Abstract

一种高速信号传输线缆,包括电源线组、高速信号传输线组、传输线缆绝缘层(32)以及传输线缆屏蔽层(34),电源线组包括电源线(1)、电源线接地屏蔽层(14)及设于电源线(1)与电源线接地屏蔽层(14)之间的电源线绝缘层(12);高速信号传输线组包括高速信号传输线(2)、传输线屏蔽层(24)及设于高速信号传输线(2)与传输线屏蔽层(24)之间的传输线绝缘层(22),高速信号传输线组为两组以上,呈环状均布于电源线组的外周,在呈环状均布的高速信号传输线组的外周设有传输线缆绝缘层(32)。该高速信号传输线缆可以提高大电流负载能力及信号传输过程中的抗干扰能力,具有数据吞吐量大、传输性能稳定、抗信号传输串扰及同模信号相互影响能力强、信号传输质量高以及材料、加工成本低的特点。

Description

高速信号传输线缆 技术领域
本发明涉及一种信号传输线,尤其涉及一种适用于 USB3.0 的高速信号传输线缆。
背景技术
现在规范所设置的 USB3.0 信号线包括有三对信号线以及两根电源线组成,其一般是先将两根屏蔽信号线对绞用铝箔包带包裹后再与另一根屏蔽信号线集合,然后再和电源线集合后用包带包裹再编织,最后采用 PVC 、塑料或橡胶包裹外皮,这种信号传输线由于采用普通铝箔包带包裹,其结构不稳定,线材稍有弯曲及移动结构就受到了影响,从而很难达到高速信号传输的质量要求,不良率高,影响批量生产的能力;另外由于屏蔽信号线只有一根地线,不但影响了信号线对称性,同时无法抗信号传输过程中的串扰,容易造成共模信号干扰大,传输误码高等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种可以提高大电流负载能力及信号传输过程中的抗干扰能力,具备数据吞吐量大、传输性能稳定、抗信号传输串扰及同模信号相互影响能力强、信号传输质量高以及材料及加本成本较低的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了下述技术方案:
这种高速信号传输线缆,包括有电源线组、高速信号传输线组、绝缘层以及屏蔽层结构,所述的电源线组包括电源线、电源线接地屏蔽层及设于电源线与电源线接地屏蔽层之间的电源线绝缘层,所述高速信号传输线组包括高速信号传输线、传输线屏蔽层及设于高速信号传输线与传输线屏蔽层之间的传输线绝缘层,高速信号传输线组为两组以上,呈环状均布于电源线组的外周,在呈环状均布的高速信号传输线组的外周设有传输线缆绝缘层。
在呈环状均布的高速信号传输线组的外周与传输线缆绝缘层之间设有传输线缆屏蔽层。
在传输线缆绝缘层外周设有传输线缆屏蔽层。
所述的电源线接地屏蔽层为多根金属导体组成的编织网管或金属导体材料的缠绕包覆层。
所述的传输线屏蔽层为金属箔层包带组成的包覆层或多根金属导体组成的编织网管或金属导体材料的缠绕包覆层,
所述的电源线接地屏蔽层、传输线屏蔽层相互之间电导通。
所述的电源线接地屏蔽层、传输线屏蔽层及传输线缆屏蔽层相互之间电导通。
在电源线组、高速信号传输线组及传输线缆绝缘层之间的空隙中设置有绝缘防火填充物。
在传输线缆的外周设有传输线缆保护层。
在传输线屏蔽层的外周设有传输线保护层。
通过上述技术方案,从而该发明具有下述有益效果:
  1. 1.由于电源线设置在最中间,其导体横截面积可以较大,从而可以提供较大电流负载;
  1. 2. 由于每一根高速信号传输线以及其屏蔽结构也是同轴设置,从而使得该线缆抗干扰能力量、数据吞吐量大、传输性能稳定性高、抗信号传输串扰及同模信号干扰能力强、信号传输质量高;
  1. 3. 这种电源线与高速信号线同轴式排列,从而在制作时可以节省更多的材料,工艺流程快,效率高,产量大,合格率高,生产成本低。
  1. 4. 这种电源线与高速信号线同轴式排列的结构,可以大大较小线缆的总体外径,从而实现超细超柔的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对该发明作出进一步的说明。
如图 1 所示,这种高速信号传输线缆,包括有电源线组、高速信号传输线组、绝缘层以及屏蔽层结构,所述的电源线组包括电源线 1 、电源线接地屏蔽层 14 及设于电源线与电源线接地屏蔽层之间的电源线绝缘层 12 ,所述高速信号传输线组包括高速信号传输线 2 、传输线屏蔽层 24 及设于高速信号传输线与传输线屏蔽层之间的传输线绝缘层 22 ,高速信号传输线组为若干组,具体来说可以为六组,呈环状均布于电源线组的外周,且在呈环状均布的高速信号传输线组的外周设有传输线缆绝缘层 32 ,同时,在呈环状均布的高速信号传输线组的外周与传输线缆绝缘层之间设有传输线缆屏蔽层 34 。具体来说,所述的电源线接地屏蔽层为多根金属导体组成的编织网管或金属导体材料的缠绕包覆层,所述的传输线屏蔽层为金属箔层包带组成的包覆层或多根金属导体组成的编织网管或金属导体材料的缠绕包覆层,所述的电源线接地屏蔽层、传输线屏蔽层及传输线缆屏蔽层相互之间电导通,还可以在电源线组、高速信号传输线组及传输线缆绝缘层之间的空隙中设置有绝缘防火填充物(未图示)。
当然还可以在传输线缆绝缘层外周设有再多一层的传输线缆屏蔽层,以及在该传输线屏蔽层之外再设多一层的传输线缆保护层(未图示)。
或者还可以如图 2 所示,在所述的传输线的屏蔽层 24 之外还可以设置有第二层的屏蔽层 26 。
与现有技术相比,开发了一种新的线缆结构排列,由于电源线设置在最中间,其导体 AWG 可以较大,从而可以提供较大电源;由于每一根高速信号传输线以及其屏蔽结构也是同轴设置,从而使得该线缆抗干扰能力量、数据吞吐量大、传输性能稳定性高、抗信号传输抖动及同模信号干扰能力强、信号传输质量高;这种电源线与高速信号线同轴式排列,从而在制作时可以节省更多的材料,工艺流程快,效率高,产量大,合格率高,生产成本低。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高速信号传输线缆,包括有电源线组、高速信号传输线组、绝缘层以及屏蔽层结构,其特征在于:所述的电源线组包括电源线、电源线接地屏蔽层及设于电源线与电源线接地屏蔽层之间的电源线绝缘层,所述高速信号传输线组包括高速信号传输线、传输线屏蔽层及设于高速信号传输线与传输线屏蔽层之间的传输线绝缘层,高速信号传输线组为两组以上,呈环状均布于电源线组的外周,在呈环状均布的高速信号传输线组的外周设有传输线缆绝缘层。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的高速信号传输线缆,其特征在于:在呈环状均布的高速信号传输线组的外周与传输线缆绝缘层之间设有传输线缆屏蔽层。
  3. 如权利要求 1 所述的高速信号传输线缆,其特征在于:在传输线缆绝缘层外周设有传输线缆屏蔽层。
  4. 如权利要求 1 或 2 或 3 所述的高速信号传输线缆,其特征在于:所述的电源线接地屏蔽层为多根金属导体组成的编织网管或金属导体材料的缠绕包覆层。
  5. 如权利要求 1 或 2 或 3 所述的高速信号传输线缆,其特征在于:所述的传输线屏蔽层为金属箔层包带组成的包覆层或多根金属导体组成的编织网管或金属导体材料的缠绕包覆层。
  6. 如权利要求 1 所述的高速信号传输线缆,其特征在于:所述的电源线接地屏蔽层、传输线屏蔽层相互之间电导通。
  7. 如权利要求 2 或 3 所述的高速信号传输线缆,其特征在于:所述的电源线接地屏蔽层、传输线屏蔽层及传输线缆屏蔽层相互之间电导通。
  8. 如权利要求 1 或 2 或 3 或 6 任一所述的高速信号传输线缆,其特征在于:在电源线组、高速信号传输线组及传输线缆绝缘层之间的空隙中设置有绝缘防火填充物。
  9. 如权利要求 8 所述的高速信号传输线缆,其特征在于:在传输线缆的外周设有传输线缆保护层。
  10. 如权利要求 8 所述的高速信号传输线缆,其特征在于:在传输线屏蔽层的外周设有传输线保护层。
