技术领域
本申请涉及打印设备领域,例如涉及一种墨盒。
背景技术
随着自动化办公设备的逐渐普及,打印设备在人们的正常工作和学习中扮演着越来越重要的角色,其中,喷墨打印设备因其耗能低、无污染及便于彩色打印等优点受到了用户的青睐。
喷墨打印设备的墨盒一般由盒体和墨囊组成,墨囊为可更换型耗材,通常是将墨囊插入盒体的内部。为将墨囊和盒体固定连接,会在盒体及墨囊上设置相互配合的连接结构。在盒体上加工相应的连接结构时,会导致盒体的强度降低,同时在带有喷墨头的盒体上加工连接结构时,不易对盒体进行夹持定位,并还可能会碰撞损坏喷墨头。
发明内容
本申请提供一种墨盒,无需在盒体上加工与墨囊配合的连接结构,盒体的结构强度高,且能防止损坏喷墨头,延长盒体的使用寿命。
本申请提供一种墨盒,包括墨囊和盒体,所述盒体上设置有喷墨头和安装件,所述墨囊可拆卸地连接于所述安装件上,所述墨囊包括墨囊本体和出墨组件,所述墨囊本体包括设置为储存墨水的储墨腔,所述出墨组件的进墨口与所述储墨腔连通,所述出墨组件的出墨口与所述喷墨头的入墨口连通。

如图1-图5所示,本实施例提供一种墨囊组件,包括墨囊100和防护件200。墨囊100包括墨囊本体1和出墨组件2。墨囊本体1包括用于储存墨水的储墨腔117。出墨组件2的进墨口与储墨腔117连通。示例性地,出墨组件2设置于墨囊本体1的底部,储墨腔117内的墨水能在重力作用下由出墨组件2的进墨口流入出墨组件2中。本实施例的防护件200与墨囊100可拆卸连接。墨囊100在运输或储存过程中,防护件200安装于墨囊100上,并密封出墨组件2的出墨口,有效防止漏墨。需要使用墨囊100时,将防护件200从墨囊100上拆下,再将墨囊100安装于墨盒300的盒体310的安装件400上,出墨组件2的出墨口与盒体310上的喷墨头55的入墨口551连通,从而实现墨囊100与盒体310的连接。
本实施例中,墨囊本体1上设置有第一卡接结构,防护件200包括防护本体3以及设置于防护本体3上的第二卡接结构,第二卡接结构与第一卡接结构卡接,从而实现墨囊100和防护件200的可拆卸连接,结构简单,便于组装及更换墨囊100。
例如,第一卡接结构包括设置于墨囊本体1上的第二卡槽111和第二卡凸112。对应地,第二卡接结构包括对应设置于防护本体3上的第三卡凸34和第二弹性卡接件4。第三卡凸34卡入第二卡槽111中,第二弹性卡接件4与第二卡凸112卡接。第二卡槽111和第二卡凸112分设于墨囊本体1的相对的两侧,即防护件200于墨囊本体1的两端与墨囊本体1卡接,保 证防护件200和墨囊本体1连接的稳定性。
例如,第三卡凸34上设置有第一导向面,用于对第三卡凸34卡入第二卡槽111中的运动导向,装配更顺畅。例如,第三卡凸34设置有多个,提高防护件200与墨囊100的连接稳定性。
一实施例中,第二弹性卡接件4包括相连接的第二弹性臂41和第二卡勾42。第二弹性臂41与防护本体3连接。第二卡勾42与第二卡凸112卡接。防护件200与墨囊100装配时,为保证防护件200上的第三卡凸34顺利卡入墨囊100上的第二卡槽111中,墨囊100的外壁会挤压第二卡勾42,使第二卡勾42带动第二弹性臂41向远离墨囊100的方向变形。待第三卡凸34卡入第二卡槽111中后,第二弹性臂41在自身弹性恢复力的作用下,带动第二卡勾42与第二卡凸112卡接。
本实施例中,墨囊本体1设置有第二卡凸112的一侧面开设有导向槽114,第二卡凸112凸设于导向槽114的槽底壁上。导向槽114包括装入口和避让口。导向槽114的装入口开设于墨囊本体1的底部端面。墨囊100与防护件200组装时,第二弹性卡接件4从墨囊100的底部并由导向槽114的装入口伸入导向槽114内,第二弹性卡接件4沿导向槽114相对于墨囊100向上运动,直至其上的第二卡勾42与第二卡凸112卡接。导向槽114的避让口与导向槽114的槽底壁正对,用于避让第二弹性卡接件4在导向槽114内的运动。导向槽114起到对第二弹性卡接件4与第二卡凸112的卡接进行导向的作用。
导向槽114的槽底壁靠近装入口的一端设置有指示标记115,用于指示第二弹性卡接件4在墨囊100上的装入方向,方便用户自行拆装墨囊100和防护件200。本实施例中,指示标记115为箭头结构。
导向槽114远离其装入口的一端延伸至墨囊本体1的上部。导向槽114的位于第二卡凸112上方的部分可作为施力空间,方便用户将手部伸入该施力空间内,在手部与导向槽114的与其装入口正对的槽壁之间的摩擦力的作用下,将墨囊100转移。
另外,导向槽114的槽底壁的位于第二卡凸112上方的部分可用于标记如墨囊100的型号和/或尺寸等相关信息。
在另一实施例中,第二弹性卡接件4还包括与第二弹性臂41连接的第二拨动部43。将防护件200与墨囊100拆分时,外力拨动第二拨动部43,第二拨动部43在外力作用下带动第二弹性臂41变形,以使第二卡勾42脱离第二卡凸112,便于拆装。
本实施例中,第二卡勾42和第二拨动部43均连接于第二弹性臂41远离防护本体3的一端,并分设于第二弹性臂41的两侧。
第二弹性卡接件4可以为塑胶件,兼具一定的强度和弹性,保证其与墨囊100的连接强度的同时,便于拆装。
例如,防护本体3包括安装部31和密封套筒32。安装部31间隔设置于墨囊100的底部,用于支撑墨囊100。密封套筒32的一端的端口与安装部31密封连接。密封套筒32的另一端套设于出墨组件2的出墨口外并支撑墨囊本体1,密封套筒32和安装部31共同对墨囊100的出墨组件2的出墨口密封。
示例性地,如图6和图7所示,出墨组件2包括吸墨件21以及套设于吸墨件21外的连接套22。例如,连接套22包括套本体221和连接部222。套本体221为中空且两端开口的结构。套本体221套设于吸墨件21外。套本体221的两端口的外壁均凸出设置连接部222。连 接部222为环形状结构。在套本体221受压缩的情况下,套本体221的上端的连接部222能由储墨腔117的出墨开口伸入到储墨腔117内,使得吸墨件21的一端暴露于储墨腔117内。连接部222和套本体221的尺寸均大于出墨开口的尺寸,套本体221的中部在压缩的状态下卡接在出墨开口中,且伸入储墨腔117内的连接部222能够阻止连接套22从墨囊本体1上脱落。连接套22的位于墨囊本体1外的连接部222则与上述的密封套筒32套设连接。储墨腔117内的墨水能经吸墨件21流出。
连接套22可以为橡胶或硅胶等材质,兼具一定的强度和弹性。吸墨件21可以为海绵,能够吸附并储存一定的墨水。密封套筒32也可以为橡胶或硅胶等材质,保证密封套筒32与连接部222的连接处的密封性。
例如,防护本体3还包括限位部33。限位部33与安装部31连接,并围设于墨囊本体1的外周向。上述的第三卡凸34和第二弹性卡接件4分别设置于限位部33的相对的两侧壁上。通过设置限位部33,增加防护件200与墨囊本体1的接触面积,提高防护件200与墨囊100的连接稳定性,防止运输过程中墨囊100相对于安装部31晃动。在其他实施例中,也可只在墨囊本体1的相对的两侧设置限位部33。
在一实施例中,墨囊本体1的外壁设置有缺口113。限位部33上对应设置有凸起35,凸起35卡入缺口113,防止运输过程中墨囊100相对于防护件200晃动。
防护件200与墨囊100可拆卸连接。墨囊100在运输或储存过程中,防护件200安装于墨囊100上,并密封出墨组件2的出墨口,有效防止漏墨。需要使用墨囊100时,将防护件200从墨囊100上拆下,再将墨囊100安装于打印设备上,出墨组件2的出墨口与打印设备的喷墨头55的入墨口551连通,以向其供墨。
如图8-图13所示,本实施例还提供一种墨盒300,包括盒体310以及上述的墨囊100。盒体310上设置有喷墨头55和安装件400。将上述的墨囊组件拆分(即墨囊100和防护件200拆分)后,将墨囊100安装于安装件400上,并使得墨囊100的出墨组件2的出墨口与盒体310上的喷墨头55的入墨口551连通,从而实现墨囊100与盒体310的连接。墨囊100与安装件400可拆卸地连接。墨水用完后,将墨囊100与安装件400分离,并更换新的墨囊100,实现盒体310的重复使用,有效利用盒体310,节省成本,且节能环保。
本实施例通过在盒体310上设置安装件400,将安装件400与墨囊100连接,从而实现墨囊100与盒体310的连接,无需在盒体310上加工与墨囊100配合的连接结构,加工工艺更简单,盒体310的结构强度高,且能防止损坏喷墨头55,延长盒体310的使用寿命。
例如,安装件400包括第一支撑部6,第一支撑部6设置于墨囊本体1的底部,用于支撑墨囊本体1。第一支撑部6上开设有连通孔613,连通孔613与喷墨头55的入墨口551连通。出墨组件2的位于墨囊本体1外的连接部222伸入该连通孔613内,使出墨组件2的出墨口与喷墨头55的入墨口551连通。储墨腔117内的墨水在重力作用下由出墨组件2的进墨口流入出墨组件2的吸墨件21中,再由出墨组件2的出墨口流入与出墨口正对的喷墨头55的入墨口551,以对喷墨头55供墨。第一支撑部6通过其上的连通孔613与出墨组件2的位于墨囊本体1外的连接部222配合,以对墨囊100在安装件400上的安装进行定位,保证出墨组件2的出墨口与喷墨头55的入墨口551正对。
安装件400还包括用于夹紧墨囊本体1的夹紧组件。夹紧组件包括两个与第一支撑部6连接的夹紧部7。两个夹紧部7分设于墨囊本体1的相对的两侧,以夹紧墨囊100。通过设置 夹紧组件,增加安装件400与墨囊本体1的接触面积,提高安装件400与墨囊本体1的连接稳定性。本实施例中,夹紧部7位于墨囊本体1的缺口113处。夹紧部7由墨囊本体1的底部插入缺口113。缺口113用于对夹紧部7与墨囊本体1的连接进行定位。
例如,夹紧部7上设置有第一卡槽71,墨囊本体1上对应设置有第一卡凸116。第一卡凸116朝向缺口113设置,并卡入第一卡槽71中,提高安装件400与墨囊本体1的连接稳定性。夹紧部7上设置有第二导向面72,用于对第一卡凸116卡入第一卡槽71的运动导向。
安装件400还包括与第一支撑部6连接的第一弹性卡接件8。第一弹性卡接件8与墨囊本体1的第二卡凸112卡接,实现安装件400与墨囊本体1的连接。
一实施例中,第一弹性卡接件8包括相连的第一弹性臂81和第一卡勾82,第一弹性臂81与第一支撑部6连接,第一卡勾82卡入第二卡凸112中。安装件400与墨囊100装配时,为保证墨囊本体1上的第一卡凸116顺利卡入安装件400上的第一卡槽71中,墨囊本体1的外壁会挤压第一卡勾82,使第一卡勾82带动第一弹性臂81向远离墨囊本体1的方向变形。待第一卡凸116卡入第一卡槽71中后,第一弹性臂81在自身弹性恢复力的作用下,带动第一卡勾82与第二卡凸112卡接。
与上述的第二弹性卡接件4的安装方式类似,第一弹性卡接件8从墨囊本体1的底部并由导向槽114的装入口伸入导向槽114内,第一弹性卡接件8沿导向槽114相对于墨囊本体1向上运动,直至其上的第一卡勾82与墨囊本体1的第二卡凸112卡接。导向槽114的避让口与导向槽114的槽底壁正对,用于避让第一弹性卡接件8在导向槽114内的运动。导向槽114起到对第一弹性卡接件8与第二卡凸112的卡接进行导向的作用。
在另一实施例中,第一弹性卡接件8还包括与第一弹性臂81连接的第一拨动部83。将安装件400与墨囊100拆分时,外力拨动第一拨动部83,第一拨动部83在外力作用下带动第一弹性臂81变形,以使第一卡勾82脱离第二卡凸112,便于拆装。
本实施例中,第一卡勾82和第一拨动部83均连接于第一弹性臂81远离防护本体3的一端,并分设于第一弹性臂81的两侧。
例如,第一支撑部6包括支撑本体61。支撑本体61设置于墨囊本体1的底部,用于支撑墨囊本体1。支撑本体61包括相对的第一端和第二端。第一弹性卡接件8连接于第一支撑部6的第一端,夹紧组件的两个夹紧部7分设于第一支撑部6的第二端的两侧。安装件400通过夹紧组件和第一弹性卡接件8于墨囊本体1的相对的两端与墨囊本体1连接,保证安装件400与墨囊本体1的稳定连接。
本实施例中,安装件400的夹紧组件沿第一方向夹紧墨囊本体1,夹紧部7上的第一卡槽71与墨囊本体1的第一卡凸116沿第二方向卡接,同时安装件400的第一弹性卡接件8的第一卡勾82与第二卡凸112也沿第二方向卡接,安装件400还通过第一弹性卡接件8以及夹紧部7与第一卡凸116的配合以沿第三方向对墨囊本体1限位,最终实现安装件400与墨囊本体1的稳定连接。
例如,盒体310包括盒本体51以及与盒本体51连接的第一侧板52和第二侧板53。上述的喷墨头55设置于盒本体51上。安装件400的支撑本体61安装于盒本体51上。第一侧板52和第二侧板53间隔设置于盒本体51上,并分设于支撑本体61的第二端的两侧,并夹紧安装件400的夹紧组件。通过第一侧板52和第二侧板53夹紧安装件400的夹紧组件,对安装件400在盒本体51上的安装定位。
本实施例中,第一支撑部6还包括凸设于支撑本体61的两侧的止挡部62。第一侧板52和第二侧板53分别与对应的止挡部62抵接,以对安装件400在盒本体51上的安装定位,提高安装件400在盒本体51上的安装精度。
盒体310还包括与盒本体51连接的第三侧板54。安装件400的支撑本体61的第二端的端面和/或夹紧部7远离支撑本体61的第一端的一端与第三侧板54抵接,实现安装件400在盒本体51上的安装定位。
本实施例中,支撑本体61上开设有凹槽6121,墨囊本体1包括定位部12,定位部12卡入凹槽6121内,以对墨囊本体1在支撑本体61上的安装定位,提高墨囊100在安装件400上的安装精度。
例如,支撑本体61包括第一支撑本体611和第二支撑本体612。墨囊本体1还包括主体部11。定位部12连接于主体部11的底部。第一支撑本体611支撑主体部11,凹槽6121设置于第二支撑本体612上。上述的第一弹性卡接件8设置于第一支撑本体611上,夹紧部7设置于第二支撑本体612上,止挡部62设置于第一支撑本体611的两侧,并延伸至第二支撑本体612上。
例如,安装件400为注塑一体成型的注塑件,制造工艺简单,生产效率高。
例如,安装件400与盒体310通过粘接胶粘接,无需在安装件400或盒体310上加工装配孔,提高两者的结构强度。
需要说明的是,储墨腔117的数量与墨盒300的类型(如单色墨盒或彩色墨盒)有关,且每个储墨腔117均设置有至少一个出墨组件2。可根据墨盒300的类型,合理的设置储墨腔117的数量,并合理的布置储墨腔117在墨囊本体1上的安装位置。
本实施例中,参见图14,墨盒300为彩色墨盒。墨囊100包括三个储墨腔117。其中三个储墨腔117均设置于主体部11上,且其中一个储墨腔117贯穿定位部12,每个储墨腔117的底部均设置一个出墨组件2。
一实施例中,参见图15,墨盒300也可为单色墨盒,墨囊100包括储墨腔117,储墨腔117为一个并开设于主体部11上,储墨腔117的底部设置一个出墨组件2。
还需说明的是,参见图16,对于墨囊100与上述防护件200的安装,由于定位部12凸设于主体部11的底部、出墨组件2凸设于墨囊本体1的底部和/或密封套筒32凸设于防护件200的安装部31等原因,导致墨囊100易在防护件200内倾斜或晃动,为此,防护件200的限位部33的内壁凸设有第二支撑部36,用于支撑墨囊本体1,保证墨囊100稳定放置于防护件200内,防止墨囊100发生倾斜而漏墨。在其他实施例中,第二支撑部36也可凸设于安装部31靠近墨囊本体1的一侧。
例如,参见图14和图15,主体部11又包括储墨壳11a和上盖11b。储墨腔117开设于储墨壳11a上。储墨腔117的上端口贯通储墨壳11a的上表面。上盖11b与储墨壳11a连接,并密封储墨腔117的上端口。上盖11b与储墨壳11a可拆卸连接,方便向储墨腔117注入墨水。
本实施例中,参见图17-图21,墨囊100还包括墨囊芯片9。墨囊芯片9设置于墨囊本体1靠近第三侧板54的一侧。盒体310还包括墨盒芯片10和连接芯片20。墨盒芯片10和连接芯片20均设置于第三侧板54远离墨囊本体1的一侧。墨盒芯片10与第三侧板54连接。连接芯片20包括第一区域201和第二区域202。第一区域201的触点与墨盒芯片10电连接。 第二区域202则用于与墨囊芯片9电连接。第三侧板54上对应第二区域202开设有安装腔541,安装腔541内设置有连接件30,连接件30包括第一针脚301和第二针脚302。第一针脚301与第二区域202上的触点电连接,第二针脚302与墨囊芯片9上的触点电连接。
安装腔541可为开设于第三侧板54上的封闭腔结构(图17),也可为开设于第三侧板54上的边缘腔结构(图18)。封闭腔结构是指安装腔541的整个周向均有实体的第三侧板54包围。边缘腔结构是指安装腔541贯通于第三侧板54上的边缘。
相关技术中的墨盒中一般是将墨盒芯片10和墨囊芯片9直接电连接,盒体310的外侧壁上开设有连接孔,墨盒芯片10的部分区域伸入连接孔,使得该部分区域上的触点和墨囊芯片9上的对应触点接触并电连接。但是,由于盒体310本身具有一定的厚度,为使墨盒芯片10上的触点与墨囊芯片9上的触点能够有效接触,同时又要避免因多次更换墨囊100导致墨盒芯片10上的触点因摩擦严重而出现凸点铜裂或塌陷等问题,需结合盒体310的壁厚等因素严格控制墨盒芯片10上的触点的加工高度以及墨盒芯片10在连接孔内的安装精度,影响生产工艺及装配工艺,产品成本高。
本实施例的墨盒300增设了连接芯片20和连接件30,连接芯片20的第二区域202通过连接件30与墨囊芯片9电连接,从而对连接芯片20和墨囊芯片9上的触点高度的加工精度、及连接芯片20和墨囊芯片9的相对安装位置的精度均要求较低,并能保证将连接芯片20和墨囊芯片9有效的电连接,产品成本低。
如图22和图23所示,本实施例与前述实施例的区别在于:出墨组件2的结构不同。本实施例的出墨组件2包括连接套22和吸墨件21。连接套22套设于吸墨件21外。连接套22包括套本体221和一个连接部222。套本体221为中空且两端开口的结构,套本体221套设于吸墨件21外。套本体221的一端由储墨腔117的出墨开口伸入到储墨腔117内。连接部222连接于套本体221位于储墨腔117外的一端。连接部222和套本体221的尺寸均大于出墨开口的尺寸,套本体221的上端在压缩的状态下卡接在出墨开口中。连接部222则用于与密封套筒32套设连接。
如图24-图28所示,本实施例与前述实施例的区别在于:出墨组件2的结构不同。本实施例的出墨组件2包括连接套22和吸墨件21。连接套22包括相连的第一套本体部2211和第二套本体部2212。第一套本体部2211的尺寸大于第二套本体部2212和吸墨件21的尺寸。墨囊本体1的外壁上,于储墨腔117的出墨开口处凸设有固定部13。固定部13为环状,并沿出墨开口的周向设置。墨囊本体1上,于固定部13的外周向设置有避让槽14。第一套本体部2211伸入避让槽14内,并紧套与固定部13上,从而实现连接套22与墨囊本体1的连接。吸墨件21包括相连的第一吸墨部211和第二吸墨部212。第一吸墨部211紧套于固定部13内。第二吸墨部212紧套于第二套本体部2212内。
位于避让槽14外的第二套本体部2212,用于与密封套筒32套设连接。例如,第二套本体部2212上设置有第三导向面2213,方便第二套本体部2212装入密封套筒32内。
如图29-图31所示,本实施例与前述实施例的区别在于:墨囊本体1的结构不同。本实施例的墨囊本体1中,第二卡凸112凸设于墨囊本体1的外表面。墨囊本体1通过其外表面的第二卡凸112直接于防护件200上的第二弹性卡接件4或安装件400上的第一弹性卡接件8卡接。与前述实施例相比,本实施例的墨囊本体1设置有第二卡凸112的一侧面未设置导向槽114,本实施例的墨囊本体1的结构更加简单,加工更方便,产品成本低。
如图32和图33所示,本实施例与前述实施例的区别在于:墨囊本体1、安装件400及防护件200的结构不同。本实施例中,墨囊本体1上未设置第二卡凸112,而是在墨囊本体1上开设了卡孔16以及与卡孔16连通的避让腔15。避让腔15的腔口151贯通于墨囊本体1的底部。安装件400上的第一弹性卡接件8由墨囊本体1的底部,并于避让腔15的腔口151伸入避让腔15内,直至第一弹性卡接件8上的第一卡勾82卡接于卡孔16的孔壁。相比于前述实施例,本实施例的第一弹性卡接件8设置安装件400的非边缘位置。另外,与前述实施例中的第一卡勾82和第一拨动部83分设于第一弹性臂81的两侧相比,本实施例的第一拨动部83与第一弹性臂81的延伸方向相同。
需要说明的是,本实施例的防护件200(图未示)的第二弹性卡接件4,未设置于限位部33上,而是设置于安装部31上,以与避让腔15的腔口151正对。第二弹性卡接件4的结构与第一弹性卡接件8的结构相同。
还需说明的是,在其他实施例中,也可不设置避让腔15,安装件400上的第一弹性卡接件8沿墨囊本体1的外表面滑动,直至第一卡勾82伸入卡孔16内并与卡孔16的孔壁卡接。同样地,防护件200的第二弹性卡接件4沿墨囊本体1的外表面滑动,直至第二卡勾42伸入卡孔16内并与卡孔16的孔壁卡接。

本申请中,将墨囊安装于安装件上,从而实现墨囊与盒体的连接。墨囊通过安装件与盒体连接,无需在盒体上加工与墨囊配合的连接结构,保证盒体的强度,同时避免喷墨头损坏。
本申请提供的墨盒中,包括盒体以及墨囊。盒体上设置有喷墨头和安装件。将墨囊安装于安装件上,并使得墨囊的出墨组件的出墨口与盒体上的喷墨头的入墨口连通,从而实现墨囊与盒体的连接。墨囊与安装件可拆卸地连接。墨水用完后,将墨囊与安装件分离,并更换新的墨囊,实现盒体的重复使用,有效利用其上的喷墨头,节省成本,且节能环保。通过在盒体上设置安装件,将安装件与墨囊连接,从而实现墨囊与盒体的连接,无需在盒体上加工与墨囊配合的连接结构,加工工艺更简单,盒体的结构强度高,且能防止损坏喷墨头,延长盒体的使用寿命。

  1. 一种墨盒,包括墨囊(100)和盒体(310),所述盒体(310)上设置有喷墨头(55)和安装件(400),所述墨囊(100)可拆卸地连接于所述安装件(400)上,所述墨囊(100)包括墨囊本体(1)和出墨组件(2),所述墨囊本体(1)包括设置为储存墨水的储墨腔(117),所述出墨组件(2)的进墨口与所述储墨腔(117)连通,所述出墨组件(2)的出墨口与所述喷墨头(55)的入墨口(551)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的墨盒,其中,所述安装件(400)包括支撑所述墨囊(100)的第一支撑部(6),所述第一支撑部(6)上开设有连通孔(613),所述连通孔(613)与所述喷墨头(55)的入墨口(551)连通,所述出墨组件(2)设有所述出墨口的一端伸入所述连通孔(613)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的墨盒,其中,所述安装件(400)还包括夹紧组件,所述夹紧组件包括两个与所述第一支撑部(6)连接的夹紧部(7),两个所述夹紧部(7)分设于所述墨囊本体(1)的相对的两侧,并夹紧所述墨囊本体(1)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的墨盒,其中,所述夹紧部(7)上设置有第一卡槽(71),所述墨囊本体(1)上对应设置有第一卡凸(116),所述第一卡凸(116)卡入所述第一卡槽(71)中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的墨盒,其中,所述安装件(400)还包括与所述第一支撑部(6)连接的第一弹性卡接件(8),所述墨囊本体(1)上对应设置有第二卡凸(112),所述第一弹性卡接件(8)与所述第二卡凸(112)卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的墨盒,其中,所述第一弹性卡接件(8)包括相连的第一弹性臂(81)和第一卡勾(82),所述第一弹性臂(81)与所述第一支撑部(6)连接,所述第一卡勾(82)与所述第二卡凸(112)卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的墨盒,其中,所述第一弹性卡接件(8)还包括与所述第一弹性臂(81)连接的第一拨动部(83),所述第一拨动部(83)被配置为在外力作用下带动所述第一弹性臂(81)变形,以使所述第一卡勾(82)脱离所述第二卡凸(112)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的墨盒,其中,所述第一支撑部(6)包括支撑本体(61),所述支撑本体(61)包括相对的第一端和第二端,所述第一弹性卡接件(8)连接于所述第一支撑部(6)的第一端,所述夹紧组件的两个所述夹紧部(7)分设于所述第一支撑部(6)的第二端的两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的墨盒,其中,所述盒体(310)包括盒本体(51)以及与所述盒本体(51)连接的第一侧板(52)和第二侧板(53),所述支撑本体(61)连接于所述盒本体(51)上,所述第一侧板(52)和所述第二侧板(53)分设于所述支撑本体(61)的第二端的两侧并夹紧所述夹紧组件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的墨盒,其中,所述第一支撑部(6)还包括凸设于所述支撑本体(61)的两侧的止挡部(62),所述第一侧板(52)和所述第二侧板(53)靠近所述支撑本体(61)的第一端的一侧分别与对应的所述止挡部(62)抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的墨盒,其中,所述盒体(310)还包括与所述盒本体(51)连接的第三侧板(54),所述第三侧板(54)与以下至少之一抵接:所述支撑本体(61)的第二端,以及所述夹紧组件远离所述支撑本体(61)的第一端的一端。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的墨盒,其中,所述支撑本体(61)上开设有凹槽(6121),所 述墨囊本体(1)包括定位部(12),所述定位部(12)卡入所述凹槽(6121)内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的墨盒,其中,所述支撑本体(61)包括第一支撑本体(611)和第二支撑本体(612),所述墨囊本体(1)还包括主体部(11),所述定位部(12)连接于所述主体部(11)的底部,所述第一支撑本体(611)支撑所述主体部(11),所述凹槽(6121)设置于所述第二支撑本体(612)上。

  18. 根据权利要求17所述的墨盒,其中,所述墨囊本体(1)上设置有避让腔(15),所述避让腔(15)与所述卡孔(16)连通,且所述避让腔(15)的腔口(151)贯通于所述墨囊本体(1)的外壁,所述第一弹性卡接件(8)由所述腔口(151)伸入所述避让腔(15)内,并与所述卡孔(16)的孔壁卡接。
