技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器领域,具体涉及一种用于洗碗机的控制方法、处理器、装置、洗碗机以及存储介质。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,洗碗机的使用越来越多,相应地对洗碗机的要求也越来越高。洗碗机在对餐具进行清洗时,都是采用喷淋臂转动喷水的方式冲洗餐具,目前的洗碗机都是控制喷淋臂在固定时间内转动喷水以对餐具进行清洗,因此在清洗程序结束后,比较脏的餐具或者摆放位置较偏的餐具往往没有被完全清洗干净,再次运行一次清洗程序则会使清洗时间增加,消耗更多的电能。也就是说,现有技术中存在无法根据洗碗机内的餐具进行针对性清洗的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷或不足,本发明实施例提供一种用于洗碗机的控制方法、处理器、用于处理食物残渣的装置、洗碗机以及机器可读介质,能够针对不同的餐具进行不同的洗涤模式,提高清洗效率。
为了实现上述目的,在本发明实施例第一方面,提供一种用于洗碗机的控制方法,洗碗机包括图像采集设备、多个喷淋臂和用于驱动多个喷淋臂围绕中心旋转轴转动的多个电机,喷淋臂包括喷水孔,用于喷淋清洗介质,控制方法包括:获取所述图像采集设备采集的洗碗机内的置物架上的待清洗餐具的图像;根据所述图像确定所述待清洗餐具的餐具信息;根据所述餐具信息确定所述待清洗餐具在每个喷淋臂的清洗覆盖范围中的分布,其中,每个喷淋臂的清洗覆盖范围被划分为多个清洗区域,所述多个清洗区域包括主清洗区域和次清洗区域;根据所述分布生成针对每个喷淋臂的洗涤模式;以及控制每个喷淋臂根据对应的洗涤模式对所述待清洗餐具进行清洗。
本发明的第二方面提供一种处理器,该处理器被配置成执行上述的用于洗碗机的控制方法。
本发明的第三方面提供一种用于洗碗机的控制装置,包括:图像采集设备,用于采集洗碗机内的置物架上的待清洗餐具的图像;以及上述的处理器。

本发明的第五方面提供一种机器可读介质,机器可读介质存储有指令,该指令被机器 执行时使得机器执行上述的用于洗碗机的控制方法。
本发明提供的用于洗碗机的控制方法、处理器、装置、洗碗机以及介质,在进行清洗前,先通过图像确定待清洗餐具的餐具信息,进而根据餐具信息确定所述待清洗餐具在每个喷淋臂的清洗覆盖范围中的分布,以生成针对每个喷淋臂的洗涤模式,从而实现各个喷淋臂根据对应的洗涤模式对待清洗餐具进行清洗,对不同餐具进行不同的洗涤模式,提高清洗效率。

如图1和图2所示,洗碗机100可以包括外壳1和设置在外壳1内部的清洗机构2。外壳1的外形轮廓可以包括但不限于,矩形、圆筒形。
清洗机构2可以包括图像采集设备21,置物架22、处理设备24、喷淋臂25、位置传感器27以及电机23。
置物架22(例如碗篮)可以固定在洗碗机100内侧,以用于盛放餐具,图像采集设备21可以包括相机、摄像头或者光学传感器(例如红外传感器)。图像采集设备21可以在洗碗机100内多个方位布置。处理设备24可以与图像采集设备21电连接。
图像采集设备21可以用于获取洗碗机100内的图像,处理设备24可以用于对获取的图像进行处理。位置传感器27可以用于实时检测喷淋臂25的位置。
例如,在启动洗碗机对放置在置物架22上的餐具进行清洗时,通过图像采集设备21获取置物架22上的餐具图像,处理设备24根据图像采集设备21获取的图像确定置物架22上餐具的特征,以根据餐具的特征来控制喷淋臂对餐具进行清洗。
又例如,洗碗机对放置在置物架22上的餐具进行清洗前,通过图像采集设备21获取喷淋臂25的图像,当处理设备24根据图像采集设备21获取的图像确定喷淋臂25不在原始位置,则控制电机驱动喷淋臂25转动以使喷淋臂25回到原始位置。
又例如,通过位置传感器27实时获取喷淋臂25的位置,以在电机23驱动喷淋臂25回到原始位置后控制电机23停止驱动。
处理设备24可以包括处理器,其示例可以包括但不限于通用处理器、专用处理器、常规处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、多个微处理器、与DSP核心关联的一个或多个微处理器、控制器、微控制器、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)电路、其他任何类型的集成电路(IC)以及状态机等等。
图3示意性示出了根据本发明实施例的洗碗机的清洗机构的结构示意图;图4示意性示出了图3的清洗机构的部分结构示意图。参考图2至图4,清洗机构2还可以包括电机23,电机23可以设置于洗碗机100内的下侧,也可以设置于洗碗机100的背面,即远离用户放置餐具的一面。电机23可以与喷淋臂25连接。喷淋臂25上设置有与喷淋臂25内部导通的喷水孔251,喷水孔251可以在喷淋臂25上间隔设置,以使得喷淋臂25喷淋更大的范围。在一个示例中,喷淋臂25为圆柱形,喷水孔251在喷淋臂25的轴向方向上间隔设置,以使得多个喷水孔251所喷出的水对餐具进行冲洗,增加清洗范围。
在本发明实施例中,置物架22可以包括一层或多层置物架,例如上下两层置物架。在图中示出的两层置物架的示例中,喷淋臂25可以位于两个置物架22的中间位置,从而当喷淋臂25旋转时,可喷淋到两个置物架22上的所有餐具。
在本发明实施例中,喷淋臂25可以为多个且分布于其中一个置物架22的上下两侧,从而使多个喷淋臂25同时对位于一个置物架22上的待清洗餐具进行全方位清洗。
在本发明实施例中,洗碗机100还可以包括安装支架26,喷淋臂25可旋转连接至安装支架26上。安装支架26位置固定,以使得喷淋臂25可相对安装支架26绕喷淋臂25的中心旋转轴旋转,其安装支架26位置固定的方式不予限定,如安装支架26可以通过固定连接于置物架22上或者其他位置。
图5示意性示出了根据本发明实施例的用于洗碗机的控制方法流程示意图。如图5所示,在本发明实施例中,提供一种用于洗碗机的控制方法,洗碗机包括图像采集设备21、多个喷淋臂25和用于驱动多个喷淋臂围绕中心旋转轴转动的多个电机23,喷淋臂25包括喷水孔251,用于喷淋清洗介质,控制方法包括:
步骤S1:获取图像采集设备采集的洗碗机内的置物架上的待清洗餐具的图像;
步骤S2:根据图像确定待清洗餐具的餐具信息;
步骤S3:根据餐具信息确定待清洗餐具在每个喷淋臂的清洗覆盖范围中的分布,其中,每个喷淋臂的清洗覆盖范围被划分为多个清洗区域,多个清洗区域包括主清洗区域和次清洗区域;
步骤S4:根据分布生成针对每个喷淋臂的洗涤模式;以及
步骤S5:控制每个喷淋臂根据对应的洗涤模式对待清洗餐具进行清洗。
洗碗机100在执行清洗功能时,通过图像采集设备21采集洗碗机100内的置物架22上的待清洗餐具的图像。然后,由处理设备24根据图像确定待清洗餐具的餐具信息,并根据餐具信息生成针对每个喷淋臂25的洗涤模式,也即根据餐具信息生成每个能喷淋清洗介质至餐具上的喷淋臂25的洗涤模式。其中,每个喷淋臂有对应的清洗覆盖范围。每个清洗覆盖范围都被划分为多个清洗区域,即,每个喷淋臂的清洗覆盖范围均包括主清洗区域和次清洗区域。根据待清洗餐具所在的位置,即可以确定出待清洗餐具所在的相对于每个喷淋臂的清洗区域。如,待清洗餐具位于第一个喷淋臂25的主清洗区域,同时位于第二个喷淋臂25的次清洗区域。那么针对该待清洗餐具进行清洗时,第一个喷淋臂25和第二个喷淋臂25将会采取不同的洗涤模式对该待清洗餐具进行清洗。
其中,每个喷淋臂25的主清洗区域、次清洗区域会根据喷淋臂25处于洗碗机100内位置而不同。在一个实施例中,每个喷淋臂的多个清洗区域还包括相邻两个喷淋臂的共同清洗区域。其中,相邻两个喷淋臂25之间能够互相喷淋的区域即为共同清洗区域。之后,控制每个喷淋臂25根据与其对应的洗涤模式对待清洗餐具进行清洗,从而在控制每个喷淋臂25对待清洗餐具进行洗涤时,可以控制喷淋臂25在能够清洗待清洗餐具的位置以及不能够清洗待清洗餐具的位置进行不同模式的洗涤,每个喷淋臂25会采取不同的洗涤模式来对待清洗餐具进行针对性的清洗,以提高对待清洗餐具的清洗效率,节省清洗时间。
具体地,在一个实施例中,每个喷淋臂的主清洗区域和次清洗区域是根据每个喷淋臂的喷水孔的喷水方向来确定的。如图4所示,喷淋臂25上设置有与喷淋臂25内部导通的喷水孔251,喷水孔251可以在喷淋臂25上间隔设置,以使得喷淋臂25喷淋更大的范围。在一个示例中,喷淋臂25为圆柱形,喷水孔251在喷淋臂25的轴向方向上间隔设置,以使得 多个喷水孔251所喷出的水对餐具进行冲洗,增加清洗范围。在确定每个喷淋臂的主清洗区域时,有多种方案。在喷淋臂的安装位置确定了以后,每个喷淋臂的喷水孔的喷射范围是可以预知的。例如,假设针对于某个喷淋臂M,当某个清洗区域被该喷淋臂M的喷水孔能够喷射到,且相对于其他喷淋臂的喷水孔能够喷射到的面积较大的情况下,那么此区域则属于该喷淋臂M的主清洗区域,而相对于其他喷淋臂而言该区域则属于次清洗区域。或者,该区域属于与该喷淋臂M和与喷淋臂M相邻的喷淋臂的共同清洗区域。又或者,也可以根据每个喷淋臂的喷水孔的喷射水压和喷射面积来共同确定。
在本发明的实施例中,餐具信息包括以下中的至少一者:餐具的有无;餐具的类型;餐具的脏污程度;餐具相对喷淋臂25的摆放角度。洗涤模式包括以下中的至少一者:控制喷淋臂25是否出水;调整喷淋臂25的出水压力;调整喷淋臂25的转速。
其中,餐具的有无即为是否有餐具;餐具的类型包括碗、碟子、盘子、杯子、筷子等。
餐具的脏污程度由图像采集设备21获取餐具图像并通过处理设备24分析确定,例如,处理设备24中预存有上述多种类型餐具处于干净时的图像,图像采集设备21采集到洗碗机100内的餐具图像之后,由处理设备24对餐具图像和预存的图像进行对比,从而确定出当前洗碗机100内的餐具类型及其各个餐具的脏污程度。
餐具相对喷淋臂25的摆放角度即为餐具的待清洗面相对每个喷淋臂25在竖直方向上的夹角。例如,当待清洗餐具为碗时,且以碗口朝下的方式摆放于置物架22上,此时,位于该碗正上方的喷淋臂25无法喷淋清洗介质来对碗口进行清洗,进而确定该碗上方的喷淋臂25相对碗口的喷淋角度不存在,而位于该碗正下方的喷淋臂25则可以喷淋清洗介质来对碗口进行清洗,进而确定该碗下方的喷淋臂25相对碗口的喷淋角度为0度。
控制喷淋臂25是否出水即为控制喷淋臂25是否喷淋清洗介质,调整喷淋臂25的出水压力即为调节喷淋臂25喷淋清洗介质的压力,调整喷淋臂25的转速即为调整喷淋臂25在喷淋清洗介质时喷淋臂25绕中心旋转轴转动的速度。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,调整喷淋臂25的出水压力可以通过调整与喷淋臂25连通的水泵的功率输出来实现,在一个示例中,通过调大电流或者电压的方式,使水泵输出功率增大,进而使喷淋臂25的出水压力增大。反之,通过调小电流或者电压的方式,使水泵的输出功率降低,进而使喷淋臂25的出水压力减小。继续调小电流或电压,使水泵的输出功率为零,则可实现控制喷淋臂25不出水,或者可以调整水泵出口端的水阀的开闭来实现喷淋臂25的出水和不出水。调整喷淋臂25的转速可以通过调整用于驱动喷淋臂25旋转的电机(例如图中示出电机23)的转速来实现。
图6示意性示出了根据本发明实施例的用于洗碗机的控制方法中步骤S3流程示意图。如图6所示,在本发明的实施例中,至少一个喷淋臂25的清洗覆盖范围被划分为多个清洗区域;根据餐具信息生成针对每个喷淋臂25的洗涤模式包括:
步骤S31:根据餐具信息确定待清洗餐具在多个清洗区域中的分布;
步骤S32:根据分布生成针对每个喷淋臂的洗涤模式。
将每个喷淋臂25的清洗覆盖范围划分成多个清洗区域,从而可使每个喷淋臂25在各自不同的清洗区域内采用不同的洗涤模式,并且各个喷淋臂25之间的洗涤模式互相独立, 以提高清洗效率。
在根据餐具信息生成针对每个喷淋臂25的洗涤模式中,首先,根据餐具信息确定待清洗餐具在多个清洗区域中的分布,进而根据待清洗餐具在每个喷淋臂25的清洗区域中的分布来生成针对每个喷淋臂的洗涤模式,也即控制每个喷淋臂25根据待清洗餐具相对每个喷淋臂25所处的清洗区域进行不同的清洗模式,实现对餐具的针对性清洗。

在根据待清洗餐具相对喷淋臂25的摆放角度确定清洗介质无法喷淋到待清洗餐具的情况下,控制对应的喷淋臂25的喷水孔251转过待清洗餐具所在的清洗区域的期间,控制对应的喷淋臂25不喷淋清洗介质,和/或增大对应的喷淋臂25的转速。
通过结合各个喷淋臂25的清洗区域和待清洗餐具的类型控制喷淋臂25进行不同模式的洗涤方式,从而可达到对餐具的针对性清洗,提高对待清洗餐具的清洗效率。
在本发明的实施例中,控制至少一个喷淋臂25根据对应的洗涤模式对待清洗餐具进行清洗包括:
在喷水孔251喷淋的清洗介质进入到次清洗区域的情况下,如果根据餐具信息确定在主清洗区域内存在待清洗餐具,则根据待清洗餐具的类型、待清洗餐具的脏污程度和待清洗餐具的相对喷淋臂25的摆放角度中的至少一者来控制对应的喷淋臂25喷淋清洗介质。
在本发明的实施例中,根据待清洗餐具的类型、待清洗餐具的脏污程度和待清洗餐具的相对喷淋臂25的摆放角度中的至少一者来控制对应的喷淋臂25喷淋清洗介质,包括:
在待清洗餐具的类型为碟子或盘子的情况下,降低对应的喷淋臂25的出水压力,和/或增大对应的喷淋臂25的转速;
在待清洗餐具的类型为碗的情况下,增加对应的喷淋臂25的出水压力,和/或降低对应的喷淋臂25的转速。

在喷水孔251喷淋的清洗介质进入到相邻两个喷淋臂25的共同清洗区域的情况下,如果根据餐具信息确定在共同清洗区域内存在待清洗餐具,则根据待清洗餐具的类型、待清洗餐具的脏污程度和待清洗餐具的相对喷淋臂25的摆放角度中的至少一者来控制对应的喷淋臂25喷淋清洗介质。
在本发明的实施例中,根据待清洗餐具的类型、待清洗餐具的脏污程度和待清洗餐具的相对喷淋臂25的摆放角度中的至少一者来控制对应的喷淋臂25喷淋清洗介质,包括:
在待清洗餐具的类型为碟子或盘子的情况下,降低对应的喷淋臂25的出水压力,和/或增大对应的喷淋臂25的转速;

在本发明第四方面,提供一种洗碗机,包括:多个喷淋臂,每个喷淋臂均包括喷水孔,用于喷淋清洗介质;多个电机,用于驱动多个喷淋臂围绕中心旋转轴转动;以及上述的用于洗碗机的控制装置。
洗碗机在上电后,首先,通过图像采集设备21采集洗碗机100内的置物架22上的待清洗餐具的图像,然后,由处理设备24根据图像确定待清洗餐具的餐具信息,并根据餐具信息生成针对每个喷淋臂25的洗涤模式,也即根据餐具信息和能喷淋清洗介质至餐具上的对应喷淋臂25生成洗涤模式,最后,控制每个喷淋臂25根据对应的洗涤模式对待清洗餐具 进行清洗,从而在喷淋臂25对待清洗餐具进行洗涤时,控制喷淋臂25在能够清洗待清洗餐具的位置以及不能够清洗待清洗餐具的位置进行不同模式的洗涤,也即实现对餐具进行针对性清洗,提高对待清洗餐具的清洗效率,节省清洗时间。
在本发明第五方面,提供一种机器可读介质,机器可读介质存储有指令,指令被机器执行时使得机器执行上述的用于洗碗机的控制方法。
机器执行指令也即执行上述的用于洗碗机的控制方法。具体为:洗碗机在上电后,首先,通过图像采集设备21采集洗碗机100内的置物架22上的待清洗餐具的图像,然后,由处理设备24根据图像确定待清洗餐具的餐具信息,并根据餐具信息生成针对每个喷淋臂25的洗涤模式,也即根据餐具信息和能喷淋清洗介质至餐具上的对应喷淋臂25生成洗涤模式,最后,控制每个喷淋臂25根据对应的洗涤模式对待清洗餐具进行清洗,从而在喷淋臂25对待清洗餐具进行洗涤时,控制喷淋臂25在能够清洗待清洗餐具的位置以及不能够清洗待清洗餐具的位置进行不同模式的洗涤,也即实现对餐具进行针对性清洗,提高对待清洗餐具的清洗效率,节省清洗时间。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于洗碗机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗碗机包括图像采集设备、多个喷淋臂和用于驱动多个喷淋臂围绕中心旋转轴转动的多个电机,喷淋臂包括喷水孔,用于喷淋清洗介质,所述控制方法包括:
    获取所述图像采集设备采集的洗碗机内的置物架上的待清洗餐具的图像;
    根据所述图像确定所述待清洗餐具的餐具信息;
    根据所述餐具信息确定所述待清洗餐具在每个喷淋臂的清洗覆盖范围中的分布,其中,每个喷淋臂的清洗覆盖范围被划分为多个清洗区域,所述多个清洗区域包括主清洗区域和次清洗区域;
    根据所述分布生成针对每个喷淋臂的洗涤模式;以及
    控制每个喷淋臂根据对应的洗涤模式对所述待清洗餐具进行清洗。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述多个清洗区域还包括相邻两个喷淋臂的共同清洗区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗涤模式包括以下中的至少一者:
    控制喷淋臂是否出水;
    调整喷淋臂的出水压力;
    调整喷淋臂的转速。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述餐具信息包括以下中的至少一者:
    餐具的有无;
    餐具的类型;
    餐具的脏污程度;
    餐具相对喷淋臂的摆放角度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制每个喷淋臂根据对应的洗涤模式对所述待清洗餐具进行清洗包括:
    针对每个喷淋臂,在所述喷淋臂的喷水孔喷淋的所述清洗介质进入到所述喷淋臂的主清洗区域,且根据所述餐具信息确定在所述主清洗区域内存在待清洗餐具的情况下,则根据所述待清洗餐具的类型、所述待清洗餐具的脏污程度和所述待清洗餐具的相对喷淋臂的摆放角度中的至少一者来控制所述喷淋臂喷淋清洗介质。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述待清洗餐具的类型、所述待清洗餐具的脏污程度和所述待清洗餐具的相对所述喷淋臂的摆放角度中的至少一者来控制所述喷淋臂喷淋清洗介质,包括:
    在所述待清洗餐具的类型为碟子或盘子的情况下,降低所述喷淋臂的出水压力,和/或增大所述喷淋臂的转速;
    在所述待清洗餐具的类型为碗的情况下,增加所述喷淋臂的出水压力,和/或降低所述 喷淋臂的转速。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述待清洗餐具的类型、所述待清洗餐具的脏污程度和所述待清洗餐具相对喷淋臂的摆放角度中的至少一者来控制所述喷淋臂喷淋清洗介质,包括:
    在所述待清洗餐具的脏污程度较低的情况下,降低所述对应的喷淋臂的出水压力,和/或增大所述对应的喷淋臂的转速;
    在所述待清洗餐具的脏污程度较高的情况下,增加所述对应的喷淋臂的出水压力,和/或降低所述对应的喷淋臂的转速。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述待清洗餐具的类型、所述待清洗餐具的脏污程度和所述待清洗餐具的相对所述喷淋臂的摆放角度中的至少一者来控制所述喷淋臂喷淋清洗介质,包括:
    在根据所述待清洗餐具相对每个喷淋臂的摆放角度确定有喷淋臂的清洗介质无法喷淋到所述待清洗餐具的情况下,控制无法喷淋到所述待清洗餐具的喷淋臂的喷水孔转过所述待清洗餐具所在的清洗区域的期间,控制无法喷淋到所述待清洗餐具的喷淋臂不喷淋清洗介质,和/或增大无法喷淋到所述待清洗餐具的喷淋臂的转速。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取所述洗碗机的门的状态;
    在所述门被打开的情况下,初始化所述图像采集设备。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,针对每个喷淋臂,所述多个清洗区域中的每个清洗区域对应一种洗涤模式,不同的清洗区域对应不同的洗涤模式,所述控制每个喷淋臂根据对应的洗涤模式对所述待清洗餐具进行清洗包括:
    确定所述待清洗餐具所在的与每个喷淋臂对应的清洗区域,控制每个喷淋臂使用与每个清洗区域对应的洗涤模式。
  11. 一种处理器,其特征在于,被配置成执行根据权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的用于洗碗机的控制方法。
  12. 一种用于洗碗机的控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    图像采集设备,用于采集所述洗碗机内的置物架上的待清洗餐具的图像;以及
    根据权利要求11所述的处理器。
  13. 一种洗碗机,其特征在于,包括:
    多个喷淋臂,喷淋臂包括喷水孔,用于喷淋清洗介质;
    多个电机,用于驱动所述多个喷淋臂围绕中心旋转轴转动;以及
    根据权利要求12所述的用于洗碗机的控制装置。
  14. 一种机器可读介质,所述机器可读介质存储有指令,其特征在于,所述指令被机器执行时使得机器执行根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的用于洗碗机的控制方法。
