三次注塑成型内外双层一体式保温饭盒及其加工方法 技术领域
本发明涉及保温饭盒,特别是涉及三次注塑成型内外双层一体式保温饭盒及其加工方法。
背景技术
传统的保温饭盒、保鲜盒等通常为单层结构,其保温能力差,热量散发快。因此人们发明了双层的保温饭盒、保鲜盒,其包括内胆和外套,在内胆和外套之间形成空腔,该空腔可减少热量的散发,提高保温效果。但已有的双层保温饭盒都是采用二次注塑成型,即先采用第一副模具对内胆注塑成型,再采用第二副模具对外套注塑成型,最后通过旋转焊接的形式将内胆的翻边下端和外套上口焊接相连,但该加工方法只能适用于加工圆形的保温饭盒,无法加工矩形、椭圆形、多边形的保温饭盒。
技术问题
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种保温、保鲜性能好,加工方便,适用于加工不同形状保温饭盒的三次注塑成型内外双层一体式保温饭盒及其加工方法。
技术解决方案
本发明三次注塑成型内外双层一体式保温饭盒及其加工方法的技术方案是:包括内盒体和外盒体,在内盒体的上口外壁制有侧凸块,侧凸块上制有上连接筋和侧连接筋,在内盒体的外壁设置外盒体,外盒体的上口端部与上连接筋下端相配合,外盒体的上口内壁与侧凸块外壁相配合,外盒体与内盒体之间形成空腔,外盒体上口外壁制有外凹槽,在内盒体和外盒体的上端设置口部包边,所述的口部包边包括上凸台和侧凸台,上凸台下制有上包槽,上包槽与上连接筋外壁相配合,侧凸台内壁制有内包槽,内包槽与侧连接筋外壁相配合,侧凸台位于内包槽下方制有下卡筋,下卡筋头部卡入外凹槽中,加工方法的步骤如下:①、加工内盒体:采用第一副注塑模具,注塑得到内盒体;②、加工外盒体:采用第二副注塑模具,注塑得到外盒体;③、内盒体和外盒体封边:采用第三副注塑模具,将外盒体套到内盒体外部,再将内、外盒体作为嵌件一起放入第三副注塑模具中,使内、外盒体的上口注塑得到口部包边。
有益效果
本发明公开了一种三次注塑成型内外双层一体式保温饭盒及其加工方法,先采用第一副注塑模具将塑料内盒体注塑成型,在内盒体的上口制有侧凸块,侧凸块上制有上连接筋和侧连接筋,再用第二副注塑模具将塑料外盒体注塑成型,在外盒体的上口外壁制有外凹槽,接着将外盒体套到内盒体外部,其中外盒体的上口内壁与内盒体的侧凸块外壁卡紧密封紧配合,外盒体的上端面与内盒体的侧连接筋下端密封接触,使内、外盒体之间形成一个空腔,此时将组合好的内、外盒体作为嵌件一起放入第三副注塑模具中,进行第三次注塑成型,在内、外盒体的上端包覆一层口部包边,口部包边上制有上凸台和侧凸台,上凸台下制有上包槽,上包槽包住上连接筋,侧凸台内壁制有内包槽,内包槽包住侧连接筋,侧凸台的下方制有下卡筋,下卡筋与外盒体上口外壁的外凹槽配合,从而使内、外盒体的上口部得到密封包紧配合(即注塑口部包边将内、外盒体相连成一体),无需旋转焊接连接,制造方便,装配更加可靠,适用于加工不同形状的保温饭盒,内外双层加中空结构,有效的提高了保温饭盒的保温性能。
