Description
本申请要求于2020年12月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为202011469133.5、申请名称为“一种带有自调节饰条的车窗总成”的中国专利申请,以及于2020年12月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为202011472543.5、申请名称为“一种带有自调节饰条的车窗总成”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及车窗亮饰条安装结构技术领域,特别是一种带有自调节饰条的车窗总成。
目前,随着汽车技术的发展,消费者对汽车的美观性提出了更高的要求。车用的亮饰条作为一种汽车的装饰品,能够从整体上提高汽车的美观度,并提升汽车的档次,广泛应用在中高档汽车上。
目前,车用亮饰条通常采用金属或合金材料制备而成,一般是通过其特殊结构安装或者一体注塑成型集成在汽车车窗的外表面四周边缘的包边材料上,起装饰与挡风作用。其中,包边材料通常是TPE、PVC以及EPDM等,亮饰条材料主要有镀铬不锈钢和高光塑料,外观精致华丽,不会生锈。
现有的饰条安装到车窗玻璃上后,二者的相对位置是固定不动的。由于车窗的包边结构或者车身钣金存在制造公差,使得车窗玻璃包边结构与钣金之间存在位置偏差,进而导致饰条与钣金之间出现间隙,以及饰条与包边条之间出现段差问题。
现有技术也有将饰条与车窗玻璃拆分成两部分,然后将二者分别安装到车身钣金上,虽然能在一定程度上解决公差配合问题。但是两部分分别安装,需要额外的安装附件,提高了安装成本,并且安装工序复杂。
申请内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有车窗和饰条存在的上述技术问题,提供一种外观面好、可自动调整和补偿公差的带有自调节饰条的车窗总成。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种带有自调节饰条的车窗总成,包括玻璃板、固定在所述玻璃板边部的包边、安装在所述包边的第一嵌件和安装在所述第一嵌件的饰条,其中:所述第一嵌件可活动地安装在所述包边,所述包边的侧壁与所述第一嵌件的抵接处设有弹性部,当车窗总成安装在钣金上时,所述包边的侧壁面向所述钣金,所述弹性部受压产生使得第一嵌件朝向钣金移动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条并使得所述饰条与所述钣金贴合。
其中,所述包边设有第二嵌件,所述第一嵌件设有与所述第二嵌件滑动配合的配合部,所述配合部使所述第一嵌件可相对所述第二嵌件滑动,当车窗总成安装在钣金上时,所述 包边的侧壁面向所述钣金,所述弹性部受压产生使得第一嵌件朝向钣金滑动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条并使得所述饰条与所述钣金贴合。
其中,所述包边设有第二嵌件,所述第一嵌件设有与所述第二嵌件铰接的铰接部,所述第一嵌件通过所述铰接部可转动连接于所述第二嵌件,当车窗总成安装在钣金上时,所述包边的侧壁面向所述钣金,所述弹性部受压产生使得第一嵌件朝向钣金转动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条并使得所述饰条与所述钣金贴合。
其中,所述包边的侧壁通过第二嵌件与第一嵌件抵接,所述弹性部设置在所述第一嵌件和第二嵌件的抵接处,当车窗总成安装在钣金上时,第二嵌件朝向第一嵌件滑动,以使得弹性部抵接第一嵌件,带动第一嵌件朝向钣金滑动使得所述饰条与所述钣金贴合。
其中,所述配合部包括导向块,所述第二嵌件设有X向导轨,所述X向导轨与所述导向块沿着X向滑动配合,所述X向与所述玻璃板的延伸方向平行。
其中,所述配合部还包括卡接块,所述第二嵌件设有Y向卡扣,所述卡接块与所述Y向卡扣沿着Y向卡接配合,用于对第一嵌件的Y向进行限位,所述Y向与所述玻璃板的延伸方向垂直。
其中,所述第二嵌件设有两个所述Y向卡扣,所述Y向卡扣分布在所述X向导轨的相对两侧。

本发明由于采取了上述技术方案,其具有如下有益效果:
本申请所述实施例中的车窗总成,其饰条具有自调节功能,能够补偿车窗总成与钣金结构之间由于公差产生的间隙和段差,使得外观面更加美观;所述车窗总成的所述第一嵌件设有与所述第二嵌件滑动配合的配合部时,所述导向块、卡接块和Y向卡扣之间无干涉,只要沿着Y向按压即可,安装快速方便,Y向按压方式不会出现扭曲变形,结构简单紧凑,包边和饰条的外观面更加平整;所述车窗总成的所述第一嵌件设有与所述第二嵌件铰接的铰接部时,通过采用Z向铰接结构和Z向插接结构的组合,使所述车窗总成结构简单紧凑,安装快速方便,通过设置凹部,提高了Z向插接的定位精度,特别是当并排设置有多个铰接部时,凹部可以满足Z向转动性能要求。

如图1至图8所示,为本发明所述的一种带有自调节饰条的车窗总成,包括玻璃板1、固定在所述玻璃板1的边部的包边2、安装在所述包边2的第一嵌件3和安装在所述第一嵌件3的饰条4,其中:所述第一嵌件3可活动地安装在所述包边2,所述包边2的侧壁与所述第一嵌件3的抵接处设有弹性部31,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,所述包边2的侧壁面向所述钣金6,所述弹性部31受压产生使得第一嵌件3朝向钣金6移动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条4并使得所述饰条4与所述钣金6贴合。
在本发明中,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,所述包边2的侧壁面向所述钣金6,此时所述包边2挤压所述弹性部31,使得弹性部31受压变形,带动所述第一嵌件3朝向所述钣金6移动,以使得所述饰条4与所述钣金6贴合。当车装总成安装完成后,弹性部31还处于压缩状态,在形变回复力的作用下,弹性部31会持续对第一嵌件3进行挤压,以产生朝向钣金6移动的预紧力,使得饰条4紧紧贴合与钣金6。当车窗的包边2或钣金6存在制造公差时,本申请所述的自调节饰条的车窗总成,在安装在钣金6上时,可以在弹性部31的调节下,自动带动饰条4与钣金6贴合,避免饰条4与钣金6之间出现间隙。
如图1,以及图3至图6所示,在一些实施例中,本发明所述的一种带有自调节饰条的车窗总成,包括玻璃板1、固定在所述玻璃板1的边部的包边2、安装在所述包边2的第一嵌件3和安装在所述第一嵌件3的饰条4,其中:所述第一嵌件3可滑动地安装在所述包边2,所述包边2的侧壁与所述第一嵌件3的抵接处设有弹性部31,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,所述包边2的侧壁面向所述钣金6,所述弹性部31受压产生使得第一嵌件3朝向钣金6滑动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条4并使得所述饰条4与所述钣金6贴合。当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,弹性部31形变后的弹性势能释放的趋势,会转化成使得第一嵌件3朝向钣金6滑动的预紧力,进而使第一嵌件3带动所述饰条4与所述钣金6贴合。当车窗的包边2或钣金6存在制造公差时,本申请所述的自调节饰条的车窗总成,在安装在钣金6上时,可以在弹性部31的调节下,自动带动饰条4与钣金6贴合,避免饰条4与钣金6之间出现间隙。
如图2、图7及图8所示,在一些实施例中,本发明所述的一种带有自调节饰条的车窗总成,包括玻璃板1、固定在所述玻璃板1的边部的包边2、安装在所述包边2的第一嵌件3和安装在所述第一嵌件3的饰条4,其特征在于:所述第一嵌件3沿着Z向即Z轴方向可转动地安装在所述包边2,所述包边2的侧壁与所述第一嵌件3的抵接处设有弹性部31,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,例如通过PU胶粘结固定到钣金上,所述包边2的侧壁面向所述钣金6,所述弹性部31受压产生使得第一嵌件3朝向钣金6转动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条4并使得所述饰条4与所述钣金6贴合。当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,弹性部31形变后弹性势能释放的趋势,转化成使得第一嵌件3朝向钣金6转动的预紧力,进而使第一嵌件3带动所述饰条与所述钣金6贴合。当车窗的包边2或钣金6存在制造公差时,本申请所述的自调节饰条的车窗总成,在安装在钣金6上时,可以在弹性部31的调节下,自动带动饰条4与钣金6贴合,避免饰条4与钣金6之间出现间隙。
其中,图1中XZ平面为玻璃板所在平面,所述玻璃板1的边部大致沿着Z轴方向,同时,包边2沿着玻璃板1的边部布置,其延伸方向也是大致沿着Z轴方向。所述Z向与所述包边2的延伸方向平行,所述X向与所述玻璃板1的延伸方向平行。
在本发明中,包边条是固定在玻璃的边部,固定方式可选为3M粘结、PU粘结、局部注塑等。包边条的材料可选为聚氨酯PU、热塑性弹性体TPE、三元乙丙橡胶EPDM、聚氯乙烯PVC、聚丙烯PP等汽车玻璃常用的包边材料。
其中,设置在所述第一嵌件与包边的抵接处的“弹性部”,既可以与所述第一嵌件设置成一体,也可以与所述包边设置成一体,还可以是通过后粘结等方式设置在第一嵌件或包边上。另外需要说明的是,所述“弹性部”可以是通过自身采用弧形弯曲部等弹性结构实现弹性;也可以额外采用弹簧或粘结泡棉等弹性材料实现弹性。
在一些实施例中,所述包边2设有第二嵌件5,所述第一嵌件3设有与所述第二嵌件5滑动配合的配合部,所述配合部使所述第一嵌件3可相对所述第二嵌件5滑动,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,所述包边2的侧壁面向所述钣金6,所述弹性部31受压产生使得第一嵌件3朝向钣金6滑动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条4并使得所述饰条4与所述钣金6 贴合。通过设置第二嵌件5,能够提高包边2的局部强度,并与第一嵌件3滑动配合,从而将第一嵌件3可滑动地安装在包边2上。
在一些实施例中,所述包边2设有第二嵌件5,所述第一嵌件3设有与所述第二嵌件5铰接的铰接部32,所述第一嵌件3通过所述铰接部32可转动连接于所述第二嵌件5,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,所述包边2的侧壁面向所述钣金6,所述弹性部31受压产生使得第一嵌件3朝向钣金6转动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条4并使得所述饰条4与所述钣金6贴合。通过设置第二嵌件5,能够提高包边2的局部强度,并与第一嵌件3转动配合,从而将第一嵌件3可转动地安装在包边2上。采用Z向转动结构和Z向插接结构的组合,使得饰条4和车窗包边2集成在一起,其装配过程非常快速方便,并且精度和稳定性好。然后再将集成有饰条的车窗总成供货给主机厂,进而简化整车安装线上的安装工序。
应当理解的是,所述第一嵌件3与包边2通过弹性部31实现抵接,抵接可以是两个部分直接接触,如图5所示;也可以是通过中间媒介间接接触,如图6所示,所述包边2的侧壁通过第二嵌件5与第一嵌件3抵接,此时,所述弹性部31设置在所述第一嵌件3和第二嵌件5的抵接处。应当理解的是,所述弹性部31可以采用弧形弯曲部,并与所述第一嵌件3设置为一体式结构,换言之,所述弧形弯曲部与所述第一嵌件3为一体式结构;所述弹性部31也可以采用粘结固定在所述第一嵌件3的泡棉,换言之,所述弹性部31为泡棉,所述泡棉粘结于所述第一嵌件3靠近所述第二嵌件的一侧;如图8所示,所述包边2的侧壁通过第二嵌件5与第一嵌件3抵接,此时,所述弹性部31设置在所述第一嵌件3和第二嵌件5的抵接处。应当理解的是,所述弹性部31可以采用弧形弯曲部,并与所述第二嵌件5的腿部52设置为一体式结构;也可以采用粘结固定在所述第二嵌件5的腿部52的泡棉。
在一些实施例中,在将车窗总成安装到钣金6的过程中,先将饰条4安装到车窗的包边2上;然后,固定在第一嵌条3上的饰条4的X向需要处于预紧状态,通过按压弹性部31将第一嵌条3预紧后,再将车窗总成通过PU胶等安装到钣金上,安装到位后,弹性部31的预紧力释放,使得第一嵌条3朝向钣金6移动并贴附到钣金6上。由于弹性预紧力的存在,使得第一嵌条3上的饰条4紧密贴合在钣金6上,形成良好的外观面。
在一些实施例中,所述车窗总成中所述第一嵌件3与所述包边2可滑动地连接,可选地,所述包边2的侧壁通过第二嵌件5与第一嵌件3抵接,所述弹性部31设置在所述第一嵌件3和第二嵌件5的抵接处,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,第二嵌件5朝向第一嵌件3滑动,以使得弹性部31抵接第一嵌件3,带动第一嵌件3朝向钣金6滑动使得所述饰条4与所述钣金6贴合。具体地,第二嵌件5朝向第一嵌件3滑动,弹性部31受压产生的预紧力使第一嵌件3朝向钣金6滑动,第一嵌件3带动饰条4与钣金6贴合,避免饰条4与钣金6之间出现间隙。
进一步地,所述配合部包括导向块33,所述第二嵌件5设有X向导轨51,所述X向导轨51与所述导向块33沿着X向滑动配合,所述X向与所述玻璃板1的延伸方向平行。在本发明中,X向导轨51与所述导向块33的配合结构,可以采用凹槽与凸起的配合。例如,采用凹槽形式的X向导轨与凸起形式的导向块配合,或者采用凸起形式的X向导轨与 凹槽形式的导向块配合。所述X向导轨51与所述导向块33的配合,将第一嵌件3上弹性部31受压产生的预紧力的方向限定为X向。
进一步地,所述配合部包括卡接块34,所述第二嵌件5设有Y向卡扣52,所述卡接块34与所述Y向卡扣52沿着Y向卡接配合,用于对第一嵌件3的Y向进行限位,所述Y向与所述玻璃板1的延伸方向垂直。所述卡接块34与所述Y向卡扣52沿着Y向卡接配合,使所述第二嵌件5与第一嵌件3在Y向上不会脱离。
可选地,所述第二嵌件5设有两个所述Y向卡扣52,所述Y向卡扣52分布在所述X向导轨51的相对两侧。可提高车窗总成的稳定性。
可选地,所述卡接块34与所述Y向卡扣52沿着X向滑动配合,所述卡扣52对所述卡接块34在X向进行限位。使所述第二嵌件5与第一嵌件3在X方向上不会脱离。
进一步地,所述卡接块34与所述Y向卡扣52沿着X向滑动配合。安装到位后,只要限制二者的Y向自由度,而X向具有一定的运动空间,因此在所述第一嵌件3带动所述饰条4沿着X向运动与所述钣金6贴合过程中,卡接配合结构可以一直沿着X向作跟随运动而不会产生阻碍作用,从而避免包边2外观面出现扭曲变形等。
可选地,在车窗总成安装在钣金6上的过程中,所述X向导轨51与所述导向块33之间具有沿着Y向作相对运动的自由度。
可选地,所述X向导轨51为矩形槽,所述矩形槽沿X向延伸,所述导向块33为与所述矩形槽相配合的导向凸起,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,所述导向凸起卡设于所述矩形槽,并可沿所述矩形槽滑动,使所述弹性部31所产生预紧力的方向平行于X向,使得第一嵌件3朝向钣金6移动,进而带动所述饰条4并使得所述饰条4与所述钣金6贴合。换言之,在车窗总成安装在钣金6上的过程中,所述X向导轨51与所述导向块33之间具有沿着Y向作相对运动的自由度。例如,将所述X向导轨51设置为矩形槽,所述导向块33为与所述矩形槽相配合的导向凸起。与常规导轨如燕尾槽不同的是,常规导轨与导向块之间仅能相对滑动,而无法沿着与其滑动方向垂直的方向相互分离,本发明的X向导轨51与导向块33之间的Y向无限位结构,可沿着Y向接合或分离。在将饰条安装到包边的过程中,只要沿着Y向直接将卡接块34插入Y向卡扣52内,而X向导轨51和导向块33之间无限位结构具有自由度,在安装过程中不会出现运动干涉,安装过程非常快速方便。当饰条安装到位后,X向导轨51与所述导向块33的接触面之间仍无Y向限位,而是依靠所述卡接块34与所述Y向卡扣52间接进行Y向限位,保证嵌件固定在包边2上,不掉落。
本发明采用X向滑动配合结构和Y向卡接结构的组合,直接通过上述Y向插入方式即可实现装配,使得饰条4和车窗包边2集成在一起,非常快速方便,然后再供货给主机厂,进而简化整车安装线上的安装工序。同时,包边2沿着玻璃板1边部布置大致呈条状,相对于其它安装方式,采用Y向插接方式将饰条4安装到包边2上,饰条4大致是垂直压合到包边2特别是其舌边的外表面上,包边2和饰条4之间无切向作用力,饰条4和包边2不容易出现挤压或扭曲变形,能够与包边2贴合得更加紧密。
可选地,所述配合部和弹性部31设置于所述玻璃板1的同一侧,且沿着所述玻璃板1 的边缘间隔设置。
可选地,所述配合部和弹性部31的数量均为多个,所述配合部和弹性部31依次交替间隔设置。为了进一步减少安装过程中的运动干涉,所述配合部和弹性部31沿着所述玻璃板1的边部并排设置,并且相互间隔开,使得饰条4与车窗包边2的安装过程更加快速方便。将所述配合部和弹性部31设置在玻璃板1的边部是特别有利的,因为当配合部和弹性部31的X向受力时,位于玻璃板边部的包边强度较高,不容易受力变形,能够保证配合部和弹性部31的位置稳定性。可选地,所述配合部和弹性部31大致位于同一直线上,同时将二者设置为交替分布。
进一步地,所述配合部的Y向高度高于所述弹性部31的Y向高度,所述Y向高度为在垂直玻璃板1的方向上的距离,在装配过程中,由于弹性部31先接触包边2的侧壁,因此可以先按压弹性部31,再将配合部沿着Y向插入安装到第二嵌件5上,能够减少干涉,方便安装。
在一些实施例中,所述车窗总成中所述第一嵌件3与所述包边2可转动地连接,可选地,所述包边2设有第二嵌件5,所述第一嵌件3设有与所述第二嵌件5铰接的铰接部35。作为优选的方案,所述第一嵌件3和第二嵌件5是通过沿着Z向插接连接在一起,从而实现铰接。换言之,所述第一嵌件3和第二嵌件5沿着Z向铰接,所述Z向与所述包边2的延伸方向平行。
在一个具体实施方式中,铰接结构如图8所示,所述铰接部35包括铰接孔,所述第二嵌件5设有与所述铰接孔相匹配的铰接轴53,所述铰接轴53与所述铰接孔配合,使所述第一嵌件3与所述第二嵌件5可转动的连接。
可选地,所述铰接部35为至少两个,沿着玻璃板的边部并排设置,所述至少两个铰接部35的轴心同轴设置。换言之,所述铰接部35的数量为至少两个,至少两个铰接部35间隔设置于所述玻璃板1的同一侧,所述至少两个铰接部35同轴设置。由于玻璃板1具有一定的弧度,玻璃板1的边部并不是一条直线,因此,可以将铰接部35拆分成并排设置的多个,并使得多个铰接部35的轴心同轴,既能保证铰接强度,又容易保证铰接的同轴度。由于是设置在弧形边部上,与整段式铰接结构相比,结构更加紧凑,稳定性好,安装更加方便。
可选地,所述铰接部35和弹性部31所述玻璃板1的同一侧,沿着所述玻璃板1的边缘间隔设置。
可选地,所述铰接部35和弹性部31的数量均为多个,所述铰接部35和弹性部31依次交替间隔设置。
可选地,所述包边2的侧壁通过第二嵌件5与第一嵌件3抵接,所述弹性部31设置在所述第一嵌件3和第二嵌件5的抵接处,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,第二嵌件5朝向第一嵌件3移动,以使得弹性部31抵接第一嵌件3,带动第一嵌件3朝向钣金6转动使得所述饰条4与所述钣金6贴合。
进一步地,如图8所示,所述第一嵌件3的上表面设有凹部36,所述凹部36位于所 述铰接部35的上方,可以通过第二嵌件5对凹部36产生下压力,所述第二嵌件5设有抵接在所述凹部36上的腿部54,所述凹部36的Z向长度大于所述腿部54的Z向长度。当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,所述第一嵌件3的上表面为所述第一嵌件3朝向所述玻璃板1一侧的表面,所述上方为在所述第一嵌件3上的远离所述玻璃板1的方向,所述Z向长度为平行于所述包边2的方向上的长度。通过设置更长的凹部36的Z向长度,在铰接部35和铰接轴53插接安装过程中,能够保证腿部54具有一定的Z向空间,在安装过程中不会产生干涉,方便将铰接轴53插入铰接部35。另外,Z向插接到位后,腿部54可以贴合在凹部36的一侧上,能够起到Z向定位作用,从而保证安装的位置精度,这对于实现Z向转动的稳定性,是特别有利的,尤其是当采用多个沿着玻璃板1的边部并排的铰接部结构时。优选地,为了进一步减少运动干涉,并进一步提高定位精度,可以将所述铰接部35和凹部36错位设置,所述铰接部35和凹部36沿着所述玻璃板1的边部并排设置,并且相互间隔开。可选地,所述铰接部35和凹部36大致位于同一直线上,同时将二者设置为交替分布。
可选地,所述弹性部31为弧形弯曲部,所述弧形弯曲部与所述第二嵌件5的腿部54为一体式结构。
可选地,所述弹性部31为泡棉,所述泡棉粘结于所述第一嵌件3靠近所述第二嵌件的腿部54。
进一步地,所述第二嵌件5包括与所述玻璃板1的边部相对设置的Y向支部55和与所述玻璃板1的上表面相对设置的X向支部56,所述第二嵌件5的铰接轴的轴心高度位于所述玻璃板1的上表面之上。所述上表面为所述玻璃板1靠近所述饰条4一侧的表面,所述上表面之上为所述玻璃板1靠近所述饰条4的一侧。其中Y向支部55沿着Y向延伸,大致与玻璃板1的侧边相对并平行设置,X向支部56沿着X向延伸,大致与玻璃板1的上表面相对并平行设置。在饰条4沿着Z向转动的过程中,所述第二嵌件5和与其临近的包边2为主要受力点,采用上述结构设计,使得本发明的铰接结构既具有尽可能小的占用空间,又具有尽可能高的强度,从而在车窗总成与钣金6之间的有限空间内,实现足够使饰条2紧密贴合在钣金上的弹性预紧力。
可选地,所述饰条4卡接固定到第一嵌件3。
可选地,所述饰条4与第一嵌件3为可拆卸连接。
所述饰条4设置在第一嵌件3上,在第一嵌件3的带动下以自调节的方式与钣金6贴合,避免车窗总成与钣金6之间出现间隙。
在一些实施例中,所述饰条4位于所述包边2与钣金6之间,所述包边2的靠近所述玻璃板1的上表面的一侧设有第一舌边21,所述饰条4的一端压合在钣金6,所述饰条4的另一端压合在包边2的第一舌边21。其中,所述上表面为当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,所述玻璃板1靠近饰条4一侧的表面,换言之,当车窗总成安装在钣金6上时,所述上表面为车窗总成朝向车辆外部的表面,也可称为外表面。饰条4优选为通过卡接方式后装配到第一嵌件3上,并且为可拆卸连接,从而保证饰条4能够很好地压合在包边2的舌边部 分上。由于舌边部分较为柔软,通过设置第一舌边21与饰条4形成柔性贴合,同时保证了饰条4的外观面的连续性,使得外形更加美观。
进一步地,所述第一嵌件3朝向所述钣金6的一端设有第二舌边34,当车窗总成安装在钣金上时,所述第二舌边34贴合在所述饰条4与钣金6的贴合面之间。通过在饰条4和钣金6之间设置第二舌边34,使得饰条4与钣金6之间贴合得更加紧密。
以上内容对本发明所述的一种带有自调节饰条的车窗总成进行了具体描述,但是本发明不受以上描述的具体实施方式内容的局限,所以凡依据本发明的技术要点进行的任何改进、等同修改和替换等,均属于本发明保护的范围。
Claims (29)
- 一种带有自调节饰条的车窗总成,包括玻璃板(1)、固定在所述玻璃板(1)边部的包边(2)、安装在所述包边(2)的第一嵌件(3)和安装在所述第一嵌件(3)的饰条(4),其特征在于:所述第一嵌件(3)可活动地安装在所述包边(2),所述包边(2)的侧壁与所述第一嵌件(3)的抵接处设有弹性部(31),当车窗总成安装在钣金(6)上时,所述包边(2)的侧壁面向所述钣金(6),所述弹性部(31)受压产生使得第一嵌件(3)朝向钣金(6)移动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条(4)并使得所述饰条(4)与所述钣金(6)贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述包边(2)设有第二嵌件(5),所述第一嵌件(3)设有与所述第二嵌件(5)滑动配合的配合部,所述配合部使所述第一嵌件(3)可相对所述第二嵌件(5)滑动,当车窗总成安装在钣金(6)上时,所述包边(2)的侧壁面向所述钣金(6),所述弹性部(31)受压产生使得第一嵌件(3)朝向钣金(6)滑动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条(4)并使得所述饰条(4)与所述钣金(6)贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述包边(2)设有第二嵌件(5),所述第一嵌件(3)设有与所述第二嵌件(5)铰接的铰接部(32),所述第一嵌件(3)通过所述铰接部(32)可转动连接于所述第二嵌件(5),当车窗总成安装在钣金(6)上时,所述包边(2)的侧壁面向所述钣金(6),所述弹性部(31)受压产生使得第一嵌件(3)朝向钣金(6)转动的预紧力,进而带动所述饰条(4)并使得所述饰条(4)与所述钣金(6)贴合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述包边(2)的侧壁通过第二嵌件(5)与第一嵌件(3)抵接,所述弹性部(31)设置在所述第一嵌件(3)和第二嵌件(5)的抵接处,当车窗总成安装在钣金(6)上时,第二嵌件朝向第一嵌件滑动,以使得弹性部抵接第一嵌件,带动第一嵌件朝向钣金滑动使得所述饰条(4)与所述钣金(6)贴合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述配合部包括导向块(33),所述第二嵌件(5)设有X向导轨(51),所述X向导轨(51)与所述导向块(33)沿着X向滑动配合,所述X向与所述玻璃板(1)的延伸方向平行。
- 根据权利要求5所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述配合部还包括卡接块(34),所述第二嵌件(5)设有Y向卡扣(52),所述卡接块(34)与所述Y向卡扣(52)沿着Y向卡接配合,用于对第一嵌件(3)的Y向进行限位,所述Y向与所述玻璃板(1)的延伸方向垂直。
- 根据权利要求6所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述第二嵌件(5)设有两个所述Y向卡扣(52),所述Y向卡扣(52)分布在所述X向导轨(51)的相对两侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述卡接块(34)与所述Y向卡扣(52)沿着X向滑动配合,所述卡扣(52)对所述卡接块(34)在X向进行限位。
- 根据权利要求6所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:在车窗总成安装在钣金(6)上的过程中,所述X向导轨(51)与所述导向块(33)之间具有沿着Y向作相对运动的自由度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述X向导轨(51)为矩形槽,所述矩形槽沿X向延伸,所述导向块(33)为与所述矩形槽相配合的导向凸起,当车窗总成安装在钣金(6)上时,所述导向凸起卡设于所述矩形槽,并可沿所述矩形槽滑动,使所述弹性部(31)所产生预紧力的方向平行于X向,使得第一嵌件(3)朝向钣金(6)移动,进而带动所述饰条(4)并使得所述饰条(4)与所述钣金(6)贴合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述配合部和弹性部(31)设置于所述玻璃板(1)的同一侧,且沿着所述玻璃板(1)的边缘间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求11所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述配合部和弹性部(31)的数量均为多个,所述配合部和弹性部(31)依次交替间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求11所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述配合部的Y向高度高于所述弹性部(31)的Y向高度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述弹性部(31)为弧形弯曲部,所述弧形弯曲部与所述第一嵌件(3)为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述弹性部(31)为泡棉,所述泡棉粘结于所述第一嵌件(3)靠近所述第二嵌件的一侧。
- 根据权利要求3所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述第一嵌件(3)和第二嵌件(5)沿着Z向铰接,所述Z向与所述包边(2)的延伸方向平行。
- 根据权利要求3所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述铰接部(35)包括铰接孔,所述第二嵌件(5)设有与所述铰接孔相匹配的铰接轴(53),所述铰接轴(53)与所述铰接孔配合,使所述第一嵌件(3)与所述第二嵌件(5)可转动的连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述铰接部(35)的数量为至少两个,至少两个铰接部(35)间隔设置于所述玻璃板(1)的同一侧,所述至少两个铰接部(35)同轴设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述铰接部(35)和弹性部(31)所述玻璃板(1)的同一侧,沿着所述玻璃板(1)的边缘间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求19所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述铰接部(35)和弹性部(31)的数量均为多个,所述铰接部(35)和弹性部(31)依次交替间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述包边(2)的侧壁通过第二嵌件(5)与第一嵌件(3)抵接,所述弹性部(31)设置在所述第一嵌件(3)和第二嵌件(5)的抵接处,当车窗总成安装在钣金(6)上时,第二嵌件(5)朝向第一嵌件(3)移动,以使得弹性部(31)抵接第一嵌件(3),带动第一嵌件(3)朝向钣金(6)转动使得所述饰条(4)与所述钣金(6)贴合。
- 根据权利要求21所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述第一嵌件(3)的上表面设有凹部(36),所述凹部(36)位于所述铰接部(35)的上方,所述第二嵌件(5)设有抵接在所述凹部(36)上的腿部(54),所述凹部(36)的Z向长度大于所述腿部(54)的Z向长度,当车窗总成安装在钣金(6)上时,所述第一嵌件(3)的上表面为所述第一嵌件(3)朝向所述玻璃板(1)一侧的表面,所述上方为在所述第一嵌件(3)上的远离所述玻璃板(1)的方向,所述Z向长度为平行于所述包边(2)的方向上的长度。
- 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述弹性部(31)为弧形弯曲部,所述弧形弯曲部与所述第二嵌件(5)的腿部(54)为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述弹性部(31)为泡棉,所述泡棉粘结于所述第一嵌件(3)靠近所述第二嵌件的腿部(54)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述第二嵌件(5)包括与所述玻璃板(1)的边部相对设置的Y向支部(55)和与所述玻璃板(1)的上表面相对设置的X向支部(56),所述第二嵌件(5)的铰接轴的轴心高度位于所述玻璃板(1)的上表面之上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述饰条(4)卡接固定到第一嵌件(3)。
- 根据权利要求26所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述饰条(4)与第一嵌件(3)为可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述饰条(4)位于所述包边(2)与钣金(6)之间,所述包边(2)的靠近所述玻璃板(1)的上表面的一侧设有第一舌边(21),所述饰条(4)的一端压合在钣金(6),所述饰条(4)的另一端压合在包边(2)的第一舌边(21)。
- 根据权利要求28所述的车窗总成,其特征在于:所述第一嵌件(3)朝向所述钣金(6)的一端设有第二舌边(32),当车窗总成安装在钣金上时,所述第二舌边(32)位于在所述饰条(4)与钣金(6)的贴合面之间。
