Abstract
一种抑菌清洁剂,包括葡糖淀粉酶、葡萄糖氧化酶,还可以包括半乳糖苷酶、右旋糖酐酶。抑菌清洁剂采用的是生物催化剂,可以降低对啤酒瓶盖或设备产生腐蚀,可将啤酒喷淋水中的微生物养分分解为抑菌成分并破坏微生物组织特定的基团,分解降低其附着力、表面张力,有抑菌效果。

Claims (10)
- 一种抑菌清洁剂,在啤酒生产过程中使用,其特征在于,包括:葡糖淀粉酶、葡萄糖氧化酶。
- 根据权利要求1所述抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,所述葡糖淀粉酶与所述葡萄糖氧化酶的质量比为1:0.3~3。
- 根据权利要求2所述抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,还包括半乳糖苷酶和右旋糖酐酶中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求2所述抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,还包括半乳糖苷酶。
- 根据权利要求4所述抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,按重量份计数,包括如下组分:所述葡糖淀粉酶25~35份、所述葡萄糖氧化酶35~45份和所述半乳糖苷酶20~30份。
- 根据权利要求2所述抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,还包括右旋糖酐酶。
- 根据权利要求6所述抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,按重量份计数,包括如下组分:所述葡糖淀粉酶30~45份、所述葡萄糖氧化酶20~30份和所述右旋糖酐酶30~40份。
- 根据权利要求2所述抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,还包括半乳糖苷酶和右旋糖酐酶。
- 根据权利要求8所述抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,按重量份计数,包括如下组分:所述葡糖淀粉酶20~30份、所述葡萄糖氧化酶10~15份、所述半乳糖苷酶10~20份和所述右旋糖酐酶10~20份。
