Un trou d'admission d'air (411) qui est en communication avec le tuyau d'atomisation (42) est disposé au niveau de la partie inférieure de la base d'atomisation (41) ; et lorsque le corps de stockage de liquide (1) ou la base d'atomisation (41) est tourné(e) vers une position prédéfinie, le corps de stockage de liquide (1) et l'élément d'étanchéité (2) tournent l'un par rapport à l'autre, et un trou de guidage de liquide (21), un trou de sortie de liquide (14) et un trou d'admission de liquide (43) sont séquentiellement en communication les uns avec les autres, séparant ainsi la cavité de stockage de liquide (13) du mécanisme de chauffage (4).
