す非取引レシートのレシートデータであるのかを判別する判別部と、
前記レシートデータが前記取引レシートのレシートデータである場合には、第1の区分情報を付して前記レシートデータを電子化し、前記レシートデータが前記非取引レシートのレシートデータである場合には、前記第1の区分情報とは異なる第2の区分情報を付して前記レシートデータを電子化する電子化部と、
前記電子化部で電子化された前記レシートデータをサーバへと送信する送信部と、
を具備するレシート処理装置。 - 電子レシートを要求するデータを入力する入力部と、
レシートデータを印刷デバイスに出力する出力部と、
前記レシート生成部で生成されたレシートデータに対して、前記入力部を介して前記電子レシートを要求するデータが入力されている場合には、前記判別部で判別されたレシートデータを前記電子化部へと与え、前記電子レシートを要求するデータが入力されていない場合には、前記判別部で判別されたレシートデータを前記出力部へと与える切替部と、をさらに具備する請求項1記載のレシート処理装置。 - 前記非取引レシートは、電子マネーのチャージ情報を記録するチャージレシート、または、商品の予約内容を記録する予約レシートである、請求項1又は2記載のレシート処理装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項記載のレシート処理装置と、
前記レシート処理装置で電子化されたレシートデータを受信する受信部と、
前記受信部で受信した前記レシートデータに付されている区分情報を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部で取得した前記区分情報が前記第1の区分情報の場合には、前記レシートデータを前記取引レシートのレシートデータとして処理し、前記第2の区分情報の場合には、前記レシートデータを前記非取引レシートのレシートデータとして処理する処理部と、を具備するサーバと、
を含む電子レシートシステム。 - 前記サーバは、
前記処理部において前記取引レシート又は前記非取引レシートのレシートデータとして処理されたレシートデータを、レシート要求元の端末に提供する提供部、
をさらに具備する、請求項4記載の電子レシートシステム。 - レシート生成部で生成されたレシートデータが、商取引の内容を表す取引レシートのレシートデータであるのか、商取引以外の内容を表す非取引レシートのレシートデータであるのかを判別することと、
前記レシートデータが前記取引レシートのレシートデータである場合には、第1の区分情報を付して前記レシートデータを電子化し、前記レシートデータが前記非取引レシートのレシートデータである場合には、前記第1の区分情報とは異なる第2の区分情報を付して前記レシートデータを電子化することと、
電子化された前記レシートデータをサーバへと送信することと、
を具備するレシート処理方法。 - レシート生成部で生成されたレシートデータを処理するレシート処理装置のコンピュータに、
前記レシートデータが、商取引の内容を表す取引レシートのレシートデータであるのか、商取引以外の内容を表す非取引レシートのレシートデータであるのかを判別する機能、
前記レシートデータが前記取引レシートのレシートデータである場合には、第1の区分情報を付して前記レシートデータを電子化し、前記レシートデータが前記非取引レシートのレシートデータである場合には、前記第1の区分情報とは異なる第2の区分情報を付して前記レシートデータを電子化する機能、及び、
前記電子化された前記レシートデータをサーバへと送信する機能、
を実現させるための制御プログラムを記録したプログラム記録媒体。
