现有技术中,一些方案采用中控显示屏界面软开关的形式进行存储,这种方法但无法支持不同用户的定制化需求。在其他的一些现有技术中,通过人脸识别实现了进行存储和调节驾乘配套设备的自动控制方法,但该方案仅受限于主驾驶位安装有DMS(DriverMonitor System,驾驶员监测系统)的车辆,对于未配置前排监测摄像头的车辆,这种方法显然无法满足用户的定制化需求。

实施例
现有的采用人脸识别的车辆电动记忆座椅,记忆人数有限,且无法自动管理用户与相应座椅位姿的匹配关系,座椅位姿的自动调节主要是通过有限的硬开关进行调节和记忆存储;另外,当前绝大部分车型都只是为主驾驶位安装摄像头,在不加装前排或后排监测摄像头的情况下,无法根据不同的用户调取相匹配的座椅位姿数据,同时也缺少相应的人机交互手段,无法使多用户的座椅位姿数据得以自动保存。
针对以上问题,本申请实施例提供一种车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,参阅图1所示的流程示意图,本申请提供了如实施例或流程图所述的方法操作步骤,但基于常规或者无创造性的劳动可以包括更多或者更少的操作步骤。实施例中列举的步骤顺序仅仅为众多步骤执行顺序中的一种方式,不代表唯一的执行顺序。在实际中的系统或服务器产品执行时,可以按照实施例或者附图所示的方法顺序执行或者并行执行(例如并行处理器或者多线程处理的环境)。具体的如图1所示,该方法至少包括以下步骤:

S1032、判断预设语音数据库中是否存在与用户名信息匹配的预设用户名;
S1033、若预设语音数据库中存在与用户名匹配的预设用户名,则获取与预设用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息;
具体地,预设驾乘设施信息可以包括座椅前后位置、座椅高度、靠背倾斜角度、腰背支撑突出高度、侧腰支撑位置、内后视镜角度以及外后视镜的位置和角度中的至少一种。当然,在其他的一些实施方式中,预设驾 乘设施信息还可以包括其他的设施信息,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要进行任意适当的调节。
S1034、根据与预设用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息,对驾乘设施进行调节。
作为一种具体的实施方式,继续参阅图2,在步骤S1032之后,还包括:
S1035、若预设语音数据库中不存在与用户名匹配的预设用户名,则获取驾乘人员的体重信息和体态信息;
S1036、根据体重信息和体态信息,确定与体重信息和体态信息匹配的预设驾乘设施模式;
S1037、根据预设驾乘设施模式,对驾乘设施进行调节。
本实施例中的方法,具有自适应的舒适模式推荐功能。具体地,例如针对座椅位姿,预设驾乘设施模式可以包括较大、标准、较小三种,根据体重信息和体态信息,将最匹配的模式在人机交互界面例如中控屏上进行显示。同时,还可以通过设置默认时间,例如10秒,在默认时间后自行选定智能推荐的模式,进行自动调节,使汽车具有更加智能化、人性化的用户体验和驾乘乐趣。本实施例方法能够尽可能减少用户的主动式干预,极大地提升用户乘坐体验与科技感。针对其他的驾乘设施,本领域技术人员可以根据具体情况和实际需要设置预设驾乘设施模式,以实现自适应的舒适模式推荐功能。
随着现代汽车共享化的成熟发展,众多私家车也逐渐加入乘客接驳等出行服务行列。因此,对于常客模式(例如亲友等经常乘坐该车辆的人员)和代客模式(例如为陌生乘客提供出行服务),本实施例的方法能够分别设置是否需要对驾乘设施信息进行存储记忆,从而有效地记录常客模式下的驾乘人员的用户使用习惯,并在其下次乘坐时能够自动识别、匹配并调整配套的驾乘设施,提升汽车的人性化、智能化乘坐体验。两种模式的切换可通过人机交互界面进行交互设置,也可以通过自然语音模块进行方便快捷的设置。作为一种具体的实施方式,在步骤S1034之后,参阅图3,还包括更新预设类型的驾乘人员的驾乘设施信息,具体地可以包括:
S201、判断驾乘人员是否为预设类型的驾乘人员;具体地,预设类型 的驾乘人员为常客,即经常乘坐该车辆的驾乘人员;
S202、若驾乘人员为预设类型的驾乘人员,则判断是否需要调节驾乘设施;
S203、若需要调节驾乘设施,则对驾乘设施进行调节,并判断是否需要更新与用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息;
S204、若需要更新与用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息,则根据调节结果,对与用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息进行更新。
针对使用自适应的舒适模式推荐功能的用户,本实施例方法也对常客模式与代客模式的场景进行区分,以有效地记录常坐驾乘人员的用户使用习惯,并在下次乘坐时能够自动识别、匹配并调整配套驾乘设施。作为一种具体的实施方式,参阅图4,在步骤S1037之后,还包括存储预设类型的驾乘人员的驾乘设施信息,具体地可以包括:
S301、判断驾乘人员是否为预设类型的驾乘人员;
S302、若驾乘人员为预设类型的驾乘人员,则判断是否需要调节驾乘设施;
S303、若需要调节驾乘设施,则对驾乘设施进行调节得到驾乘设施信息,并判断是否需要保存用户名和驾乘设施信息;
S304、若需要保存,则将用户名以及与用户名对应的驾乘设施信息保存至预设语音数据库。
为了驾驶员能够方便快捷的进行切换,本实施例方法通过人机交互界面,为用户提供驾乘设施状态的切换和一键自动还原,能够快捷恢复至初始状态。在上述步骤S204以及S304之后,本实施例方法还可以包括:判断是否需要恢复至上一状态;若需要恢复,则通过人机交互界面一键恢复,同时恢复预设语音数据库中的信息。
本实施例中,获取人脸特征后,将获取的人脸特征与预设人脸数据库中的数据进行比对,基于比对结果,对人脸信息以及预设驾乘设施信息进行关联,以用于驾乘设施的自动调整。因此,继续参阅图1,在步骤S102之后,还包括步骤S104:若生物特征信息不包含语音信息,则根据人脸信息对驾乘设施进行调节。
具体地,参阅图5,根据人脸信息对驾乘设施进行调节包括以下步骤:
S1041、判断预设人脸数据库中是否存在与人脸信息匹配的预设人脸信息,预设人脸数据库包括预设人脸信息,以及与预设人脸信息匹配的预设用户名和预设驾乘设施信息;
S1042、若预设人脸数据库中存在与人脸信息匹配的预设人脸信息,则获取与预设人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息;
S1043、根据与预设人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息,对驾乘设施进行调节。
针对用户人脸信息,本实施例方法进行了个人隐私数据加密处理,能够对个人隐私数据进行去指向化操作,并通过数据的严格加密,采用加密方式生成用户的人脸信息后,在存储用户数据时消除了数据中的目标指向性等特征,以预防个人隐私数据的非法使用,保障信息安全。作为一种具体的实施方式,继续参阅图5,在步骤S1041之后,还包括:
S1044、若预设人脸数据库中不存在与人脸信息匹配的预设人脸信息,则根据人脸信息生成面纹标识;
S1045、将面纹标识存入预设人脸数据库,并对面纹标识进行隐私加密。
针对预设人脸数据库中不存在与人脸信息匹配的预设人脸信息的情况,本实施例中的方法同样具有自适应的舒适模式推荐功能。作为一种具体的实施方式,继续参阅图5,在S1045的对面纹标识进行隐私加密之后,还包括:
S1046、获取驾乘人员的体重信息和体态信息;
S1047、根据体重信息和体态信息,确定与体重信息和体态信息匹配的预设驾乘设施模式;
S1048、根据预设驾乘设施模式,对驾乘设施进行调节。
根据人脸信息对驾乘设施进行调节,也对常客模式与代客模式的场景进行区分,以有效地记录常坐驾乘人员的用户使用习惯,并在下次乘坐时能够自动识别、匹配并调整配套驾乘设施。作为一种具体的实施方式,参阅图6,在步骤S1043之后,还包括更新预设类型的驾乘人员的驾乘设施信息,具体地可以包括:
S401、判断驾乘人员是否为预设类型的驾乘人员;
S402、若驾乘人员为预设类型的驾乘人员,则判断是否需要调节驾乘设施;
S403、若需要调节驾乘设施,则对驾乘设施进行调节,并判断是否需要更新与预设人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息;
S404、若需要更新与预设人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息,则根据调节结果,对与人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息进行更新。
在基于人脸识别的情况下,针对使用自适应的舒适模式推荐功能的用户,本实施例方法也对常客模式与代客模式的场景进行区分,作为一种具体的实施方式,参阅图7,在步骤S1048之后,还包括存储预设类型的驾乘人员的驾乘设施信息,具体地可以包括:
S501、判断驾乘人员是否为预设类型的驾乘人员;
S502、若驾乘人员为预设类型的驾乘人员,则判断是否需要调节驾乘设施;
S503、若需要调节驾乘设施,则对驾乘设施进行调节得到与面纹标识对应的驾乘设施信息,并判断是否需要保存驾乘设施信息;
S504、若需要保存,则将与面纹标识对应的驾乘设施信息保存至预设人脸数据库。
预设人脸数据库和预设语音数据库一般是独立存储,且在存储前因默认按人脸数据优先处理而无语音信息输入。然而,实际上由于光线等原因,摄像头可能无法正常识别用户身份,或存在识别失效的情况。因此,在两套系统同时存在且都有可能使用的情况下,需建立两套系统之间针同一用户的数据匹配,减少数据的冗余存储,并提高用户数据的一致性。本实施例方法还包括:对于同一预设用户名,将预设人脸数据库与预设语音数据库中的预设驾乘设施信息相关联。
为了驾驶员能够方便快捷的进行切换,本实施例方法通过人机交互界面,为用户提供驾乘设施状态的切换和一键自动还原,能够快捷恢复至初始状态。在上述步骤S404以及S504之后,本实施例方法还可以包括:判断是否需要恢复至上一状态;若需要恢复,则通过人机交互界面一键恢复, 同时恢复预设人脸数据库中的信息。
由以上本申请实施例提供的技术方案可见,本申请实施例通过语音信息和人脸信息相结合的方法对驾乘设施进行调节,而且语音信息的优先级高于人脸信息,使得用户在通过语音指令调节驾乘设施信息时,能够优先响应这一主动式请求,相对于现有技术,由于通过语音信息和人脸信息相结合的方法对驾乘设施进行调节,本申请实施例中的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法具有较高的便捷性和灵活性,能够满足用户的定制化需求。
本申请实施例还提供一种车辆驾乘设施的调节装置,参阅图8,该车辆驾乘设施的调节装置包括:获取模块,用于获取驾乘人员的生物特征信息,该生物特征信息至少包括人脸信息;判断模块,用于判断生物特征信息是否包含语音信息;调节模块,用于若生物特征信息包含语音信息,则根据语音信息对驾乘设施进行调节;若生物特征信息不包含语音信息,则根据人脸信息对驾乘设施进行调节。
需要说明的,所述装置实施例中的装置与方法实施例基于同样的发明构思。详情请参见方法实施例,在此不再赘述。由于上述车辆驾乘设施的调节方法具有的上述技术效果,本实施例中的车辆驾乘设施的调节装置也应具有相同的技术效果,在此也不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种车辆,包括上述实施例中的的车辆驾乘设施的调节装置。由于上述车辆驾乘设施的调节装置具有的上述技术效果,本实施例中的车辆也应具有相同的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备包括处理器和存储器,该存储器中存储有至少一条指令或至少一段程序,该至少一条指令或所述至少一段程序由该处理器加载并执行以实现上述方法实施例所提供的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,该存储介质中存储有至少一条指令或至少一段程序,该至少一条指令或该至少一段程序由处理器加载并执行以实现上述方法实施例所提供的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以位于计算机网络的多个网络服务器中的至少一个网络服务器。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介 质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
需要说明的是:上述本申请实施例先后顺序仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。且上述对本申请特定实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤可以按照不同于实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于装置、车辆和电子设备实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
最后应说明的是:以上所述是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取驾乘人员的生物特征信息,所述生物特征信息至少包括人脸信息;
    判断所述生物特征信息是否包含语音信息;
    若所述生物特征信息包含语音信息,则根据所述语音信息对驾乘设施进行调节;若所述生物特征信息不包含语音信息,则根据所述人脸信息对驾乘设施进行调节。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述语音信息对驾乘设施进行调节,包括:
    根据所述语音信息确定驾乘人员的用户名信息;
    判断预设语音数据库中是否存在与所述用户名信息匹配的预设用户名;
    若预设语音数据库中存在与所述用户名匹配的预设用户名,则获取与所述预设用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息;
    根据与所述预设用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息,对驾乘设施进行调节。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,在所述判断预设语音数据库中是否存在与所述用户名匹配的预设用户名之后,还包括:
    若预设语音数据库中不存在与所述用户名匹配的预设用户名,则获取驾乘人员的体重信息和体态信息;
    根据所述体重信息和所述体态信息,确定与所述体重信息和所述体态信息匹配的预设驾乘设施模式;
    根据所述预设驾乘设施模式,对驾乘设施进行调节。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,在 所述根据所述预设驾乘设施模式,对驾乘设施进行调节之后,包括:
    判断驾乘人员是否为预设类型的驾乘人员;
    若驾乘人员为预设类型的驾乘人员,则判断是否需要调节驾乘设施;
    若需要调节驾乘设施,则对所述驾乘设施进行调节得到驾乘设施信息,并判断是否需要保存用户名和所述驾乘设施信息;
    若需要保存,则将所述用户名以及与所述用户名对应的所述驾乘设施信息保存至预设语音数据库。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,在所述根据与所述预设用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息,对驾乘设施进行调节之后,还包括:
    判断驾乘人员是否为预设类型的驾乘人员;
    若驾乘人员为预设类型的驾乘人员,则判断是否需要调节驾乘设施;
    若需要调节驾乘设施,则对所述驾乘设施进行调节,并判断是否需要更新与所述用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息;
    若需要更新与所述用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息,则根据调节结果,对与所述用户名对应的预设驾乘设施信息进行更新。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述人脸信息对驾乘设施进行调节,包括:
    判断预设人脸数据库中是否存在与所述人脸信息匹配的预设人脸信息,所述预设人脸数据库包括预设人脸信息,以及与所述预设人脸信息匹配的预设用户名和预设驾乘设施信息;
    若预设人脸数据库中存在与所述人脸信息匹配的预设人脸信息,则获取与所述预设人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息;
    根据与所述预设人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息,对驾乘设施进行调节。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,在 所述判断预设人脸数据库中是否存在与所述人脸信息匹配的预设人脸信息之后,还包括:
    若预设人脸数据库中不存在与所述人脸信息匹配的预设人脸信息,则根据所述人脸信息生成面纹标识;
    将所述面纹标识存入所述预设人脸数据库,并对所述面纹标识进行隐私加密。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述面纹标识存入所述预设人脸数据库,并对所述面纹标识进行隐私加密之后,还包括:
    获取驾乘人员的体重信息和体态信息;
    根据所述体重信息和所述体态信息,确定与所述体重信息和所述体态信息匹配的预设驾乘设施模式;
    根据所述预设驾乘设施模式,对驾乘设施进行调节。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述预设驾乘设施模式,对驾乘设施进行调节之后,还包括:
    判断驾乘人员是否为预设类型的驾乘人员;
    若驾乘人员为预设类型的驾乘人员,则判断是否需要调节驾乘设施;
    若需要调节驾乘设施,则对所述驾乘设施进行调节得到与所述面纹标识对应的驾乘设施信息,并判断是否需要保存所述驾乘设施信息;
    若需要保存,则将与所述面纹标识对应的所述驾乘设施信息保存至预设人脸数据库。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,在所述根据与所述预设人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息,对驾乘设施进行调节之后,还包括:
    判断驾乘人员是否为预设类型的驾乘人员;
    若驾乘人员为预设类型的驾乘人员,则判断是否需要调节驾乘设施;
    若需要调节驾乘设施,则对所述驾乘设施进行调节,并判断是否需要更新与所述预设人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息;
    若需要更新与所述预设人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息,则根据调节结果,对与所述人脸信息对应的预设驾乘设施信息进行更新。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:对于同一预设用户名,将所述预设人脸数据库与所述预设语音数据库中的预设驾乘设施信息相关联。
  12. 根据权利要求2或6所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法,其特征在于,所述预设驾乘设施信息包括座椅前后位置、座椅高度、靠背倾斜角度、腰背支撑突出高度、侧腰支撑位置、内后视镜角度以及外后视镜的位置和角度中的至少一种。
  13. 一种车辆驾乘设施的调节装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取驾乘人员的生物特征信息,所述生物特征信息至少包括人脸信息;
    判断模块,用于判断所述生物特征信息是否包含语音信息;
    调节模块,用于若所述生物特征信息包含语音信息,则根据所述语音信息对驾乘设施进行调节;若所述生物特征信息不包含语音信息,则根据所述人脸信息对驾乘设施进行调节。
  14. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求13所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节装置。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器中存储有至少一条指令或至少一段程序,所述至少一条指令或所述至少一段程序由所述处理器加载并执行以实现如权利要求1-12任意一项所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质中存储有至少一条指令或至少一段程序,所述至少一条指令或所述至少一段程序由处理器加载并执行以实现如权利要求1-12任意一项所述的车辆驾乘设施的调节方法。
