- 제15항에 있어서,상기 감광성 수지 조성물은 말론산, 3-아미노-1,2-프로판디올, 비닐기 또는 (메타)아크릴옥시기를 포함하는 실란계 커플링제, 레벨링제, 계면활성제, 라디칼 중합 개시제 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 감광성 수지 조성물.
