本公开涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息展示方法、装置和电子设备。
背景技术
随着互联网的发展,用户越来越多的使用终端设备进行信息交互。在一些应用场景中,用户可以使用终端安装的通信软件发送的各种类型的消息,例如文本消息、媒体信息(例如图片、视频、音频)或者消息卡片等。
其中,消息卡片可以指用户能发送卡片形态的消息,卡片上可以组合图片、带格式的文本,并使用图文布局能力,使卡片更结构化地展示富文本内容。一些时候,卡片上也能增加按钮、选择器等交互组件,承载简单的跳转、信息收集的交互操作。

本公开实施例提供的信息展示方法、装置和电子设备,,第一终端可以向上述执行主体转发交互式消息卡片,上述执行主体可以获取第一终端转发的交互式消息卡片,以及上述执行主体可以展示交互式消息卡片。由此,可以提供一种信息的消息处理方式,通过这种新的消息处理方式,用户可以转发交互式消息卡片。从而,可以提高用户之间的信息交互效率。另外,需要说明的是, 上述执行主体接收到转发自第一终端的交互式消息卡片,保留数据提交控件,但是不能利用交互式消息卡片中的数据提交控件提交数据。一方面可以尽量保证卡片信息的完整性。另一方面,可以避免没有权限的人进行数据提交,保证数据接收方接收到的数据均为具有数据提交权限的用户所提交,提高接收方接收到的数据的准确性。

在图2中,第一终端的消息展示界面中,可以展示第一交互式消息卡片201。在第一交互式消息卡片201中,可以设置数据提交控件2011和数据提交控件2012,数据提交控件可以响应用户操作。
在图2的场景中,李四可以收到张三发送的消息,张三发送的消息以交互式消息卡片的形式呈现。李四在收到张三发送的第一交互式消息卡片后,还可以回复收到。
在图2中,张三发送的第一交互式消息卡片可以用于收集李四的数据(李四倾向于晚上吃火锅还是吃烧烤)。张三发送的第一交互式消息卡片中,李四可以点击第一交互式消息卡片201中的数据提交控件2011或者数据提交控件2012,以选择想吃的晚饭。如果李四点击数据提交控件2011,则李四的终端可以响应用户操作将指示李四选中火锅的数据提交给其它电子设备。
可选的,张三可以是自然人用户,也可以是群组助手账号。例如,自然人用户可以在群组中使用群组助手,通过群组助手账号生成以及发送第一交互式消息卡片。
在图2的应用场景中,李四可以将第一交互式消息卡片201,转发给王五。这种情况下,王五使用的终端可以理解为上述执行主体。
步骤102,根据第一交互式消息卡片,生成第二交互式消息卡片。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以根据第一交互式消息卡片,生成第二交互式消息卡片。
在这里,所述第二交互式消息卡片包括的数据提交控件不具有数据收集功能。
在一些应用场景中,可以通过例如服务器的电子设备,根据第一交互式消息卡片生成第二交互式消息卡片。上述执行主体中可以获取例如服务器的电子设备所发送的第二交互式消息卡片。上述执行主体展示基于第一交互式消息卡片生成上述第二交互式消息卡片,也可以理解为需要先生成(复现也可以解释为生成)第二交互式消息卡片,再进行展示。

作为示例,请参考图3,图3是上述执行主体(例如王五使用的终端)展示的第二交互式消息卡片的示意图。

在图3的场景中,王五可以收到李四转发的第一交互式消息卡片。王五在收到李四转发的第二交互式消息卡片后,还可以回复好的。
在这里,可以对比图2和图3中展示的交互式消息卡片。
图2中的数据提交控件2011和数据提交控件2012可以用于收集用户数据。图3中的数据提交控件3011,可以理解为沿用图2中的数据提交控件2011;图3中的数据提交控件3012,可以理解为沿用图2中的数据提交控件2012。但是,数据提交控件3011和数据提交控件3012不具有数据收集功能。
在这里,对比来看,数据提交控件2011可以响应用户交互操作、收集用户数据和提交用户数据。数据提交控件3011不具有收集用户数据的功能,自然也不具有提交用户数据的功能;但是,数据提交控件可以具有响应用户交互操作的功能。数据提交控件3012同理不具有采集用户数据的功能。
在一些实施例中,上述第二交互式消息卡片中的数据提交控件,与上述第一交互式消息卡片中的数据提交控件,可以采用不同的展示方式进行展示。展示方式的不同之处可以根据实际应用场景设置,在此不做限定。
作为示例,第二交互式消息卡片中的数据提交控件可以置灰,以表示第二交互式消息卡片中的数据提交控件的功能不可用(即不能实现常规的数据提交功能)。第一交互式消息卡片中的数据提交控件可以采用不置灰的方式进行展示,以表示第一交互式消息卡片中的数据提交控件的功能可用。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的信息展示方法,第一终端可以向上述执行主体转发交互式消息卡片,上述执行主体可以获取第一终端转发的交互式消息卡片,以及上述执行主体可以展示交互式消息卡片。由此,可以提供一种信息的消息处理方式,通过这种新的消息处理方式,用户可以转发交互式消息卡片。从而,可以提高用户之间的信息交互效率。
以图3场景举例说明上述技术效果(提高用户之间的信息交互效率),如果王五问李四晚上吃什么,李四可以将自己收到的交互式消息卡片转发给王五。王五从这个卡片上,可以获取的信息可以包括:李四已经参与晚饭讨论、李四选择了火锅或者烧烤(在 李四已经选取的情况下)、李四可能不想吃火锅或者烧烤(在李四没有选取的情况下)。对比来看,如果交互式消息卡片不支持转发,则李四需要自己输入语音或者文字,告诉王五如下情况:是否已经有晚饭选择、选择了什么或者对于已有选择(火锅和烧烤)不满意。
由此可见,李四向王五转发交互式消息卡片,以交互式消息卡片为载体进行信息传递,相对于李四向王五发送自己输入的语音或者文字,操作简单且信息量较大。因此,可以提高用户之间的信息交互效率。
需要说明的是,上述执行主体接收到转发自第一终端的交互式消息卡片,不能利用交互式消息卡片中的数据提交控件提交数据,并且保留数据提交控件,一方面可以尽量保证卡片信息的完整性。另一方面,可以避免没有权限的人进行数据提交,保证数据接收方接收到的数据均为具有数据提交权限的用户所提交,提高接收方接收到的数据的准确性。
在一些实施例中,上述方法还包括:响应于检测到针对第二交互式消息卡片中数据提交控件的触发操作,展示提示信息。
在这里,上述提示信息可以用于提示第二交互式消息卡片不具有数据提交功能。
请参考图4,图4为展示上述提示信息的示意图。
在图4中,王五可以点击交互式消息卡片301中烧烤对应的确认按钮。然后,终端可以呈现“转发卡片不支持此操作”的字样的控件401,以提示王五,这张卡片不具有数据提交功能。
在一些实施例中,第一交互式消息卡片可以包括用于发送数据获取请求的请求控件。第二交互式消息卡片也可以包括请求控件。
请参考图5,图5示出了请求控件501和请求控件502。请求控件501可以是火锅店简介页面的链接。请求控件502可以是烧烤店简介页面的链接。
在一些实施例中,上述方法还可以包括:响应于检测到针对 第二交互式消息卡片中请求控件的触发操作,发送数据获取请求。
在图5的场景中,王五可以点击请求控件501或者请求控件502,以获取火锅店界面页面,或者烧烤店简介页面。
需要说明的是,对于第一交互式消息卡片中的请求控件,第二交互式消息卡片中保留其(即请求控件)请求功能。由此,可以实现通过第二交互式消息卡片获取更多信息(第二交互式消息卡片没有呈现的信息),提高信息获取效率。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:响应于检测到针对所述第二交互式消息卡片的转发操作,转发所述第二交互式消息卡片。
在这里,上述第二交互式消息卡片可以多次转发。
作为示例,在图3的应用场景中,王五接收到李四发送的交互式消息卡片后,可以接收再向例如赵六转发接收到的交互式消息卡片。
需要说明的是,上述执行主体接收到的交互式消息卡片,可以再次转发,可以实现以交互式消息卡片为载体,实现消息的快速传播,提高信息传递效率。
在一些实施例中,第一终端转发的消息为至少两条。
在一些应用场景中,第一终端可以合并或者逐条转发消息,至其它电子设备。
在一些实施例中,第一终端转发的至少两条消息中包括至少一个第一交互式消息卡片。

需要说明的是,第一终端可以将第一交互式消息卡片与其它消息一起(合并或者逐条)转发。上述执行主体可以展示接收到的各种类型的消息。不仅可以减少第一终端的操作,也可以提高上述执行主体的信息获取效率。
在一些应用场景中,至少两条消息,可能包括一个或者多个交互式消息卡片。作为示例,如果包括至少两个交互式消息卡片, 可以将需要转发的交互式消息卡片逐条或者合并转发。
在一些实施例中,上述第一终端可以通过转发步骤转发第一交互式消息卡片。请参考图6,转发步骤可以包括图6所示步骤601、步骤602和步骤603。

需要说明的是,第一终端的上述转发步骤,可以实现快速转发第一交互式消息卡片,减少第一终端用户的信息输入量,减少了第一终端的计算量,以及可以提高第一终端用户和转发对象之间的信息交互效率。
在一些实施例中,第一终端接收的第一交互式消息卡片,可以通过生成步骤生成。
在一些实施例中,生成步骤可以包括:将转发参数与第一交互式消息卡片建立关联关系。
在这里,转发参数可以用于指示第一交互式消息卡片是否可以转发。转发参数可以预先设置。
在一些应用场景中,第一交互式消息卡片的生成方,可以自定义转发参数,以指示哪些卡片可以转发、哪些卡片不可以转发。
需要说明的是,通过转发参数,可以为第一交互式消息卡片是否可以转发设置选择空间。由此,可以根据实际应用场景设置选用适合实际应用场景的转发选项。
在一些实施例中,上述第一终端可以响应于确定第一交互式消息卡片可转发,基于用户操作唤起转发交互控件。
在这里,如果第一终端确定接收到的第一交互式消息卡片可转发,可以基于用户操作唤起转发操作,供用户进行转发。例如,用户单击右键所展示的控件栏中,可以展示转发控件。
在这里,如果第一终端确定接收到的第一交互式消息卡片不可转发,则用户的操作不能唤起转发控件。作为示例,用户单击右键所展示的控件栏中,没有转发控件。
需要说明的是,第一终端对于接收到的第一交互式消息卡片,可以基于转发参数确定是否该第一交互式消息卡片是否可转发。如果可以转发,则可以展示转发控件;如果不可转发,则不展示转发控件。由此,可以实现从转发源头控制第一交互式消息卡片是否可转发,避免不适合转发的第一交互式消息卡片被转发。从而,降低了数据泄露风险,保证了数据的安全性。
在一些实施例中,生成第一交互式消息卡片的生成步骤,可以包括:采用第三方应用生成第一交互式消息卡片。也就是第一交互式消息卡片可以由第三方应用执行。
在一些实施例中,通过具有消息交互功能的通信应用,可以接收第三方应用所生成的第一交互式消息卡片。
作为示例,第三方应用可以生成第一交互式消息卡片。第三方应用可以与通信应用互通。通信应用的用户,可以将通信应用获取的第一交互式消息卡片,发送至通信应用的其它用户,例如李四。
需要说明的是,通信应用可以获取第三方应用生成的第一交互式消息卡片,以及将第一交互式消息卡片发送至通信应用的用 户,可以提高通信应用用户的信息交互效率。
在一些实施例中,上述所述生成步骤可以包括:在通信应用中,唤起指示第三方应用的寄宿应用;采用所述寄宿应用,生成第一交互式消息卡片。
在这里,可以通过触发通信应用终端的功能控件,唤起指示第三方应用的寄宿应用。寄宿应用是寄宿在上述通信应用中的应用,例如,嵌入该通信应用的第三方应用小程序。寄宿应用可以实现所指示的第三方应用的部分或者全部功能。
在这里,用户可以通过操作寄宿应用,生成第一交互式消息卡片。
需要说明的是,在通信应用中使用寄宿应用,生成第一交互式消息卡片,可以避免跳转至上述第三方应用进行卡片生成。由此,可以减少设备中运行的应用数量,保证设备运行速度较快;并且可以节省启动第三方应用以及跳转到第三方应用的时间。从而,可以提高生成卡片的速度。
在一些实施例中,所述生成步骤包括:响应于唤起所述寄宿应用,在所述通信应用的界面弹出的侧边栏展示所述寄宿应用。
需要说明的是,将寄宿应用展示在通信应用界面的侧边栏,可以方便用户操作寄宿应用,提高生成第一交互式消息卡片的生成速度。并且,可以尽可能减少寄宿应用占用通信应用界面的面积,提高通信应用的界面利用率。
在一些实施例中,上述采用第三方应用生成第一交互式消息卡片,可以包括:调用支持通信应用的服务器提供的卡片生成接口,生成第一交互式消息卡片。
在这里,支持通信应用的服务器,可以提供卡片生成接口。上述第三方应用通过上述卡片生成接口,可以实现便捷地实施卡片生成。
作为示例,支持通信应用的服务器,可以提供卡片结构获取接口、卡片元素获取接口、卡片参数设置接口等。通过卡片结构获取接口,可以获取卡片的框架结构。通过卡片元素获取接口, 可以获取交互控件样式等卡片元素。通过卡片参数设置接口,可以设置例如转发参数等卡片参数。
需要说明的是,支持通信应用的服务器提供的卡片生成接口,可以提供适合通信应用的卡片生成方式。换句话说,第三方应用通过上述卡片生成接口生成的卡片,再接入到上述通信应用进行传播,可以保证上述卡片与通信应用的数据匹配度,至少可以避免出现上述通信应用不能识别上述卡片的情况发生。
另一方面,支持通信应用的服务器提供卡片生成接口,可以为用户生成第一交互式消息卡片提供便捷条件,提高用户生成以及使用第一交互式消息卡片的概率,从而可以提高通信应用中以第一交互式消息卡片为载体进行信息传播的概率,进而提高通信应用整体的信息交互效率。
进一步参考图8,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种信息展示装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图1所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图8所示,本实施例的信息展示装置包括:获取单元801、生成单元802和展示单元803。其中,获取单元,用于获取第一终端转发的第一交互式消息卡片,其中,第一终端的展示的第一交互式消息卡片包括数据提交控件,数据提交控件用于响应用户交互操作收集用户数据以及将收集的用户数据发送至其它电子设备;生成单元,用于根据第一交互式消息卡片,生成第二交互式消息卡片,其中,所述第二交互式消息卡片包括的数据提交控件不具有数据收集功能;展示单元,用于展示第二交互式消息卡片。
在本实施例中,信息展示装置的获取单元801、生成单元802和展示单元803的具体处理及其所带来的技术效果可分别参考图1对应实施例中步骤101、步骤102和步骤103的相关说明,在此不再赘述。
根据权利要求1所述的方法,在一些实施例中,所述装置还 用于:响应于检测到针对第二交互式消息卡片中数据提交控件的触发操作,展示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示所述第二交互式消息卡片不具有数据提交的功能。
在一些实施例中,所述第一交互式消息卡片包括用于发送数据获取请求的请求控件,其中,所述第二交互式消息卡片包括请求控件;以及所述装置还用于:响应于检测到针对第二交互式消息卡片中请求控件的触发操作,发送数据获取请求。

如图9所示,系统架构可以包括终端设备901、902、903,网络904,服务器905。网络904用以在终端设备901、902、903和服务器905之间提供通信链路的介质。网络904可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
终端设备901、902、903可以通过网络904与服务器905交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备901、902、903上可以安装有各种客户端应用,例如网页浏览器应用、搜索类应用、新闻资讯类应用。终端设备901、902、903中的客户端应用可以接收用户的指令,并根据用户的指令完成相应的功能,例如根据用户的指令在信息中添加相应信息。
终端设备901、902、903可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端设备901、902、903为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当终端设备901、902、903为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的软件或软件模 块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
服务器905可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如接收终端设备901、902、903发送的信息获取请求,根据信息获取请求通过各种方式获取信息获取请求对应的展示信息。并展示信息的相关数据发送给终端设备901、902、903。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例所提供的信息展示方法可以由终端设备执行,相应地,信息展示装置可以设置在终端设备901、902、903中。此外,本公开实施例所提供的信息展示方法还可以由服务器905执行,相应地,信息展示装置可以设置于服务器905中。
应该理解,图9中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
下面参考图10,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备(例如图9中的终端设备或服务器)的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图10示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图10所示,电子设备可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)1001,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)1002中的程序或者从存储装置1008加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)1003中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 1003中,还存储有电子设备1000操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置1001、ROM 1002以及RAM 1003通过总线1004彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口1005也连接至总线1004。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口1005:包括例如触摸屏、 触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置1006;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置1007;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置1008;以及通信装置1009。通信装置1009可以允许电子设备与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图10示出了具有各种装置的电子设备,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种信息展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取第一终端转发的第一交互式消息卡片,其中,第一终端的展示的第一交互式消息卡片包括数据提交控件,数据提交控件用于响应用户交互操作收集用户数据以及将收集的用户数据发送至其它电子设备;
    根据第一交互式消息卡片,生成第二交互式消息卡片,其中,所述第二交互式消息卡片包括的数据提交控件不具有数据收集功能;
    展示第二交互式消息卡片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到针对第二交互式消息卡片中数据提交控件的触发操作,展示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息用于提示所述第二交互式消息卡片不具有数据提交的功能。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一交互式消息卡片包括用于发送数据获取请求的请求控件,其中,所述第二交互式消息卡片包括请求控件;以及
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到针对第二交互式消息卡片中请求控件的触发操作,发送数据获取请求。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到针对所述第二交互式消息卡片的转发操作,转发所述第二交互式消息卡片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,第一终端转发的消息为至少两条,至少两条消息中包括至少一个第一交互式消息卡片;以及
    所述展示第二交互式消息卡片,包括:
    展示包括第一交互式消息卡片的至少两条消息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端通过转发步骤转发第一交互式消息卡片,其中,所述转发步骤包括:
    展示第一交互式消息卡片;
    响应于检测到针对第一交互式消息卡片的转发操作,确定所述转发操作针对的转发对象;
    将所述第一交互式消息卡片,转发至所述转发对象所指示的第二终端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,第一终端接收的第一交互式消息卡片通过生成步骤生成;
    其中,所述生成步骤包括:
    将转发参数与第一交互式消息卡片建立关联关系,其中,转发参数用于指示第一交互式消息卡片是否可转发,接收到第一交互式消息卡片的第一终端基于所述转发参数确定是否所述第一交互式消息卡片是否可转发。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,第一终端响应于确定第一交互式消息卡片可转发,基于用户操作唤起转发交互控件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,生成第一交互式消息卡片的生成步骤包括:采用第三方应用生成第一交互式消息卡片,其中,通过具有消息交互功能的通信应用,接收第三方 应用所生成的第一交互式消息卡片。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生成步骤包括:
    在通信应用中,唤起指示第三方应用的寄宿应用;
    采用所述寄宿应用,生成第一交互式消息卡片。

    响应于唤起所述寄宿应用,在所述通信应用的界面弹出的侧边栏展示所述寄宿应用。

  13. 一种信息展示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取第一终端转发的第一交互式消息卡片,其中,第一终端的展示的第一交互式消息卡片包括数据提交控件,数据提交控件用于响应用户交互操作收集用户数据以及将收集的用户数据发送至其它电子设备;
    生成单元,用于根据第一交互式消息卡片,生成第二交互式消息卡片,其中,所述第二交互式消息卡片包括的数据提交控件不具有数据收集功能;
    展示单元,用于展示第二交互式消息卡片。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法。
