一种酒坛移动装置,包括底板,底板的一侧装设有坡道板,底板、坡道板的上端开设有第一槽口,第一槽口内装设有传送带,传送带的内侧转动配合有第一转轴、第二转轴,传送带的内侧装设有电机转轴,底板的上端装设有两个第一凸条,第一凸条的一侧开设有第二槽口,第二槽口的底端装设有第一电动推杆,第一电动推杆的端部装设有第二凸条,两个第二凸条的相对内侧均开设有第三槽口,第三槽口内转动配合有第一挡板,第三槽口内装设有第二挡板;底板的下端开设有四个弧形槽,弧形槽内转动配合有万向轮,弧形槽的相对内侧均开设有阶梯槽,万向轮的两侧均装设有滑块,且滑块滑动配合在阶梯槽内,阶梯槽的底端装设有第二电动推杆,且第二电动推杆的端部装设在滑块的一侧。
有益效果
本实用新型的实施例具有以下有益效果:本实用新型的一个实施例通过底板的一侧装设有坡道板,便于装卸酒坛,通过第一槽口内装设有传送带,便于装卸酒坛时,省时省力,通过第二槽口的底端装设有第一电动推杆,第一电动推杆的端部装设有第二凸条,两个第二凸条的相对内侧均开设有第三槽口,第三槽口内转动配合有第一挡板,第三槽口内装设有第二挡板,便于将酒坛移动到此辅助移动装置的上端。
当然,实施本实用新型的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

本实施例一个方面的应用为:当需要移动酒坛时,先开启第二电动推杆18,使滑块17滑动配合在阶梯槽16内,从而将万向轮15收缩至弧形槽14内,便于底板1着地,增大与地面的接触面积,从而提高装酒坛时的稳定性,然后转动电机转轴7,从而转动传送带4,然后将坡道板2抵在酒坛的底端,然后开启第一电动推杆9,然后使第一挡板12的一侧转动至第三槽口11的外,使第一挡板12抵在酒坛的外侧,然后收起第一电动推杆9,即可将酒坛移动到此辅助移动装置上。需要注意的是,本申请中所涉及的电机转轴7、第一电动推杆9、第二电动推杆18均可通过蓄电池供电或外接电源。
通过底板1的一侧装设有坡道板2,便于装卸酒坛,通过第一槽口3内装设有传送带4,便于装卸酒坛时,省时省力,通过第二槽口的底端装设有第一电动推杆9,第一电动推杆9的端部装设有第二凸条10,两个第二凸条10的相对内侧均开设有第三槽口11,第三槽口11内转动配合有第一挡板12,第三槽口11内装设有第二挡板13,便于将酒坛移动到此辅助移动装置的上端,通过弧形槽14内转动配合有万向轮15,便于移动此辅助移动装置,通过滑块17滑动配合在阶梯槽16内,第二电动推杆18的端部装设在滑块17的一侧,便于在装卸时,底板1着地,增大与地面的接触面积,从而提高装卸酒坛时此装置的稳定性。
本实施例的第一槽口3贯穿底板1、坡道板2的一端,第一转轴5、第二转轴6的两端分别装设在第一槽口3的相对内侧,便于安装传送带4。
本实施例的第三槽口11的相对内侧开设有第四槽口,第一挡板12的两端均装设有第三转轴,且第三转轴转动配合在第四槽口内,便于将第一挡板12收缩至第三槽口11内。
本实施例的坡道板2固定安装在底板1的一侧,传送带4滑动配合在第一槽口3内,电机转轴7转动配合在传送带4的内侧,两个第一凸条8均固定安装在底板1的上端。
本实施例的第一电动推杆9固定安装在第二槽口的底端,第二凸条10固定安装在第一电动推杆9的端部,第二挡板13固定安装在第三槽口11内,滑块17的两端分别固定安装在万向轮15的两侧。
本实施例的第二电动推杆18固定安装在阶梯槽16的底端,滑块17的一侧固定安装在第二电动推杆18的端部。
