Description

一种适于辊道窑炉的辊子变形调节装置 技术领域
本发明属于辊道窑维护技术领域,具体涉及一种适于辊道窑炉的辊子变形调节装置。
背景技术
辊道窑是一种很常见的工业炉窑,又称辊底式窑、辊棒式窑、滚筒式窑,是一种以转动的辊子作为被加工产品运载工具的隧道窑。在辊道窑工作时,制件、工件需放置在由多条间隔很密的水平炉辊上,靠辊子的转动将其从窑头传送到窑尾。
炉窑内的工作温度通常要控制在一个比较高的水平,加工效果和质量才能得到保证,因此炉辊和工件都处于一个高温的环境之中。
其中,被加工的工件在辊道上连续不断地向前运行,与炉辊无固定的接触,且在炉窑内部的时间较短,因此受热较均匀,变形也比较小。相比之下,炉辊由于长时间处于高温环境下,且辊子的长度较长,导致辊子径向刚度弱,这就对辊子的材料热性能、刚度、强度和安装精度等都有很高的要求。
尤其是当运输质量较大的物件时,长时间被高温加热的辊子极容易弯曲变形,特别在辊子中间部分的变形尤为明显,这将导致同一水平线上进入炉窑的物件,在运输途中逐渐呈U型分布,延长了产品出窑时间,影响炉窑的温度控制,降低了生产效率并影响产品质量。
现采用的定期对变形的辊子进行维修或更换的方法,也不能保证质量大的产品不出现上述问题,且会消耗大量的时间与人力、物力成本。
针对以上问题,本发明提出一种辊子变形调节装置,可以实时对弯曲变形的辊子进行调整与支撑,从而保证辊子之间相对位置一致,运输辊道路线平稳,有效并经济地保证辊道窑的物料加工质量,提高炉窑热加工效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种实时针对弯曲变形的辊子进行调整与支撑的适于辊道窑炉的辊子变形调节装置。

1.本发明的炉辊变形调节装置结构简单,制造和安装都非常便利,能够有效调节变形的辊子,减少辊道窑辊子的维修和更换;设有调节座,支撑段用于稳定辊子,当在调节座沿辊子往复运动时,若辊子发生细微变形,则支撑段对偏移正常轴线的辊子部分起到挤压、更正的作用,设置在支撑段两侧的挤压段可以有效限制辊子上偏,保障支撑段对辊子挤压矫正的有效;在在调节座沿辊子循环往复运动的过程中,当辊子发生细微弯曲,立刻便可以进行矫正,有效保持辊子运行稳定,矫正效果好。
2.本装置结构简单,只需更换不同调节座,即可匹配不同辊道窑,适应性强。
3.现有的炉辊变形调节技术大部分都是对单根辊子进行空间位置上的调节,在辊子数量较多的情况下不但费时费力,而且很难实现精准调节,难以保证辊道保持在同一高度平面上;本发明的辊子调节装置可以实现所有辊子的整体平面调节,方便快捷的同时能够更好地保证辊道平面的平稳性。
4.现有的炉辊支撑装置与辊子之间多采用面接触,当炉辊发生弯曲变形时,支撑面会对弯曲的辊子自转运动产生阻碍作用;本发明中所述支撑座采用类似滚子轴承的结构,能够很好适应一定范围内辊子的垂向挠度变化,保证变性后辊子保持平稳转动;同时,本发明的炉辊变形调节装置与辊子之间采用点接触方式,一方面能够有效减小摩擦,另一方面能够避免因辊子和支撑座接触面积过大,产生二次过热变形。
5.本发明的炉辊支撑装置对辊子的包围范围达到2/3以上,能够对调节过程中辊子的垂向跳动起到很好的限制与约束作用,使得整个调节过程更加平缓,大大减小调节过程中产生的噪声。
6.本发明的炉辊变形调节装置垂向高度可调节,对具体弯曲变形的预测支撑量有相应的调节,同时可以适用于不同辊道高度的辊道窑,针对不同辊道的炉窑只需生产不同的水平套筒即可,其他部件都具有较好的通用性。
7.本发明的炉辊变形调节装置采用光学传感器和电动缸对炉辊的空间位置进行控制,比传统手动调节技术更加准确、可靠。

支撑杆2由一个套筒21和两个伸缩杆22构成。套筒21的上表面等距排列若干调节座,调节座23的个数和排列间距由炉辊的个数和间距决定。调节座23上表面为圆弧接触面,其直径与辊子直径相同。调节座23包括用于支撑辊子的支撑段23-1和设置在支撑段23-1两侧,用于对辊子限位的挤压段23-2;支撑段23-1与挤压段23-2构成部分包裹辊子的弧形光滑扇环段。调节座23内壁设有滑槽231,滑槽231内设有凸出滑槽231上表面的滚珠232;辊子1安装在调节座23上,与滚珠232直接接触。伸缩杆22的伸长或缩短可以改变支撑杆2的长度,从而适应不同的炉窑尺寸和安装位置。伸缩杆22顶部采用球铰链与升降装置3的活塞杆31连接。

具体工作时,
当不确定辊子变形或预防辊子变形时,调节座23沿辊子1往复运动,若辊子1发生细微变形,则支撑段23-1对偏移正常轴线的辊子1部分起到挤压、更正的作用,设置在支撑段23-1两侧的挤压段23-2可以有效限制辊子1上偏,保障支撑段23-1对辊子1挤压矫正的有效;在在调节座23沿辊子1循环往复运动的过程中,当辊子1发生细微弯曲,立刻便可以进行矫正,有效保持辊子1运行稳定;
当确定辊子1变形的位置和变形程度,从而得到支撑杆2需要矫正的水平和垂直位置,即两个升降装置3的上升高度以及滑块410在轨道方向上的位置。
首先将预期的滑块位置输入光学传感器412,启动电机42,当滑块410移动到预期的位置时,遮光板411恰好遮挡住光学传感器412相应单元的激光信号,电机42停止工作,这一步实现了支撑杆2水平位置的调节。升降装置3启动,缸体32通过调节活塞杆31的升降使支撑杆2到达预期高度,这一步实现了支撑杆对辊子高度的支撑调节。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的适于辊道窑炉的辊子变形调节装置,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(2)包括套筒(21)和设置在所述套筒(21)两端的伸缩杆(22);所述支撑杆(2)与所述驱动机构(4)通过升降装置(3)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的适于辊道窑炉的辊子变形调节装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(4)包括固定所述升降装置(3)的滑台(45);所述滑台(45)沿所述丝杠(44)往复运动;所述丝杆(44)一侧设有平行所述丝杠(44)的光学传感器格栅组(412);所述滑台(45)一侧设置有遮光板(411),所述遮光板(411)宽度与所述光学传感器格栅组(412)的格栅间隙等长。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的适于辊道窑炉的辊子变形调节装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(4)还包括直线导轨(418)和设置在所述直线导轨(418)上的滑块(417);所述滑块(417)上端设有所述滑台(45)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的适于辊道窑炉的辊子变形调节装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(4)设置在底板(41)上;所述丝杠(44)通过左侧丝杠座(46)和右侧丝杠座(43)设置在所述底板(41)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的适于辊道窑炉的辊子变形调节装置,其特征在于:所述丝杆(44)通过从动轮(415)驱动,所述从动轮(415)通过皮带(416)连接驱动轮(414)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的适于辊道窑炉的辊子变形调节装置,其特征在于:所述底板(41)上设有用于调节所述皮带(416)松紧的调节座(413)。
