Claims (5)
- 건설용 3D 프린터에 있어서,이동체(20)에 장착되어 유동상 재료를 토출하는 노즐(10)을 추종하는 분사관(60)이 설치되어, 이동체(20) 및 노즐(10)의 이동과 동반하여 분사관(60)이 이동하고;노즐(10)에서 압출된 출력물 벽체 측면 표면에 대한 분사관(60)을 통한 액재의 분사가 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 출력물 표면 처리형 건설용 3D 프린터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,이동체(20)에는 노즐(10)의 토출 방향과 평행한 회전축을 가지는 회전체(30)가 설치되고;회전체(30)에는 분사관(60)의 지지축(40)이 연결되어;회전체(30)가 회전됨에 따라 지지축(40) 및 분사관(60)이 상기 회전축을 중심으로 하는 원호를 따라 이동함을 특징으로 하는 출력물 표면 처리형 건설용 3D 프린터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,회전체(30)에는 일단에 분사관(60)의 지지축(40)이 설치된 회동판(70)이 연결되되, 평면상 회동판(70)의 내부가 회전체(30)에 힌지 연결되고;회동판(70)의 타단은 회전체(30)와 신축체(73)로 연결되어, 신축체(73)가 신축됨에 따라 회동판(70)이 평면상 회전됨을 특징으로 하는 출력물 표면 처리형 건설용 3D 프린터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,회전체(30)에는 일단에 로울러(50)가 설치된 회동판(70)이 연결되되, 평면상 회동판(70)의 내부가 회전체(30)에 힌지 연결되고;회동판(70)의 타단은 회전체(30)와 신축체(73)로 연결되어, 신축체(73)가 신축됨에 따라 회동판(70)이 평면상 회전되며;상기 로울러(50)는 출력물 표면에 밀착됨을 특징으로 하는 출력물 표면 처리형 건설용 3D 프린터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서회전체(30)에는 평면상 중심이 회전체(30)의 회전축과 일치하는 환형의 래크(35)가 설치되고;이동체(20)에는 구동모터(23)와 연결되고 상기 래크(35)에 치합되는 피니언(25)이 설치되어;피니언(25)이 회전됨에 따라 래크(35) 및 회전체(30)가 회전됨을 특징으로 하는 출력물 표면 처리형 건설용 3D 프린터.
