目前市面上针对运动相机的镜头保护镜分为两种。一种为全框的镜头保护镜,用于潜水;另一种为单镜片保护镜,单镜片保护镜使用一块镜片保护相机的镜头不被划伤。但是,目前市面上的上述两种镜头保护镜,使用时都存在各自的问题:

因此,目前用户在针对不同场景拍摄时,需要更换特定的镜头保护镜,更换操作也较为繁琐,影响用户的使用体验,同时用户需要配置不同类型的保护镜,使用成本高。

本发明旨在至少解决上述技术问题之一,提供了一种镜头保护罩及拍摄装置,其兼顾有防尘防水保护和镜头保护的功能,且该镜头保护罩不会影响用户对拍摄设备的触屏操作。

另外,本发明实施例中若有“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系的用语,其为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系或常规放置状态或使用状态,其仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的结构、特征、装置或元件必须具有特定的方位或位置关系、也不是必须以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
在具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征和各实施例,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,例如通过不同的具体技术特征/实施例的组合可以形成不同的实施方式,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明中各个具体技术特征/实施例的各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
本发明中的拍摄设备2是指如手机、运动全景相机、智能手表或智能手环等设备。该拍摄设备2具有前置拍摄模组或/和后置拍摄模组,前置拍摄模组和后置拍摄模组的拍摄方向不同。具体为:前置拍摄模组和后置拍摄模组的拍摄方向相反。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供的一种镜头保护罩1,包括分设于拍摄设备2相对两侧表面的第一壳体11和第二壳体12,且第一壳体11或/和第二壳体12罩设于拍摄设备2中拍摄模组的位置处,第一壳体11或/和第二壳体12与拍摄设备2的表面接触并围成有密封空间(参见图7),第一壳体11和第二壳体12通过锁紧结构3连接,第一壳体11或/和第二壳体12安装有与拍摄设备2中拍摄模组对应的透明件4,例如,可在第一壳体11或/和第二壳体12上开设有取景窗口110,透明件4封盖于取景窗口110上,使得拍摄模组可透过透明件4来获取拍摄画面。
在本实施例中,拍摄设备2以具有前置拍摄模组23和后置拍摄模组24的运动全景相机为例进行说明,对应地,第一壳体11和第二壳体12上分别安装有与前置拍摄模组23和后置拍摄模组24对应的透明件4,前置拍摄模组23和后置拍摄模组24的镜头可以为鱼眼镜头。其中,如图5至7所示,第一壳体11和第二壳体12分别罩设在运动全景相机的前置拍摄模组23和后置拍摄模组24上,第一壳体11和拍摄设备2的表面接触并围成有第一密封空间201,第二壳体12和拍摄设备2的表面接触并围成有第二密封空间202。一方面,第一壳体11和第二壳体12分别用于保护运动全景相机的前置拍摄模组23和后置拍摄模组24,避免在日常使用过程中因磕碰甚至是意外跌落导致拍摄模组受损;另一方面,运动全景相机的前置拍摄模组23和后置拍摄模组24分别位于一个密封空间内,从而可以避免外界的粉尘、水和水汽等物质进入拍摄模组内,起到防尘防水保护作用,从而使得运动全景相机具有水下拍摄的功能。在水下进行拍摄时,可以提高拍摄模组的解像度。该镜头保护罩1结构小巧精致,配合拍摄设备2使用时,便于用户握持,同时拍摄设备2除拍摄模组外的其他部分(例如触摸屏21和各种功能按键22)位于镜头保护罩1外部,从而方便用户调整拍摄模式和拍摄参数,使用便捷,提升了用户的使用体验。
可选地,第一壳体11和第二壳体12与拍摄设备2的表面之间设置有密封圈5。通过密封圈5的作用,使得第一壳体11和拍摄设备2的表面之间、第二壳体12与拍摄设备2的表面之间的接触更加紧密,以确保良好的防尘防水效果。
可选地,如图3所示,第一壳体11和第二壳体12分别设置有环形安装槽50,例如,环形安装槽50设于在第一壳体11与拍摄设备2接触的端面上、第二壳体12在与拍摄设备2接触的端面上,密封圈5安装于环形安装槽50内,且密封圈5的高度高于环形安装槽50的深度,从而确保密封圈5与拍摄设备2的表面保持良好的接触,从而确保密封性能。实际应用中,若拍摄设备2仅有前置拍摄模组23或后置拍摄模组24时,可以只在第一壳体11或第二壳体12上对应设置有该密封圈5,或者,也可以同时在第一壳体11或第二壳体12上有该密封圈5。
具体地,在第一壳体11与拍摄设备2接触的端面、第二壳体12在与拍摄设备2接触的端面上还可设置缓冲层(图中未示出)。通过缓冲层的缓冲作用,在使用时可避免第一壳体11和第二壳体12直接作用于拍摄设备2,导致拍摄设备2的表面出现磨损。其中,缓冲层为泡棉层或橡胶层等。当在第一壳体11与拍摄设备2接触的端面、第二壳体12在与拍摄设备2接触的端面上设置有缓冲层时,密封圈5的高度大于环形安装槽50深度与缓冲层高度之和。
可选地,密封圈5为软胶圈。软胶圈具有一定的弹性,软胶圈压缩后可以产生一定的弹力,在与拍摄设备2接触时,保证密封圈5与拍摄设备2贴合。
优选地,密封圈5为硅胶圈。
可选地,如图4所示,密封圈5包括定位部51和设于定位部51上的接触部52,定位部51的横截面呈矩形,用于与环形安装槽50定位配合,便于装配定位,接触部52具有接触平面521和弧面522,接触平面521与定位部51贴合接触,弧面522连接于接触平面521相对两端,通过这样设置,接触部52与拍摄设备2接触时,因挤压变形由线接触变为面接触,来增大与拍摄设备2的接触面积,进一步保证密封圈5与拍摄设备2的贴合效果。
具体地,定位部51和接触部52为一体成型结构。
可选地,如图2所示,第一壳体11和第二壳体12之间通过铰接结构13连接,使得第一壳体11和第二壳体12可相对各自转动,使用简单便捷,尤其是当拍摄模组的镜头为鱼眼镜头时,通过铰接结构连接的方式可以使得第一壳体11和第二壳体12围绕铰接结构13翻转,从而在不损坏鱼眼镜头的情况下更方便地取下镜头保护罩。同时将第一壳体11和第二壳体12连接为一个整体,便于携带,解决了在不使用时出现部件容易遗落丢失的问题。
具体地,如图3所示,铰接结构13包括两根连接臂131和连接件132,第二壳体12连接有连接件132,两根连接臂131间隔设置的安装在第一壳体11上,连接件132设于两根连接臂131之间,两个连接臂131和连接件132均设置有供转轴134穿过的通孔133,第一壳体11和第二壳体12可以绕转轴134转动。
具体地,两个连接臂131与第一壳体11为一体成型结构,连接件132与第二壳体12为一体成型机构。
在实际应用中,两个连接臂131也可以设置在第二壳体12上,则连接件132连接于第一壳体11上。
在实际应用中,第一壳体11和第二壳体12还可以通过其他铰接结构进行连接。
可选地,锁紧结构3至少具有一个,当锁紧结构3为一个时,锁紧结构3与铰接结构13相对设置。
当锁紧结构3为两个时,如图6所示,两个锁紧结构3关于铰接结构13对称设置,使得第一壳体11和第二壳体12连接后的稳定性好,且结构美观。
可选地,锁紧结构3可为卡扣结构或螺纹锁紧结构或卡销结构等,可实现镜头保护罩1的快速拆装,方便用户使用。
具体地,如图3所示,锁紧结构3为卡扣结构。其中卡扣结构包括卡勾部31和卡槽32,卡勾部31转动连接于第一壳体11,以使得卡勾部31可相对第一壳体11转动,卡槽32设于第二壳体12。使用时,用户通过转动卡勾部31以使得卡勾部31靠近第二壳体12并卡接于卡槽32内,即可实现第一壳体11和第二壳体12的连接。当需要解除第一壳体11和第二壳体12连接时,掰动卡勾部31,使得卡勾部31从卡槽32内脱出即可。
作为另一种实施方式,卡勾部31转动也可以连接于第二壳体12上,卡槽32则设于第一壳体11上。
可选地,如图3所示,第一壳体11和第二壳体12设置有沉槽10,沉槽10用于安装透明件4。同时沉槽10还可对透明件4起到限位作用,便于装配。在一些实施例中,透明件4嵌于沉槽10内,且透明件4与沉槽10之间粘接连接。
可选地,透明件4与沉槽10之间可通过双面胶连接,使用双面胶贴附可以让透明件4在受到冲击时有一定的缓冲,解决了透明件4在受到冲击时容易碎裂的问题。
可选地,透明件4可为玻璃件、PC(聚碳酸酯)件或者亚克力件等。即透明件4选用透光性良好的材质制造,以使得拍摄模组获得清晰的画面。
具体地,参见图7,透明件4可以根据需要设置成具有预定曲率的结构,光线能够垂直于透明件4进入拍摄模组的镜头中,不必担心拍摄模组采集的图像会失真。
优选地,透明件4为玻璃件,玻璃件与PC(聚碳酸酯)件和者亚克力件相比,其硬度高,使得透明件4不容易被刮花。
本发明还提供了一种拍摄装置,如图5和图6所示,包括拍摄设备2和上述的镜头保护罩1。
本发明实施例所提供的一种镜头保护罩1及拍摄装置,通过将第一壳体11或/和第二壳体12罩设于拍摄设备2中拍摄模组位置处,来保护拍摄模组,避免日常使用中拍摄模组受损,同时,拍摄模组位于第一壳体11或/和第二壳体12与拍摄设备2的表面接触所围成的密封空间内,又可有效地阻止外界的灰尘、水汽和水等物质进入拍摄模组内,起到防尘防水的作用,使得拍摄设备2具有水下工作的功能。
本发明的镜头保护罩1兼顾有防尘防水保护和镜头保护的功能,跟拍摄设备2配合使用时,拍摄设备2除拍摄模组外的其他部分(例如触摸屏21和各种功能按键22)均位于镜头保护罩1外部,从而方便用户调整拍摄模式和拍摄参数,并且在原有拍摄设备基础上无新增手持端,在图像或视频后期的拼接剪辑中可以较易实现全景拼接效果,提升用户的使用体验。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种镜头保护罩,其特征在于,包括分设于拍摄设备相对两侧表面的第一壳体和第二壳体,且所述第一壳体或/和所述第二壳体罩设于所述拍摄设备中拍摄模组的位置处,所述第一壳体或/和所述第二壳体与所述拍摄设备的表面接触并围成有密封空间,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体通过锁紧结构连接,所述第一壳体或/和所述第二壳体安装有与拍摄设备中拍摄模组对应的透明件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述第一壳体或/和所述第二壳体与所述拍摄设备的表面之间设置有密封圈。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体分别设置有环形安装槽,所述密封圈安装于所述环形安装槽内,且所述密封圈的高度高于所述环形安装槽的深度。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述密封圈包括定位部和设于所述定位部上的接触部,所述定位部的横截面呈矩形,用于与所述环形安装槽定位配合,所述接触部具有与所述定位部贴合的接触平面和连接于所述接触平面相对两端的弧面,接触部通过挤压变形来增大与拍摄设备的接触面积。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体之间通过铰接结构连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述铰接结构包括两根连接臂和连接件,两根所述连接臂间隔设于所述第一壳体,所述第二壳体连接有所述连接件,或者,两根所述连接臂间隔设于所述第二壳体,所述第一壳体连接有所述连接件;
    所述连接件设于两根所述连接臂之间,两个所述连接臂和所述连接件均设置有供转轴穿过的通孔。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述锁紧结构至少具有一个,当所述锁紧结构为一个时,所述锁紧结构与所述铰接结构相对设置;
    当所述锁紧结构为两个时,两个所述锁紧结构关于所述铰接结构对称设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述锁紧结构为卡扣结构或螺纹锁紧结构或卡销结构。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述卡扣结构包括卡勾部和卡槽,所述卡勾部转动连接于所述第一壳体,所述卡槽设于所述第二壳体,或者,所述卡勾部转动连接于所述第二壳体,所述卡槽设于所述第一壳体;
    通过转动所述卡勾部以使得所述卡勾部卡接于所述卡槽来实现所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体的连接。
  10. 如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述第一壳体或/和所述第二壳体设置有用于安装所述透明件的沉槽,且所述透明件与所述沉槽之间通过双面胶粘接连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的镜头保护罩,其特征在于,所述透明件为玻璃件、PC件或者亚克力件。
  12. 一种拍摄装置,其特征在于,包括拍摄设备和如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的镜头保护罩。
