Description
本申请要求了申请日为2020年12月31日,申请号为202023293942.3,发明名称为“一种照明模组”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及照明技术领域,尤其指一种照明模组。
照明技术迅速发展,吸顶灯越来越广泛的应用于室内照明,现有的照明灯具内的光源与电源驱动组件常为独立部件,需要单独安装至照明灯具后再安装于室内天花板上,当光源或电源驱动损坏需要替换时,上述元件不易从照明灯具壳体内拆卸下来及并再次组装至壳体内。
为解决上述问题,出现了集成化的照明模组,即将光源及电源驱动集成为一体,以方便更换。现有的照明模组结构复杂,组装麻烦,制造成本较高。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种结构简单、组装方便的照明模组。
为了实现上述目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
一种照明模组,包括:
光源模组,其包括环形电路板及设置于电路板上的多个光源;
电源驱动,所述电源驱动与所述环形电路板电性连接;
光学件,其具有相对的前面和背面,所述光学件包括电源收容部和一体连接于所述电源收容部周围的透镜部,所述电源收容部背面设有电源槽,所述透镜部前面设有配光结构,所述透镜部背面延伸出电路卡扣和多个安装部卡扣;
多个磁装件,每个所述磁装件包括基座和强磁体,所述基座包括结合部及与所述结合部连接的卡装部,所述强磁体与所述结合部连接;
其中,所述卡装部与所述磁装件卡扣卡接,所述环形电路板设于所述透镜部背面且被所述电路卡扣卡接,所述光源与所述配光结构对应配置,所述电源驱动收容于所述电源槽。
其中,所述光学件一体注塑成型。
其中,所述配光结构为多个与所述光源一一对应的配光凸起。
其中,所述配光结构为配光凸环。
其中,所述安装部卡扣包括多个自所述透镜部背面向外延伸出且围成卡接空间的第一弹性部和自所述第一弹性部侧面向所述卡接空间延伸出的第一卡钩;所述磁装件的卡装部设有环形凹槽,所述卡装部插入所述卡接空间,所述第一卡钩卡入环形凹槽。
其中,所述透镜部设有钉装通孔。
其中,所述电路卡扣包括多个自所述透镜部背面边缘向外延伸出的第二弹性部和自所述 第二弹性部侧面向所述电源收容部方向延伸出的第二卡钩;所述环形电路板卡设于所述第二卡钩与所述透镜部之间。
其中,还包括电源盖板,所述电源盖板与所述电源收容部可拆卸连接并盖合所述电源槽。
其中,所述电源收容部设有第三卡钩,所述电源盖板设有卡钩孔,所述第三卡钩卡设于所述卡钩孔。
其中,所述电源盖板朝向所述电源槽的一面设有电源卡扣,所述电源驱动卡设于所述电源卡扣。
其中,多个所述安装部卡扣设于靠近所述电源收容部的位置,所述结合部伸出所述安装部卡扣的周围,所述结合部抵住所述电源盖板。
相较于现有技术,本申请具有以下优点:
本申请的照明模组结构简单、组装方便,不需要采用任何螺钉安装即可组装完成,提高组装效率,制造成本较低。

参照1至6,示出了本申请照明模组的一种较佳实施方式。本实施方式的照明模组包括光源模组100、电源驱动110、光学件200和多个磁装件300。
光源模组100包括环形电路板120和设于环形电路板120上的多个光源121。光源121 为LED光源,多个光源121可以均为白光、暖黄光或者部分白光部分暖黄光。电源驱动110与环形电路板120电性连接,电源驱动110与环形电路板120通过插接导线实现电性连接,电源驱动110驱动光源121发光。环形电路板120上设有若干的避让孔122。电源驱动110连接有预留连接线,用于与外部市电连接,使用时,将预留连接线与市电连接即可使用。
光学件200具有相对的前面和背面,光学件200包括电源收容部210和一体连接于电源收容部210周围的透镜部220。光学件200由透明塑料制成,采用一体注塑成型。电源收容部210背面设有电源槽211,透镜部220前面设有配光结构,透镜部220背面延伸出电路卡扣222和多个安装部卡扣223。
安装部卡扣223包括多个自透镜部220背面向外延伸出并围成卡接空间2233的第一弹性部2231和自第一弹性部2231侧面向卡接空间2233延伸出的第一卡钩2232。
电路卡扣222包括多个自透镜部220背面边缘向外延伸出的第二弹性部2221和自第二弹性部2221侧面向电源收容部210方向延伸出的第二卡钩2222,即第二卡钩2222向光学件200的中部方向延伸。
每个磁装件300包括基座310和强磁体320,基座310包括结合部311及与结合部311连接的卡装部312,强磁体320与结合部311连接。基座310采用塑料或金属材质通过成型或冲压的工艺制成。本实施例中,基座310采用铁制成,结合部311设有结合孔3111,强磁体320吸附组装于结合孔3111。
其中,卡装部312与安装部卡扣223卡接,卡装部312设有环形凹槽3121,卡装部312插入卡接空间2233,第一卡钩2232卡入环形凹槽3121,卡持连接。环形电路板120设于透镜部220背面且被电路卡扣222卡接,环形电路板120卡设于第二卡钩2222与透镜部220之间。光源121与配光结构221对应配置,本实施例中,配光结构为多个与光源121一一对应的配光颗粒221a。电源驱动110嵌装于电源槽211中。
本申请的照明模组采用卡扣的方式将电路板120、磁装件300组装于光学件200上,将电源驱动110内置于电源槽211中,即组装完成。结构简单、组装方便,不需要采用任何螺钉安装即可组装完成,提高组装效率,制造成本较低。
进一步的,透镜部220设有钉装通孔224,当照明模组的安装目标物不存在可吸附材料时,磁装件300无法安装,或者需要加强安装强度时,可以使用螺钉、铁钉通过钉装通孔224将照明模组安装于安装目标物上,使本申请的照明模组具有更广阔的应用场景。
进一步的,照明模组还包括电源盖板400,电源盖板400与电源收容部210可拆卸连接并盖合电源槽211,设置电源盖板400防止电源驱动110脱出电源槽211。
参照图4所示,多个安装部卡扣223设于靠近电源收容部210的位置,结合部311延伸出安装部卡扣223的周围,结合部311抵住电源盖板400,对电源盖板400起到固定作用。
进一步的,电源收容部210设有第三卡钩212,电源盖板400设有卡钩孔410,第三卡钩212卡设于卡钩孔410,较好的防止电源盖板400脱落。
作为一种优选方式,电源盖板400朝向电源槽211的一面设有电源卡扣420,电源驱动110卡设于电源卡扣420,使得电源驱动110被固定在电源盖板400上,避免电源驱动110在电源槽211中磕碰损坏。
参照图7至9,示出了本申请一种照明模组的另一个较佳实施例,本实施例与前述实施例基本相同,不同之处在于:本实施例中,配光结构为配光凸环221b。
应当注意的是,本申请的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本申请作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本申请技术方案的内容,依据本申请的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本申请技术方案的范围内。
Claims (11)
- 一种照明模组,其中,包括:光源模组,其包括环形电路板及设置于电路板上的多个光源;电源驱动,所述电源驱动与所述环形电路板电性连接;光学件,其具有相对的前面和背面,所述光学件包括电源收容部和一体连接于所述电源收容部周围的透镜部,所述电源收容部背面设有电源槽,所述透镜部前面设有配光结构,所述透镜部背面延伸出电路卡扣和多个安装部卡扣;多个磁装件,每个所述磁装件包括基座和强磁体,所述基座包括结合部及与所述结合部连接的卡装部,所述强磁体与所述结合部连接;其中,所述卡装部与所述磁装件卡扣卡接,所述环形电路板设于所述透镜部背面且被所述电路卡扣卡接,所述光源与所述配光结构对应配置,所述电源驱动收容于所述电源槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的照明模组,其中,所述光学件一体注塑成型。
- 如权利要求1所述的照明模组,其中,所述配光结构为多个与所述光源一一对应的配光凸起。
- 如权利要求1所述的照明模组,其中,所述配光结构为配光凸环。
- 如权利要求1所述的照明模组,其中,所述安装部卡扣包括多个自所述透镜部背面向外延伸出且围成卡接空间的第一弹性部和自所述第一弹性部侧面向所述卡接空间延伸出的第一卡钩;所述磁装件的卡装部设有环形凹槽,所述卡装部插入所述卡接空间,所述第一卡钩卡入环形凹槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的照明模组,其中,所述透镜部设有钉装通孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的照明模组,其中,所述电路卡扣包括多个自所述透镜部背面边缘向外延伸出的第二弹性部和自所述第二弹性部侧面向所述电源收容部方向延伸出的第二卡钩;所述环形电路板卡设于所述第二卡钩与所述透镜部之间。
- 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的照明模组,其中,还包括电源盖板,所述电源盖板与所述电源收容部可拆卸连接并盖合所述电源槽。
- 如权利要求8所述的照明模组,其中,所述电源收容部设有第三卡钩,所述电源盖板设有卡钩孔,所述第三卡钩卡设于所述卡钩孔。
- 如权利要求8所述的照明模组,其中,所述电源盖板朝向所述电源槽的一面设有电源卡扣,所述电源驱动卡设于所述电源卡扣。
- 如权利要求8所述的照明模组,其中,多个所述安装部卡扣设于靠近所述电源收容部的位置,所述结合部伸出所述安装部卡扣的周围,所述结合部抵住所述电源盖板。
