技术领域
本公开实施例涉及计算机技术领域,例如涉及一种商服交互方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着直播电商行业的迅猛发展,直播购物已经变成了人们消费购物的一种重要的生活方式。主播作为商品和用户之间的全新的重要载体,起到的作用越来越重要。商家和主播会通过即时通讯软件向商家反馈各种问题以及进行相应的咨询。目前是通过行业运营人员使用即时通讯软件与商家、主播进行信息传递与服务对接,但由于人力原因沟通效率较低,不能满足商家和主播的使用体验。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种商服交互方法、装置、设备及存储介质,通过接入智能商服,帮助商家和主播解决问题,释放运营压力。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种商服交互方法,包括:
响应于确定即时通讯应用账号未绑定第二应用的第二账号,将接收的绑定提醒页面显示于当前界面中;其中,所述绑定提醒页面包括绑定跳转按钮;
响应于检测到用户对所述绑定跳转按钮的点击操作,控制当前界面跳转至绑定信息页面;所述绑定信息页面包括至少一个第二账号信息及与绑定按钮;
响应于检测到用户对所述绑定按钮的点击操作,所述即时通讯应用账号与所述至少一个第二账号绑定完成。
第二方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种商服交互装置,包括:
绑定提醒页面显示模块,设置为响应于确定即时通讯应用账号未绑定第二应用的第二账号,将接收的绑定提醒页面显示于当前界面中;其中,所述绑定提醒页面包括绑定跳转按钮;
绑定信息页面跳转模块,设置为响应于检测到用户对所述绑定跳转按钮的点击操作,控制当前界面跳转至绑定信息页面;所述绑定信息页面包括至少一个第二账号信息及与绑定按钮;
账号绑定模块,设置为响应于检测到用户对所述绑定按钮的点击操作,所述即时通讯应用账号与所述至少一个第二账号绑定完成。
第三方面,本公开实施例提供了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括:
一个或多个处理装置;
存储装置,设置为存储一个或多个程序;
当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理装置执行,使得所述一个或多个处理装置实现如本公开实施例所述的商服交互方法。

图1为本公开实施例提供的一种商服交互方法的流程图,该方法可以由商服交互装置来执行,该装置可由硬件和/或软件组成,并一般可集成在具有商服交互功能的设备中,该设备可以是服务器、移动终端或服务器集群等电子设备。如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤110,若即时通讯应用账号未绑定第二应用的第二账号,则将接收的绑定提醒页面显示于当前界面中。
其中,绑定提醒页面包括绑定跳转按钮。绑定提醒页面可以以消息卡片、小程序页面或者H5页面的形式展示。例如,即时通讯应用可以看作是第一应用,即时通讯应用的账号可以看作第一账号。第二应用是除第一应用之外的其他应用,第二账号是除第一账号之外的其他应用所对应的账号。
本实施例中,为了实现商服交互,需要客户端、事件监测中心及服务端配合实现。其中,客户端安装有即时通讯应用,事件监测中心用于对客户端的用户事件进行监测,服务端用于处理交互逻辑,且向事件监测中心配置绑定提醒页面。
例如,用户通过客户端登录即时通讯应用,事件监测中心监测到即时通讯应用账号未绑定第二应用的第二账号,则向客户端发送绑定提醒页面。客户端接收到绑定提醒页面时,将该绑定提醒页面显示于当前界面中。示例性的,图2a为绑定提醒页面的示例图,如图2a所示,绑定提醒页面包含提醒信息以及绑定跳转按钮,提醒信息中提醒用户通过点击绑定跳转按钮进行页面跳转。
步骤120,若检测到用户对绑定跳转按钮的点击操作,则控制当前界面跳转至绑定信息页面。
其中,绑定信息页面包括至少一个第二账号信息及与绑定按钮。本应用场景下,第二应用可以是电商应用或者直播应用,第二账号可以是在第二应用中注册的主播账号或者商家账号。第二账号和即时通讯应用账号属于同一个用户,通过用户身份标识码关联,如身份证或者手机号等。
例如,若检测到用户对绑定跳转按钮的点击操作,事件监测中心监测到用户的点击操作时,获取即时通讯应用账号携带的用户身份标识码,基于用户身份标识码向服务端获取至少一个第二账号,并基于第二账号信息生成绑定信息页面,最后将绑定信息页面发送至客户端,使得客户端当前界面由绑定提醒页面跳转至绑定信息页面。示例性的,图2b是本公开实施例中的绑定信息页面的示例图。如图2b所示,绑定信息页面账号A的信息以及账号B的信息以及绑定按钮,用户通过点击绑定按钮,与账号A和账号B进行绑定。
步骤130,若检测到用户对绑定按钮的点击操作,则即时通讯应用账号与至少一个第二账号绑定完成。
本实施例中,若用户点击了绑定按钮,则即时通讯应用账号与第二账号完成绑定,且绑定按钮变为解绑按钮,当用户不再绑定时,可以通过点击解绑按钮与第二账号实现解绑。
例如,绑定信息页面还包括新增按钮,若检测到用户对新增按钮的点击操作,则控制当前界面跳转至账号登录页面;接收用户通过信息输入框输入的登录信息,并检测到用户对登录按钮的点击操作时,即时通讯应用账号与新增的第二账号绑定完成。
其中,账号登录页面包括信息输入框和登录按钮,用于用户输入新增的第二账号信息,以实现即时通讯应用账号与新增的第二账号的绑定。示例性的。图2c是账号登录页面的示例图,如图2c所示,账号登录页面包括账号输入框及密码或者验证码输入框,当用户输入账号及验证码后,就可以实现即时通讯应用账号与新增的第二账号的绑定。
例如,在即时通讯应用账号与至少一个第二账号绑定完成之后,还包括如下步骤:若即时通讯应用账号与一个第二账号绑定,则将第一账户选择页面显示于当前界面;第一账户选择页面包括第二账号及访问商服按钮,若检测到用户对访问商服按钮的点击操作,则当前界面跳转至商服页面。
示例性的,图2d为本公开实施例中的第一账户选择页面的示例图,如图2d所示,第一账户选择页面中显示有与即时通讯应用账号绑定的第二账号以及访问商服按钮,当用户点击访问商服按钮后,当前界面跳转至商服页面,使得用户与智能商服进行沟通。
例如,在即时通讯应用账号与至少一个第二账号绑定完成之后,还包括如下步骤:若即时通讯应用账号与两个或者两个以上的第二账号绑定,则将第二账户选择页面显示于当前界面;确定用户从第二账号列表选择的第二账号,并检测到用户对访问商服按钮的点击操作时,则进入商服鉴权流程;若鉴权成功,则当前界面跳转至商服页面。
其中,第二账户选择页面包括第二账号列表及访问商服按钮。
示例性的,图2e为本公开实施例中的第二账户选择页面的示例图,如图2e所示,第二账户选择页面中显示有与即时通讯应用账号绑定的第二账号列表以及第二访问商服按钮,当用户从第二账号列表选择第二账号并点击访问商服按钮后,进入对即使通讯应用账号的商服鉴权流程,若鉴权成功,则当前界面跳转至商服页面,使得用户与智能商服进行沟通。
本公开实施例的技术方案,若即时通讯应用账号未绑定第二应用的第二账号,将接收的绑定提醒页面显示于当前界面中;其中,绑定提醒页面包括绑定跳转按钮;若检测到用户对绑定跳转按钮的点击操作,则控制当前界面跳转至绑定信息页面;绑定信息页面包括至少一个第二账号信息及与绑定按钮;若检测到用户对绑定按钮的点击操作,即时通讯应用账号与至少一个第二账号绑定完成。本公开实施例提供的商服交互方法,将即时通讯应用账号与至少一个第二应用的第二账号绑定,使得用户通过即时通讯应用与商服进行沟通,从而通过接入智能商服,帮助商家和主播解决问题,释放运营压力。
图3是本公开实施例提供的一种商服鉴权方法的流程图,如图3所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤210,设定服务前端通过地址链接跳转至商服应用。
其中,设定服务可以是电商服务,设定服务前端可以通过移动终端或者台式电脑(PC)进行展示。地址链接可以是超文本传输协议(HyperText Transfer Protocol,http)链接。本实施例中,用户通过PC或者移动终端访问设定服务前端,然后通过http链接跳转至商服应用所在的页面。
步骤220,商服应用向即时通讯应用发送通知信息,以登录即时通讯应用。
步骤230,设定服务前端获取鉴权码,并将鉴权码发送至商服应用,以初始化商服应用。
其中,鉴权码包括即时通讯应用标识码、商服渠道标识码、业务标识码及即时通讯应用验证码。即时通讯应用验证码可以是即时通讯应用cookie,即时通讯应用标识码可以是即时通讯应用ID,商服渠道标识码可以是商服渠道ID,业务标识码可以是业务ID(如主播ID或者店铺ID)。
例如,设定服务前端获取鉴权码的过程可以是,设定服务后端获取即时通讯应用验证码,并将即时通讯应用验证码发送至设定服务前端;设定服务前端基于即时通讯应用验证码、即时通讯应用标识码、商服渠道标识码及业务标识码生成鉴权码。
本实施例中,在登录即时通讯应用后,设定服务后端获取即时通讯应用cookie,并将即时通讯应用cookie发送至设定服务前端。设定服务前端将即时通讯应用cookie、即时通讯应用ID、商服渠道ID及业务ID发送至商服应用,以初始化商服应用。本实施例采用多个鉴权码进行鉴权,可以防止被攻击,从而保证数据传递过程中的保密性和完整性。
步骤240,商服应用根据鉴权码生成第一鉴权令牌,并将第一鉴权令牌和即时通讯应用验证码发送至设定服务后端。
其中,第一鉴权令牌可以是tokenParam。本实施例中,商服应用初始化完成后,根据接收到的即时通讯应用cookie、即时通讯应用ID、商服渠道ID及业务ID生成第一鉴权令牌,并将第一鉴权令牌和即时通讯应用cookie发送至设定服务后端。
步骤250,设定服务后端对第一鉴权令牌和即时通讯应用验证码进行鉴权,并将鉴权结果返回至商服应用。
其中,鉴权结果可以是鉴权成功或者鉴权失败。设定服务后端对第一鉴权令牌和即时通讯应用cookie进行鉴权后,获得鉴权结果,并将鉴权结果发送至商服应用,使得商服应用根据鉴权结果执行相应的操作。
例如,在将鉴权结果返回至商服应用之后,还包括如下步骤:若鉴权结果为成功,则商服应用生成商服统一资源定位符(uniform resource locator,URL)及第二鉴权令牌,根据URL和第二鉴权令牌将商服页面加载于即时通讯应用的界面中。
商服页面加载于即时通讯应用的界面中后,用户就可以通过即时通讯应用与智能客户进行交流。帮助商家和主播解决问题,释放运营压力。
本实施例中,若鉴权失败,则在商服页面中显示鉴权失败的信息。
本实施例的技术方案,设定服务前端通过地址链接跳转至商服应用;商服应用向即时通讯应用发送通知信息,以登录即时通讯应用;设定服务前端获取鉴权码,并将鉴权码发送至商服应用,以初始化商服应用;鉴权码包括即时通讯应用标识码、商服渠道标识码、业务标识码及即时通讯应用验证码;商服应用根据鉴权码生成第一鉴权令牌,并将第一鉴权令牌和即时通讯应用验证码发送至设定服务后端;设定服务后端对第一鉴权令牌和即时通讯应用验证码进行鉴权,并将鉴权结果返回至商服应用。采用多个鉴权码进行鉴权,可以防止被攻击,从而保证数据传递过程中的保密性和完整性。

下面参考图5,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备300的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的电子设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端,或者多种形式的服务器,如独立服务器或者服务器集群。图5示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图5所示,电子设备300可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)301,其可以根据存储在只读存储装置(ROM)302中的程序或者从存储装置305加载到随机访问存储装置(RAM)303中的程序而执行多种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 303中,还存储有电子设备300操作所需的多种程序和数据。处理装置301、ROM 302以及RAM 303通过总线304彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口305也连接至总线304。

根据本公开实施例的一个或多个实施例,本公开实施例公开了一种商服交互方法,包括:
响应于确定即时通讯应用账号未绑定第二应用的第二账号,将接收的绑定提醒页面显示于当前界面中;其中,所述绑定提醒页面包括绑定跳转按钮;
响应于检测到用户对所述绑定跳转按钮的点击操作,控制当前界面跳转至绑定信息页面;所述绑定信息页面包括至少一个第二账号信息及与绑定按钮;
响应于检测到用户对所述绑定按钮的点击操作,所述即时通讯应用账号与所述至少一个第二账号绑定完成。
例如,所述绑定信息页面还包括新增按钮;
响应于检测到用户对所述新增按钮的点击操作,控制当前界面跳转至账号登录页面;所述账号登录页面包括信息输入框和登录按钮;
接收用户通过所述信息输入框输入的登录信息,并检测到用户对所述登录按钮的点击操作时,所述即时通讯应用账号与新增的第二账号绑定完成。
例如,在所述即时通讯应用账号与所述至少一个第二账号绑定完成之后,还包括:
响应于确定所述即时通讯应用账号与一个第二账号绑定,将第一账户选择页面显示于当前界面;所述第一账户选择页面包括所述第二账号及访问商服按钮;
响应于检测到用户对所述访问商服按钮的点击操作,所述当前界面跳转至商服页面。
例如,在所述即时通讯应用账号与所述至少一个第二账号绑定完成之后,还包括:
响应于确定所述即时通讯应用账号与两个或者两个以上的第二账号绑定,将第二账户选择页面显示于当前界面;所述第二账户选择页面包括所述第二账号列表及访问商服按钮;
确定用户从所述第二账号列表选择的第二账号,并检测到用户对所述访问商服按钮的点击操作时,则进入商服鉴权流程;
响应于确定鉴权成功,所述当前界面跳转至商服页面。
例如,商服鉴权的方式为:
设定服务前端通过地址链接跳转至商服应用;
商服应用向即时通讯应用发送通知信息,以登录所述即时通讯应用;
所述设定服务前端获取鉴权码,并将所述鉴权码发送至所述商服应用,以初始化所述商服应用;所述鉴权码包括即时通讯应用标识码、商服渠道标识码、业务标识码及即时通讯应用验证码;
所述商服应用根据所述鉴权码生成第一鉴权令牌,并将所述第一鉴权令牌和所述即时通讯应用验证码发送至设定服务后端;
所述设定服务后端对所述第一鉴权令牌和所述即时通讯应用验证码进行鉴权,并将鉴权结果返回至所述商服应用。
例如,所述设定服务前端获取鉴权码,包括:
设定服务后端获取所述即时通讯应用验证码,并将所述即时通讯应用验证码发送至设定服务前端;
所述设定服务前端基于所述即时通讯应用验证码、即时通讯应用标识码、商服渠道标识码及业务标识码生成鉴权码。
例如,在将鉴权结果返回至所述商服应用之后,还包括:
响应于确定鉴权结果为成功,所述商服应用生成商服统一资源定位符URL及第二鉴权令牌;
根据所述URL和所述第二鉴权令牌将商服页面加载于所述即时通讯应用的界面中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种商服交互方法,包括:
    响应于确定即时通讯应用账号未绑定第二应用的第二账号,将接收的绑定提醒页面显示于当前界面中;其中,所述绑定提醒页面包括绑定跳转按钮;
    响应于检测到用户对所述绑定跳转按钮的点击操作,控制当前界面跳转至绑定信息页面;所述绑定信息页面包括至少一个第二账号信息及与绑定按钮;
    响应于检测到用户对所述绑定按钮的点击操作,所述即时通讯应用账号与所述至少一个第二账号绑定完成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述绑定信息页面还包括新增按钮;
    响应于检测到用户对所述新增按钮的点击操作,控制当前界面跳转至账号登录页面;所述账号登录页面包括信息输入框和登录按钮;
    接收用户通过所述信息输入框输入的登录信息,并检测到用户对所述登录按钮的点击操作时,所述即时通讯应用账号与新增的第二账号绑定完成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述即时通讯应用账号与所述至少一个第二账号绑定完成之后,还包括:
    响应于确定所述即时通讯应用账号与一个第二账号绑定,将第一账户选择页面显示于当前界面;所述第一账户选择页面包括所述第二账号及访问商服按钮;
    响应于检测到用户对所述访问商服按钮的点击操作,所述当前界面跳转至商服页面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述即时通讯应用账号与所述至少一个第二账号绑定完成之后,还包括:
    响应于确定所述即时通讯应用账号与两个或者两个以上的第二账号绑定,将第二账户选择页面显示于当前界面;所述第二账户选择页面包括所述第二账号列表及访问商服按钮;
    确定用户从所述第二账号列表选择的第二账号,并检测到用户对所述访问商服按钮的点击操作时,则进入商服鉴权流程;
    响应于确定鉴权成功,所述当前界面跳转至商服页面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述商服鉴权的方式为:
    设定服务前端通过地址链接跳转至商服应用;
    商服应用向即时通讯应用发送通知信息,以登录所述即时通讯应用;
    所述设定服务前端获取鉴权码,并将所述鉴权码发送至所述商服应用,以初始化所述商服应用;所述鉴权码包括即时通讯应用标识码、商服渠道标识码、业务标识码及即时通讯应用验证码;
    所述商服应用根据所述鉴权码生成第一鉴权令牌,并将所述第一鉴权令牌和所述即时通讯应用验证码发送至设定服务后端;
    所述设定服务后端对所述第一鉴权令牌和所述即时通讯应用验证码进行鉴权,并将鉴权结果返回至所述商服应用。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述设定服务前端获取鉴权码,包括:
    设定服务后端获取所述即时通讯应用验证码,并将所述即时通讯应用验证码发送至设定服务前端;
    所述设定服务前端基于所述即时通讯应用验证码、即时通讯应用标识码、商服渠道标识码及业务标识码生成鉴权码。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在将鉴权结果返回至所述商服应用之后,还包括:
    响应于确定鉴权结果为成功,所述商服应用生成商服统一资源定位符URL及第二鉴权令牌;
    根据所述URL和所述第二鉴权令牌将商服页面加载于所述即时通讯应用的界面中。
  8. 一种商服交互装置,包括:
    绑定提醒页面显示模块,设置为响应于确定即时通讯应用账号未绑定第二应用的第二账号,将接收的绑定提醒页面显示于当前界面中;其中,所述绑定提醒页面包括绑定跳转按钮;
    绑定信息页面跳转模块,设置为响应于检测到用户对所述绑定跳转按钮的点击操作,控制当前界面跳转至绑定信息页面;所述绑定信息页面包括至少一个第二账号信息及与绑定按钮;
    账号绑定模块,设置为响应于检测到用户对所述绑定按钮的点击操作,所述即时通讯应用账号与所述至少一个第二账号绑定完成。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括:一个或多个处理装置;
    存储装置,设置为存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理装置执行,使得所述一个或多个处理装置实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的商服交互方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理装置执行时实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的商服交互方法。
