　しかしながら、上述した特許文献１の方法では、投稿情報を参考にしたいユーザが一部の投稿者による投稿情報しか参考にすることができず、あらゆる投稿者の投稿情報を参考にすることができない。このため、あらゆる投稿者の投稿情報を公開することが望ましいが、一方で、適切な投稿情報が公開されるよう、店舗側や商品提供側で投稿情報を人手で監視する必要がある。ところが、投稿情報が複数の投稿サイトに投稿されている場合には、投稿情報を人手で監視することに手間と時間がかかる、という問題が生じる。
　このため、本発明の目的は、上述した課題である、複数の投稿サイトに投稿された投稿情報を人手で監視することに手間と時間がかかる、ことを解決することができる情報処理システムを提供することにある。
　本発明の一形態である情報処理システムは、
　インターネット上で所定の対象物を利用した利用者から投稿された投稿情報を公開する複数の投稿サイトのそれぞれから、特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を取得する取得手段と、
　複数の前記投稿サイトのそれぞれから取得した前記特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を一覧表示するよう出力する出力手段と、
を備えた、
という構成をとる。
　また、本発明の一形態である情報処理方法は、
　インターネット上で所定の対象物を利用した利用者から投稿された投稿情報を公開する複数の投稿サイトのそれぞれから、特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を取得し、
　複数の前記投稿サイトのそれぞれから取得した前記特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を一覧表示するよう出力する、
という構成をとる。
　また、本発明の一形態であるプログラムは、
　情報処理装置に、
　インターネット上で所定の対象物を利用した利用者から投稿された投稿情報を公開する複数の投稿サイトのそれぞれから、特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を取得する取得手段と、
　複数の前記投稿サイトのそれぞれから取得した前記特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を一覧表示するよう出力する出力手段と、
を実現させる、
という構成をとる。
　本発明は、以上のように構成されることにより、複数の投稿サイトに投稿された投稿情報を人手で監視する際に、手間と時間を軽減することができる。

　＜実施形態１＞
　本発明の第１の実施形態を、図１乃至図６を参照して説明する。図１乃至図２は、情報処理システムの構成を説明するための図であり、図３乃至図６は、情報処理システムの処理動作を説明するための図である。
　［構成］
　本発明における情報処理システムは、主に、いわゆる口コミサイトと呼ばれる投稿サイトに投稿された投稿情報を管理するためのものである。情報処理システムは、図１に示すように、ネットワークＮを介して接続された、管理サーバ１０と、複数の投稿サイトサーバ２０と、投稿者端末３０と、閲覧者端末４０と、管理者端末５０と、により構成される。以下、各構成について詳述する。
　投稿サイトサーバ２０は、投稿情報を公開するサービスを提供する事業者によって管理される情報処理装置であり、インターネット上で投稿サイトといったウェブサイトを開設している。本実施形態では、投稿サイトサーバ２０が提供する投稿サイトでは、例えば、飲食店といった店舗３２の情報を掲載しているページと共に、かかる店舗３２を利用した利用者である投稿者３１からの投稿情報を掲載しているページを公開していることとする。そして、投稿者３１から投稿され公開される投稿情報は、例えば、店舗３２（対象物）の店内や料理を撮影した写真（撮影画像）、店舗３２で受けたサービスや料理に関する感想などの文章情報、さらには、店舗３２に対する評価を表す数値化された評価情報、が含まれることとする。
　また、本実施形態では、投稿サイトサーバ２０が複数存在しており、それぞれが異なる投稿サイトを開設している。このため、同一の店舗３２に対する投稿情報が、各投稿サイトサーバ２０が開設するそれぞれの投稿サイトに投稿され公開されていることとなる。
　なお、投稿サイトサーバ２０が提供する投稿サイトで扱う投稿情報は、飲食店などの店舗３２に関する情報であることに限定されず、いかなる業種の店舗に関する情報であってもよく、商品やサービス（対象物）に関する投稿情報であってもよい。さらに、投稿情報は、店舗や商品に関する情報であることにも限定されず、いかなる対象物に関する情報であってもよい。また、投稿サイトサーバ２０は、必ずしも店舗ごとや商品ごとなど対象物ごとに区別して投稿情報を公開していることに限らず、対象物を区別せずに投稿情報を公開していてもよく、例えば、投稿者３１ごとに区別して投稿情報を公開していてもよい。
　投稿者端末３０（ユーザ端末）は、店舗３２などの対象物を利用した利用者である投稿者３１が操作するスマートフォンやノートパソコンといった情報処理端末である。そして、投稿者端末３０は、投稿者３１が操作することにより、インターネット上の投稿サイトにアクセスし、かかる投稿サイトに対して投稿情報を投稿する機能を有する。例えば、投稿者端末３０は、投稿者３１によって撮影された店舗３２内の写真や店舗３２で提供された料理の写真を投稿情報として投稿したり、投稿者３１によって入力された店舗３２を複数段階の数値で評価した評価情報や感想を文章で表した文章情報を投稿情報として投稿する。
　なお、投稿者端末３０は、投稿サイトに直接アクセスしてもよく、後述するように、店舗３２に設置されたＱＲコード３３といったアドレス情報に基づくアクセス先から誘導されて、投稿サイトにアクセスしてもよい。また、投稿者端末３０は、店舗３２に設置されたＱＲコード３３といったアドレス情報のアクセス先が店舗３２のアンケートサイトである場合には、かかるアンケートサイトで提示されたアンケートに対する回答を送信する機能も有する。
　閲覧者端末４０は、閲覧者４１が操作するスマートフォンやノートパソコンといった情報処理端末である。そして、閲覧者端末４０は、閲覧者４１が操作することにより、インターネット上の投稿サイトにアクセスし、かかる投稿サイトにて公開されている投稿情報を閲覧する機能を有する。例えば、閲覧者端末４０は、投稿者３１によって投稿された店舗３２内の写真や店舗３２で提供された料理の写真、店舗３２を複数段階の数値で評価した評価情報、感想を文章で表した文章情報、を閲覧することができる。
　管理者端末５０は、店舗を運営する事業者における、店舗の投稿情報を管理する管理者５１が操作する情報処理端末である。そして、管理者端末５０は、管理サーバ１０にアクセスして、後述するように管理サーバ１０にて取得された店舗の投稿情報を表示して監視したり、投稿情報を分析するなど、店舗に対する投稿情報の管理を行う。また、管理者端末５０は、管理サーバ１０にて取得された店舗に関するアンケートなどの情報の管理を行う。さらに、管理者端末５０は、管理サーバ１０を介して、各投稿サイトに店舗に関する情報の掲載を行うこともできる。なお、管理者５１が投稿情報を管理する店舗は、１つであることに限定されず、複数であってもよい。
　管理サーバ１０は、演算装置と記憶装置とを備えた１台又は複数台の情報処理装置にて構成される。そして、管理サーバ１０は、図２に示すように、取得部１１、出力部１２、分析部１３、掲載部１４、案内部１５、を備える。取得部１１、出力部１２、分析部１３、掲載部１４、案内部１５の各機能は、演算装置が記憶装置に格納された各機能を実現するためのプログラムを実行することにより、実現することができる。また、管理サーバ１０は、設定情報記憶部１６、投稿情報記憶部１７、を備える。設定情報記憶部１６、投稿情報記憶部１７は、記憶装置により構成される。以下、各構成について詳述する。
　取得部１１（取得手段）は、各投稿サイトサーバ２０にそれぞれアクセスして、各投稿サイトでそれぞれ公開されている投稿情報を取得して、投稿情報記憶部１７に記憶する。このとき、取得部１１は、店舗ごとに区別して、かかる店舗に関する投稿情報を各投稿サイトサーバ２０からそれぞれ取得して投稿情報記憶部１７に記憶する。例えば、店舗３２ごとに各投稿サイトサーバ２０へのアクセス情報が予め設定情報記憶部１６に記憶されており、取得部１１は、かかるアクセス情報に基づいて各投稿サイトサーバ２０の特定の店舗の投稿情報にアクセスして当該投稿情報を取得する。このようにして、取得部１１は、複数の投稿サイトにそれぞれ投稿された特定の店舗に対応する投稿情報を取得する。
　なお、設定情報記憶部１６には、例えば、同一の事業者やグループを形成する事業者によって運営されている複数の店舗が関連付けられて店舗グループを形成して登録されている場合がある。その場合、取得部１１は、店舗グループを形成する複数の特定の店舗それぞれに対応する投稿情報を、各投稿サイトサーバ２０から取得して、取得した投稿情報を、複数の特定の店舗グループでまとめて投稿情報記憶部１７に記憶する。
　但し、取得部１１による各投稿サイトから投稿情報を取得する機能は、いわゆるクローラーと呼ばれるネットワークＮ上の他の情報処理装置にて実現されてもよい。この場合、取得部１１は、クローラーから投稿情報を取得し、上述したように店舗ごとや店舗グループごとに、投稿情報をまとめて記憶する。
　出力部１２は、上述したように複数の投稿サイトサーバ２０から取得した特定の店舗に対応する投稿情報を、管理者端末５０に表示するよう出力する。このとき、出力部１２は、複数の投稿サイトサーバ２０からそれぞれ取得した特定の店舗に対応する投稿情報が複数存在している場合には、これら複数の投稿情報をまとめて一覧表示するよう出力する。さらに、出力部１２は、上述したように複数の特定の店舗が関連付けられて店舗グループを形成して登録されている場合には、複数の特定の店舗それぞれに対応する投稿情報を、まとめて一覧表示するよう出力する。なお、出力部１２は、投稿情報に、かかる投稿情報が投稿された店舗を特定する店舗名などの情報や、投稿サイトを特定する投稿サイト名などの情報を、関連付けて表示する。
　例えば、出力部１２は、図３に示すように、投稿情報のうち、写真のみの一覧を管理者端末５０に表示するよう出力する。図３の例は、グループ店舗として「ＡＡＡ店舗」、「ＢＢＢ店舗」、「ＣＣＣ店舗」が関連付けられている場合であり、出力部１２は、これら複数の店舗それぞれに対して、「投稿サイトＡ」、「投稿サイトＢ」、「投稿サイトＣ」といった複数の投稿サイトに投稿された投稿情報としての写真を一覧表示する。また、出力部１２は、図４に示すように、投稿情報のうち、評価情報と文章情報の一覧を管理者端末５０に表示するよう出力する。図４の例は、上述同様にグループ店舗として「ＡＡＡ店舗」、「ＢＢＢ店舗」、「ＣＣＣ店舗」が関連付けられている場合であり、出力部１２は、これら複数の店舗それぞれに対して、「投稿サイトＡ」、「投稿サイトＢ」、「投稿サイトＣ」といった複数の投稿サイトに投稿された投稿情報としての評価情報と文章情報を一覧表示する。なお、図４において、「星印」が評価情報であり、その数で評価値を数値化しており、その数が多いほど店舗に対する評価が高いことを表している。また、図４において、「○○がおいしかった」、「ＸＸＸＸＸＸＸ」が店舗に対する感想などの文章情報である。
　ここで、出力部１２は、管理者端末５０に対して投稿情報をいかなる表示形態で表示するよう出力してもよい。例えば、出力部１２は、写真、評価情報、文章情報の全てを含む投稿情報を一覧表示してもよく、写真、評価情報、文章情報のうち１つあるいは２つの組み合わせを含む投稿情報を一覧表示してもよい。また、出力部１２は、１つの店舗ごとに当該店舗に対応する投稿情報の一覧表示を出力してもよい。
　なお、出力部１２は、表示している投稿情報に対する管理者端末５０からの操作に応じて、かかる投稿情報を公開している投稿サイト上での公開状況を変更する機能を有していてもよい。例えば、出力部１２は、管理者端末５０上で投稿情報である写真や文章情報の削除操作が行われると、かかる写真や文章情報を、該当する投稿サイト上から削除して公開を中止するよう制御してもよい。
　分析部１３（分析手段）は、取得した投稿情報に関するあらゆる分析処理を行う。例えば、分析部１３は、店舗ごとや投稿サイトごとに投稿情報の数を集計したり、店舗の運営や管理を行う運営者や管理者ごとに投稿情報の数を集計する。なお、店舗の運営者や管理者は、設定情報記憶部１６に予め記憶されていることとする。また、例えば、分析部１３は、投稿情報に含まれる文章情報に含まれるキーワードを抽出して、その出現頻度を店舗ごとに算出するような分析処理を行ったり、投稿情報に含まれる評価情報による評価値を、店舗ごとに算出するような分析処理を行う。そして、分析部１３による投稿情報の分析処理の結果は、出力部１２によって管理者端末５０に表示されるよう出力される。なお、分析部１３による投稿情報の分析処理は、上述した内容に限定されず、いかなる分析処理が行われてもよい。
　掲載部１４（掲載手段）は、管理者端末５０からの指示に応じて、当該管理者端末５０の管理者５１が管理している店舗に対応する複数の投稿サイトの情報公開ページのそれぞれに、店舗に関する新たな掲載情報を掲載するよう制御する機能を有する。例えば、掲載部１４は、管理者端末５０に対して掲載情報の生成画面を表示するよう送信し、かかる生成画面に入力された掲載情報を、店舗に対応する複数の投稿サイトの情報公開ページに一括で掲載するよう制御する。なお、店舗に関する掲載情報は、例えば、店舗の営業時間の情報や、店舗で行うキャンペーンの情報、店舗で提供している商品の情報などであるが、いかなる情報であってもよい。
　案内部１５（案内手段）は、図１に示すように店舗３２に設置されたＱＲコード３３といったアドレス情報に基づいてアクセスしてきた投稿者端末３０に対して、予め用意された店舗３２に関する案内情報を表示するよう送信する。案内情報は、予め設定情報記憶部１６に記憶されており、例えば、図５の左図に示すような店舗３２に対する投稿情報を投稿可能な複数の投稿サイトへのリンク情報を含むサイト情報である。この場合、投稿者端末３０にて投稿者３１がいずれかの投稿サイトのリンク情報を選択することで、選択された投稿サイトに投稿者端末３０が接続され、投稿情報を投稿可能となる。また、案内情報は、例えば、図５の右図に示すような店舗３２に対するアンケートを回答可能なサイト情報であってもよい。この場合、投稿者端末３０にて投稿者３１がアンケートに回答することで、アンケートの回答結果が管理サーバ１０に記憶され、分析部１３にてアンケート結果が分析され、出力部１２にて管理者端末５０に表示するよう出力される。
　なお、店舗３２に設置されるＱＲコード３３は、例えば、案内情報へのアドレス情報に対応するＱＲコードが印刷されたステッカーが店舗内に張り付けられて設置されることで、投稿者端末３０にてカメラ機能を用いて読み取り可能となっている。なお、案内情報へのアドレス情報は、必ずしもＱＲコードで表されていることに限定されず、アドレス情報が記憶され当該アドレス情報を発信可能な非接触ＩＣチップを含む設置物が店内に設置されることで、投稿者端末３０の近距離無線装置にて読み取り可能となっていてもよい。
　［動作］
　次に、上述した情報処理システムの動作、特に管理サーバ１０の動作を、主に図６フローチャートを参照して説明する。
　まず、複数の投稿サイトサーバ２０には、それぞれの投稿サイトに店舗３２に関する投稿情報が投稿者３１から投稿されて公開されており、閲覧者４１の閲覧者端末４０から閲覧可能となっている。
　管理サーバ１０は、定期的に、あるいは、任意のタイミングで、複数の投稿サイトサーバ２０から各投稿サイトで公開されている投稿情報を取得する（ステップＳ１）。そして、管理サーバ１０は、複数の投稿サイトサーバ２０から取得した投稿情報を、店舗ごと、あるいは、店舗グループごとに記憶しておく。
　その後、管理サーバ１０は、管理者端末５０からの指示に応じて、投稿情報の分析を行う（ステップＳ２）。例えば、店舗ごとや投稿サイトごとに投稿情報の数を集計したり、店舗の評価値を集計したり、投稿情報に含まれるキーワードの抽出などの分析処理を行う。
　そして、管理サーバ１０は、管理者端末５０からの指示に応じて、投稿情報や分析処理結果を管理者端末５０に表示するよう出力する（ステップＳ３）。例えば、管理サーバ１０は、管理者端末５０に対して、図３に示すように、関連付けられた店舗グループに対応する投稿情報のうちの写真を一覧表示するよう出力したり、図４に示すように、投稿情報のうちの評価情報と文章情報を一覧表示するよう出力する。
　以上のように、本発明では、複数の投稿サイトに投稿された、１つの店舗あるいは１つのグループを形成する複数の店舗に対する投稿情報を一覧表示している。これにより、店舗の投稿情報を管理する管理者は、複数の投稿サイトに投稿された投稿情報の内容を容易に監視することができ、不適切な投稿情報を削除するなどの行動をとることができる。その結果、本発明では、複数の投稿サイトに投稿された投稿情報を人手で監視する際の手間と時間を軽減することができる。
　なお、管理サーバ１０は、店舗３２に設置されたＱＲコード３３といったアドレス情報に基づいて投稿者端末３０からアクセスがあった場合には、図５の左図に示すような店舗３２に対する投稿情報を投稿可能な複数の投稿サイトへのリンク情報を含むサイト情報を提供したり、図５の右図に示すような店舗３２に対するアンケートを回答可能なサイト情報を提供することもできる。これにより、投稿者３１に対して投稿情報の投稿を促したり、アンケートの回答を促すことができる。
　また、管理サーバ１０は、管理者端末５０から投稿サイトへの掲載情報の掲載の指示があった場合には、管理者５１が管理している店舗に対応する複数の投稿サイトの情報公開ページのそれぞれに、一括して掲載情報を掲載することができる。これにより、管理者５１による投稿サイトの管理が容易となる。
　以上、上記実施形態等を参照して本願発明を説明したが、本願発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものではない。本願発明の構成や詳細には、本願発明の範囲内で当業者が理解しうる様々な変更をすることができる。また、上述した取得部１１、出力部１２、分析部１３、掲載部１４、案内部１５、設定情報記憶部１６、投稿情報記憶部１７の機能のうちの少なくとも一以上の機能は、ネットワーク上のいかなる場所に設置され接続された情報処理装置で実行されてもよく、つまり、いわゆるクラウドコンピューティングで実行されてもよい。
　なお、上述したプログラムは、様々なタイプの非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体（non-transitory computer readable medium）を用いて格納され、コンピュータに供給することができる。非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体は、様々なタイプの実体のある記録媒体（tangible storage medium）を含む。非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体の例は、磁気記録媒体（例えばフレキシブルディスク、磁気テープ、ハードディスクドライブ）、光磁気記録媒体（例えば光磁気ディスク）、ＣＤ－ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）、ＣＤ－Ｒ、ＣＤ－Ｒ／Ｗ、半導体メモリ（例えば、マスクＲＯＭ、ＰＲＯＭ（Programmable ROM）、ＥＰＲＯＭ（Erasable PROM）、フラッシュＲＯＭ、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory））を含む。また、プログラムは、様々なタイプの一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体（transitory computer readable medium）によってコンピュータに供給されてもよい。一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体の例は、電気信号、光信号、及び電磁波を含む。一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体は、電線及び光ファイバ等の有線通信路、又は無線通信路を介して、プログラムをコンピュータに供給できる。

    　前記取得手段は、前記投稿情報である前記特定の対象物に関する撮影画像を取得し、
    　前記出力手段は、取得した前記撮影画像を一覧表示するよう出力する、
    情報処理システム。
  5. 　請求項１乃至４のいずれかに記載の情報処理システムであって、
    　前記取得手段は、前記投稿情報である前記特定の対象物に関する文章情報を取得し、
    　前記出力手段は、取得した前記文章情報を一覧表示するよう出力する、
    情報処理システム。
  6. 　請求項１乃至５のいずれかに記載の情報処理システムであって、
    　取得した前記投稿情報に対して予め設定された分析処理を行う分析手段を備え、
    　前記出力手段は、前記分析処理に基づく情報を表示するよう出力する、
    情報処理システム。
  7. 　請求項１乃至６のいずれかに記載の情報処理システムであって、
    　複数の投稿サイトのそれぞれに用意された前記特定の対象物に対応する情報公開ページに、当該特定の対象物に関する新たな掲載情報を一括で掲載するよう制御する掲載手段を備えた、
    情報処理システム。
  8. 　請求項１乃至７のいずれかに記載の情報処理システムであって、
    　前記特定の対象物に設置された設置物から読み取り可能なアドレス情報に基づいてアクセスしてきたユーザ端末に対して、前記特定の対象物に対応する複数の投稿サイトにそれぞれアクセスするためのリンク情報を含む案内情報を送信する案内手段を備えた、
    情報処理システム。
  9. 　インターネット上で所定の対象物を利用した利用者から投稿された投稿情報を公開する複数の投稿サイトのそれぞれから、特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を取得し、
    　複数の前記投稿サイトのそれぞれから取得した前記特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を一覧表示するよう出力する、
    情報処理方法。
  10. 　情報処理装置に、
    　インターネット上で所定の対象物を利用した利用者から投稿された投稿情報を公開する複数の投稿サイトのそれぞれから、特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を取得する取得手段と、
    　複数の前記投稿サイトのそれぞれから取得した前記特定の対象物に対応する前記投稿情報を一覧表示するよう出力する出力手段と、
    を実現させるためのプログラム。
