Description

一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链 技术领域
本发明属于扶梯技术设备领域，具体地，涉及一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链。
背景技术
自动扶梯里起到传动作用的主要部件即为梯级链组件，梯级链组件对于自动扶梯的运行起到重要作用，因梯级链与齿轮传动，因此需要梯级链具有一定的润滑性以便于传动，长期的机械运动会磨损梯级链及相关零部件，影响扶梯的正常运行。现有技术中对于梯级链的润滑多半是定期润滑维修，需要使扶梯停止工作，采用外部设备进行润滑，操作繁琐，而且扶梯无法工作，还需要拆除部分部件。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题，本发明提供一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链，该种具有自润滑功能的梯级链可对梯级链进行自动润滑，降低梯级链在运行过程中的摩擦力，便于梯级链的正常运行。
为了达到上述目的，本发明通过以下技术方案来实现：一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链，包括外链片、内链片、滚轮部件及销轴，所述滚轮部件包括滚轮和轴承，所述轴承套设于销轴外，所述销轴两端依次穿过内链片及外链片且端部由卡环所固定，所述滚轮套设于轴承外侧，所述轴承与销轴之间设有免加油衬套。免加油衬套内可预置油脂，在梯级链工作过程中利用预置的油脂对梯级链内的各部件进行自动润滑，可使梯级链内的各部件之间的摩擦阻力减小，便于梯级链的正常运行。
进一步地，所述免加油衬套内侧设有一组均匀分布的储油槽，表面设有螺旋状的油路通道，所述储油槽上设有与油路通道相连通的第二连通孔。储油槽内可储存油脂，储存的油脂经第二连通孔进入油路通道内，可使与免加油衬套外表面连接的各部件进行润滑。
进一步地，所述免加油衬套与轴承相连处设有密封圈。可增强梯级链内的润滑油脂的密封性，延长对梯级链的润滑作用。
进一步地，所述轴承与内链片相连处设有第一密封垫。进一步增强梯级链内的润滑油脂的密封性，延长对梯级链的润滑作用
进一步地，所述免加油衬套与销轴之间设有套筒，所述套筒两端穿设于内链片，所述套筒上设有穿设于套筒侧壁的第一连通孔。套筒可增强对销轴的固定作用，方便滚轮部件沿销轴的滚动，进而增强滚轮的稳固性；套筒侧壁的第一连通孔可使油脂通过来润滑。
进一步地，所述套筒与外链片相连处设有第二密封垫。可增强梯级链内的润滑油脂的密封性，延长对梯级链的润滑作用。
进一步地，所述密封圈采用由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成的材料组成。
进一步地，所述第一密封垫及第二密封垫均采用由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成的材料组成。聚氨酯橡胶材料作为密封材料具有高弹性、高强度、高耐磨性、耐老化、耐油性等优点，密封性好，耐用。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：本发明提供的一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链，该种具有自润滑功能的梯级链通过免加油衬套内预置油脂，在梯级链工作过程中利用预置的油脂对梯级链内的各部件进行自动润滑，可使梯级链内的各部件之间的摩擦阻力减小，便于梯级链的正常运行。

如图1-2所示，一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链，包括外链片1、内链片2、滚轮部件4及销轴3，所述滚轮部件4包括滚轮41和轴承42，所述轴承42套设于销轴3外，所述销轴42两端依次穿过内链片2及外链片1且端部由卡环31所固定，所述滚轮41套设于轴承42外侧，所述轴承42与销轴3之间设有免加油衬套44，所述免加油衬套44内侧设有一组均匀分布的储油槽441，表面设有螺旋状的油路通道442，所述储油槽441上设有与油路通道442相连通的第二连通孔443。
实施例2
如图1-2所示，一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链，包括外链片1、内链片2、滚轮部件4及销轴3，所述滚轮部件4包括滚轮41和轴承42，所述轴承42套设于销轴3外，所述销轴42两端依次穿过内链片2及外链片1且端部由卡环31所固定，所述轴承42与内链片2相连处设有第一密封垫6，所述滚轮41套设于轴承42外侧，所述轴承42与销轴3之间设有免加 油衬套44，所述免加油衬套44与轴承42相连处设有密封圈5，所述免加油衬套44内侧设有一组均匀分布的储油槽441，表面设有螺旋状的油路通道442，所述储油槽441上设有与油路通道442相连通的第二连通孔443；所述免加油衬套44与销轴3之间设有套筒43，所述套筒43两端穿设于内链片2，所述套筒43上设有穿设于套筒43侧壁的第一连通孔431，所述套筒43与外链片1相连处设有第二密封垫7。所述密封圈5、第一密封垫6及第二密封垫7均采用由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成的材料组成。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链，其特征在于：所述免加油衬套(44)内侧设有一组均匀分布的储油槽(441)，表面设有螺旋状的油路通道(442)，所述储油槽(441)上设有与油路通道(442)相连通的第二连通孔(443)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链，其特征在于：所述免加油衬套(44)与轴承(42)相连处设有密封圈(5)。

  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链，其特征在于：所述密封圈(5)采用由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成的材料组成。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有自润滑功能的梯级链，其特征在于：所述第一密封垫(6)及第二密封垫(7)均采用由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成的材料组成。
