一种酒坛(4)的自动密封装置,包括基板(1),基板(1)的上侧设置有输送机(3)、位于输送机(3)上侧的电动推杆(6),电动推杆(6)的输出端安装有固定板(7),固定板(7)的内部开设有槽道(9),固定板(7)的一侧安装有电机。通过设置第一限位组件、第二限位组件,当启动电机时,电机的输出端带动第一限位组件、第二限位组件相向移动或相互远离,可以根据盖子(18)的规格进行夹持,方便对酒坛(4)进行封装。

一种酒坛的自动密封装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于密封装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种酒坛的自动密封装置。
背景技术
酿酒是利用微生物发酵生产含一定浓度酒精饮料的过程。酿酒原料与酿酒容器,是谷物酿酒的两个先决条件,酒在酿造完成后需要酒坛进行存储。
技术问题
而现有的密封处理便是在酒坛上盖上酒坛盖,用特制的封泥对酒进行密封处理,再贴上纸带,以延缓封泥的干燥时间,这些工艺步骤均人工操作,十分的费事费力,且效率不高,酒坛自动密封装置大多不能根据酒坛的规格进行密封。
技术解决方案
一种酒坛的自动密封装置,包括基板,基板的上侧设置有输送机、位于输送机上侧的电动推杆,电动推杆的输出端安装有固定板,固定板的内部开设有槽道,固定板的一侧安装有电机;槽道的内部转动配合有第一螺纹杆、第二螺纹杆、第三螺纹杆、第四螺纹杆,且第一螺纹杆、第二螺纹杆、第三螺纹杆、第四螺纹杆两侧螺纹方向均相反,且电机的输出端与第一螺纹杆相连接,槽道的内部设置有盖子;第一螺纹杆和第二螺纹杆之间螺纹配合有第一限位组件、第二限位组件,第三螺纹杆和第四螺纹杆之间螺纹配合有第三限位组件、第四限位组件,第一螺纹杆和第二螺纹杆之间传动配合有第一皮带,第一螺纹杆和第三螺纹杆之间传动配合有第二皮带,第三螺纹杆和第四螺纹杆之间传动配合有第三皮带。
有益效果
本实用新型的实施例具有以下有益效果:本实用新型的一个实施例通过设置的第一限位组件、第二限位组件,当启动电机时,电机的输出端带动第一限位组件、第二限位组件相互远离,可以根据盖子的规格进行夹持,方便对酒坛进行封装,从而使装置可以适配大多的盖子,从而增加了装置的使用效果,提高了装置的便捷性,而设置的第一螺纹杆和第二螺纹杆,减少了第一限位组件、第二限位组件在滑动时转动的情况发生,从而提高了装置的稳定性。
当然,实施本实用新型的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

本发明的最佳实施方式
请参阅图1-3所示,在本实施例中提供了一种酒坛的自动密封装置,包括:基板1,基板1的上侧设置有输送机3、位于输送机3上侧的电动推杆6,电动推杆6的输出端安装有固定板7,固定板7的内部开设有槽道9,固定板7的一侧安装有电机;槽道9的内部转动配合有第一螺纹杆11、第二螺纹杆12、第三螺纹杆13、第四螺纹杆14,且第一螺纹杆11、第二螺纹杆12、第三螺纹杆13、第四螺纹杆14两侧螺纹方向均相反,且电机的输出端与第一螺纹杆11相连接,槽道9的内部设置有盖子18;第一螺纹杆11和第二螺纹杆12之间螺纹配合有第一限位组件、第二限位组件,第三螺纹杆13和第四螺纹杆14之间螺纹配合有第三限位组件、第四限位组件,第一螺纹杆11和第二螺纹杆12之间传动配合有第一皮带15,第一螺纹杆11和第三螺纹杆13之间传动配合有第二皮带16,第三螺纹杆13和第四螺纹杆14之间传动配合有第三皮带。
本实施例一个方面的应用为:在需要对酒坛自动密封时,首先启动电机、电动推杆6,电机的输出端通过第一螺纹杆11带动第一皮带15转动,第一皮带15带动第二螺纹杆12转动,第一皮带15通过第二皮带16带动第三螺纹杆13转动,第三螺纹杆13通过第三皮带带动第四螺纹杆14转动,第一螺纹杆11和第二螺纹杆12带动第一限位组件、第二限位组件滑动,因第一螺纹杆11和第二螺纹杆12两侧的螺纹方向均相反,故第一限位组件、第二限位组件相向移动或相互远离,第一限位组件、第二限位组件对盖子18进行限位,第三螺纹杆13和第四螺纹杆14带动第三限位组件、第四限位组件移动,因第三螺纹杆13和第四螺纹杆14两侧的螺纹方向均相反,故两第三限位组件、第四限位组件相向移动或相互远离,第三限位组件、第四限位组件对盖子18进行限位,从而对酒坛自动密封。需要注意的是,本申请中所涉及的电机、电动推杆6均可通过蓄电池供电或外接电源。
通过设置的第一限位组件、第二限位组件,当启动电机时,电机的输出端带动第一限位组件、第二限位组件相互远离,可以根据盖子18的规格进行夹持,方便对酒坛进行封装,从而使装置可以适配大多的盖子18,从而增加了装置的使用效果,提高了装置的便捷性,而设置的第一螺纹杆11和第二螺纹杆12,减少了第一限位组件、第二限位组件在滑动时转动的情况发生,从而提高了装置的稳定性。
本实施例的第一限位组件、第二限位组件、第三限位组件、第四限位组件均包括:第一滑动板17,第一滑动板17的一侧安装有两斜面块19,斜面块19的一侧安装有弹簧20,弹簧20的一端安装有限位板21。
本实施例的槽道9的内部设置有盖子18,且四个限位板21均与盖子18配合。
本实施例的固定板7的一侧安装有固定块8,固定块8的内部开设有第一凹槽,且电机位于第一凹槽内。
本实施例的基板1的上侧安装有L形板5,L形板5的内部开设有第二凹槽,且电动推杆6位于第二凹槽内,通过设置的第二凹槽,便于保护电动推杆6。
本实施例的基板1的底部安装有多个支撑杆2,通过设置的支撑杆2,便于固定基板1。
上述实施例可以相互结合。

  1. 一种酒坛的自动密封装置,其特征在于,包括:基板(1),基板(1)的上侧设置有输送机(3)、位于输送机(3)上侧的电动推杆(6),电动推杆(6)的输出端安装有固定板(7),固定板(7)的内部开设有槽道(9),固定板(7)的一侧安装有电机;槽道(9)的内部转动配合有第一螺纹杆(11)、第二螺纹杆(12)、第三螺纹杆(13)、第四螺纹杆(14),且第一螺纹杆(11)、第二螺纹杆(12)、第三螺纹杆(13)、第四螺纹杆(14)两侧螺纹方向均相反,且电机的输出端与第一螺纹杆(11)相连接,槽道(9)的内部设置有盖子(18);第一螺纹杆(11)和第二螺纹杆(12)之间螺纹配合有第一限位组件、第二限位组件,第三螺纹杆(13)和第四螺纹杆(14)之间螺纹配合有第三限位组件、第四限位组件,第一螺纹杆(11)和第二螺纹杆(12)之间传动配合有第一皮带(15),第一螺纹杆(11)和第三螺纹杆(13)之间传动配合有第二皮带(16),第三螺纹杆(13)和第四螺纹杆(14)之间传动配合有第三皮带。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种酒坛的自动密封装置,其特征在于,第一限位组件、第二限位组件、第三限位组件、第四限位组件均包括:第一滑动板(17),第一滑动板(17)的一侧安装有两斜面块(19),斜面块(19)的一侧安装有弹簧(20),弹簧(20)的一端安装有限位板(21)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种酒坛的自动密封装置,其特征在于,四个限位板(21)均与盖子(18)配合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种酒坛的自动密封装置,其特征在于,固定板(7)的一侧安装有固定块(8),固定块(8)的内部开设有第一凹槽,且电机位于第一凹槽内。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种酒坛的自动密封装置,其特征在于,基板(1)的上侧安装有L形板(5),L形板(5)的内部开设有第二凹槽,且电动推杆(6)位于第二凹槽内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种酒坛的自动密封装置,其特征在于,基板(1)的底部安装有多个支撑杆(2)。
