Description

一种易装料粉罐车 技术领域
本实用新型涉及粉罐车技术领域,尤其涉及一种易装料粉罐车。
背景技术
散料在堆放时能够保持自然稳定状态的最大角度(单边对地面的角度),称为“安息角”。在这个角度形成后,再往上堆加这种散料,就会自然溜下,保持这个角度,只会增高,同时加大底面积。在土堆、煤堆、粮食的堆放中,经常可以看见这种现象,不同种类的散料安息角各不相同。罐式粉粒物料运输车装料时,因为物料安息角原因,导致物料在装料口处堆积,形成一个椎体,物料无法运动到距离装料口较远的地方,物料就无法装满罐体。目前为了装满整个罐体,将车辆快速的向前或向后运动,然后快速制动,通过物料惯性,达到将物料分摊的效果,但这种方法对车损害较大,而且还比较费时,需要一定空间才能安全实施,工作效率较低。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种易装料粉罐车,能够在粉罐车的装料过程中对物料进行摊铺,大大方便了粉罐车的装料。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种易装料粉罐车,包括罐体,其特征是,所述罐体上端开有两个装料口,所述罐体内设有2个纵向物料摊铺装置以及不少于3个横向物料摊铺装置,所述纵向物料摊铺装置包括固定座A、气缸A以及摊铺板A,所述固定座A固定在罐体内的顶部,所述气缸A的缸筒沿罐体的纵向固定在固定座A上,所述摊铺板A固定在气缸A活塞杆的末端,所述横向物料摊铺装置包括固定座B、气缸B以及摊铺板B,所述固定座B固定在罐体内的上部且高度低于固定座A,所述气缸B的缸筒沿罐体的横向固定在固定座B上,所述气缸B的高度低于气缸A,所述摊铺板B固定在气缸B活塞杆的末端,所述摊铺板B的高度低于摊铺板A。
在本实用新型的另一个方面中,所述摊铺板A为由四块矩形板拼接而成的菱形结构,所述摊铺板B为由四块矩形板拼接而成的菱形结构。
在本实用新型的另一个方面中,相邻的摊铺板B之间的间距为5-10cm。
在本实用新型的另一个方面中,所述摊铺板A沿罐体的横向设置,所述摊铺板B沿罐体的纵向设置。
在本实用新型的另一个方面中,所述气源设于罐体外部,所述气缸A和气缸B分别通过气管与气源连接,所述气管穿过罐体的上端。
本实用新型的有益效果是:这种易装料粉罐车能够在粉罐车的装料过程中对粉罐车内的物料进行摊铺,大大方便了粉罐车的装料。

一种易装料粉罐车,包括罐体7,所述罐体上端开有两个装料口4,所述罐体内设有2个纵向物料摊铺装置以及不少于3个横向物料摊铺装置,所述纵向物料摊铺装置包括固定座A2、气缸A3以及摊铺板A5,所述固定座A焊接固定在罐体内的顶部,所述气缸A的缸筒沿罐体的纵向通过螺栓固定在固定座A上,所述摊铺板A焊接或通过螺栓固定在气缸A活塞杆的末端,所述横向物料摊铺装置包括固定座B6、气缸B以及摊铺板B1,所述固定座B焊接固定在罐体内的上部且高度低于固定座A,所述气缸B的缸筒沿罐体的横向通过螺栓固定在固定座B上,所述气缸B的高度低于气缸A,所述摊铺板B焊接或通过螺栓固定在气缸B活塞杆的末端,所述摊铺板B的高度低于摊铺板A。这种设置使得气缸A、气缸B、摊铺板A以及摊铺板B在运动过程中不会产生干涉。所述摊铺板A为由四块矩形板8焊接而成的菱形结构,所述摊铺板B为由四块矩形板焊接而成的菱形结构。相邻的摊铺板B之间的间距为5-10cm,本实施例中为8cm。所述摊铺板A沿罐体的横向设置,所述摊铺板B沿罐体的纵向设置。还包括气源,所述气源设于罐体外部,所述气缸A和气缸B分别通过气管与气源连接,所述气管穿过罐体的上端。
这种易装料粉罐车在装料过程中,能够通过控制气缸A、气缸B运行进而带动摊铺板A以及摊铺板B运动,摊铺板A前后移动,摊铺板B左右移动,当物料在罐体内堆积形成的椎体的上端到达摊铺板A以及摊铺板B的高度时,摊铺板A会将椎体的上端沿前后方向摊铺,摊铺板B会将椎体的上端沿左右方向摊铺,进而打破物料的椎体结构,进而能够更多地向罐体内装料,方便而实用,大大提高了装料效率。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种易装料粉罐车,其特征在于,所述摊铺板A为由四块矩形板拼接而成的菱形结构,所述摊铺板B为由四块矩形板拼接而成的菱形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种易装料粉罐车,其特征在于,相邻的摊铺板B之间的间距为5-10cm。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种易装料粉罐车,其特征在于,所述摊铺板A沿罐体的横向设置,所述摊铺板B沿罐体的纵向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种易装料粉罐车,其特征在于,还包括气源,所述气源设于罐体外部,所述气缸A和气缸B分别通过气管与气源连接,所述气管穿过罐体的上端。
