Abstract
本发明涉及一种轴承加工用合成磨削液。该磨削液由以下质量百分比的组分组成:葡萄糖酸2%~4%,柠檬酸0.2%~0.4%,硼砂0.2%~0.4%,醋酸盐0.2%~0.4%,余量为水。本发明的轴承加工用合成磨削液,由葡萄糖酸、柠檬酸、硼砂、醋酸盐和水组成,组成成分简单;该磨削液中,硼砂起到润滑作用,葡萄糖酸、柠檬酸协同起到防锈作用,醋酸盐作为磨削助剂使用,配方中各组分协同作用,使用较小用量即可在保证清洗性能和冷却性能的条件下,提高磨削液的润滑性能和防锈性能。

技术领域
本发明属于磨削液技术领域,具体涉及一种轴承加工用合成磨削液。
背景技术
轴承加工用合成磨削液以往主要为油基磨削液(非水溶性油剂)。油基磨削液以矿物油为基础,虽然润滑性好,但是冷却性差、难清洗、易燃、污染环境,难以在用户中推广和应用。
授权公告号为CN103695148B的专利公开了一种轴承用高速磨削液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:有机酸三乙醇胺8%~12%,硼酸酯或油酸三乙醇胺7%~10%,OP-105%~8%,表面活性剂4.5%~6%,钼酸钠0.5%~1.5%,杀菌剂0.8~1.2%,消泡剂0.3~0.7%,余量为蒸馏水。
现有的磨削液品种,虽然改善了冷却性和易清洗性,但组成成分复杂,成本高,难以大规模推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轴承加工用合成磨削液,用以解决现有的磨削液组成成分复杂、成本高的问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种轴承加工用合成磨削液,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:葡萄糖酸2%~4%,柠檬酸0.2%~0.4%,硼砂0.2%~0.4%,醋酸盐0.2%~0.4%,余量为水。
本发明的轴承加工用合成磨削液,由葡萄糖酸、柠檬酸、硼砂、醋酸盐和水组成,组成成分简单;该磨削液中,硼砂起到润滑作用,葡萄糖酸、柠檬酸协同起到防锈作用,醋酸盐作为磨削助剂使用,配方中各组分协同作用,使用较小用量即可在保证清洗性能和冷却性能的条件下,提高磨削液的润滑性能和防锈性能。
优选的,所述醋酸盐为醋酸钠和/或醋酸钾。
本发明的轴承加工用合成磨削液,具有良好的润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈性能;原料简单易得,大幅度减低了磨削液的成本,适于推广应用;不含亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐等对人体和环境有害的成分,使产品的安全卫生质量大幅提升,特别适用于轴承套圈、滚子等的磨削加工,可以达到较高的加工精度。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例的轴承加工用合成磨削液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:葡萄糖酸2%,柠檬酸0.4%,硼砂0.4%,醋酸钠0.4%,余量为水。
将葡萄糖酸、柠檬酸、硼砂、醋酸钠加入水溶解,即得合成磨削液。
实施例2
本实施例的轴承加工用合成磨削液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:葡萄糖酸3%,柠檬酸0.3%,硼砂0.3%,醋酸钠0.3%,余量为水。
实施例3
本实施例的轴承加工用合成磨削液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:葡萄糖酸4%,柠檬酸0.2%,硼砂0.2%,醋酸钠0.2%,余量为水。

1.一种轴承加工用合成磨削液,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:葡萄糖酸2%~4%,柠檬酸0.2%~0.4%,硼砂0.2%~0.4%,醋酸盐0.2%~0.4%,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的轴承加工用合成磨削液,其特征在于,所述醋酸盐为醋酸钠和/或醋酸钾。
