Claims (13)
- 스위치;제1단이 상기 스위치의 컬렉터 단자에 연결되고, 제2단이 제1 전원에 연결되는 제1 저항;제1단이 상기 스위치의 컬렉터 단자에 연결되고, 제2단이 신호 출력 단자에 연결되는 제2 저항;제1단이 상기 제2 저항의 제2단에 연결되고, 제2단이 제1 접지 단자에 연결되는 제3 저항;상기 스위치의 베이스 단자에 캐소드 단자가 전기적으로 연결되는 다이오드를 포함하고,상기 스위치의 에미터 단자는 전원공급장치의 제2 접지 단자와 전기적으로 연결되는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스위치는,NPN 타입의 양극성 접합 트랜지스터를 포함하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1단이 상기 신호 출력 단자에 연결되고, 제2단이 상기 제1 접지 단자에 연결되는 캐패시터;를 더 포함하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러.
- 전기 자동차 전원공급장치의 제1 포트와 전기 자동차의 제2 포트가 연결되면, 제어 신호에 따라 스위칭 신호를 생성하는 신호 생성부;상기 스위칭 신호를 통해 상기 제2 포트의 일단에 연결된 스위치 소자를 턴온시키는 스위칭부;상기 제2 포트와 전기적으로 연결된 복수의 저항에 의해 전기 자동차의 제1 전원에서 공급되는 전압을 분배하는 전압 분배부;상기 복수의 저항에 의해 분배된 전압을 센싱하여 센싱 전압을 생성하는 센싱부; 및상기 센싱 전압의 전압값에 따라 상기 전기 자동차 전원공급장치와의 연결 상태를 판단하는 판단부;를 포함하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 판단부는,상기 센싱 전압의 전압값이 0이면 전원공급장치의 전원이 그라운드에 쇼트된 상태로 판단하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 판단부는,상기 센싱 전압의 전압값이 제1 참조값에 대응하면 상기 제1 포트와 상기 제2 포트가 전기적으로 연결되지 않은 상태로 판단하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 판단부는,상기 센싱 전압의 전압값이 제1 참조값 미만이면 상기 제1 포트와 상기 제2 포트가 전기적으로 연결된 상태로 판단하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 전기 자동차가 배터리를 충전 진행중일 때 상기 센싱 전압의 전압값이 제1 참조값에 대응하면, 상기 전기 자동차의 배터리가 쇼트된 상태로 판단하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러.
- 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러를 이용한 연결 상태 판단 방법에 있어서,전기 자동차 전원공급장치의 제1 포트와 전기 자동차의 제2 포트가 연결되면, 제어 신호에 따라 스위칭 신호를 생성하는 단계;상기 스위칭 신호를 통해 상기 제2 포트의 일단에 연결된 스위치 소자를 턴온시키는 단계;상기 제2 포트와 전기적으로 연결된 복수의 저항에 의해 전기 자동차의 제1 전원에서 공급되는 전압을 분배하는 단계;상기 복수의 저항에 의해 분배된 전압을 센싱하여 센싱 전압을 생성하는 단계; 및상기 센싱 전압의 전압값에 따라 상기 전기 자동차 전원공급장치와의 연결 상태를 판단하는 단계;를 포함하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러의 연결 상태 판단 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 연결 상태를 판단하는 단계는,상기 센싱 전압의 전압값이 0이면 전원공급장치의 전원이 그라운드에 쇼트된 상태로 판단하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러의 연결 상태 판단 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 연결 상태를 판단하는 단계는,상기 센싱 전압의 전압값이 제1 참조값에 대응하면 상기 제1 포트와 상기 제2 포트가 전기적으로 연결되지 않은 상태로 판단하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러의 연결 상태 판단 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 연결 상태를 판단하는 단계는,상기 센싱 전압의 전압값이 제1 참조값 미만이면 상기 제1 포트와 상기 제2 포트가 전기적으로 연결된 상태로 판단하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러의 연결 상태 판단 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 연결 상태를 판단하는 단계는,상기 전기 자동차가 배터리를 충전 진행중일 때 상기 센싱된 전압 값이 제1 참조값에 대응하면, 상기 전기 자동차의 배터리가 쇼트된 상태로 판단하는 전기 자동차 충전 컨트롤러의 연결 상태 판단 방법.
