- the present invention relates to the structure of a vehicle side door.
- the side door of a general vehicle is composed of an inner panel and an outer panel stacked on top of each other, and a window frame part that supports the side window is provided at the upper part, and a door body part that stores the side window that has moved downward is provided at the lower part. I have.
- a beltline inner reinforcement (beltline inner reinforcement) as a reinforcing member extending in a substantially horizontal direction is provided on the upper part of the door body of the side door (front side door). It is prepared. In the beltline inner reinforcement, the front end and the rear end are fixed to the inner panel, respectively.
- the window frame of the side door is formed thin to ensure the side view of the vehicle. Then, in the rear part of the front side door of the vehicle, there is a case where a reinforcing member is provided over the lower part of the rear window frame portion extending in the vertical direction and the upper part of the door main body portion fixed to the inner panel.
- both the reinforcing member and the rear end of the beltline inner stress are inner panels at the upper rear side of the door body. Since it is fixed to the door, a large load may be applied to the relevant portion of the inner panel, and the stress value may increase significantly. Further, there is a problem that a large amount of bending occurs at the relevant portion of the inner panel, which causes an increase in noise due to a running wind, for example, when the vehicle is running.
- the present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and includes a reinforcing member (beltline inner stress) extending in the front-rear direction on the upper part of the door body portion and a reinforcing member for reinforcing the periphery of the lower end portion of the window frame portion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle side door structure that reduces the stress of the inner panel at the upper part of the door body portion to which the, is fixed.
