技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种线缆、线缆组件及通信系统。
背景技术
近年来,大屏市场进入一个高速成长的时期,人们对大屏的需求已不仅仅局限于普通的电视观看,而是对高清视觉的享受和更加多元化的功能需求日益旺盛。这样,对连接在大屏与机顶盒(也称为数字视频变换盒,set top box,STB)之间的线缆的传输能力提出更高的要求。然而,由于传统线缆的结构设置不合理,传统线缆抗电磁辐射的性能较差,从而无法满足大屏的传输需求。
发明内容
本申请提供一种抗电磁辐射的性能较佳的线缆、线缆组件及通信系统。
第一方面,本申请提供一种线缆。线缆包括电源线、信号线、接地线、包裹层、同轴线以及保护层。信号线用于传输低速信号,同轴线用于传输高速信号。
包裹层包裹电源线、信号线以及接地线。同轴线位于包裹层的外侧。保护层包裹包裹层和同轴线。
可以理解的是,通过包裹层将同轴线与电源线分开设置,从而在线缆传输信号时,电源线不容易影响同轴线的传输性能。这样,线缆在能够提供电力以及传输高速信号的同时,还能够显著地提高线缆的抗电磁辐射的性能。
另外,通过包裹层将同轴线与信号线分开设置,从而在线缆传输信号时,信号线不容易与同轴线发生信号串扰,进而提高线缆的抗串扰的性能。
其次,同轴线是一种带有电磁屏蔽层的信号线。同轴线抗串扰能力较佳。这样,线缆的抗串扰的性能也能够进一步提高。
本实施例的线缆还可以解决传统线缆结构的一些问题。
首先,本申请通过包裹层来包裹电源线、信号线以及接地线。由于电线的类型较少,电源线、信号线以及接地线较容易形成一个完整的圆,电源线、信号线以及接地线之间也可以更紧密、更充实地装配在一起,有利于实现线缆外径的小形化设置。
其次,相较于将电源线、信号线、接地线以及同轴线混合装配的方案,本实施例的同轴线可以单独装配,同轴线与电源线、信号线以及接地线不会因相互混合而导致在装配过程中,各条电线相互移动,线缆的保护层不容易包裹同轴线,进而增大线缆的装配困难度。故而,本实施例的线缆的可制造性较佳。
另外,由于线缆的保护层比较容易包裹同轴线,线缆更容易形成一个圆整的圆。此时,线缆的保护层的厚度尺寸更加容易控制。线缆可以装配得更充实,更紧凑。线缆外径的最小尺寸可以达到6毫米,甚至更低。
一种可能的实现方式中,包裹层为绵纸、PET、PTFE或者吸波材料。可以理解的是,绵纸、PET、PTFE或者吸波材料的价格较为便宜。这样,包裹层在能够实现上述各个效果的同 时,包裹层的成本投入不会较大程度地增大线缆的成本。尤其包裹层为绵纸时,相较于线缆的总投入成本,包裹层的成本几乎可以忽略。
一种可能的实现方式中,电源线包括电源内导体以及电源绝缘层。电源绝缘层包裹在电源内导体的周侧面。电源内导体的直径满足23AWG。电源绝缘层的材质采用FEP。可以理解的是,电源线可以实现5A的通流功能。电源线的通流功能较佳。
一种可能的实现方式中,线缆还包括电子线。包裹层包裹电子线,电子线用于传输低速信号、传输电力、接地或者预留未用。这样,线缆的电子线种类较多,应用较广。
一种可能的实现方式中,信号线为辅助链路(sideband link,SL)。SL可以实现高速链路初始化,高清数字内容保护(high-bandwidth digital content protection,HDCP)握手,能力获取,音频回传等。
一种可能的实现方式中,线缆还包括USB数据线组。包裹层包裹USB数据线组。USB数据线组用于传输低速信号。这样,线缆的电子线种类较多,应用较广。
一种可能的实现方式中,同轴线的数量为多根。多根同轴线环绕包裹层设置,且围成环状。
可以理解的是,当同轴线的数量采用多根时,多根同轴线的传输带宽的可以较大程度地提高,从而有利于线缆传输较大传输带宽的高速信号。
另外,当多根同轴线环绕包裹层围成环状时,同轴线与包裹层可以装配得更加紧凑。此外,线缆更容易形成一个圆整的圆。线缆的保护层的厚度尺寸更加容易控制。
一种可能的实现方式中,线缆包括屏蔽层。屏蔽层位于保护层与包裹层之间,且屏蔽层环绕包裹层设置。保护层通过屏蔽层包裹包裹层和同轴线。屏蔽层用于屏蔽线缆外部的信号。
可以理解的是,通过在同轴线与保护层之间设置屏蔽层,一方面,屏蔽层可以用于固定同轴线,保证线缆的可靠性,另一方面,屏蔽层可以屏蔽线缆外部的信号,线缆的抗串扰能力能够显著地提高。
一种可能的实现方式中,屏蔽层包括基底以及多根屏蔽线。基底环绕包裹层设置,保护层通过基底包裹包裹层和同轴线。基底具有外环面。基底的外环面为基底朝向保护层的表面。多根屏蔽线设置在基底的外环面。这样,屏蔽层固定同轴线的能力更佳,线缆的可靠性更佳。此外,屏蔽层屏蔽线缆外部的信号的能力更佳。
一种可能的实现方式中,基底为铝箔,屏蔽线为铜线。这样,屏蔽层在能够实现上述各个效果的同时,屏蔽层的成本投入不会较大程度地增大线缆的成本。甚至相较于线缆的总投入成本,屏蔽层的成本几乎可以忽略。
一种可能的实现方式中,信号线包括信号内导体以及信号绝缘层。信号线的信号绝缘层包裹信号线的信号内导体的周侧面。信号线的结构较为简单,成本较低。
一种可能的实现方式中,同轴线包括至少一根芯线、同轴线绝缘层、同轴线屏蔽层以及胶套层。同轴线绝缘层包裹芯线。同轴线屏蔽层包裹同轴线绝缘层的周侧面。胶套层包裹同轴线屏蔽层。这样,同轴线的结构较为简单,不容易较大程度地增加线缆的成本。
一种可能的实现方式中,保护层的材质为TPU或者TPE。这样,保护层具有较高的强度,以及较佳的耐折弯性。
第二方面,本申请提供一种线缆组件。线缆组件包括第一电路板、第二电路板、第一连接器公座、第二连接器公座以及如上的线缆。
线缆包括第一端部以及第二端部。线缆的第一端部固定连接于第一电路板,且电连接于第一电路板。线缆的第二端部固定连接于第二电路板,且电连接于第二电路板。

可以理解的是,本申请的线缆在能够传输高速信号的同时,线缆的抗电磁性能和抗串扰性能均较佳。当线缆应用于线缆组件时,线缆组件也能够在传输高速信号的同时,线缆组件的抗电磁性能和抗串扰性能均较佳。
另外,通过在线缆的第一端部设置第一电路板以及第一连接器公座,线缆的第二端部设置第二电路板与第二连接器公座,从而有利于线缆组件既能够传输电力,又能够传输高速信号。

可以理解的是,本申请的线缆在能够传输高速信号的同时,线缆的抗电磁性能和抗串扰性能均较佳。当线缆应用于通信系统时,通信系统也能够在传输高速信号的同时,通信系统的抗电磁性能和抗串扰性能均较佳。
示例性地,当第一设备通电时,第一设备可以通过线缆向第二设备传输电力,以使第二设备工作。这样,第二设备无需通过插头或者连接器等器件直接电连接于外部电源,第二设备可以省去与外部电源电连接的器件,从而简化第二设备的结构。另外,第一设备可以通过线缆向第二设备传输高速信号。第二设备可以实现高清显示以及高质量出声等。
一种可能的实现方式中,第一设备为机顶盒。第二设备为屏幕。第一设备通过线缆向第二设备传输电力和信号。
可以理解的是,当机顶盒通电时,机顶盒可以通过线缆向屏幕传输电力,以使屏幕通电。这样,屏幕无需通过插头或连接器等器件直接电连接于外部电源,屏幕可以省去与外部电源电连接的器件,从而既可以简化屏幕的结构,又可以避免屏幕因设置有与外部电源电连接的器件而导致屏幕的厚度增大,也即有利于屏幕实现薄型化设置,这对于有限空间的墙壁是较佳的设置方式。

包裹层包裹电源线、信号线、电子线、USB数据线组以及接地线。其中包裹层为绵纸、PET、PTFE或者吸波材料。
多根同轴线位于包裹层的外侧,且多根同轴线环绕包裹层设置,且围成环状。
屏蔽层包括基底以及多根屏蔽线。基底包裹多根同轴线。基底具有外环面。基底的外环面为基底远离包裹层的表面。多根屏蔽线设置在基底的外环面。基底为铝箔。屏蔽线为铜线。
保护层包裹多根屏蔽线。保护层的材质为TPU或者TPE。
可以理解的是,本方面的多根同轴线的传输带宽的最大值大于或等于128Gbps。线缆的电源线对同轴线的干扰尤其明显,从而导致线缆抗电磁辐射的性能较差。此时,虽然同轴线能够传输高速信号,但由于抗电磁辐射的性能太差,同轴线还是无法应用于两个设备之间的信号传输。而本实施例的线缆通过包裹层将同轴线与电源线分开设置,从而在线缆传输信号时,电源线不容易影响同轴线的传输性能。这样,线缆在能够提供电力以及传输高速信号的同时,还能够显著地提高线缆的抗电磁辐射的性能。
其次,本实施例的线缆也具有较佳的抗串扰能力。具体如下。
本实施例通过包裹层将同轴线与信号线、电子线以及USB数据线组分开设置,从而在线缆传输信号时,信号线、电子线以及USB数据线组不容易与同轴线发生信号串扰,进而提高线缆的抗串扰的性能。
其次,同轴线是一种带有电磁屏蔽层的信号线。同轴线抗串扰能力较佳。这样,线缆的抗串扰的性能也能够进一步提高。
本实施例的线缆还可以解决传统线缆结构的一些问题。
首先,本申请通过包裹层来包裹电源线、信号线、电子线、USB数据线组以及接地线。由于线的类型较少,电源线、信号线、电子线、USB数据线组以及接地线较容易形成一个完整的圆,电源线、信号线、电子线、USB数据线组以及接地线之间也可以更紧密、更充实地装配在一起,有利于实现线缆外径的小形化设置。
其次,相较于将电源线、信号线、电子线、USB数据线组、接地线以及同轴线混合装配的方案,本实施例的同轴线可以单独装配,同轴线与电源线、信号线、电子线、USB数据线组以及接地线不会因相互混合而导致在装配过程中,各条电线相互移动,线缆的保护层不容易包裹同轴线,进而增大线缆的装配困难度。故而,本实施例的线缆的可制造性较佳。
另外,由于线缆的保护层比较容易包裹同轴线,线缆更容易形成一个圆整的圆。此时,线缆的保护层的厚度尺寸更加容易控制。线缆可以装配得更充实,更紧凑。线缆外径的最小尺寸可以达到6毫米,甚至更低。
另外,绵纸、PET、PTFE或者吸波材料的价格较为便宜。这样,包裹层在能够实现上述 各个效果的同时,包裹层的成本投入不会较大程度地增大线缆的成本。尤其包裹层为绵纸时,相较于线缆的总投入成本,包裹层的成本几乎可以忽略。
其次,当保护层的材质为TPU或者TPE时,保护层具有较高的强度,以及较佳的耐折弯性。

为方便理解本申请实施例提供的通信系统,对本申请中涉及到的有关名词进行解释:
W:功率的单位;英文名:watt;中文名:瓦特。
A:电流的单位;英文名:ampere;中文名:安培。
V:电压的单位;英文名:voltage;中文名:伏特。
Gbps:也称传输带宽,是衡量传输设备总的数据传输能力的单位,传输速率为每秒1000兆位或者1000兆比特(即1Gbps)。
串扰:串扰指的是有害信号从一个网络传递到另一个网络的耦合效应。
损耗:损耗指的是当信号沿着传输线传播时发生的能量损失,它可以通过介质损耗、导线损耗、对外辐射、阻抗不匹配反射、对外耦合到邻近网络等五种方式产生。损耗通常由S参数来表征和度量。
地:最简单的传输线是由两条有一定长度的导线组成,其中一条作为信号路径用来传输信号,另一条作为返回路径传输信号的返回电流,而这个返回路径通常称为“地”。
UL758标准:是电器布线材料通用导则,仅用于电器或是装置的制造厂内进行的电器或者装置的布线。
UL1581标准:是电线电缆和软线参考标准,主要是对导体、绝缘、护套及其它护层的要求细则,以及对于试样制备、样品选取、温度处理和测量与计算方法的要求细则。

请参阅图1,图1是本申请实施例提供的通信系统1的结构示意图。通信系统1包括线缆组件1000、第一设备2000以及第二设备3000。线缆组件1000连接在第一设备2000与第二设备3000之间。需要说明的是,图1以及下文相关附图仅示意性地给出了通信系统1包括的一些部件,这些部件的实际形状、实际大小、实际位置和实际构造不受图1以及下文各附图限定。
在本实施例中,第一设备2000可以为机顶盒(也称为数字视频变换盒,set top box,STB)、电脑主机、投影仪、交互式网络电视(internet protocol television,IPTV)盒子、网络机顶盒(over the top,OTT)等设备。第二设备3000可以为屏幕、平板电脑(tablet personal computer)、膝上型电脑(laptop computer)、个人计算机、笔记本电脑、车载设备、可穿戴设备、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)眼镜、AR头盔、虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)眼镜或者VR头盔等显示设备。图1所示实施例以第一设备2000是机顶盒,第二设备3000是屏幕为例进行阐述。
其中,当第一设备2000通电(例如,第一设备2000的插头插入外部电源)时,第一设备2000可以通过线缆组件1000向第二设备3000传输电力,以使第二设备3000工作。这样,第二设备3000无需通过插头或者连接器等器件直接电连接于外部电源,第二设备3000可以省去与外部电源电连接的器件,从而简化第二设备3000的结构。另外,第一设备2000可以通过线缆组件1000向第二设备3000传输信号(例如图像信号、音频信号等),以使第二设备3000显示以及出声等。线缆组件1000具有“一物多用”的功能。可以理解的是,本实施例的电力与信号的传输方向为单向。
在本实施例中,线缆组件1000可以向第二设备3000传输大功率电力。其中,电力的功率在300W至720W的范围内,甚至更高。这样,线缆组件1000可以给具有较大面积或者多个显示屏的第二设备3000大功率供电。在其他实施例中,线缆组件1000也可以向第二设备3000传输小功率电力。这样,线缆组件1000也可以给具有较小面积或者数量较少显示屏的第二设备3000小功率供电。
另外,第一设备2000还可以通过线缆组件1000向第二设备3000传输高速信号,以使第二设备3000实现高清显示以及高质量出声等。其中,高速信号的传输速率可以达到128Gbps,甚至更高。这样,线缆组件1000能够实现4K、8K或者8K以上的图像信号传输。当第二设备3000接收到图像信号时,第二设备3000可以实现高清显示。其中,4K以及8K指的是分辨率,4k的分辨率是3840×2160像素,而8k分辨率是7680×4320像素。在其他实施例中,第一设备2000也可以通过线缆组件1000向第二设备3000传输其他速率的信号。
需要说明的是,下文将结合相关附图具体介绍本实施例的线缆组件1000如何实现大功率供电以及高速传输信号。具体的这里不再赘述。
在其他实施例中,第一设备2000与第二设备3000也可以为路由器、服务器或者网络交换机等设备。当第一设备2000通电(例如,第一设备2000的插头插入外部电源)时,第一设备2000可以通过线缆组件1000向第二设备3000传输电力。当第二设备3000通电(例如,第二设备3000的插头插入外部电源)时,第二设备3000也可以通过线缆组件1000向第一设备2000传输电力。另外,线缆组件1000还可以用于第一设备2000与第二设备3000之间的 信号传输。具体的,第一设备2000可以通过线缆组件1000向第二设备3000传输信号。第二设备3000也可以通过线缆组件1000向第一设备2000传输信号。可以理解的是,本实施例的电力与信号的传输方向为双向。
上文介绍了线缆组件1000、第一设备2000以及第二设备3000之间的连接关系,下文将结合相关附图具体介绍通信系统1的几种应用场景。
第一种应用场景:请再次参阅图1,第一设备2000为机顶盒。第二设备3000为屏幕。示例性地,屏幕可以固定于墙壁上。这样,屏幕可以有效利用墙壁的空间,从而提高墙壁的空间利用率。对于面积较大的屏幕或者多个屏幕的安装,利用墙壁的空间更加的重要。
其中,线缆组件1000连接在机顶盒和屏幕之间。当机顶盒通电时,机顶盒可以通过线缆组件1000向屏幕传输电力,以使屏幕通电。这样,屏幕无需通过插头或连接器等器件直接电连接于外部电源,屏幕可以省去与外部电源电连接的器件,从而既可以简化屏幕的结构,又可以避免屏幕因设置有与外部电源电连接的器件而导致屏幕的厚度增大,也即有利于屏幕实现薄型化设置,这对于有限空间的墙壁是较佳的设置方式。
第二种应用场景:第一设备2000为电脑主机。第二设备3000为电脑显示屏。示例性地,电脑显示屏可以放置于桌面上。
其中,线缆组件1000连接在电脑主机与电脑显示屏之间。当电脑主机通电时,电脑主机可以通过线缆组件1000向电脑显示屏传输电力,以使电脑显示屏通电。这样,电脑显示屏无需通过插头或连接器等器件直接电连接于外部电源,电脑显示屏可以省去与外部电源连接的器件,从而既可以简化电脑显示屏的结构,又可以避免电脑显示屏因设置有与外部电源电连接的器件而导致电脑显示屏的厚度增大,也即有利于电脑显示屏实现薄型化设置,这对于有限空间的桌面是较佳的设置方式。
第三种应用场景:第一设备2000为电脑主机。第二设备3000为VR眼镜。
其中,线缆组件1000连接在电脑主机与VR眼镜之间。由于电脑主机可以通过线缆组件1000向VR眼镜传输高速信号。这样,VR眼镜可以呈现高清且较为流畅的虚拟场景。用户的体验性较高。故而,线缆组件1000在VR的应用领域内也是较佳选择。
请参阅图2,图2是图1所示的通信系统1的线缆组件1000的结构示意图。线缆组件1000包括线缆100、第一电路板200、第二电路板300、第一连接器公座400、第二连接器公座500第一保护套800以及第二保护套900。需要说明的是,为了能够清楚地示意第一电路板200与第一连接器公座400之间的关系以及第二电路板300与第二连接器公座500之间的关系,图2通过虚线示意了第一保护套800以及第二保护套900。
其中,第一电路板200和第二电路板300可以为硬质电路板,也可以为柔性电路板,也可以为软硬结合电路板。第一电路板200和第二电路板300可以采用FR-4介质板,也可以采用罗杰斯(Rogers)介质板,也可以采用FR-4和Rogers的混合介质板,等等。这里,FR-4是一种耐燃材料等级的代号,Rogers介质板为一种高频板。
其中,线缆100包括第一端部101以及第二端部102。线缆100的第一端部101固定连接于第一电路板200,且电连接于第一电路板200。示例性地,线缆100的第一端部101可以通过焊接方式固定连接于第一电路板200。
另外,线缆100的第二端部102固定连接于第二电路板300,且电连接于第二电路板300。示例性地,线缆100的第二端部102可以通过焊接方式固定连接于第二电路板300。
请再次参阅图2,第一连接器公座400固定连接于第一电路板200,且电连接于第一电路板200。此时,第一连接器公座400可以通过第一电路板200电连接于线缆100的第一端部 101。第二连接器公座500固定连接于第二电路板300,且电连接于第二电路板300。此时,第二连接器公座500可以通过第二电路板300电连接于线缆100的第二端部102。

在其他实施例中,第一连接器母座600与第一连接器公座400的位置可以对调。此时,第一连接器母座600固定连接于第一电路板200,且电连接于第一电路板200。第一设备2000设置有第一连接器公座400。

示例性地,第一保护套800与第二保护套900的材质可以为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(Thermoplastic polyurethanes,TPU)或者热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic Elastomer,TPE)。这样,第一保护套800与第二保护套900具有较高的强度,以及较佳的耐折弯性。
上文结合相关附图具体介绍了线缆组件1000的结构。下文将结合相关附图具体介绍线缆100的结构。
请参阅图3及图4,图3是图2所示的线缆组件1000的线缆100的分解示意图。图4是图2所示的线缆组件1000的线缆100在A-A线处的剖面示意图。线缆100包括内线群10、包裹层20、外线群30、屏蔽层40以及保护层50。其中,内线群10指的是一类电子线组成的一个线群。外线群30指的是另一类电子线组成的另一个线群。具体的,下文将结合相关附图介绍。这里不再赘述。
其中,包裹层20环绕内线群10,且包裹内线群10。此时,内线群10位于包裹层20的内侧。
另外,外线群30位于包裹层20远离内线群10的一侧。可以理解的是,包裹层20可以将内线群10与外线群30隔开。
另外,屏蔽层40位于外线群30远离包裹层20的一侧。屏蔽层40环绕外线群30,且包裹外线群30。此时,屏蔽层40也环绕包裹层20设置。
另外,保护层50位于屏蔽层40远离外线群30的一侧。此时,屏蔽层40位于保护层50与所述包裹层20之间。保护层50环绕屏蔽层40,且包裹屏蔽层40。此时,保护层50也环绕包裹层20设置。可以理解的是,保护层50可以通过屏蔽层40将外线群30包裹在包裹层20上。另外,屏蔽层40与保护层50可以将外线群30与线缆100的外部隔开。
在本实施例中,线缆100的各部分层次分明。在线缆100的使用上,可以方便用户操作。 在线缆100的装配上,可以方便用户区分。
在其他实施例中,线缆100也可以未包括屏蔽层40。
请参阅图5及图6,并结合图4所示,图5是图3所示的内线群10在一种角度下的部分结构示意图。图6是图3所示的内线群10在另一种角度下的部分结构示意图。内线群10包括电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15。其中,信号线12、USB数据线组14用于传输低速信号。低速信号可以是传输速率小于1Gbps的信号。例如,低速信号可以为USB1.1信号、USB2.0信号、或者Cat5网线信号等。接地线15为电源线11的回流地。电子线13用于传输低速信号、传输电力、接地或者预留未用(reserved,RSV)。换言之,电子线13可以用作传输低速信号的信号线,或者电子线13也可以用作传输电力的电源线,或者电子线13也可以用作接地线,或者电子线13也可以用作备用电子线。
应理解,备用电子线可以是当电子线13未用时,电子线13的功能未启用;当电子线13被使用时,电子线13的功能启用。此时,电子线13可以用于传输低速信号、传输电力或者接地。示例性地,结合图2所示,当电子线13用于预留未用时,电子线的两端可以分别固定连接于第一电路板200与第二电路板300,且电连接于第一电路板200与第二电路板300,但电子线的两端并未电连接于第一连接器公座400与第二连接器公座500。当电子线13需要使用时,再将电子线13的两端分别通过第一电路板200与第二电路板300电连接至第一连接器公座400与第二连接器公座500。此时,电子线13可以用于传输低速信号、传输电力或者接地。
在本实施例中,图4至图6仅示意性地给出了电源线11的数量为三根。信号线12的数量为两根。电子线13的数量为四根(其中,四根电子线13分别为RSV1、RSV2、RSV3以及RSV4。)。USB数据线组14的数量为两组。接地线15的数量为一根。其中,图4通过虚线将USB数据线组14框出,以与其他电子线进行区分。在其他实施例中,电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15的数量不局限于图4至图6所示意的数量,具体数量不做限定。
需要说明的是,本实施例的电源线11的数量为三根。其中,每根电源线11的形状及大小均相同。每根电源线11均可以采用相同的标号。图5与图6均在相应位置示意出三根电源线11。另外,由于图4的电源线11的剖面结构可以清楚地与其他电子线进行区分。为了附图的简洁,图4只在一根电源线11标示。在其他实施例中,每根电源线11的形状及大小也可以不同。每一根电源线11也可以采用不同的标号。信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15的标号方式均可以参阅电源线11的标号方式。这里不再赘述。
上文结合附图介绍了内线群10的组成部分。下文将结合相关附图具体介绍各个部分的具体结构。首先,下文将结合相关附图具体介绍电源线11的结构。应理解,由于本实施例的三根电源线11的结构相同,下文将以其中一根电源线11为例进行描述。另外,在下文中,当部件的数量为多个时,也均以其中一个部件为例进行描述。具体的下文不再赘述。
请再次参阅图5,并结合图4所示,电源线11包括电源内导体111以及电源绝缘层112。电源绝缘层112包裹在电源内导体111的周侧面1111。此时,电源内导体111位于电源绝缘层112的内侧。
在本实施例中,电源线11可以采用23AWG FEP绝缘电子线。23AWG FEP绝缘电子线指的是电源内导体111的直径满足23AWG(美国线规,American wire gauge)(允许些许偏差,例如,22.7AWG、22.9AWG、23.1AWG或者23.2AWG等)。电源绝缘层112的材质可以采用氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物(fluorinated ethylene propylene,FEP)。这样,电源线11可以实现 5A的通流功能。当工作电压为20V时,每根电源线11可以实现100W的通流功能。电源线11的数量是三根,三根电源线11可以实现300W的通流功能。当工作电压为48V时,每根电源线11可以实现240W的通流功能。电源线11的数量是三根,三根电源线11可以实现720W的通流功能。故而,线缆100可以传输功率在300W至720W的范围内的电力,也即线缆100可以大功率传输电力。
在其他实施例中,线缆100的传输功率的上下限不做明确限定。
在其他实施例中,电源内导体111也可以采用其他材质的电子线。另外,电源内导体111的直径也可以采用其他尺寸的电子线。具体的本申请不做限定。
在本实施例中,电源内导体111由一根导线构成。在其他实施例中,电源内导体111也可以包括多根导线。多根导线可以相互缠绕形成一个整体。
在其他实施例中,电源绝缘层112的材质也可以采用TPU或者TPE。这样,电源绝缘层112可以具有较高的强度,以及较佳的耐折弯性。
在本实施例中,电源线11可以满足UL758和UL1581。这样,电源线11的质量较佳、安全性较佳,电源线11较可靠。
请再次参阅图5与图6,并结合图4所示,信号线12包括信号内导体121以及信号绝缘层122。信号线12的信号绝缘层122包裹在信号线12的信号内导体121的周侧面1211。此时,信号线12的信号内导体121位于信号线12的信号绝缘层122的内侧。

请再次参阅图5与图6,并结合图4所示,电子线13包括信号内导体131以及信号绝缘层132。电子线13的信号绝缘层132包裹在电子线13的信号内导体131的周侧面1311。此时,电子线13的信号内导体131位于电子线13的信号绝缘层132的内侧。

请参阅图7,并结合图4所示,图7是图2所示的线缆100的部分结构示意图。线缆100的包裹层20环绕三根电源线11、两根信号线12、四根电子线13、两组USB数据线组14以及一根接地线15设置。线缆100的包裹层20用于包裹三根电源线11、两根信号线12、四根电子线13、两组USB数据线组14以及一根接地线15。此时,电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15均位于包裹层20的内侧。
可以理解的是,通过包裹层20包裹电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15,可以使得内线群10形成一个较完整的圆,电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15之间可以更紧密、更充实,进而提高线缆100的内部空间利用率。
示例性地,包裹层20的材质可以为绵纸。绵纸的价格较为便宜。这样,包裹层20的成本投入不会较大程度地增大线缆100的成本。
示例性地,包裹层20的材质也可以为吸波材料。这样,包裹层20可以较好地屏蔽包裹层20外部的信号。
示例性地,包裹层20的材质也可以为聚四氟乙烯(poly tetra fluoroethylene,PTFE)或者热塑性聚酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)。
请再次参阅图4,外线群30包括同轴线31。同轴线31是一种带有电磁屏蔽层的信号线。同轴线31用于传输高速信号。高速信号可以是传输速率大于或等于1Gbps的信号。例如,高速信号可以为USB3.2信号,HDMI2.0信号,或者DisplayPort1.4信号。
在本实施例中,同轴线31位于包裹层20远离内线群10的一侧,也即同轴线31位于包裹层20的外侧。同轴线31的数量可以为一根,也可以为多根。本实施例以多根为例进行描述。具体地,同轴线31的数量为十六根。十六根同轴线31环绕包裹层20设置。十六根同轴线31大致形成环状结构。在其他实施例中,同轴线31的数量及排布方式不做限定。
结合图1所示,第一设备2000可以向线缆100发射高速差分信号,其中高速差分信号的传输带宽的最大值可以为16Gbps。此时,线缆100的每两根同轴线31可以传输16Gbps的高速差分信号。这样,十六根同轴线31的传输带宽的最大值可以达到128Gbps。
在其他实施例中,同轴线31的具体数量不做限定。
在其他实施例中,当第一设备2000向线缆100发射的高速差分信号的传输带宽的最大值大于16Gbps时,多根同轴线31的传输带宽的最大值也可以大于128Gbps。
可以理解的是,当线缆100既能够大功率(功率在300W至720W的范围内)提供电力,又能够传输高速信号(传输带宽的最大值可以达到128Gbps)时,线缆100的电源线11对线缆100的同轴线31的干扰尤其明显。示例性地,同轴线31的传输带宽为128Gbps时,同轴线31的抗电磁辐射(electro magnetic compatibility,EMC)的性能较差。此时,虽然同轴线31能够传输高速信号,但由于抗电磁辐射的性能太差,同轴线31还是无法应用于两个设备之间的信号传输。而在本实施例中,通过将多根同轴线31设置于包裹层20远离内线群10的一侧,从而利用包裹层20将同轴线31与电源线11、接地线15隔开。这样,当线缆100处于工作过程中,电源线11以及接地线15不容易影响同轴线31的传输性能。此时,线缆100的抗电磁辐射的性能可以较大程度地提高。
另外,通过包裹层20将多根同轴线31与信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14隔开,从而使得线缆100处于工作过程中,信号线12、电子线13以及USB数据线组14不容易与同轴线31发生信号串扰。换言之,信号线12、电子线13以及USB数据线组14也不容易影响同轴线31的传输性能。这样,线缆100的抗串扰(crosstalk)的性能可以进一步地提高。
请参阅图8,图8是图4所示的同轴线31的分解示意图。同轴线31包括至少一根芯线311、同轴线绝缘层312、同轴线屏蔽层313以及胶套层314。芯线311的数量可以为一根,也可以大于一根。其中,当芯线311的数量大于一根时,每根芯线311之间相互电连接,也即每根芯线311之间可以相互导通。芯线311主要用于传输高速信号。
请参阅图9,并结合图8所示,图9是图4所示的同轴线31的部分结构示意图。示例性地,芯线311的数量为七根。相邻两根芯线311彼此接触,且电连接。
在本实施例中,芯线311采用镀银铜线。七根镀银铜线经缠绕绞合形成一条芯线311。这样,芯线311在传输信号时,信号衰减较小。
在其他实施例中,芯线311也可以采用其他类型的电子线。芯线311的数量也可以为其他数值,本申请对此均不做限定。
请再次参阅图9,并结合图8所示,同轴线绝缘层312环绕芯线311设置。同轴线绝缘层312包裹芯线311。此时,芯线311位于同轴线绝缘层312的内侧。同轴线绝缘层312既可以防止相邻的两根同轴线31的芯线311电连接,又可以保护芯线311。
在本实施例中,同轴线绝缘层312的材质可以采用FEP。这样,同轴线绝缘层312耐磨性以及拉伸强度均较佳。在其他实施例中,同轴线绝缘层312也可以采用其他的绝缘材料。
请再次参阅图9,并结合图8所示,同轴线屏蔽层313环绕同轴线绝缘层312设置。同轴线屏蔽层313包裹同轴线绝缘层312的周侧面3121。此时,芯线311位于同轴线屏蔽层313的内侧。同轴线屏蔽层313可以屏蔽芯线311外部的信号(例如,信号线12、电子线13以及USB数据线组14所传输的信号),从而避免芯线311上发生信号串扰。这对于传输高速信号的同轴线31无疑是较佳的设置。
在本实施例中,同轴线屏蔽层313包括同轴线缠绕层3131以及同轴线包裹层3132。
其中,同轴线缠绕层3131可以包括多根铜线。多根铜线缠绕在同轴线绝缘层312的周侧面3121。可以理解的是,同轴线缠绕层3131不仅限于图9所示意的一层。例如,多根铜线可以在同轴线绝缘层312的周侧面3121缠绕出多层。
另外,同轴线包裹层3132包裹同轴线缠绕层3131。此时,同轴线缠绕层3131位于同轴线绝缘层312与同轴线包裹层3132之间。一方面,同轴线包裹层3132可以提高同轴线31的抗串扰能力,另一方面,同轴线包裹层3132可以提高同轴线缠绕层3131与同轴线绝缘层312之间的连接牢固度。
示例性地,同轴线包裹层3132的材质可以为铜箔。
在其他实施例中,同轴线屏蔽层313也可以采用其他结构。
请再次参阅图9,并结合图8所示,同轴线31的胶套层314环绕同轴线屏蔽层313的同轴线包裹层3132设置。胶套层314包裹同轴线屏蔽层313的同轴线包裹层3132。此时,同轴线屏蔽层313位于胶套层314与同轴线绝缘层312之间。胶套层314用于保护同轴线屏蔽层313、同轴线绝缘层312以及芯线311。
在本实施例中,胶套层314的材质采用TPU或者TPE中的一者。这样,胶套层314可以具有较高强度,以及较佳的耐折弯性。

上文结合相关附图具体描述同轴线31的具体结构。下文将结合相关附图继续介绍线缆100其他部分的结构。
请参阅图10,结合图4所示,图10是图3所示的线缆100的屏蔽层40的结构示意图。线缆100的屏蔽层40包括基底41以及多根屏蔽线42。
其中,基底41包括朝向相反的内环面411和外环面412。基底41的外环面412为基底41朝向保护层50的表面。基底41大致形成一个环状结构。多根屏蔽线42设置在基底41的外环面412。此时,多根屏蔽线42位于基底41的外侧。示例性地,多根屏蔽线42可以通过缠绕或者编织等方式形成于基底41的外环面412。需要说明的是,多根屏蔽线42在基底41的外环面412形成的层数不仅限于图10所示意的两层。例如,也可以形成一层或者大于两层。另外,多根屏蔽线42在基底41的外环面412形成的密度也可以根据需求灵活设置。
在其他实施例中,线缆100的屏蔽层40也可以采用其他结构。
在本实施例中,基底41可以为铝箔。屏蔽线42可以采用铜线。这样,线缆100的屏蔽层40的成本不会较大程度地增加线缆100的成本。在其他实施例中,基底41以及屏蔽线42的材质也可以采用其他材料。例如,基底41也可以采用铜箔或者吸波材料。
请参阅图11,并结合图10所示,图11是图2所示的线缆100的部分结构示意图。线缆100的屏蔽层40的基底41将多根同轴线31包裹在包裹层20上。基底41环绕多根同轴线31以及包裹层20设置。基底41的内环面411与多根同轴线31接触。此时,多根同轴线31位于基底41与线缆100的包裹层20之间。屏蔽线42位于基底41远离同轴线31的一侧。
可以理解的是,线缆100的屏蔽层40可以将多根同轴线31与线缆100外部隔开。线缆 100的屏蔽层40可以屏蔽线缆100外部的信号,从而避免线缆100外部的信号与同轴线31的信号发生串扰。另外,线缆100的屏蔽层40还可以屏蔽线缆100外部的电磁波,从而避免线缆100外部的电磁波对同轴线31的干扰。这对于传输高速信号的同轴线31无疑是较佳的设置。
另外,线缆100的屏蔽层40还具有固定同轴线31的作用。在线缆100的装配过程中,线缆100的屏蔽层40的基底41可以先将多根同轴线31包裹在包裹层20远离内线群10的一侧。此时,再将线缆100的屏蔽层40的屏蔽线42缠绕在基底41的外环面412。这样,多根同轴线31可以较为稳固地固定连接在线缆100的包裹层20与线缆100的屏蔽层40之间。
在本实施例中,相较于将内线群10的各部分电子线与多根同轴线31混合装配的方案,本实施例的同轴线31单独装配,一方面同轴线31与电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15不会因相互混合而导致在装配过程中,各条电子线相互移动,线缆100的屏蔽层40不容易包裹同轴线31,进而增大线缆100的装配困难度。故而,本实施例的线缆100的可制造性较佳。另一方面,每根同轴线31的大小形状大致相同,此时,同轴线31可以较为紧密且充实地排布,这样,线缆100的内部空间可以较大程度利用。
请参阅图12,并结合图11所示,图12是图2所示的线缆100的部分结构示意图。线缆100的保护层50环绕线缆100的屏蔽层40设置,且包裹线缆100的屏蔽层40。保护层50可以保护线缆100的屏蔽层40、外线群30以及内线群10不被线缆100的外部器件损害。另外,保护层50还方便用户使用。例如,可以将线缆100进行盘绕。
其中,保护层50的材质可以采用TPU或者TPE。这样,保护层50可以具有较高强度,以及较佳的耐折弯性。
在其他实施例中,保护层50也可以采用其他材料。
上文结合相关附图具体介绍了一种线缆100结构。线缆100既能够传输大功率的电力,又能够传输高速信号。具体地,线缆100采用三根电源线11,其中,每根电源线11的电源内导体111的直径均满足23AWG,每根电源线11的电源绝缘层112的材质均采用FEP。这样,线缆100可以实现功率在300W至720W的范围内的通流功能,也即线缆100能够传输大功率的电力。另外,线缆100采用十六根的同轴线31,其中每两根同轴线31可以传输16Gbps的高速差分信号。这样,十六根同轴线31的传输带宽可以达到128Gbps。故而,线缆100可以传输高速信号。可以理解的是,当线缆100既能够大功率提供电力,又能够传输高速信号时,线缆100的电源线11对线缆100的同轴线31的干扰尤其明显,从而导致线缆100抗电磁辐射的性能较差。此时,虽然同轴线31能够传输高速信号,但由于抗电磁辐射的性能太差,同轴线31还是无法应用于两个设备之间的信号传输。而本实施例的线缆100通过包裹层20将同轴线31与电源线11分开,从而在线缆100传输信号时,电源线11不容易影响同轴线31的传输性能。这样线缆100在能够大功率提供电力以及传输高速信号的同时,还能够显著地提高线缆100的抗电磁辐射的性能。
另外,当线缆100既能够大功率提供电力,又能够传输高速信号时,线缆100的其他电子线对线缆100的同轴线31的信号干扰尤其明显,从而导致线缆100抗串扰的性能较差。此时,虽然同轴线31能够传输高速信号,但由于抗串扰的性能太差,同轴线31还是无法应用于两个设备之间的信号传输。而本实施例的线缆100的抗串扰的性能也较佳。
具体地,通过包裹层20将同轴线31与信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14分开,从而在线缆100传输信号时,信号线12、电子线13以及USB数据线组14不容易与同轴线31发生信号串扰。
另外,通过将线缆100的屏蔽层40包裹多根同轴线31,从而避免线缆100外部的信号影响同轴线31的传输性能,也即线缆100外部的信号不容易与同轴线31发生信号串扰。
最后,同轴线31设置有同轴线屏蔽层313,同轴线屏蔽层313可以避免同轴线31的芯线311受到外部信号的影响,从而避免信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及线缆100的外部信号影响同轴线31的传输性能。
另外,本实施例的线缆100还可以解决传统线缆结构的一些问题。
首先,本申请通过包裹层20包裹内线群10,可以使得内线群10大致形成一个完整的圆,电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15之间可以更紧密、更充实,有利于实现线缆100外径的小形化设置。
其次,相较于将内线群10的各部分电子线与多根同轴线31混合装配的方案,本实施例的同轴线31单独装配,一方面同轴线31与电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15不会因相互混合而导致在装配过程中,各条电线相互移动,线缆100的屏蔽层40不容易包裹同轴线31,进而增大线缆100的装配困难度。故而,本实施例的线缆100的可制造性较佳。另一方面,每根同轴线31的大小形状大致相同,此时,同轴线31可以较为紧密且充实地排布,这样,线缆100的内部空间可以较大程度利用。
另外,由于线缆100的屏蔽层40比较容易包裹同轴线31,线缆100更容易形成一个圆整的圆。此时,包裹线缆100的屏蔽层40的保护层50的厚度尺寸更加容易控制。线缆100可以装配得更充实,更紧凑。线缆100外径的最小尺寸可以达到6毫米,甚至更低。
最后,本实施例的包裹层20的材质可以采用绵纸。绵纸的价格较为便宜。这样,包裹层20在能够实现上述各个效果的同时,包裹层20的成本投入不会较大程度地增大线缆100的成本。
请再次参阅图2,本实施例提供一种线缆组件1000。线缆组件1000包括第一电路板200、第二电路板300、第一连接器公座400、第二连接器公座500以及线缆100。线缆100的结构上文已经详细介绍。这里不再赘述。
线缆100包括第一端部101以及第二端部102。线缆100的第一端部101固定连接于第一电路板200,且电连接于第一电路板200。线缆100的第二端部102固定连接于第二电路板300,且电连接于第二电路板300。
第一连接器公座400固定连接于第一电路板200,且通过第一电路板200电连接于线缆100的第一端部101。第一连接器公座400用于插接于第一设备2000的第一连接器母座600。
第二连接器公座500固定连接于第二电路板300,且通过第二电路板300电连接于线缆100的第二端部102。第二连接器公座500用于插接于第二设备3000第二连接器母座700。
另外,线缆组件1000还包括第一保护套800以及第二保护套900。第一保护套800套设部分第一连接器公座400、第一电路板200与线缆100的第一端部101。第二保护套900套设部分第二连接器公座500、第二电路板300与线缆100的第二端部102。
请再次参阅图1及图2,本实施例提供一种通信系统1。通信系统1包括第一设备2000、第二设备3000以及线缆100。线缆100电连接第一设备2000。线缆100电连接第二设备3000。其中,线缆100的结构上文已经详细介绍。这里不再赘述。
另外,第一设备2000可以为机顶盒。第二设备3000可以为屏幕,第一设备2000通过线缆100向第二设备3000传输电力和信号。
另外,线缆100包括第一端部101以及第二端部102。通信系统1还包括第一电路板200、第二电路板300、第一连接器公座400以及第二连接器公座500。线缆100的第一端部101固 定连接于第一电路板200,且电连接于第一电路板200,线缆100的第二端部102固定连接于第二电路板300,且电连接于第二电路板300。第一连接器公座400固定连接于第一电路板200,且通过第一电路板200电连接于线缆100的第一端部101。第二连接器公座500固定连接于第二电路板300,且通过第二电路板300电连接于线缆100的第二端部102。第一设备2000设置有第一连接器母座600。第二设备3000设置有第二连接器母座700,第一连接器公座400插接于第一连接器母座600。第二连接器公座500插接于第二连接器母座700。
另外,通信系统1还包括第一保护套800以及第二保护套900。第一保护套800套设部分第一连接器公座400、第一电路板200与线缆100的第一端部101。第二保护套900套设部分第二连接器公座500、第二电路板300与线缆100的第二端部102。
请再次参阅图1及图2,本实施例提供一种通信系统1。通信系统1包括设备(2000,3000)以及线缆100,线缆100电连接设备(2000,3000)。其中,设备(2000,3000)可以是上文的第一设备2000,也可以是上文的第二设备2000。示例性地,设备(2000,3000)为屏幕或者机顶盒。
可以理解的是,本实施例的通信系统1是线缆100和第一设备2000组成的一个独立的整体产品。或者,通信系统1是线缆100和第二设备2000组成的一个独立的整体产品。示例性地,线缆100和机顶盒形成一个独立产品。线缆100和屏幕形成一个独立产品。
另外,线缆100包括第一端部101以及第二端部102。通信系统1还包括第一电路板200、第二电路板300、第一连接器公座400以及第二连接器公座500。线缆100的第一端部101固定连接于第一电路板200,且电连接于第一电路板200。线缆100的第二端部102固定连接于第二电路板300,且电连接于第二电路板300。第一连接器公座400固定连接于第一电路板200,且通过第一电路板200电连接于线缆100的第一端部101。第二连接器公座500固定连接于第二电路板300,且通过第二电路板300电连接于线缆100的第二端部102。
线缆100通过第一连接器公座400电连接于设备(2000,3000)。或者线缆100通过第二连接器公座500电连接于设备(2000,3000)。
另外,通信系统1还包括第一保护套800以及第二保护套900。第一保护套800套设部分第一连接器公座400、第一电路板200与线缆100的第一端部101。第二保护套900套设部分第二连接器公座500、第二电路板300与线缆100的第二端部102。
请再次参阅图3及图12,本实施例提供一种线缆100。线缆100包括电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14、接地线15、包裹层20、多根同轴线31、屏蔽层40以及保护层50。信号线12与USB数据线组14均用于传输低速信号。信号线12为辅助链路。电子线13用于传输低速信号、传输电力、接地或者预留未用。多个同轴线31用于传输高速信号。多个同轴线31的传输带宽的最大值为128Gbps。
另外,包裹层20包裹电源线11、信号线12、电子线13、USB数据线组14以及接地线15。其中包裹层20为绵纸、PET、PTFE或者吸波材料。多根同轴线31位于包裹层20的外侧,且多根同轴线31环绕包裹层20设置,且围成环状。屏蔽层40包括基底41以及多根屏蔽线42。基底41包裹多根同轴线31。基底41具有外环面412。基底41的外环面412为基底41远离包裹层20的表面。多根屏蔽线42设置在基底41的外环面412。基底41为铝箔。屏蔽线42为铜线。保护层50包裹多根屏蔽线42。保护层50的材质为TPU或者TPE。
可以理解的是,线缆100的各部分结构可以参阅上文线缆100的各部分结构。这里不再赘述。
请再次参阅图1至图12,本申请提供一种线缆组件1000。线缆组件1000包括第一电路 板200、第二电路板300、第一连接器母座600、第二连接器母座700以及如上所述的线缆100。
线缆100包括第一端部101以及第二端部102。线缆100的第一端部101固定连接于第一电路板200,且电连接于第一电路板200。线缆100的第二端部102固定连接于第二电路板300,且电连接于第二电路板300。
第一连接器母座600固定连接于第一电路板200,且通过第一电路板200电连接于线缆100的第一端部101。第一连接器母座600用于插接于第一设备2000的第一连接器公座400。第二连接器母座700固定连接于第二电路板300,且通过第二电路板300电连接于线缆100的第二端部102。第二连接器母座700用于插接于第二设备3000的第二连接器公座500。
可以理解的是,本申请的线缆100在能够传输高速信号的同时,线缆100的抗电磁性能和抗串扰性能均较佳。当线缆应用于线缆组件1000时,线缆组件1000也能够在传输高速信号的同时,线缆组件1000的抗电磁性能和抗串扰性能均较佳。
另外,通过在线缆的第一端部101设置第一电路板200以及第一连接器母座600,线缆的第二端部102设置第二电路板300与第二连接器母座700,从而有利于线缆组件1000既能够传输电力,又能够传输高速信号。
一种可能的实现方式中,线缆组件1000还包括第一保护套800以及第二保护套900。第一保护套800套设部分第一连接器母座600、第一电路板200与线缆的第一端部101。第二保护套900套设部分第二连接器母座700、第二电路板300与线缆的第二端部102。可以理解的是,第一保护套800可以保护部分第一连接器母座600、第一电路板200与线缆100的第一端部101。第二保护套900可以保护部分第二连接器母座700、第二电路板300与线缆100的第二端部102。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种线缆(100),其特征在于,包括电源线(11)、信号线(12)、接地线(15)、包裹层(20)、同轴线(31)以及保护层(50),所述信号线(12)用于传输低速信号,所述同轴线(31)用于传输高速信号;
    所述包裹层(20)包裹所述电源线(11)、所述信号线(12)以及所述接地线(15);
    所述同轴线(31)位于所述包裹层(20)的外侧;
    所述保护层(50)包裹所述包裹层(20)和所述同轴线(31)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述包裹层(20)为绵纸、PET、PTFE或者吸波材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述电源线(11)包括电源内导体(111)以及电源绝缘层(112),所述电源绝缘层(112)包裹在所述电源内导体(111)的周侧面(1111);
    所述电源内导体(111)的直径满足23AWG,所述电源绝缘层(112)的材质采用FEP。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述线缆(100)还包括电子线(13),所述包裹层(20)包裹所述电子线(13),所述电子线(13)用于传输低速信号、传输电力、接地或者预留未用。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述信号线(12)为辅助链路。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述线缆(100)还包括USB数据线组(14),所述包裹层(20)包裹所述USB数据线组(14);
    所述USB数据线组(14)用于传输低速信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述同轴线(31)的数量为多根,多根所述同轴线(31)环绕所述包裹层(20)设置,且围成环状。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述线缆(100)包括屏蔽层(40),所述屏蔽层(40)位于所述保护层(50)与所述包裹层(20)之间,且所述屏蔽层(40)环绕所述包裹层(20)设置,所述屏蔽层(40)用于屏蔽所述线缆(100)外部的信号;
    所述保护层(50)通过所述屏蔽层(40)包裹所述包裹层(20)和所述同轴线(31)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述屏蔽层(40)包括基底(41)以及多根屏蔽线(42);所述基底(41)环绕所述包裹层(20)设置,所述保护层(50)通过所述基底(41)包裹所述包裹层(20)和所述同轴线(31);
    所述基底(41)具有外环面(412),所述基底(41)的外环面(412)为所述基底(41)朝向所述保护层(50)的表面,多根所述屏蔽线(42)设置在所述基底(41)的外环面(412)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述基底(41)为铝箔,所述屏蔽线(42)为铜线。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述信号线(12)包括信号内导体(121)以及信号绝缘层(122);
    所述信号线(12)的所述信号绝缘层(122)包裹所述信号线(12)的信号内导体(121)的周侧面(1211)。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的线缆所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述同轴线(31)包括至少一根芯线(311)、同轴线绝缘层(312)、同轴线屏蔽层(313)以及胶套层(314);
    所述同轴线绝缘层(312)包裹所述芯线(311),所述同轴线屏蔽层(313)包裹所述同轴线绝缘层(312)的周侧面(3121),所述胶套层(314)包裹所述同轴线屏蔽层(313)。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的线缆(100),其特征在于,所述保护层(50)的材质为TPU或者TPE。
  14. 一种线缆组件(1000),其特征在于,包括第一电路板(200)、第二电路板(300)、第一连接器公座(400)、第二连接器公座(500)以及如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的线缆(100);
    所述线缆(100)包括第一端部(101)以及第二端部(102);所述线缆(100)的第一端部(101)固定连接于所述第一电路板(200),且电连接于所述第一电路板(200),所述线缆(100)的第二端部(102)固定连接于所述第二电路板(300),且电连接于所述第二电路板(300);
    所述第一连接器公座(400)固定连接于所述第一电路板(200),且通过所述第一电路板(200)电连接于所述线缆(100)的第一端部(101),所述第一连接器公座(400)用于插接于第一设备(2000)的第一连接器母座(600);
    所述第二连接器公座(500)固定连接于所述第二电路板(300),且通过所述第二电路板(300)电连接于所述线缆(100)的第二端部(102),所述第二连接器公座(500)用于插接于第二设备(3000)的第二连接器母座(700)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的线缆组件(1000),其特征在于,所述线缆组件(1000)还包括第一保护套(800)以及第二保护套(900);
    所述第一保护套(800)套设部分所述第一连接器公座(400)、所述第一电路板(200)与所述线缆(100)的第一端部(101),所述第二保护套(900)套设部分所述第二连接器公座(500)、所述第二电路板(300)与所述线缆(100)的第二端部(102)。
  16. 一种通信系统(1),其特征在于,包括第一设备(2000)、第二设备(3000)以及如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的线缆(100),所述线缆(100)电连接所述第一设备(2000),所述线缆(100)电连接所述第二设备(3000)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的通信系统(1),其特征在于,所述第一设备(2000)为机顶盒,所述第二设备(3000)为屏幕,所述第一设备(2000)通过所述线缆(100)向所述第二设备(3000)传输电力和信号。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的通信系统(1),其特征在于,所述线缆(100)包括第一端部(101)以及第二端部(102);
    所述通信系统(1)还包括第一电路板(200)、第二电路板(300)、第一连接器公座(400)以及第二连接器公座(500);
    所述线缆(100)的第一端部(101)固定连接于所述第一电路板(200),且电连接于所述第一电路板(200),所述线缆(100)的第二端部(102)固定连接于所述第二电路板(300),且电连接于所述第二电路板(300);
    所述第一连接器公座(400)固定连接于所述第一电路板(200),且通过所述第一电路板(200)电连接于所述线缆(100)的第一端部(101),所述第二连接器公座(500)固定连接于所述第二电路板(300),且通过所述第二电路板(300)电连接于所述线缆(100)的第二端部(102);
    所述第一设备(2000)设置有第一连接器母座(600),所述第二设备(3000)设置有第二连接器母座(700),所述第一连接器公座(400)插接于所述第一连接器母座(600),所述第二连接器公座(500)插接于所述第二连接器母座(700)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的通信系统(1),其特征在于,所述通信系统(1)还包括第一保护套(800)以及第二保护套(900);
    所述第一保护套(800)套设部分所述第一连接器公座(400)、所述第一电路板(200)与所述线缆(100)的第一端部(101),所述第二保护套(900)套设部分所述第二连接器公座(500)、所述第二电路板(300)与所述线缆(100)的第二端部(102)。
  20. 一种通信系统(1),其特征在于,包括设备(2000,3000)以及如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的线缆(100),所述线缆(100)电连接所述设备(2000,3000)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的通信系统(1),其特征在于,所述设备(2000,3000)为屏幕或者机顶盒。
  22. 根据权利要求20或21所述的通信系统(1),其特征在于,所述线缆(100)包括第一端部(101)以及第二端部(102);
    所述通信系统(1)还包括第一电路板(200)、第二电路板(300)、第一连接器公座(400)以及第二连接器公座(500);
    所述线缆(100)的第一端部(101)固定连接于所述第一电路板(200),且电连接于所述第一电路板(200),所述线缆(100)的第二端部(102)固定连接于所述第二电路板(300),且电连接于所述第二电路板(300);
    所述第一连接器公座(400)固定连接于所述第一电路板(200),且通过所述第一电路板(200)电连接于所述线缆(100)的第一端部(101),所述第二连接器公座(500)固定连接 于所述第二电路板(300),且通过所述第二电路板(300)电连接于所述线缆(100)的第二端部(102);
    所述线缆(100)通过所述第一连接器公座(400)电连接于所述设备(2000,3000),或者所述线缆(100)通过所述第二连接器公座(500)电连接于所述设备(2000,3000)。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的通信系统(1),其特征在于,所述通信系统(1)还包括第一保护套(800)以及第二保护套(900);
    所述第一保护套(800)套设部分所述第一连接器公座(400)、所述第一电路板(200)与所述线缆(100)的第一端部(101),所述第二保护套(900)套设部分所述第二连接器公座(500)、所述第二电路板(300)与所述线缆(100)的第二端部(102)。
  24. 一种线缆(100),其特征在于,包括电源线(11)、信号线(12)、电子线(13)、USB数据线组(14)、接地线(15)、包裹层(20)、多根同轴线(31)、屏蔽层(40)以及保护层(50),所述信号线(12)与所述USB数据线组(14)均用于传输低速信号,所述信号线(12)为辅助链路,所述电子线(13)用于传输低速信号、传输电力、接地或者预留未用,多个所述同轴线(31)用于传输高速信号,多根所述同轴线(31)的传输带宽的最大值大于或等于128Gbps;
    所述包裹层(20)包裹所述电源线(11)、所述信号线(12)、所述电子线(13)、所述USB数据线组(14)以及所述接地线(15),其中所述包裹层(20)为绵纸、PET、PTFE或者吸波材料;
    多根所述同轴线(31)位于所述包裹层(20)的外侧,且多根所述同轴线(31)环绕所述包裹层(20)设置,且围成环状;
    所述屏蔽层(40)包括基底(41)以及多根屏蔽线(42),所述基底(41)包裹多根所述同轴线(31),所述基底(41)具有外环面(412),所述基底(41)的外环面(412)为所述基底(41)远离所述包裹层(20)的表面,多根所述屏蔽线(42)设置在所述基底(41)的外环面(412),所述基底(41)为铝箔,所述屏蔽线(42)为铜线;
    所述保护层(50)包裹多根所述屏蔽线(42),所述保护层(50)的材质为TPU或者TPE。
