本申请实施例的在线文档插入信息方法,通过在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符;响应于触发字符,在文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面;响应于检索字符,在内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,内容信息条目包括联系人、文档或者群组;响应于对内容信息条目的操作,在当前文档的第一区域显示内容信息条目的链接。由此,在线文档插入信息可以为提及用户、插入文档、群名片、表格等,使文档表达能力更丰富,以及能够通过搜索快速找到插入信息,提高创作效率。
为达上述目的,本申请第二方面实施例提出了一种在线文档插入信息装置,包括:
接收模块,用于在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,所述内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符;
第一生成模块,用于响应于所述触发字符,在所述文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面;
第二生成模块,用于响应于所述检索字符,在所述内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,所述内容信息条目包括联系人、文档或者群组;
显示模块,用于响应于对所述内容信息条目的操作,在所述当前文档的第一区域显示所述内容信息条目的链接。
进一步的,所述第二生成模块,具体用于:
在所述内容展示界面显示所述联系人的用户名称;
在所述内容展示界面显示所述文档和所述文档名称;和/或,
在所述内容展示界面显示所述群组的群名片。
进一步的,所述显示模块,具体用于:
响应于对所述联系人、文档或者群组的操作,在所述当前文档的第一区域按照所述触发字符和所述检索字符的接收顺序显示所述联系人、文档或者群组的链接。
进一步的,所述的装置,还包括:
点击显示模块,用于响应于对所述内容信息条目中的联系人链接的点击操作,显示所述联系人的用户名片;
第一点击跳转模块,用于响应于对所述内容信息条目中的文档的链接的点击操作,跳转到所述文档;
第二点击跳转模块,用于响应于对所述内容信息条目中的群组的链接的点击操作,跳转到通信应用程序中所述群聊。
进一步的,所述的装置,还包括:
获取模块,用于获取所述当前文档对应的当前用户权限;
确定模块,用于根据所述当前用户权限确定是否进行跳转。
本申请实施例的在线文档插入信息装置,通过在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符;响应于触发字符,在文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面;响应于检索字符,在内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,内容信息条目包括联系人、文档或者群组;响应于对内容信息条目的操作,在当前文档的第一区域显示内容信息条目的链接。由此,在线文档插入信息可以为提及用户、插入文档、群名片、表格等,使文档表达能力更丰富,以及能够通过搜索快速找到插入信息,提高创作效率。
为达上述目的,本申请第三方面实施例提出了一种电子设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如上所述的在线文档插入信息方法。
为了实现上述目的,本申请第四方面实施例提出了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的在线文档插入信息方法。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考附图描述本申请实施例的在线文档插入信息方法及装置。
图1为本申请实施例提供的一种在线文档插入信息方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,该在线文档插入信息方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101、在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符。
在实际应用中,可以根据实际应用需要,在线文档通过触发字符比如“@”来提及用户,但是插入的信息内容比较单一,需要进一步支持可以插入群名片和表格等信息内容,以及能够进行针对性搜索获取插入内容。
因此,本申请提出一种在线文档插入信息方法,能够在当前文档的特定区域接收触发字符和/或检索字符,并响应与触发字符显示联系人、文档或者群组等多个内容信息条目,以及响应于对内容信息条目的操作,在当前文档的第一区域显示内容信息条目的链接,从而在线文档插入信息可以为提及用户、插入文档、群名片、表格等,使文档表达能力更丰富,以及能够通过搜索快速找到插入信息,提高创作效率。
具体地,在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,可以理解的是,内容信息可以包括触发字符、检索字符等一种或者多种,另外内容信息的形式可以有很多种,比如触发字符为“@”、检索字符为用户名称、文档名称和群组名称,内容信息的形式为“@用户名称@文档名称@群组名”或者是“@用户名称文档名称群组名称”等,用户可以根据实际应用需要进行输入。
步骤102、响应于触发字符,在文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面。
步骤103、响应于检索字符,在内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,内容信息条目包括联系人、文档或者群组。
具体地,接收到内容信息可以仅仅包括触发字符,也可以包括触发字符和检索字符,首先响应于触发字符,在文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面,如果仅仅包括触发字符的情况下,可以在内容展示界面显示默认界面,以及按照用户使用频率等因素向用户推荐联系人、文档或者群组等内容信息;如果还包括检索字符,则响应于检索字符,在内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,比如在内容展示界面显示联系人的用户名称;在内容展示界面显示文档和文档名称;和/或,在内容展示界面显示群组的群名片。
步骤104、响应于对内容信息条目的操作,在当前文档的第一区域显示内容信息条目的链接。
具体地,可以对内容信息条目中的一个或者多个进行操作,由此,可以响应于对内容信息条目的操作,在当前文档的第一区域显示内容信息条目的链接,作为一种示例,响应于对联系人、文档或者群组的操作,在当前文档的第一区域按照触发字符和检索字符的接收顺序显示联系人、文档或者群组的链接,也就是说,按照检索字符的顺序在当前文档的第一区域从上到下、从左到右从顺序进行显示,另外也可以根据用户操作习惯在当前文档的第一区域各个预设位置显示联系人、文档或者群组的链接。
基于上述实施例的描述,在步骤104之后,还包括:对内容信息条目中的联系人的链接进行点击,显示联系人的用户名片,和/或,对内容信息条目中的文档的链接进行点击,跳转到文档,对内容信息条目中的群组的链接进行点击,跳转到通信应用程序中群聊。
需要说明的是,为了进一步提高安全性,在跳转到文档、或跳转到通信应用程序中群聊之前获取当前文档对应的当前用户权限,根据当前用户权限确定是否进行跳转。其中,当前用户权限可以根据用户所在部门、用户所在职位等信息确定用户是否阅读该文档的权限以及加入该群组的权限。
也就是说,当点击内容信息条目的链接之后不同的链接会有不同的后续操作,比如点击联系人的链接会显示联系人的用户名片,里面有照片、基本信息发起聊天按钮等等;比如点击文档的链接是直接跳转到该文档;点击群组的链接是跳转到通信应用程序中该群组的群聊中,以及文档和群组的跳转都需要当前用户有访问权限,以提高安全性。
为了本领域人员更加清楚上述过程,下面结合图2和图3进行详细说明,具体如下:
图2为本申请实施例提供的一种在线文档插入信息方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该在线文档插入信息方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201、在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符。
步骤202、响应于触发字符,在文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面。
步骤203,响应于检索字符,在在内容展示界面显示联系人的用户名称,在内容展示界面显示文档和文档名称,在内容展示界面显示群组的群名片。
步骤204,响应于对联系人、文档或者群组的操作,在当前文档的第一区域按照触发字符和检索字符的接收顺序显示联系人、文档或者群组的链接。
步骤205,对内容信息条目中的联系人的链接进行点击,显示联系人的用户名片,对内容信息条目中的文档的链接进行点击,跳转到文档,对内容信息条目中的群组的链接进行点击,跳转到通信应用程序中群聊。
具体地,如图3所示,第一,比如图3a所示界面,点击工具栏的按钮或键盘输入触发字符和/或检索字符,比如@联系人/@文档/@群组/@表格。
第二,在当前文档中生成内容展示界面,以及如果仅仅包括触发字符的情况下,可以在内容展示界面显示默认界面比如图3b所示,如果还包括检索字符,则响应于检索字符,在内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,比如在内容展示界面显示联系人的用户名称;在内容展示界面显示文档和文档名称;和/或,在内容展示界面显示群组的群名片,比如响应于对内容信息条目的操作,在当前文档的第一区域显示内容信息条目的链接,图3c所示,在内容展示界面显示联系人的用户名称;和/或,在内容展示界面显示文档和文档名称;和/或,在内容展示界面显示群组的群名片。
第三,响应于对联系人、文档或者群组的操作,在当前文档的第一区域按照触发字符和检索字符的接收顺序显示联系人、文档或者群组的链接比如图3c所示,在当前文档的第一区域从上到下显示,第四,对内容信息条目中的联系人的链接进行点击,显示联系人的用户名片,和/或,对内容信息条目中的文档的链接进行点击,跳转到文档,对内容信息条目中的群组的链接进行点击,跳转到通信应用程序中群聊。由此,在线文档通过触发字符提及用户、插入文档、群名片、表格等,使文档表达能力更丰富,以及能够通过搜索和推荐快速找到插入信息,提高创作效率。
本申请实施例的在线文档插入信息方法,通过在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符;响应于触发字符,在文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面;响应于检索字符,在内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,内容信息条目包括联系人、文档或者群组;响应于对内容信息条目的操作,在当前文档的第一区域显示内容信息条目的链接。由此,在线文档插入信息可以为提及用户、插入文档、群名片、表格等,使文档表达能力更丰富,以及能够通过搜索快速找到插入信息,提高创作效率。
图4为本申请实施例提供的一种在线文档插入信息装置的结构示意图。如图4所示, 包括:接收模块401、第一生成模块402、第二生成模块403和显示模块404。
其中,接收模块401,用于在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,所述内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符。
第一生成模块402,用于响应于触发字符,在文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面。
第二生成模块403,用于响应于检索字符,在内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,内容信息条目包括联系人、文档或者群组。
显示模块404,用于响应于对内容信息条目的操作,在当前文档的第一区域显示内容信息条目的链接。
在本申请的一个实施例中,第二生成模块403,具体用于:在内容展示界面显示联系人的用户名称;和/或,在内容展示界面显示文档和文档名称;和/或,在内容展示界面显示群组的群名片。
在本申请的一个实施例中,显示模块404,具体用于:响应于对联系人、文档或者群组的操作,在当前文档的第一区域按照触发字符和检索字符的接收顺序显示联系人、文档或者群组的链接。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,如图5所示,所述装置还包括:点击显示模块405、第一点击跳转模块406和第二点击跳转模块407。
点击显示模块405,用于响应于对内容信息条目中的联系人链接的点击操作,显示联系人的用户名片。
第一点击跳转模块406,用于响应于对内容信息条目中的文档的链接的点击操作,跳转到该文档。
第二点击跳转模块407,用于响应于对内容信息条目中的群组的链接的点击操作,跳转到通信应用程序中群聊。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,如图6所示,所述装置还包括:获取模块508和确定模块409。
获取模块408,用于获取所述当前文档对应的当前用户权限。
确定模块409,用于根据所述当前用户权限确定是否进行跳转。
本申请实施例的在线文档插入信息装置,通过在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符;响应于触发字符,在文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面;响应于检索字符,在内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,内容信息条目包括联系人、文档或者群组;响应于对内容信息条目的操作,在当前文档的第一区域显示内容信息条目的链接。由此,在线文档插入信息可以为提及用户、插入文档、群名片、表格等,使文档表达能力更丰富,以及能够通过搜索快速找到插入信息,提高创作效率。
下面参考图7,其示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的电子设备900的结构示意图。本申请实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图7示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图7所示,电子设备900可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)901,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)902中的程序或者从存储装置908加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)903中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 903中,还存储有电子设备900操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置901、ROM 902以及RAM 903通过总线904彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口905也连接至总线904。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口905:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置906;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置907;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置908;以及通信装置909。通信装置909可以允许电子设备900与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图7示出了具有各种装置的电子设备900,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种在线文档插入信息方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,所述内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符;
    响应于所述触发字符,在所述文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面;
    响应于所述检索字符,在所述内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,所述内容信息条目包括联系人、文档或者群组;
    响应于对所述内容信息条目的操作,在所述当前文档的第一区域显示所述内容信息条目的链接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,包括:
    在所述内容展示界面显示所述联系人的用户名称;
    在所述内容展示界面显示所述文档和所述文档名称;和/或,
    在所述内容展示界面显示所述群组的群名片。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于对所述内容信息条目的操作,在所述当前文档的第一区域显示所述内容信息条目的链接,包括:
    响应于对所述联系人、文档或者群组的操作,在所述当前文档的第一区域按照所述触发字符和所述检索字符的接收顺序显示所述联系人、文档或者群组的链接。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于对所述内容信息条目中的联系人链接的点击操作,显示所述联系人的用户名片;和/或,
    响应于对所述内容信息条目中的文档的链接的点击操作,跳转到所述文档;和/或,
    响应于对所述内容信息条目中的群组的链接的点击操作,跳转到通信应用程序中所述群聊。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述跳转到所述文档、或所述跳转到通信应用程序中所述群聊之前,还包括:
    获取所述当前文档对应的当前用户权限;
    根据所述当前用户权限确定是否进行跳转。
  6. 一种在线文档插入信息装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于在当前文档的第一区域接收内容信息,所述内容信息包括触发字符和/或检索字符;
    第一生成模块,用于响应于所述触发字符,在所述文档的第二区域生成内容展示界面;
    第二生成模块,用于响应于所述检索字符,在所述内容展示界面生成内容信息条目,所述内容信息条目包括联系人、文档或者群组;
    显示模块,用于响应于对所述内容信息条目的操作,在所述当前文档的第一区域显示所述内容信息条目的链接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二生成模块,具体用于:
    在所述内容展示界面显示所述联系人的用户名称;
    在所述内容展示界面显示所述文档和所述文档名称;和/或,
    在所述内容展示界面显示所述群组的群名片。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块,具体用于:
    响应于对所述联系人、文档或者群组的操作,在所述当前文档的第一区域按照所述触发字符和所述检索字符的接收顺序显示所述联系人、文档或者群组的链接。
  9. 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    点击显示模块,用于响应于对所述内容信息条目中的联系人链接的点击操作,显示所述联系人的用户名片;和/或,
    第一点击跳转模块,用于响应于对所述内容信息条目中的文档的链接的点击操作,跳转到所述文档;和/或,
    第二点击跳转模块,用于响应于对所述内容信息条目中的群组的链接的点击操作,跳转到通信应用程序中所述群聊。
  10. 如权利要求6-9任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取模块,用于获取所述当前文档对应的当前用户权限;
    确定模块,用于根据所述当前用户权限确定是否进行跳转。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的在线文档插入信息方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的在线文档插入信息方法。
