所述蓝牙模块、所述WIFI模块、所述互联网模块和所述距离传感器均与所 述处理单元电连接;
所述处理单元通过所述蓝牙模块、所述WIFI模块和所述互联网模块获取播放数据;其中,所述播放数据为图片或视频信号;
所述处理单元通过所述距离传感器获取投影灯距离待投影面的投影距离。
进一步地,还包括速度检测单元,所述速度检测单元与所述处理单元电连接,所述速度检测单元用于检测车辆的速度,当所述车辆的速度不小于速度预设值时,发送第一关闭信号给所述处理单元。
进一步地,还包括电源单元,所述电源单元为所述第一电机、第二电机和所述投影灯进行供电。
进一步地,还包括电量检测单元,所述电量检测单元与所述处理单元电连接,所述电量检测单元用于检测车辆的电源单元的剩余电量,当所述车辆的剩余电量不小于电量预设值时,发送第二关闭信号给所述处理单元。
进一步地,所述投影灯与所述电源单元电连接,当所述处理单元接收到所述第二关闭信号时,所述电源单元断开与所述投影灯的连接。
进一步地,还包括存储单元,所述存储单元分别与所述处理单元和所述调焦单元电连接,所述存储单元用于存储所述调焦数据,并将所述调焦数据发送给所述处理单元。
本申请还保护一种车辆,包括如上所述的车灯投影的调焦系统。
实施本申请实施例,具有如下有益效果:
1.本申请通过设置所述第一信息采集单元来获取车辆的参数信息,并设置所述处理单元来处理所述参数信息并获得调焦数据,所述调焦控制单元根据所述调焦数据对所述投影灯进行调焦处理,使得投影灯能够达到清晰的投影效果,进而提升客户体验。
2.本申请能够通过所述调焦控制单元控制所述第一电机转动,进而带动所述第一调焦组件对所述投影灯进行调焦处理;也能够通过所述旋钮组件和第二调焦组件带动所述第一调焦组件对所述投影灯进行调焦处理,实现了手动调焦和自动调焦的集成,满足不用用户的使用需求。

现有技术存在以下缺点:现有的迎宾投影灯投影角度都是固定不变的,同一个车系的多个不同车型都会选用相同结构的配件,而不同车型具有不同的安装高度、投影角度会有不同,这会造成同一款迎宾投影灯安装在不同车型上很 难做到角度完全适配,影响客户使用体验,而且不能满足客户多样化的需求。且现有投影灯无法满足用户清晰看电影的需求,也没有满足汽车玩家希望得到更好的观影体验感的需求。
针对现有技术的缺陷,本申请通过设置所述第一信息采集单元来获取车辆的参数信息,并设置所述处理单元来处理所述参数信息并获得调焦数据,所述调焦控制单元根据所述调焦数据对所述投影灯进行调焦处理,使得投影灯能够达到清晰的投影效果,进而提升客户体验;本申请还能够通过所述调焦控制单元控制所述第一电机转动,进而带动所述第一调焦组件对所述投影灯进行调焦处理;也能够通过所述旋钮组件和第二调焦组件带动所述第一调焦组件对所述投影灯进行调焦处理,实现了手动调焦和自动调焦的集成,满足不用用户的使用需求。
实施例1
参见附图1~图5,本实施例提供了一种车灯投影的调焦系统,包括投影灯1、控制器2和用于调整所述投影灯1焦距的调焦装置3;所述投影灯1与所述调焦装置3连接,且所述调焦装置3与所述控制器2电连接;
所述控制器2包括第一信息采集单元21、处理单元22和调焦控制单元23;所述处理单元22分别与所述第一信息采集单元21和所述调焦控制单元23电连接;所述第一信息采集单元21用于采集车辆的参数信息,并将所述车辆的参数信息发送给所述处理单元22;所述处理单元22用于将所述车辆的参数信息进行处理获得调焦数据,并将所述调焦数据发送给所述调焦控制单元23,所述调焦控制单元23用于根据所述调焦数据控制所述调焦装置3对所述投影灯1进行调焦处理;其中,所述参数信息包括车辆的姿态和车辆距离待投影面的距离。
需要说明的是:本实施例通过设置所述第一信息采集单元21来获取车辆的参数信息,并设置所述处理单元22来处理所述参数信息并获得调焦数据,所述调焦控制单元23根据所述调焦数据对所述投影灯1进行调焦处理,使得投影灯1能够达到清晰的投影效果,进而提升客户体验。
还需要说明的是:所述投影灯1设置在车辆的前大灯内,或单独作为一个模块布置。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述投影灯1布置在车辆的前栅格上。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述第一信息采集单元21包括高度差传感器和雷 达;所述高度差传感器用于获取所述车辆前后的高度差,进而获取所述车辆的车辆的姿态;所述雷达用于获取所述车辆距离所述待投影面的距离;其中图5中的B即为所述车辆前后的高度差,图5中的A即为所述车辆距离所述待投影面的距离。
优选地,所述调焦装置3包括第一调焦组件和用于带动所述第一调焦组件的第一电机;所述第一电机与所述调焦控制单元23电连接,所述调焦控制单元23用于控制所述第一电机根据所述调焦数据带动所述第一调焦组件。
优选地,还包括相互连接的第二调焦组件和旋钮组件,所述第二调焦组件的一端与所述第一调焦组件连接,通过所述旋钮组件依次带动所述第二调焦组件和第一调焦组件,对所述投影灯1进行调焦处理。
在本实施例中,将所述调焦控制单元23控制所述第一电机转动,进而带动所述第一调焦组件对所述投影灯1进行调焦处理定义为自动调焦;将通过旋钮组件和所述第二调焦组件带动所述第一调焦组件对所述所述投影灯1进行调焦处理定义为手动调焦。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述车辆内部设置有调焦按键,所述调焦按键与所述调焦控制单元23电连接,当驾乘人员按动所述调焦按键时,即可启动自动调焦来对所述投影灯1进行调焦处理。
本实施例中,能够通过所述调焦控制单元23控制所述第一电机转动,进而带动所述第一调焦组件对所述投影灯1进行调焦处理;也能够通过所述旋钮组件和第二调焦组件带动所述第一调焦组件对所述投影灯1进行调焦处理,实现了手动调焦和自动调焦的集成,满足不用用户的使用需求。
优选地,所述第二调焦组件包括第一调焦件和第二调焦件;所述旋钮组件包括第一调焦旋钮和第二调焦旋钮;所述第一调焦件的一端与所述第一调焦旋钮连接,所述第一调焦件的另一端与所述第一调焦组件连接;所述第二调焦件的一端与所述第二调焦旋钮连接,所述第二调焦件的另一端与所述第一调焦组件连接。
在本实施例中,手动调焦的过程为:驾乘人员根据目测距离调节所述第一调焦旋钮对所述投影灯1进行粗调焦距,此时调整至较为清晰(≥10mm)/M(5m~10m)/N(≤5m);并根据车载情况调整所述投影灯1的投影高度,再调节所述第二调焦旋钮对所述投影灯进行精调焦距。
在一些可能的实施例中,将所述第一调焦旋钮定义为粗调旋钮,将所述第二调焦旋钮定义为精调旋钮。
在本实施例中,驾乘人员能够按动调焦按钮,选择自动调焦;也可旋转旋钮组件选择手动调焦,当驾乘人员选择手动调焦时,先旋转第一调焦旋钮对所述投影灯1进行粗调,再旋转所述第二调焦旋钮对所述投影灯1进行精调。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述第一调焦件和所述第二调焦件均可以为丝杠结构,通过所述旋钮组件带动所述丝杠结构对所述投影灯1进行调焦处理。
优选地,所述车灯投影的调焦系统还包括第二电机,所述第二电机与所述投影灯1连接,所述第二电机用于带动所述投影灯1转动。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述车灯投影的调焦系统还包括固定支架,所述投影灯1和所述调焦装置3固定设置在所述固定支架上,所述第二电机能够带动所固定支架转动,同时所述投影灯1能够随着所述固定支架一同转动,进而实现对所述投影灯1投影角度的调节,使其能够投影在地面或者墙面。
优选地,所述控制器2还包括第二信息采集单元24和电机控制单元25,所述第二信息采集单元24分别与所述投影灯1和所述处理单元22电连接,所述处理单元22与所述电机控制单元25电连接;所述第二信息采集单元24用于获取播放数据和投影灯1的状态数据,并将所述播放数据和所述投影灯1的状态数据发送给所述处理单元22;所述处理单元22用于将所述投影灯1的状态数据进行处理获得角度数据,并将所述角度数据发送给所述电机控制单元25;所述电机控制单元25控制所述第二电机带动所述投影灯1转动。
优选地,所述第二信息采集单元24包括蓝牙模块241、WIFI模块242、互联网模块243和距离传感器244;
所述蓝牙模块241、所述WIFI模块242、所述互联网模块243和所述距离传感器244均与所述处理单元22电连接;
所述处理单元22通过所述蓝牙模块241、所述WIFI模块242和所述互联网模块243获取播放数据;其中,所述播放数据为图片或视频信号;
所述处理单元22通过所述距离传感器244获取投影灯1距离待投影面的投影距离。
所述处理单元22通过所述距离传感器244获取投影灯1距离待投影面的投影距离,通过设置蓝牙模块241、WIFI模块242和互联网模块243进行传输播 放数据,使得播放数据依靠上述模块能够实现高速传播,进而实时/动态的传输播放数据。
具体地,所述距离传感器244用于获取投影灯1距离待投影面的投影距离,并将所述投影距离发送给所述处理单元22。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述距离传感器244为雷达或电子地图。
优选地,所述车灯投影的调焦系统还包括速度检测单元26,所述速度检测单元26与所述处理单元22电连接,所述速度检测单元26用于检测车辆的速度,当所述车辆的速度不小于速度预设值时,发送第一关闭信号给所述处理单元22。
在一些可能的实施例中,当所述速度检测单元26检测到所述车辆的速度不小于所述速度预设值时,判定所述车辆处于高速行驶中,此时则发出第一关闭信号给所述处理单元22,所述处理单元22控制关闭所述投影灯1的投影功能。
优选地,所述车灯投影的调焦系统还包括电源单元27,所述电源单元27为所述第一电机、第二电机和所述投影灯1进行供电。
具体地,所述电源单元27包括电池,所述电池分别与所述第一电机、第二电机、第三电机和所述投影灯1进行供电。
优选地,所述车灯投影的调焦系统还包括电量检测单元28,所述电量检测单元28与所述处理单元22电连接,所述电量检测单元28用于检测车辆的电源单元27的剩余电量,当所述车辆的剩余电量不小于电量预设值时,发送第二关闭信号给所述处理单元22。
在一些可能的实施例中,当所述电量检测单元28检测到所述车辆的速度不小于所述电量预设值时,判定所述车辆电量较低,不足以支持播放,此时则发出第二关闭信号给所述处理单元22,所述处理单元22控制关闭所述投影灯1的投影功能。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述控制器2还包括计算单元,所述计算单元分别与电量检测单元28、所述处理单元22和所述第二信息采集单元24电连接,所述计算单元用于获取播放视频时,视频时长,并计算耗费电量;将耗费电量与所述车辆的剩余电量进行比较,当所述耗费电量大于所述剩余电量,则发送第二关闭信号给所述处理单元22。
优选地,所述投影灯1与所述电源单元27电连接,当所述处理单元22接收到所述第二关闭信号时,所述电源单元27断开与所述投影灯1的连接。
优选地,所述车灯投影的调焦系统还包括存储单元29,所述存储单元29分别与所述处理单元22和所述调焦单元电连接,所述存储单元29用于存储所述调焦数据,并将所述调焦数据发送给所述处理单元22。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述存储单元29用于存储用户上一次的调焦数据,并将所述调焦数据发送给所述处理单元22;所述处理单元22能够根据所述调焦数据对所述投影灯1进行调焦,使其能够快速达到合适的焦距,方便用户观看。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述存储单元29还可以存储用户喜爱的图片或视频,所述存储单元29能够将所述图片或视频发送给所述处理单元22,并通过所述投影灯1进行投放。
所述车灯投影的调焦系统的调焦过程:通过所述第一信息采集单元21采集车辆的参数信息,并将所述车辆的参数信息发送给所述处理单元22;所述处理单元22将所述车辆的参数信息进行处理获得调焦数据,并将所述调焦数据发送给所述调焦控制单元23,所述调焦控制单元23根据所述调焦数据控制所述调焦装置3对所述投影灯1进行调焦处理。
本申请还保护一种车辆,包括如上所述的车灯投影的调焦系统。
虽然本申请已经通过优选实施例进行了描述,然而本申请并非局限于这里所描述的实施例,在不脱离本申请范围的情况下还包括所作出的各种改变以及变化。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,包括投影灯(1)、控制器(2)和用于调整所述投影灯(1)焦距的调焦装置(3);所述投影灯(1)与所述调焦装置(3)连接,且所述调焦装置(3)与所述控制器(2)电连接;
    所述控制器(2)包括第一信息采集单元(21)、处理单元(22)和调焦控制单元(23);所述处理单元(22)分别与所述第一信息采集单元(21)和所述调焦控制单元(23)电连接;所述第一信息采集单元(21)用于采集车辆的参数信息,并将所述车辆的参数信息发送给所述处理单元(22);所述处理单元(22)用于将所述车辆的参数信息进行处理获得调焦数据,并将所述调焦数据发送给所述调焦控制单元(23),所述调焦控制单元(23)用于根据所述调焦数据控制所述调焦装置(3)对所述投影灯(1)进行调焦处理;其中,所述参数信息包括车辆的姿态和车辆距离待投影面的距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,所述调焦装置(3)包括第一调焦组件和用于带动所述第一调焦组件的第一电机;所述第一电机与所述调焦控制单元(23)电连接,所述调焦控制单元(23)用于控制所述第一电机根据所述调焦数据带动所述第一调焦组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,还包括相互连接的第二调焦组件和旋钮组件,所述第二调焦组件的一端与所述第一调焦组件连接,通过所述旋钮组件依次带动所述第二调焦组件和第一调焦组件,对所述投影灯(1)进行调焦处理。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,所述第二调焦组件包括第一调焦件和第二调焦件;所述旋钮组件包括第一调焦旋钮和第二调焦旋钮;所述第一调焦件的一端与所述第一调焦旋钮连接,所述第一调焦件的另一端与所述第一调焦组件连接;所述第二调焦件的一端与所述第二调 焦旋钮连接,所述第二调焦件的另一端与所述第一调焦组件连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,还包括第二电机,所述第二电机与所述投影灯(1)连接,所述第二电机用于带动所述投影灯(1)转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,所述控制器(2)还包括第二信息采集单元(24)和电机控制单元(25),所述第二信息采集单元(24)分别与所述投影灯(1)和所述处理单元(22)电连接,所述处理单元(22)与所述电机控制单元(25)电连接;所述第二信息采集单元(24)用于获取播放数据和投影灯(1)的状态数据,并将所述播放数据和所述投影灯(1)的状态数据发送给所述处理单元(22);所述处理单元(22)用于将所述投影灯(1)的状态数据进行处理获得角度数据,并将所述角度数据发送给所述电机控制单元(25);所述电机控制单元(25)控制所述第二电机带动所述投影灯(1)转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,所述第二信息采集单元(24)包括蓝牙模块(241)、WIFI模块(242)、互联网模块(243)和距离传感器(244);
    所述蓝牙模块(241)、所述WIFI模块(242)、所述互联网模块(243)和所述距离传感器(244)均与所述处理单元(22)电连接;
    所述处理单元(22)通过所述蓝牙模块(241)、所述WIFI模块(242)和所述互联网模块(243)获取播放数据;其中,所述播放数据为图片或视频信号;
    所述处理单元(22)通过所述距离传感器(244)获取投影灯(1)距离待投影面的投影距离。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,还包括速度检测单元(26),所述速度检测单元(26)与所述处理单元(22)电连接,所述速度检测单元(26)用于检测车辆的速度,当所述车辆的速度不小于速度预设值时,发送第一关闭信号给所述处理单元(22)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,还包括电源单元(27),所述电源单元(27)为所述第一电机、第二电机和所述投影灯(1)进行供电。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,还包括电量检测单元(28),所述电量检测单元(28)与所述处理单元(22)电连接,所述电量检测单元(28)用于检测车辆的电源单元(27)的剩余电量,当所述车辆的剩余电量不小于电量预设值时,发送第二关闭信号给所述处理单元(22)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,所述投影灯(1)与所述电源单元(27)电连接,当所述处理单元(22)接收到所述第二关闭信号时,所述电源单元(27)断开与所述投影灯(1)的连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车灯投影的调焦系统,其特征在于,还包括存储单元(29),所述存储单元(29)分别与所述处理单元(22)和所述调焦单元电连接,所述存储单元(29)用于存储所述调焦数据,并将所述调焦数据发送给所述处理单元(22)。
  13. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-12任意一项所述的车灯投影的调焦系统。
